We needed a new planner and very little had been planned because of the uncertainty with Covid. On top of it all we had a very complex venue where everything needed to be brought in; tent construction, generators, rentals, you name it and we needed to figure it out. Stephanie got to work on Day 1 and put all of my type A personality fears to rest. She was incredibly organized, thorough, detailed oriented and highly communicative. She not only helped organize and plan our 3 day wedding weekend in a short period of time, but she helped us to think through every detail from the smallest design aspects, to the flow of guests, to even setting aside appetizers for my husband and I to enjoy. I am not sure how 1 person can do it all but Stephanie manages to. Our guests were so impressed with the all of the "small details" scattered throughout the event and we have Stephanie to thank for that, as she thinks of everything. Stephanie was also such a joy to work with throughout the entire process, she became a friend I went to with all of my wedding questions from invitation preferences, to floral advice to napkin materials! She is LITERALLY the best, she is an absolute JOY to work with, and we are so incredibly lucky not only for her impeccable work ethic, but for her friendship. We hired Stephanie over 2 years ago when we booked our venue (Lion Rock Farm). We opted to have a long engagement, so the planning process started off pretty relaxed. Just as the planning started to really pick up, the pandemic hit, and we had no choice but to postpone. We essentially replanned a two-year process in a matter of months, all via phone, email and text. Though not in person, Stephanie was there every step of the way, not only as our planner, but as our friend. She eased our stress, heard our concerns, and checked in on us regularly throughout quarantine to make sure we were doing okay. Successfully pulling off a beautiful wedding is one thing, successfully pulling off a beautiful wedding during a pandemic speaks volumes to a planner’s abilities. The pandemic added a whole new layer of unprecedented challenges, but Stephanie remained positive through every obstacle in our way. She kept us informed of the ever-changing regulations and restrictions, and worked alongside our vendors to make sure our weekend celebration was as safe as possible. From the start of the wedding weekend, Stephanie handled absolutely everything, from coordinating with all of the vendors and tying up loose ends to happily handling our own added obstacles when we realized we had forgotten some of our wedding items. Then, to add to an already unique covid wedding situation, the remnants of a hurricane and lightning storm passed thru the area during our reception requiring us to temporarily evacuate. Again, with her calming demeanor, Stephanie and her team handled the evacuation in a way that kept our guests feeling safe and comfortable. When the storm passed, our guests were welcomed back into the tent and continued to celebrate the night away. Although our wedding was not exactly what we initially envisioned pre-pandemic, we could not have asked for more under the circumstances. We may be biased, but our wedding was absolutely beautiful and it was made possible by Stephanie. We cannot say enough about her and how incredibly grateful we are to have had her coordinate our wedding. We would absolutely recommend Stephanie for any event; her positivity and demeanor could ease any worried or stressed out couple. She successfully pulled off a wedding during a pandemic and hurricane... that alone should say it all.

Her motto is “the details matter” and nothing could be more true for Stephanie. She focuses on details in a way that peers simply could not possibly match. She relies on her deep experience and wide network of vendors to bring the best to each of her clients. She does not compromise on quality and only puts her name on things that meet her high standards, which at times will mean she will help guide couples in a kind and gentle manner. This is what you want/need in a wedding planner. A “yes man” is not the right personality to plan an event of such a magnitude. Her warmth, empathy, kindness, and loving personality came shining through every day we worked with her. If you are getting married in the Northwest Corner than you need Stephanie by your side.

She was stellar in managing timelines, vendor contracts and being available for questions and advice. She has a quality list of vendors with whom she enjoys an excellent reputation. We were incredibly happy with each and everyone of them (and there were over 20!)  At the wedding, she stepped in as she needed to so we weren't even aware of the minor logistical issues until the next day. Stephanie as our day-of coordinator for our August 17th wedding and she was impeccable! She is easy to contact and easy to work with – and her easygoing, calming presence really helps relieve the stress of the wedding planning process! Stephanie helped to alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources that kept me and my husband on track for our big day. She took the reins on our rehearsal and made sure all of our attendants (and little ones!) knew what they were doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout. On our wedding day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because she was on it. Every little detail, every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better planner, and am so grateful that we picked Stephanie. She coordinated with all of our vendors, got all the necessary paperwork and insurance requirements from them, handled all of the little details and made everything so easy for us. There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are for Stephanie being a part of our special day. She is quick and knows how to handle situations on the spot. Due to torrential rain and thunderstorms in the middle of our tented wedding reception, Stephanie went around to each table and calmly explained that we needed to evacuate the tent and wait out the storm in the party barn. Normally this would be devastating for any bride and groom, but due to Stephanie’s expertise, experience and ability to seamlessly change course at the drop of a dime, our “evacuation” actually became what we like to call “the intermission”. She made sure everyone had a drink in hand, made sure the music was going, and did not miss a beat. Everyone had the best time, even though this was clearly not planned – and due to Lion Rock’s perfection, not one person even got wet. And it was a MAJOR storm! She handled it like the PRO that she is and we are so grateful to her! Stephanie is very good about keeping to schedule and adapting accordingly. If you need a coordinator, choose Stephanie because not only does she do an amazing job, but she does it with a warm heart. We only had Stephanie for the day-of package, but I am quite confident when I say that if you book her for your full wedding planning (or partial wedding planning) that you will have a truly beautiful wedding experience! I would recommend Stephanie to absolutely anyone!

So, we decided to have it at a local airport, in the hangar where my fiancé and his father kept their airplanes. This decision at the time seemed like a great one! But we realized quickly that we had our work cut out for us! There are so many “moving parts” in an unstructured location, like the airplane hangar. We didn’t’ even know where to start! Finding Stephanie was sort-or “Serendipitous”. We met her at one of our walk through at a venue that we didn’t’ end up going with because we were searching for something completely different. But one day, months later, while visiting the airplane hangar, we bumped into her! She was there organizing an event. I knew it was meant to be! She not only helped plan, organize and keep me sane through the entire wedding planning process, she was a “buffer” between me and the vendors. I could tell from the minute I met her, that she has a lot of experience in what she does. Like I mentioned before, our wedding was at an airplane hangar, so right off the bat there were a lot of hurdles we had and a lot of vendors we had to work with. She tied everyone together, like assembling a puzzle! She knew what kind of AMP was needed for the band, for the bathrooms, and for the caterers coffee pots. I would have never thought to think of these things. With the decorations, I gave her a few bins of things that I wanted to display at the reception and I didn’t have time to go around and tell her where I wanted everything. She did such an AWESOME job making my vision come to life! I received multiple compliments from our wedding party and guests at how “on point” she was with everything! She helped create a timeline of all the events for the weekend and she was even at our rehearsal directing people and organizing the flow. For all the brides out there who are having their big day at an unstructured or at a site that is not a wedding venue, please take my advice – call Stephanie, you will be so happy that you did. Planning a wedding is really, really stressful and Stephanie understands that. So please, sit back on your wedding day and enjoy it!
