Do not spend your money! They cancelled with us 15 minutes before they were supposed to be there. Absolutely no customer service, always seemed to be a bother whenever I called. Absolutely horrible. Bring your business elsewhere.
Do NOT use this company. They are unreliable and unprofessional. Failed to show up for a trip from hotel to venue and then came half hour late after wedding to go back to hotel, leaving our guests wondering whether to wait or UBER (couldn’t get a straight answer out the driver as to where he was).
When I called to discuss with them (twice!), they have refused to return my calls.
Do yourself a big favor and save yourself from an unnecessary headache on what should be a beautiful day. Use another company.
My cousin had used Shima‘s party bus on two different occasions- for transportation to her bridal shower and transportation for her bachelorette, and both experiences were terrible.
For the bridal shower, the driver was great but the bus had NO air conditioning. We rode for an hour to the shower and we were all covered in sweat.
For the bachelorette, the bus fortunately had AC but the driver was awful. He took us on a 30 minute detour because he had no idea where he was going, and refused to help us figure out how to hook up the Bluetooth so we could play our own music because he didn’t know how to do it. On top of that, he was extremely rude.
Definitely wouldn’t trust these guys for your big day!
We booked a 20 passenger party bus for our pre-ceremony photos in downtown Cleveland. The limo was nice inside and our driver provided us ice for our drinks. BUT the AC was broken. It was 80 degrees and very humid that day. The company did not have a backup vehicle to lend us so we suffered for an hour drive there and another hour back inside a 118 degree limo bus. The makeup literally melted off our faces. When we got back from our honeymoon, I tried calling for some sort of refund, or even an apology. I was met with continued excuses that the manager/owner was not in the office but would return my call. After calling for 2 straight weeks I finally gave up. DO NOT USE THIS LIMO COMPANY!
GO ELSEWHERE WITH YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! WARNING: they called 2 days before our wedding saying they only had 1, 37 passenger bus when we've had 2 booked for months. They said "all our vehicles are booked for 6/1, sorry". Then launched into a complete BS excuse that "we never got your contract until last week" I'm so pissed we gave them any business, absolutely no one we corresponded with was accommodating and completely agree with every other negative review. Terrible from start to finish.
Spend your money elsewhere. This company was used for a wedding I was in on May 25th, when it was 80* outside. The driver apologized as we boarded saying, he was trying to get the air conditioner to work but it hadn't cooled down yet. He was embarrassed of this situation. We went from Mentor to downtown Cleveland for pictures only and had to cut out a stop since it was so miserable being on the bus longer. We called and management had no back up limo to send us, stated the AC was fixed the day before by another company, and was refusing to give a discount/refund. By the time we returned and got off, the bus read the temperature was 118*. Now, almost two weeks later, this company is still dodging calls from the married couple.
Absolutely terrible company. They sent us a 20 passenger bus without air conditioning. It got up to 118 degrees on the bus. They've been ducking every single one of our calls since that day. Don't waste your money with them.
Great company for a large limo bus with plenty of room for my 18 person bridal party and my photographers!
The limo driver has very professional and very helpful. He was punctual and had a sense of humor.

We used Shima for our wedding and they were fantastic! Driver Bill Ritchey was the best and made our day perfect. The bus was in great shape, and all of us enjoyed playing our music on the limo bus. Wonderful job, highly recommended!!
The drivers are, for the most part, very polite and give off a comfortable aura. The office people, however, are very rude and disrespectful. Especially the woman who runs the business. The women in the office along with their boss, Michelle, are super disrespectful to the drivers and talk to them as if they were slaves. I LOVE the drivers and the cars. But the core of the business is a bunch of rude, inconsiderate "women".
Great shuttle from reception hotel. My guests loved riding in the limo at the end of the night. Driver was polite as well.
Shima was FANTASTIC for my wedding! I used them for a party bus in the morning to take the girls to the church, a van to take the men to the church and then a shuttle at the end of the night. We all also hopped back in the party bus after the ceremony to go to the reception venue. The drivers were all amazing and even drove us around for a little bit because we were having so much fun on the bus. The shuttle at the end of the night made several trips to pick everyone up. All vehicles were new, upscale, clean and in prestine condition. They were easy to work with, reliable and fairly priced. They made my big day very easy. Highly recommend.
I am really disappointed with Shima. I talked to a male sales person over the phone yesterday and he gave me quotes for two different vehicles. Today when I called to book, I spoke to a woman who told me that there was no way they could quote me for so little and that the man I had spoken to yesterday didn't even work yesterday. I know I'm not mixing up companies because I only called two yesterday and I wrote everything down. I'm really disappointed with their customer service and feel like they are trying to hike up the prices because of prom season.
We booked a limo to pick us up after our wedding reception was over. They were excellent. On time, professional and even willing to wait for us to be ready to go. We had a great experience.
I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL RUIN YOUR DAY!To start off, I booked the new 20 passenger bus for my wedding day. We used them for the bachelor party so we got a discount for the wedding day. Thought that would be nice.Bachelor party went well. come wedding day, I get a phone call while getting ready from my fiance stating that they sent the wrong bus.Instead of the new bus we booked they sent an old run down smaller bus.also, we had requested the same driver as his bach party.
They said of course,well it wasnt him.I call shima & ask what's going on.The woman rudly says , "that's the bus you booked that's the bus we sent& we can't guarantee a driver. " I say " well I came to your shop 4x to see the bus,showed my fiance&every time you confirmed I was getting the new bus.So can you please send the right bus to the guys so we can get on with our day."She says "if you don't want that bus, I'll have the driver come back.Do you not want our bus then?"I say," no.I want the bus i paid for." she says "well that bus is out,we have no other available for you. Should I tell my driver to come back? " I tell her, "I need transportation,I need the bus,I can't get a limo right now on the day of my wedding! I'm disappointed that I booked one with lights & fun stuff,that's the reason I went with you & I'm not getting what I paid for. " she says "well then use that bus " I got upset,it's my wedding day, I'm getting my make-up done & you want to say, well I'll take the bus back?! What& leave me with no transportation?!?! I gave the phone to my mom & she tried to speak with her about getting a partial refund then & whatnot. The lady hangs up on my mom.Whatever, I'll deal with it after the wedding. So the bus gets to me, the driver never even helps me on or off the bus. The ac wasn't working,I told him,he says it is. It was blowing out hot air. We had to fan ourselves off the whole time, the guys had to practically undress.It was horrible. I call a few days later, they say the manager is out,she will call me back shortly. No call back. Next day I call, she supposedly had to leave bc her husband is having surgery, she will call me tomorrow. 3 days later still no call.I call back.She's out of the office for 3 days is aware I'm trying to get a hold of her &she will call me back when she gets back. A week later I finally get a hold of the manager, who instantly starts yelling and calling me a b***h! I'm like woah lady!!! She goes on and on how "you got a hell of a deal there's no way we would give you the new bus for that price. " I reply with " well then why was I there 4x & each time I spoke with you&you gave me the deal because you didn't have the bus I needed for the bachelor party & whatnot. " she says " you got a deal.You had a bus, the air worked,In fact it's out now and that party isn't complaining, what is your issue? " then she accuses me of calling her a fat b***h. I'm like what?!?!?! Where is this coming from?!?!?!. I tell her, " I never said that I never would. You asked who I spoke with & I said I don't remember her name but she was the larger woman. How do you get fat b***h out of that? I was in no way rude at all!!!!!" She continues to yell & talk over me the whole time & says, "you had service you got to & from , I will not give you any sort of refund. " &
hangs up on me. I try to call back & email & never get response. I would never expect a business to speak & treat me the way she did. Never again.
They were on time and the inside was nice and clean. I liked the color changing lights all over the inside :)
I don't even think I can give them a star! I guess they did show up at the church and get us to the reception, but other than that I was more than disappointed. To begin, when we got on the limo it was clear that it was not cleaned from the night before. There were empty beer cans, peanut shells, and dented in walls, and roof.. Someone had a great time the night before and they decided to just send us the beat up limo for our wedding. Also, it was a 90 degree day and the air conditioning was not working. This presented quite a problem when a storm rolled through and the driver couldn't see with no defogger. Meanwhile, I was 8 months pregnant and ready to pass out from heat and car sickness. I wanted to drive with the photographer it was so bad. When the rain came, the windows leaked everywhere. The men and women were covered in water. Great look for pictures! The driver could not find where we wanted to go and had us use our gps to figure it out. When I contacted Shima numerous times they issued a partial refund, but this trip was not worth the $150 we still paid. They ignored my future emails and calls after that. If I saw this review I would never have booked with them. I would rather spend more money and get a limo that was presentable for my wedding day. Huge disappointment!!!
We used Shima for our wedding. Everything went smoothly. The bus was clean and perfect for our size wedding party. The driver was friendly and on time.
We used Shima Limousine for our wedding day. We had one party bus for the wedding party photos before our ceremony. It was a new bus - so very nice inside! The driver was good to us too, knowing how hectic a wedding party can get. We also had a shuttle to & from our main hotel. There was some confusion with setting everything up between Shima, the hotel & myself just a week or two before our wedding, so that was a scary moment. Otherwise, it went smoothly the day-of.
Our limo driver was very nice and helped us all into the limo. We were a half hour late but he was right there still waiting for us! I had a great experience with this company! The price was great compared to others I had looked up as well
Best Party Bus Service! The driver was on time and on the ball. They worked hard to make sure we had our day planned correctly and our hotel shuttle was awesome! They were very professional and accommodating! Any event you need a party bus, go Shima!
Completely unprofessional. I had booked shuttles for our hotel guests to our ceremony and reception but, after learning that only 4 rooms were booked at the intended hotel, I opted to cancel the shuttle service. I read through all my previous communication with Shima, and my original shuttle confirmations, which did not make any mention of a cancellation policy, so I emailed to ask if cancellation was possible. After receiving no reply for four days, I called to inquire and was told "unfortunately you have to pay for the service." I said that I was unaware of any policy, as it was not communicated during the booking process and was not written in the confirmations I received. She said she'd talk to her office manager and call me back. After hearing nothing for 8 hours, I called back to follow up and inquire about the possibility of cancellation. I was put on hold and the woman then came back and said the only reason she was letting me cancel was because my credit card was being declined - so she apparently decided to put me on hold to run my card because I was asking about cancellation? I explained to her that no where in my communication was any mention of a cancellation policy, so how was I supposed to know I would have to pay the full amount should I choose to cancel? I was then rudely told that "we had to deny those vehicles to others because you had them." I apologized for the inconvenience, and again repeated that I was not communicated any sort of policy regarding cancellation, hence my inquiry. I was then told "You're set, good bye," before she hung up on me. I would understand the attitude had a cancellation policy been clear from the outset, but there was no mention at any point during my communication, electronic, written, or verbal, that indicated I would have to pay for the vehicles should I need to cancel the reservation. Additionally, I do not like that my credit card was being run without my knowledge when she put me on hold. The communication and professionalism is seriously lacking at this company.
First class service with a smile. Rented a Shima bus for a birthday party this past weekend and had a great time. The bus was awesome! This new bus had a great sound system that we maxed out. Had a party of 18 people and had plenty of room. I think we had more fun on the bus then we did at the clubs. Thanks Shima!!

We were contracted to have a 15 passenger van to transport our guests back to the hotel and instead, we had a limo that held 6 people at best. The driver sat for 45 minutes before saying that he was there to pickup guests for our party. Shima was completely accepting of this and because I (the bride) did not call that night, it didn't seem like big deal. Horrible.
I AM WARNING ALL OF YOU - DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. Shima was recommended to me back when I was in high school (for prom use) - they were great then. Clean limos, on time. Fast forward to our wedding on 7/30/2016... My husband and I booked them in October for our July wedding. First, we were given inaccurate information regarding cost for a limo bus. That was fine - so it was a few hundred dollars more than initially anticipated - no big deal. We paid the deposit, then paid in full a week before the wedding. We rented a 20 person limo bus. Come the wedding day, rather than a limo bus arriving, we were provided two limo sedans (dirty and scratched, by the way). The drivers claimed that the bus' air conditioner was broken and it would be repaired and sent to pick us up after the ceremony. The two limos were only for transportation to the church. Fine, we understood there are things out of anyone's control. Long story short, we never received the limo bus, our wedding party had to be separated into two separate vehicles the entire day, and when we spoke with Shima, they were rude and unwilling to do anything to ensure we received the service we requested... in October of 2015!! After the wedding, we contacted Shima again, expecting some sort of compensation, as we did receive the service we paid for. We were rudely told that they will not do anything for us, since having two limos instead of one bus actually cost them more money.... BS! We had our wedding party separated because of their lack of maintenance to their vehicles. They will not work with us and have not even so much as apologized for disrupting our wedding day (I guess they think people just plan and plan for wedding to get married more than once?). I am overwhelmingly disappointed in their service, their lack of professionalism, and their unwillingness to work with us for THEIR mistake. Please do not use them. I am told the original owner passed and his rotten children are running the business into the ground.
We had a limo bus for 18 hours (from the very early start of our wedding day to dropping guests off at the hotel that night) and Bob was our limo driver the entire time. He did a great job, was always on time for each stop. The only issues we had were the AUX cord didn't work all the time in the limo bus and the air was working too well. It was definitely very warm in the bus the entire time.
I am so impressed with using Shima Limousine service. Everyone that I talked with, while making the arrangements, were very professional and extremely courteous from start to finish. Shima Limo is a fantastic limo company to rent from! Their prices are extremely reasonable and they do a great job of providing you with so much for your perfect day! My wife and I rented one of their party buses for our wedding and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service! They bus was on time at all of our locations and our driver was the best! He was very helpful with getting everyone on board the bus and to make sure we were having a good time. He knew where all of our locations were and the best routes to take. All around fantastic experience. We had out of town guests at the Marriott needing transportation to and from the church, along with in between, transporting the wedding party. The 37 passenger bus that we rented arrived early to pick up the guests, was able to pick up the wedding party and get them to the church on time as well. Then as we took pics at the church, they shuttled the guest back to the hotel and was back as we were finishing up and transported us downtown for pictures. The driver was very accommodating as well as professional and always on time! One of the bridesmaids left her phone on the bus and when we called the next morning, they had her phone and were able to go pick it up. Very trustworthy.
The limo driver was 30 minutes late to pick the bride and bridesmaids up from the salon the morning of the wedding. When we attempted to call, we did not receive an apology or a reason as to why the limo was late. The driver was not friendly and was not helpful. He passed up the church and when we got to our destinations, he did not even attempt to help us off the bus. My brothers had to help me and the other ladies off the bus. When I called to discuss my disappointments with the "Manager" the following week, I was appalled at how I was treated. The person who I spoke with said she was the manager while the actual manager was out of town, but she needs some serious training in customer service. I will NEVER use this company again, and would NOT recommend to anyone. The only good thing was that the bus was clean.
We used Shima Limousine for our wedding and were completely satisfied with the service they provided. They were on time to each destination, pick-up and drop-off and very professional. We also kept changing the timing leading up to the wedding and they were very accommodating. We would definitely use this service again if we needed it.
Shima Limousine is thee best! Michele in the reservations department was very professional. She informed us of all available options. The sedan at the end of the evening was perfect. Our driver Steve was great!!!!! We ran into overtime and he never flinched, never pressured, never changed his attitude or level of professionalism. He went on as though it was planned all along. The limousine and sedan were both immaculate. Driver was well dressed, well groomed and polite. We were very pleased and would definitely recommend and reuse Shima Limousine. Prices were very compatible as well.
I had to have SEVERAL email correspondences over the course of 7 months to finally get a quote that was correct. Every time they would send me something pieces of information were wrong or randomly changed. Though the service ended up being on time and fine the day of... their office correspondence is awful.

Limo was rented for a wedding 10/10- limo driver rear ended the car in front. We had to have friends pick the bridal party up, take them to a location to wait for another car to pick us up. We lost food that we provided the bridal party in the limo, girls dresses were stained from spilled beverages. When called on Monday we were told we would only be reimbursed 50%. Called 10/13 spoke to Michele (which we now see is the OWNER via reviews- she is absolutely RUDE) and asked why I was being charged when we were inconvenienced, food lost, dresses stained and she told me that the next guest was inconvenienced because they had to take a car away from them. Told me they would go ahead and credit the entire charge, she said she would email me the credit (which I haven't gotten). When I asked why it was my problem the next party was inconvenienced when the limo driver caused the accident, we had to find rides to wait for the next limo, we missed out on pictures she told me the driver wasn't charged and HUNG UP ON ME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE -ESPECIALLY WHEN THE OWNER IS LIKE THIS TO CUSTOMERS- No empathy, very defensive and down right rude. Then when I called back to speak to a manager/owner (because I didn't realize she was) it was her. She told me her name was "Tammy" and took my number and said someone would call me back.
Shima was so easy to work with for our wedding. They provided transportation for our entire wedding weekend. Everything went smoothly and without any concerns. Easy booking and good value. Highly recommend!

On a 5 star scale, I would give Shima 10 stars if I could!! Amazing service, extremely responsive and very professional. Our timeline was followed precisely and the limousine was so beautiful! I really felt like I was getting the VIP treatment. Thank you to Michele and our wonderful driver for making everything run smoothly on our big day!
We used Shima Limo to transport our guests to and from the wedding. They were quick in their responses during the planning phases. My guests told me the limo got lost on the way out to the ceremony site. Then at the end of the night, there was a confusion and the limo announced they weren't coming back for the second run like we had contracted. We worked it out in the end.
Average limousine if you are not looking to spend a lot of money but need some transportation. The limo bus was okay, the Bluetooth didn't work and the windows were dirty. The driver did not once assist any of the passengers on or off the bus during the day. However, I have used this company in the past and have had a great experience. I suppose it just depends on which limo and limo driver you receive.
Michele is a joy to work with and the quickest, most efficient person when making limo arrangements. She made sure that everything was done the way I wanted it to be even though I had some changes at the end. The limos arrived early and the drivers were so polite and courteous. We rented a shuttle that ran from the hotel to the venue and then back again to insure that everyone got home safely after the wedding. Our guests loved the convenience of the shuttle. The driver that took us home was so nice that he helped carry in my wedding dress since I had changed during the reception. I definitely would use this limo company again!
Worst, rudest company of all time. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING! I have never written a bad review about a company, but this company is the worst.
Our limo had no air conditioning and was not what we ordered. It was so hot and cramped in the limo that several members of our bridal party left the limo, because they were getting sick.
When we called the company to discuss the issues-- and there were several more-- the manager was always "away from the office," and never returned our calls. We called five times a day minimum for one week. She was so rude and unpleasant. She told us that Shima does not have to guarantee the limo size that they promise, they don't have to guarantee air conditioning, and they bear no responsibility for mechanical failures.
I am actually using their company as an example in a lesson for my students about lack of business ethics. This company was horrendous.
Shima Limousine was wonderful to work with! They made my event so much smoother because they were a pleasure to plan with, punctual, communicative and priced right! They made sure to cater to our wedding event needs in so many ways. I would use them again for any occasion. Thank you, Michele and your team of professional drivers, 5 stars for sure!
DO NOT spend money on this terrible and unprofessional company! I booked them for my sister's bachelorette party and here are just a few of the issues we ran into:
-air conditioning did not work = very uncomfortable ride.
-belt blew which caused a strong smell of burning rubber the whole way.
-driver said limo was "not safe to drive" so we had to wait around for them to replace the bus.
-because we had to wait around, we went over our time slot by 1 hour, which they assured me I would not have to pay.
They ended up charging me for the extra hour - the only thing they waived was the "changing of the bus fee" which ended up in no discount at all in the end.
They were VERY rude to me on the phone, the manager would not speak with me, and they REFUSED to give me a discount. She then HUNG UP on me when I asked for further contact information on who I can discuss this with.
I can’t say enough about this company! Everything went so smooth for my wedding, the driver showed up in a stretch limousine that was beautiful inside and out. Also, a special thanks to the girls in the office for helping me with all the details and making sure everything was perfect!
We used Shima Limousine for our honeymoon airport transportation and we could not have been happier with them. The entire experience was so relaxing, not having to deal with parking was so wonderful. We changed our return flight and Shima Limousine had no problem accommodating us even though we arrived a day early and at midnight. I can't wait for the next event where we get to use Shima!
Shima Limousine exceeded my expectations. After a month of shopping around, I called upon Shima and immediately felt comfortable with Michele. She was very personable and gave me all the information I was looking for. It was obvious she cared about her clientele very much. The limo bus was in pristine shape inside and out, and Tony the driver was very professional both in image and conduct. I absolutely hands down will use Shima Limousine for any future limousine needs.

We got married on 15th November and the day was just perfect, in part because Shima Limousine was such a great company to have used. Brian was absolutely fantastic! He was so helpful, friendly and such a trooper all day, taking us to the many photo stops and helping me in and out the car (in my enormous dress)! The bridal party loved him, and we couldn't have asked for a better limo driver. So glad that Shima was recommended to us, and I would encourage anybody to use them! Many many thanks again for being so brilliant on our special day!
I was really impressed with the services they gave me on my wedding day. Frank was our driver he was so courteous and helpful. The ride to church was really smooth and the limousine was BEAUTIFUL! He was very polite, professional and really funny! I would definitely recommend Shima Limousine! A big thanks to Shima for making my day one I will never forget!!
I was blown away by your service and your vehicle! Our driver, Anthony, was amazing. He made us feel so welcome and relaxed from the moment he arrived. His driving skills are superb, even though traffic was heavy; we never noticed how effortlessly our car floated through it. The car itself, a stretch limo, was breath-taking. Would highly recommend Shima Limousine! Thank you guys so much!!
HATED IT, Our spacious 24 seater party bus broke down the day of our wedding 9/27/14 literally not even 20 seconds after we pulled out of the church parking lot. We booked the bus from 2-6 and didn't get back on the road in the small, no frills replacement van they sent until after 4:00. We planned on taking pictures downtown then making our way to Olmsted Falls but we sat in an Arbys parking lot for an hour and half, at the same time paying our photographer to-do no nothing and only made it to one of our locations. When the replacement vehicle showed up, the driver seriously told us he was dropping us off downtown and leaving us there because he had another wedding to attend to. ARE U KIDDING ME? We got screwed over, but you have to be on time for your other wedding?? My new husband called multiple times after that and was given the run-around. On 10/10/14 he was finally called back by Tammy stating that we would be charged $264.00 the discounted balance.. My hubby went on to let her know that he had been given the run around all the times that he called, someone was always supposed to call him back after they spoke with the manager. She lied and she stated that they had tried to get in contact with him several times which was a bold face lie. They never called him. She proceeded to state that they could of left us on the side of the road or have gotten the bus towed as they are not obligated to do anything by Ohio law, of course he hung up on her because who says that. I proceeded to call after that to just to confirm that we were being charged for what we got as a replacement a "shitty van" and not the bus. I then told tammy that it wasn't our fault that they gave us a piece of "shit bus"(rather politely and calm, not yelling) which even the driver said this was not the first time he had an issue with this same bus and was surprised that it was on the road. Calling the bus a piece of shit must have offended Tammy because she then lectured me told me that she wasn't brought up this way and she then hung up. im not sure what she was implying but you don't have to be brought up anyway to be an angry customer. I've worked in customer service for many years and know when im being disrespected and vice-versa. I never disrespected Tammy cursed at her or yelled at her in anyway. We put a huge chunk of our special day in their hands and to be treated like this is ridiculous. They need to have a clause which states that if something happens to your bus or van, Shima is not obligated by state law to send a replacement. I bet they would have fewer bookings. In conclusion stay away from Shima limo. there are many other limo companies throughout NEO who maintain their fleets better and who wouldn't put a 24 seater bus on the road with a history of problems and who also have much better customer service.
I was one of those brides who was organized and planned every last detail. So when picking out our limo with Shima Limousine, I definitely wanted to look at the limo before signing anything. (We had a very large bridal party and I wanted to make sure it was large enough to accommodate everyone and was also attractive on the inside). When we went to look at the limo, it was perfect and the office manager was very pleasant and helpful. That day we signed the contract for the limo service. My friend had used Shima for her wedding and everything went great. My biggest fear was having the limo not show up or be late showing up. I made sure to call the company several times before my wedding day just to check on the pickup day and time. On the wedding day, the limo was on time (thankfully!) but other incidents occurred that should not have. First of all, my fiance and I put together a playlist on his phone for the limo bus. It took us many nights figuring out just the perfect songs to add. On our wedding day, when we were about to put the music on, his phone would not sync with the device on the limo. Everyone was trying to get it to work, with no luck. We eventually asked the limo driver and he came back to look at it. He was completely unfamiliar with the radio and could not get it to work. One solution was "stopping at Wal-mart and picking up a speaker." We were in downtown Cleveland and the last place I wanted to go on my wedding day was Walmart, not to mention, that would waste time that could be spent on pictures. So our playlist was ruined and we had to settle for the radio for the remainder of the day. Secondly, while we were taking pictures in the cultural gardens in downtown Cleveland, a police car pulled up and asked the limo driver to move the limo because he was parked incorrectly (at this time, I was taking pictures with my husband and only heard about what happened....thankfully). When asked to move, the limo driver started giving the officer a hard time. In turn, the officer ended up hand cuffing him and patting him down before having him sit in the back of his car for a bit. Luckily, after we were finished with pictures, I didn't know any of this happened until I heard about it when I got back on the bus. Lastly, to top everything off, the limo driver hit another bus on the way back to the hotel before the reception. He totally scrapped the limo while trying to back up at the hotel. The limo was fine and was still drivable, it was just the cherry on top of the day. When paying a lot of money to be shuttled around on your wedding day, you would hope that the person in charge would know what they are doing, would be courteous to a police office to avoid conflict for the bride, groom and bridal party and would know how to operate a vehicle of that size. It definitely did not ruin our day but it was just unnecessary and frustrating!
This company was contracted out by the hotel we used for our guests. They did a wonderful job despite all the snow we had! Luckily the price was perfect b/c since we sold a lot of hotel rooms the service by them was free. But, I will say, the vehicle they used was excellent and they treated all of my guests very very well.

Shima had a clean, beautiful 20 passenger limo bus for us to use and our driver was fabulous! We were very pleased! They also provided a shuttle service for us from our reception to the hotels at the end of the night.
Our driver was professional and courteous. He was happy driving us to various locations for photos, and was not bothered by our somewhat rowdy bridal party. The party bus was new and clean, the sound system was great, and we had plenty of room for 24 people. The price was very reasonable as well.
Shimo provided a safe and enjoyable transportation for myself and our wedding party. George had excellent customer service and knew his way around our photo locations. At one point we had a leaky tire - I had NO idea...we pulled up to the next photo location and by the time we loaded back on the bus the tire was changed and we were off. My biggest fear was a poor limo experience that would mess all our plans, George and Shima Limo did a excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone!
Our driver Steve was great! He got us everywhere we needed to be and was generous enough to stop at other places for food and drinks. Everyone seemed comfortable in the limo and to have a great time!
