Sheratons at Westport

First of all, I want everyone to know that our guests raved about the food to us, and they couldn't believe how well-prepared, well-presented and delicious everything was. I, myself, was pleasantly surprised, because I had been somewhat doubtful that the food would all be as tasty for 80 as it had been at the tasting for only four people. However, the Westport Sheraton Chalet kitchen staff did a superb job and the food received many, many compliments. The catering manager, Danelle, was a sheer joy to work with--she informed me and kept me apprised of all necessary details--I am so appreciative of her and the professionalism exhibited by all staff involved!

We had our wedding reception in the Zurich Ballroom at the Sheraton and everything turned out amazing! Danelle was the BEST to work with. She answered all of our questions timely and was there every step of the way. She helped coordinate the day of set-up to the point that I didn't have to worry about anything. She was one step ahead of me throughout it all and had already thought of everything. It was a great venue for our reception and I can't thank Danelle enough for all of her help!

The staff was friendly, punctual, and very accommodating. The room was set up exactly how we wanted. Danelle Baxter was very easy to work with and communicated with us every step of the way. We would definitely recommend this venue.

Can’t recommend this venue enough!!! We had both our ceremony and reception at the Sheraton. Danelle was a HUGE help in showing us the available spaces, assisting us in mapping out the day, and coordinating with other vendors for the day of. I barely had to lift a finger!! Since we decided to keep it small in light of the pandemic, we were able to keep everything in the Matterhorn room and move the cocktail hour to their patio while the room was being flipped. Truly a beautiful space with plenty of options for seating; and if you have a bigger guest list there are tons of other options to help make it the wedding of your dreams! Honestly my wedding was just a magical experience, and the planning process with Danelle was so smooth it felt like a dream! You also get a free room the night of your wedding, but I was also able to reserve the suite for the night before (that I did have to pay for, but it made for the perfect getting ready space with my bridesmaids). Not to mention, all of Westport Plaza is beautiful for photos, rehearsal spaces, etc. Plus it can meet the needs of all your out of town guests without them needing to rent a car as everything is walking distance and shuttles run to and from the airport! The room block we were given at the Sheraton made it super easy for our guests to make reservations and at a reduced rate. I could go on, but if you are looking for a venue that provides dinner as well as versatile options for you and your guests, and a stress-free planning process, seriously consider contacting Danelle. You won’t regret doing your wedding here!!

The Sheraton at Westport is an amazing venue with spectacular staff. Danelle made have wedding during a pandemic seamless for us. She answered all of our questions and made sure our reception was everything we dreamed of. The venue is gorgeous and our guest are still raving about the food and service. I highly recommend the Sheraton at Westport, you will not be disappointed!

Danelle is amazing to work with! Throughout the entire process she was always quick to respond to any questions and always provided a complete answer. While we unfortunately had to change venues at the last minute due to meeting restrictions, Danelle made it a seamless transition and helped with our set up at the new venue. I highly recommend the venue based on her service, location, and ease of access for guests.

As the Mother of the Bride, the wedding reception in the ballroom was amazing! Danelle and all the staff were there to help with everything. I did not have to worry! The food was amazing.

Danelle Baxter is the best! She communicates well and made rescheduling my postponed wedding so easy. She then handled my million questions about protocols related to a wedding during a pandemic perfectly! It was more than I could ask for given the current situation of 2020.

We had our reception at the Sheraton Westport Chalet, Versailles Ballroom. I loved everything about our reception, and we received so many compliments throughout the evening and for weeks afterwards about how great the reception was! For starters, Danelle is wonderful to work with. She is so friendly, super knowledgeable and informative, and didn't seem to mind that we emailed her with so many questions. She had an answer for everything when she showed us the space and she seemed to have an answer for everything leading up to the wedding too. We loved working with her! Second, the food was awesome. We felt that it was a great value, was delicious, and was served hot. The service on the evening of the wedding was excellent too. We loved the seated, plated dinner and thought the servers were very kind and prompt. It is clearly a well-oiled machine, and the wedding party (nor the parents of the bride and groom) had to worry about anything. Finally, the space was great for a larger wedding. We had about 235 guests and were happy that we chose a larger space with the largest parquet dance floor in St. Louis, because our guests were out there dancing the entire night! We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Sheraton Westport and everything was perfect!! We held our ceremony in the Matterhorn Room and Reception in Versailles. Everything was spacious and beautifully set up. The cocktail hour in the foyer of the Versailles ballroom was perfect to host our large number (230) of guests and not feel crowded, as well as, the Versailles ballroom. We worked with Danelle, and she was absolutely terrific! She answered our many questions and ensured everything was prepared and ready to go the day of the wedding. Also, the food was absolutely amazing! We received many compliments from guests on how wonderful the food was and probably some of the best they have ever had! So if you are looking for a place with a beautiful ballroom, fantastic service, amazing food, easy access to hotel and parking, and an overall great experience, book the Sheraton at Westport!

We recently had our wedding reception in the Versailles ballroom and it was wonderful! Danelle and all of the staff made the planning process so easy and worked with us to make the night even better than we had hoped! I would recommend this venue to anyone!

We had our daughter‘s wedding reception at Westport Sheraton chalet a weeks ago. It was absolutely awesome!! Danelle was amazing to work with through the entire process! The food was incredible! The evening went seamless without any hitches!! I would 100% recommend this venue and working with Danelle to anyone! If you want a evening of relaxation, wonderful food, professional staff and a beautiful venue I would book here!!

Danielle was very accommodating and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The venue was perfect and location great for after party! In addition, we had several guests comment that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. We would both highly recommend the Sheraton chalet!

Our wedding at Westport Sheraton was this summer and I cannot say enough great things about it! From the very beginning, Danelle was so informative, which was much appreciated since I had never planned a wedding before. She explained all the options they offered from rooms, linens, food, decor, etc. Danelle was also super responsive to my million emailed questions. Almost 3 months later and we are still hearing about the food at our reception. Our guests have raved about the appetizers at the cocktail hour, but especially about the dinner! It was excellent! Not only was our interaction with Danelle exceptional, but the whole hotel staff was incredible. One of the gals at the front desk even calmed me down from my nerves right before I walked down the aisle. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. It put such an extra little something on top of the whole day! If I could make any suggestions, it would be to offer some sort of fruit/bagels buffet breakfast to the bride’s room while hair/makeup is being done. We looked at the menu to order from, but it was all individual and ended up ordering from Panera across the street. Overall, we highly suggest the Westport Sheraton for any special event you’re planning! The staff, Danelle, food, atmosphere, accommodations, and everything else that goes along with it is outstanding!

Danelle was fantastic! My wife and I had our wedding in April and we absolutely have no regrets in our choice of venue. We estimated having 200 guests, but ended up having closer to 300. Along with juggling out of town guests and last minute changes, Danelle was a super star. The staff were all highly professional and treated my guests and wife with a 5-Star leveled respect/efficiency. We couldn't imagine having our wedding anywhere else. At the end of the day if we could do our wedding again it would be at the Sheratons.

We could not have been happier with our wedding at the Westport Sheraton Chalet! - The location was perfect for a wedding with mostly out of town guests. Everyone stayed upstairs, had plenty of food options around, easy access to the airport, and the grounds were beautiful. - The food was phenomenal! We didn't get to try the food before booking our wedding, and were so happily surprised at the tasting. Everyone was impressed at the wedding. - Danelle was my favorite person to work with of all the wedding vendors. I was able to send her 30 questions at a time and she'd answer every single one. She was on top of everything, always, and it was a huge help while wrangling so many people without a formal wedding coordinator. - Westport Sheraton was one of the two most budget-friendly options in West County that we found, especially when you take into account all the things that are included (full bar, basic centerpieces, linens, chairs, etc) I would recommend this venue to EVERYONE!

This was the letter I sent to the staff at the Sheraton: I wanted to take some time to tell you about my experience with your staff over the weekend for the occasion of my daughter’s wedding. I have never been to a hotel that provided such exemplary service and support across the entire hotel staff. To a person, we were met with courtesy, support and ownership for each and every interaction. I specifically wanted to mention D. B. in the catering office. She worked with us over the last 10 months to help us get our arms around each event planned and patiently answered our questions while guiding us through event details and logistics. Her support and attention to detail allowed us to focus on our guests and spend more time celebrating with our daughter, her husband and our families. But beyond that, her focus on the little things left a lasting impression on us. Things like collecting the card box and moving it to a secure location or making sure that the top of the wedding cake was saved and leaving a message for us so that we knew where it was or providing guidance when we were deciding where to seat the flower girl and ring bearer. All of these details helped us immensely. And although D. was our main point of contact throughout the weekend, the support we received from everyone at the hotel was exceptional. The front desk staff helped us get into our rooms a little bit earlier and personally called us when they were ready. They also helped answer questions on the event rooms, addressed a delay in the mimosa bar and worked to get us early access to event rooms that allowed us to stage them. The wait staff helped us get a meal to a guest that was ill so even though he could not attend the reception itself, he was still able to enjoy the meal. They also cheerfully catered to our guest’s needs throughout the weekend. The food prepared by the chef was phenomenal and we received many complements on the meals provided for both days. Our guests with special dietary needs were all accommodated perfectly and without issue. But in my mind, the true measure of a staff is encompassed in the little things that don’t show up on people’s radar during a big event like this. The shuttle driver that took the wedding party to a park for pictures was waiting for me in the lobby with a smile and warm greeting as I tried to heard the wedding party into the bus. There was a man downstairs by the reception room that helped us walk an elderly guest through a maintenance area so that she could use a ramp instead of having to walk up stairs. There was the Bell Staff that helped us move enough material to support an invasion into our guest rooms and then there was the woman whom we told about an issue where someone had knocked over a container of spaghetti placed by an elevator. She immediately took ownership of the issue and in less than 5 minutes, there was a gentleman with a vacuum and other tools addressing the mess. We talked with him about how unfortunate it was that he had to clean up something carelessly left behind by someone else. He smiled and said he had been there for 20+ years and didn’t mind. It was his job and he was happy to be there helping. If that is not dedication, I don’t know what is and if people like him don’t deserve recognition, I don’t know who does. I wanted to close by saying how grateful we are to everyone that we came in contact with and congratulate the entire Sheraton Westport staff for a job well done.

My fiancé and I choose the Sheraton at Westport to host our wedding reception and it was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was exceptional!

The Sheraton Chalet was our chosen venue the day we viewed it! This was our first venue tour and our last. Everything was beautiful and Danelle was so great! We are a couple that was the last of our friends to get married and everyone can’t stop talking about how it was the best reception they have ever been to. The food was delicious, we received a TON of compliments saying it was the best reception food they have ever had. Danelle was always there at the drop of a hat to answer any questions we had and make sure that our day was perfect. The Sheraton and Danelle made our big day the best day of our lives!

We hosted our daughter‘s wedding last Friday evening in the beautiful Westport Chalet Versailles ballroom. The ballroom accommodated our 173 guests beautifully as well as the ample amount of room in the cocktail area. I loved having a piano available which enhanced the ambience. The Sheraton Westport chalet is very competitively priced for the value in which we received . Danelle worked professionally and was readily available to give me recommendations on DJs/ bands invitation companies… when I had questions. The week of we worked very closely with Danelle down to the last detail. Many of our guests commented on how delicious their meals were! The servers were very prompt, friendly and accommodating to guests throughout the night, not to mention had a very good sense of humor. We looked at various venues for my daughter and we were happy she chose the Sheraton Westport chalet This was the same venue that my husband and I chose 27 years ago!

If I could give this venue 10/10 stars I would. we worked with Danelle B and she met every single need we had! she emailed me back promptly and made our wedding vision come true. it felt like a true fairly tale. the food was hot, the set up was perfect. everything went smoothly. thank you 100x westport for making our wedding amazing!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed having our wedding ceremony and reception take place at the Westport Chalet Hotel. The event coordinator, Danelle, kept us on track and did a great job at making sure the entire weekend went smoothly! The entire banquet staff was on point and gracious the entire night and the food was delicious!

We researched a ton of venues for our wedding reception and our first stop (and last) was The Sheraton Chalet at Westport Plaza. We met with the wedding coordinator, Danelle B. and she sold us immediately. She was so pleasant to talk to and even treated us to lunch at the hotel. Not only was my mom and I overwhelmed to plan a very large wedding but we were also becoming bombarded with all the little details that comes with planning a wedding. The perfect wedding can look amazing in your head but when it comes to the planning, it was all handwritten details and post-it notes for me. Somehow through this mess, Danelle was able to put all of the pieces of papers together and make my dream wedding come to life. We had our reception in the Versailles Ballroom and it accommodated all of our guests perfectly and comfortably. We had a DJ on one side of the dance floor and Fish Eye on the other. We had multiple bars inside the reception room including one in the cocktail room. The food was absolutely AMAZING. One of the main reasons why we looked into The Sheraton was due to their venue size as well as their food. Guests are STILL raving about how delicious everything was to this day! I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Danelle because it sure felt like she put us at the top of her list. She kept us on track with all of the planning, remained in constant communication by phone and e-mail, and went up and beyond to make our wedding day just absolutely perfect. She stuck around for the reception and made sure myself, my husband, and my parents were all accommodated for – She even got me a fresh drink while I was at the head table (It was hard to sneak away with so many guests!). Danelle also recommended our wedding planner, Jackie Manne (for the month of) and she was just fabulous. Overall, if you want a peace of mind and someone that will make sure everything you ever dreamed of for your wedding day is perfect, then book Danelle. She made the planning so easy and stress-free. She truly has an amazing talent for this and I hope any Bride that is reading this can trust me when I say, she really is the best.

Danelle allowed us to execute a flawless event and weekend for my wedding. I am shocked at how many people said "it was the best salmon they've had" or "the food was delicious" since we had meals for ~350 people. It was truly a dream come true and stunning venue choice when looking for that "ballroom" elegant style.

We held our wedding in the Versailles Ballroom this fall, and it was WONDERFUL! Not only was the ballroom gorgeous, the staff (especially Danelle) were so professional and efficient. Our wedding weekend went off without a hitch! We held several events at the hotel over the weekend, as we had many out of town guests, and the staff went above and beyond to make everything work for us. For our big day, we had our reception in the Zurich Ballroom at the Sheraton Westport Chalet and it was absolutely perfect. It has a built in bar, fireplace to display pictures, floor to ceiling windows, and a patio for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour and throughout the evening. From when we first saw the venue to days following the reception, Danelle Baxter and her staff were so helpful, I can never thank her enough. She made sure our must haves for the reception happened and was available throughout the whole process. Also, her team made a delicious served meal every guest was talking about. The hotel is in the perfect location for out of town guests and the bridal suite worked well for the bridesmaids to get ready day of. I highly recommend this venue for future brides and Danelle will help make the day perfect!

Her experience and recommendations allowed us to execute a flawless event. Communication is key for a successful event and Danelle remained in constant communication with us. Fabulous Reception at Sheraton Chalet! Danelle is the ultimate Wedding Specialist at the Sheraton Chalet. She's so calm and soothing while I was a nervous and not always organized MOB. She kept me on track from beginning to end and guided us on choices with additional vendors for Cake, DJ, specialty linens and photographer. She even came through with perfect weather for our outdoor ceremony on the patio overlooking the lake! The food was superb, the Ballroom looked beautiful and the service was fantastic. So many details, so much work and so many moving parts..... but it was seamless, made me look like a Pro and made my darling daughter the happiest bride ever. Our reception was absolutely perfect! Danelle Baxter was wonderful to work with she did everything she could to hear our wants, needs and concerns and make sure our day was magical. Everything went smooth the day of and Danelle stayed throughout the reception checking in on us to make sure we were doing great and needed anything. Danelle is patient and has great creative ideas, I emailed her random questions throughout the year and she always got back to me same day and made me feel like a priority. Which really eased a bride to be’s mind! I would recommend the Sheraton Chalet Hotel to any bride looking for a beautiful location that will exceed your dreams. I cannot say enough great things about Danelle at the Sheraton at Westport. She was very easy to work with when planning our wedding reception. Always responsive whenever I had questions in the months leading up to the wedding (and I had a lot of them :)) and did everything she could to make sure the day was perfect! Our experience with the Sheraton Westport Chalet was fantastic. We toured a lot of places, but ultimately settled on the Versailles Ballroom at the Chalet hotel because of its beautiful set up, private foyer space, and the event manager Danielle! She was so awesome to work with and made the planning process so smooth. I can't say enough good things about Danielle. The combo of her and my day of coordinator together just melted all my stress away approaching the big weekend! The food was phenomenal, our guests could not stop raving about the amazing meal they had just eaten. The bar set up was perfect, they have plenty of bartenders to staff your event and no one is ever waiting long for a drink, so your guests can spend more time tearing up the dance floor! The only issue we had during our wedding weekend was with our hotel block--this had NOTHING to do with the catering or event staff, it was simply a matter of room availability and other events happening in Westport during our wedding weekend. If you have a big wedding party (as we did!), I would strongly recommended making sure you get other room blocks in the area, or strongly emphasize your need for rooms up front when booking with the Sheraton. Otherwise, I can't recommend this group enough!

My entire experience with Sheraton was beyond great!! Danelle was phenomenal to work with. She was very responsive, answered all our questions, and accommodated our large, crazy family! On our wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about anything. The reception area was beautiful and everything was even cleaned up and put in our room after. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The Sheraton Westport Chalet was fabulous for our big day. Our wedding coordinator was Danelle and she made every decision and preparation so exciting and fun. Our wedding was Disney themed so there was a lot of little details. Danelle and her staff took it on and did an amazing job. The Wedding at the Sheraton Westport Chalet exceeded anything we dreamed of. From the ease of planning, with Danielle the Event Manager, to the actual event itself. Starting with the cocktail hour, the food was 5 star restaurant quality, and the service was white glove. In addition, the staff was extremely responsive to any special requests. The dance floor was awesome, and the room beautifully decorated. I am sure that there is no better venue to hold your reception.

The hotel is incredible! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and our guests raved about how beautiful it was, how great the food was, and how friendly/helpful the entire hotel team was. Our day was perfect, and Danelle made sure that it was nothing but perfect and relaxing for my husband and I! From our first visit, she was extrememly transparent about cost so we knew exactly what to expect and they took care of so many of the details for the reception! We couldn't be happier! I am so happy with how our reception turned out. It was everything I ever dreamed of, and more. Danelle became our new catering manager in the beginning and she just jumped right in! She was so awesome to work with, and I know sometimes it was a little chaotic from me and my family, but she handled it with ease. The reception wouldn't of been as great without her and her help.

We were very happy with our choice in venue. We chose the Versailles Ballroom located in the Chalet hotel which is unfortunately not pictured in their Knot photos. It is a very nice ballroom with soft colors that don't compete with whatever your wedding colors might be. From the start things went great. Rhiannon, our coordinator, was amazing to work with. For the tasting, they showed you exactly what it would look like on the plate and then gave you each heaping servings for you to try. All of the food was amazing and we had a hard time choosing. There is one set of stairs leading down to a large foyer for your cocktail hour. We liked how secluded it was so you didn't need to worry about other events or hotel guests wandering in. The night went off without a hitch! We even had a few surprise guests but the Sheraton handled it so well I didn't even realize it until after the wedding! There were a ton of details that went into the planning and the evening and I can't say enough about how smooth it all went. Everything was perfect! We still have people raving about how beautiful everything was!!

I worked with Rhiannon at the Sheraton and would highly recommend everyone to work with her, she is amazing! She sat down with my family on multiple occasions before we signed the contract to talk through things until we found the price point we were happy with. She was also extremely responsive to emails and made sure everything flowed smoothly for my wedding. The venue itself was gorgeous. It was so nice to have the hotel rooms in the same spot as the ceremony and reception so that my out of town guests had little traveling. The only damper was the construction right on the lake, which was one of the biggest reasons we chose the hotels for the view. We couldn't take any pictures on the lake like I had hoped which was a bummer.

We choose the Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel for our reception and accommodations for our out of town guests. The wedding day was absolutely magical and the service provided by the Sheraton Westport Chalet was one of the main reasons why. First and foremost, our event coordinator, Rebecca Talken, was absolutely fantastic in ensuring every one of our questions was answered, concerns assuaged and needs met. She was fabulous. The venue itself, the Matterhorn Room, overlooked the lake and provided a beautiful backdrop to the reception. Some of our favorite photos were taken on the grounds of the hotel, by the wooden bridge and in the gardens. People are still raving about how delicious the food was. The chicken wellington and risotto was sublime. The chef did a wonderful job accommodating the special dietary needs (gluten-free, allergies, vegan) for some of our guests. The catering staff were professional, polite, and efficient as well. The Chalet had shuttle service from the airport, and we even booked a shuttle to and from the ceremony venue (the Butterfly House 10 miles away) for all the out of town guests. We were thoroughly pleased with the choice of venue and were ecstatic with how smoothly everything went. We unreservedly recommend this hotel for anyone considering a reception venue.

My wedding plans fell through at the Sheraton Westport Chalet due to insufficient information. The hotel representative was very nice at first until my fiancé and I found one HUGE discrepancy in the contract that we had signed. Once we had realized what it was, we notified the hotel representative immediately. She claimed that she was “good at her job”; basically calling my fiancé and I stupid. We had corrected her in regards of the misinformation she had given us. We both stated that she was NOT upfront about the prices we were given in the very beginning. She refused to work with us with the budget we had given her and we were very adamant about what we wanted. We had asked SEVERAL TIMES to give us a total but only to be given the run around by her. Long story short, we got what we wanted and I will NEVER conduct business with the hotel EVER AGAIN!!! If I could score less than 1 star I would.

We chose the Sheraton Chalet after visiting many many venues in the area, mostly hotels. We wanted a venue where there was entertainment nearby and lodging for our guests. We LOVED the Sheraton. Rhiannon worked with us closely through the whole process and was there the night of the reception to make sure everything ran smoothe. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area, and I feel we received a lot more for our money than the other venues offered. They served an ice cream bon bon with the cake, which many guests commented on how nice of a touch it was. We loved having the outdoor terrace w/bar during the cocktail hour. The hors d'oeuvres were excellent. I also received many comments from our guests regarding the attentiveness of the waist staff. All in all, very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The Sheraton Chalet was an amazing wedding venue. The Zurich room was beautiful, and the staff took care of all my last minute touches. The added terrace looking out on the lake was awesome and guests really enjoyed the inside, outside aspect of the venue. Further, the Sheraton is a one stop shop for brides. Book with them and they take care of everything you need! PS, the food was delicious!

What can I say? Bruce and his team at the Sheraton Westport Chalet were absolutely incredible. They made our wedding day so easy to plan and pulled everything off beautifully. Our reception was in the Versailles Ballroom. It outer foyer offered the perfect location for our cocktail hour. While the ballroom was a bit large for our guest count, the Sheraton arranged everything so that the space looked perfectly full. Our guests were able to move easily between the tables and the large dance floor was great for dancing the night away. Our dinner was delicious. The chef and staff were so accommodating at our tasting, listening to our ideas, letting us taste many options, and patiently waiting while we made our final decisions. We received many compliments on the food. Also, the cake service they provided was perfect and we enjoyed the addition of an ice cream bon-bon since we are big ice cream fans! I have to add that the hotel itself was a great place for our out of town guests to stay. The hotel is beautiful and clean, offers an easy to use airport shuttle, and has all the amenities of the Westport area right outside its doors. If you are looking for an easy planning experience, a beautiful venue, great food, and comfortable and modern accommodations for your guests, definitely look into the Sheraton Westport Chalet.

I looked around St. Louis for quite some time for a venue. I was one of the last of my friends to get married so I was looking for something within my budget of course and also some place that I had not been for another wedding. I didn't see the Sheraton in a lot of magazines, etc but I had been there before numerous times for meetings, etc and it was lovely. We went to visit and Beverly Pruett was amazing to work with. She thinks of everything. We were able to get the room (venue) we wanted, there are 4 rooms I believe, all have their own unique style, and made for how many people you have in your party. The food was amazing!! and I heard that from numerous guests! We had the combo platter of beef tenderloin and sea bass- delicious. The food and beverage was out of this world, couldn't ask for anything better. They even serve your wedding cake with a little ice cream bon bon! Every touch is thought about.. I didn't have to worry all night long. The only reason I only gave 4 out of 5 stars is I wasn't as blown away with the front desk. We had many people in from out of town for our wedding and although Beverly was outstanding the front desk didn't have us all in one place like we thought. I thought the front desk would have more of a personal touch granted we were dropping thousands of dollars in a very short time. Anyway- other than that is was perfect. I would recommend to go and check it out. We had the Versailles room for 140 people and turned out great.

Our reception was held here and it was awesome. They gave us plenty of room, were reasonable with their prices and even a beautiful hospitality suite for our out of town guests to enjoy the whole weekend. The service was friendly and the hotel is beautiful.

We just can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was for our reception. They made everything perfect. The View was set up perfectly, the food was outstanding and the people very nice and professional. I’m so glad we chose them to make our day special and they really came through on everything and more!

I had many issues using this vendor that were not resolved. Here are some of the problems: Another guest was given a key to my room and had full access to my things. I had to repeatedly call to fix errors in my room. The suite I was given was not adjoining to the bedroom I was in, it was down the hall due to their booking error. Many guests had difficulty checking into their rooms because they could not find reservations. The discounted rate is not really any bit of a discount. No one from management contacted me afterward about my poor experience. The plus: They did offer a shuttle to my reception hall (with some difficulty)

Amazing view overlooking the lake which was great to take pictures at. The food was amzaing - several people have told us it was the best wedding food they have ever had.;They promised us certain liquor at the bar but the night of the reception it was not there.
