As Father of the Bride, I wanted every part of the big day to go without a hitch. The Shoup's Catering service ensured that they did their part to make that happen. They are excellent. Paul and the entire team were the utmost professional, responsive, and accurate. We knew exactly what we were getting and they delivered. They even adjusted last minute when I missed a detail and quickly responded so that I or the guest would not be impacted. The meal was of excellent quality and I received several unsolicited positive comments. "It was really good, and I normally don't like ____" The staff were on it. They were courteous, quick, and efficient. They bussed tables discreetly and were gone without anyone noticing. I can say without any reservation that Shoup's is excellent and should be at the top of your list for catering services.

Shoup's was a pleasure to work with and provided delicious food for our wedding. Paul helped us every step of the way and the food was delicious and budget friendly. We got so many compliments on the food and how professional their staff was.

Shoups does it all! They were my one stop shop for flowers, cake, and food. They took care of everything so I didn't have to worry about anything! Everyone couldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was and people even took some of the cake home with them because it was so amazing. I will 110% be using them again!

The delicious food, caring and friendly staff, professional service, gorgeous flowers and centerpieces and just amazing support from Shoup's made our big day perfect. They easily accommodated our gluten-free and dairy-free menu, including the cakes, which were as good or better than any traditional cake. We received so many compliments on the food. Shoup's did an amazing job catering the hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour and dinner for our wedding! All of the food was wonderful, the staff were super professional and friendly, and the portions were very generous. They offer an incredible value for the cost. We highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend Shoup’s enough after our amazing experience for our wedding! Janna was great to work with and took excellent care of us! She had great recommendations for our food choices and we are so glad we listened to her because the food was INCREDIBLE! She truly took all the worry away with any COVID restrictions/questions. The staff that came and took care of us the day of were incredible. I figured dinner would take longer with COVID restrictions and them having to serve everyone in the buffet line, but I was wrong. They were so efficient and friendly! I had countless people come up to us and tell me it was the best wedding food they had ever had and I’m still having people tell me that! If you are wanting great food and great staff taking care of you on your wedding day, Shoup’s is the way to go!!!

Shoups was amazing! There were so organized and eased much of my stress. I knew that I could count on them to make our wedding day go as smooth as possible. And of course the food was amazing! Other people kept telling us that we wouldn’t have time to eat our food, but we had been looking forward to it for so long that we made sure we had time to eat it! Janna and Kailey are the best in the business, I would choose them every time.

Catering is one of those aspects we wanted to get right. It's one of critical pieces of your wedding that guests typically come away remembering. We wanted to ensure our guests were happy and satisfied with the food and service they would be getting on our special day. To sum up our experience with Shoup's: FANTASTIC. I don't think I could've done this with any other catering company. They made planning a wedding out of state the least stressful it could've possibly have been and I cannot give Janna and the entire Shoup's crew enough praise for everything they did. Janna is the most organized and helpful person I think I have ever met and I cannot describe how efficiently she ran our special day. The appetizers that we chose were presented and displayed so beautifully. The BLT bites were such a hit. The fruit and cheese station was absolutely beautiful. We had it served family style (our venue had never had service done this way) and it went so smooth. No one had to wait in line and they could pick amounts that they wanted. The portions were massive and I know no one went hungry or felt under served. Many of our guests praised the service and food as the best catered event they had been to in recent memory. It was such a relief to know that catering went so well.

I can not say enough about Shoup's Catering!!! They prepared and served appetizers for the cocktail hour and a family style passed dinner for the wedding meal. For desert we went with the Cup Cakes and Cake Pops table (This was a major hit with our guests!!). Everything from the delicious food, to the friendly and professional staff, went far beyond our exceptions!!! Jana is a dream to work with and will do everything (and I mean everything) with in her power to make sure that every detail is perfect. We are so very glad that we chose Shoup's Catering for our daughter's wedding!!!

Shoup’s was wonderful to work with. Jana made sure all details related to the catering were taken care of far in advance, answered all our questions quickly, made sure to communicate with us regularly. On our wedding day the staff was punctual, very professional, made sure dinner went smoothly, and made sure all the food was cleaned up so we could use the dance floor. And of course the food was amazing and very reasonably priced!

Shoup’s Catering and On the Rocks Bar Service is exemplary, you will not find anyone better. We met with one caterer and were stood up by another before we met with Janna at Shoup’s. A meal was prepared for us at our initial meeting, and it was absolutely delicious. Shoup’s has an extensive menu to choose from, and we were so excited to have such a unique wedding dinner planned instead of just choosing ‘beef or chicken’. We decided family style is definitely the way to go, no long buffet lines and no pricey plated meals, although Shoup’s offers all, which adds to their amazing list of choices. On the Rocks was also very easy to work with, they allowed us to host our favorite wine from a local Indiana winery. This is a team of experienced professionals, they know exactly what they are doing, and there wasn’t a single problem on the wedding day. I cannot recommend them enough, they were perfect, and our guests loved dinner and the appetizers. They also do so much more than just catering and bar service, they can do flowers, decoration, and wedding day coordination, and they do so many other events besides weddings. Follow them on social media, try their BBQ sauce and seasonings at your grocery store, it is fantastic. Honestly, I would visit Shoup’s first before looking anywhere else. Shoup’s has way more to offer and you can take a peek into their store at their office, which is full of awesome goodies! Lastly, vendors who know each other and work well together makes for an easy and perfect wedding day: Mike Bennett at Efusion Entertainment is the best DJ and Vintage Oaks Banquet Barn is a gorgeous and perfect venue.

Janna was absolutely the best! We initially planned on having Shoup's for catering but then found out that they are able to do everything and even work closely with Mike Bennett as a DJ. Everything was amazing. We didn't have to do anything! It was so nice to not have to worry about any set up, clean up or tear down. They did it all! We also had Janna for our day of coordinator and it was probably the best decision for the entire wedding. Our wedding was gorgeous and virtually flawless!! Thanks Shoup's!

Shoup's Catering and Events made this day very memorable. We had so many comments on how good the food was, the best they had had at any wedding! It was delicious, food was properly tempered and the staff was so very polite and accommodating. They took care of everything for us, from setting the silverware to cutting all the cakes for us. I have been a wedding planner for 20 years & I manage the Legacy Barn Venue. Shoup's is by far one of our favorite caterers! They offer a wide variety of food which is excellent every time. They are affordable, dependable & provide excellent service. You can't go wrong with Shoup's catering!

Shoups catered our wedding and we were absolutely blown away with the services we received. Not only on our wedding day but the months, weeks and days before the wedding. If I ever had a question or concern I was guided through each and every step. The food, dessert & bar services were just what we wanted for our weddings. We also opted in for having Janna as our wedding coordinator and I would a million times over have her there again. She rehearsed with us the night before, helped arrange the delivery for our flowers, communicated with me all day & directed the whole night perfectly. Our Shoups experience was by far something that I will always and do recommend to any bride and groom for their wedding day!

I chose Shoup's through a friend who had recommended them. My mother was a fanatic about selecting a caterer with good food and was hesitant at first because she had never heard of them but I CANNOT say enough good things about them. From the food, to the display, to the first experience at their store, to the catering staff they far exceeded both my mother and I's expectations. They were truly a huge hit with all my guests and my family.

Very easy to work with and very professional, great prices, and delicious food! Unlimited appetizers full dinner, and drinks for 130 for $2,300...Cannot beat that! Loved everything about this caterer!!!!
