I hired Sheena for wedding planning services for my September wedding at Church Landing in Meredith, NH. Her company was highly recommended by my venue and she was the first vendor I booked soon after confirming my wedding date, and wow was I glad to have her on my team! Her knowledge of our venue became invaluable after experiencing a few hiccups. While I did have a venue coordinator, I knew I wanted someone who would be my "brain" for the day, aka help organize all the vendors, manage scheduling, help with all the miscellaneous tasks the venue coordinator does not help with (we didn't want to task a family member), and to serve as an experienced guide throughout the whole process as my husband and I hadn't been to many weddings ourselves prior to our own.
The venue coordinator we were assigned ~4 months before our date ended up being brand new, and while we all have to start somewhere, I felt extra comforted knowing I already had Sheena's extensive experience to lean on. Despite not originally needing any rentals, after a last minute change from the venue in location of our Welcome Party (two weeks before), Sheena immediately jumped in to offer her support so we didn't have to scramble with tablescapes and decor. She was hugely supportive and went the extra mile, even offering to pick up our preordered sandwich platters from Full Belli Deli, our favorite lunch spot ~45min away in Wolfeboro on our wedding day to feed the wedding party in their getting ready rooms.
I can't recommend Sheena enough--she made us feel very comfortable and taken care of in the lead up to and day of our wedding. We have her to thank for helping to make the day run so smoothly!
I cannot express enough how amazing my experience was with Showcase Events Rentals & Planning! As a Type A bride, I have a tendency to be very particular about every. single. detail, and I’m not easily impressed. But from the moment I started working with them, Sheena and Rich blew me away. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and everything was organized to perfection. They managed every aspect of the planning process seamlessly, and they made sure that every tiny detail was exactly as I envisioned — and more.
ALSO let me state that I rented every piece of equipment from them. I had my wedding in a field so needed professional kitchen equipment, dance floor, lighting tents, chairs, tables, forks, linens, plates, glasses, bars...you name a wedding item, and we rented it from Showcase!
As a planner, Sheena listened to my ideas, provided helpful suggestions, and turned my dream wedding into a reality. The level of professionalism and organization they brought to the table helped me feel completely at ease, even with all the moving parts of a wedding. The rentals were beautiful and high quality, and they made sure everything arrived on time and set up just as I imagined.

Showcase Events made rentals so easy for our wedding. Renting everything from the table up felt like an intimidating, open-ended task and I was worried I would pick the wrong quantities. Sheena could not have been more helpful! She worked with us to find a time when we could come up to the showroom and she talked us through what would be needed for our number of guests and style of serving food. She was so friendly and kind when I changed my mind one too many times about what to pick. The rentals were delivered with no issue and were all in great condition. Our reception space looked gorgeous when we were done setting up!
Quick and easy communication, very nice people. I asked for warm twinkle lights with white wire, they said they would make it happen and they did! It added the perfect touch to the venue, so happy.

We used Showcase Events + Rentals for our wedding on 9-22-23. Our experience was great; their selection of rentals was vast + their prices were fair + consistent in comparison to other local rental companies. We found that Showcase had the best looking + best priced farm tables, which fit out aesthetic perfectly. We specifically chose Showcase because they came highly recommended by our venue for their quality, set up + clean up services, + month-of coordinator, Sheena. 10/10 recommend.
We were very excited to utilize their month-of coordinating services. To no fault of her own, we didn’t really utilize Sheena’s coordinating help too much the actual month-of (we had pretty much everything ready to go a few months in advance + we took care of final communications with vendors ahead of time), so I can’t speak to her level of involvement in that sense. However, Sheena was very responsive to our emails from the time we booked our rentals (9+ months in advance) + she was very helpful with coordinating the rehearsal, setting up the venue the morning of, + helping facilitate the smoothest, most stress-free day possible. She was super prepared during our check-in phone call, and we were confident in her ability to handle anything that came up so that we wouldn’t have to! She even purchased several cases of High Noons for us DURING our reception when we unexpectedly ran out! She was fantastic. Sheena worked with 2 other coordinators that day, Kim + Kat. Kat was a HUGE help at the start of the ceremony – she helped hold my dress’s train + keep me hidden from the guests during the bridal party processional. She has a very calming presence + talked me through each moment leading up to my entrance, pointing out my *now* husband escorting his mom down the aisle, pointing out my dad, + reassuring me that all those jitters I was feeling in that moment would soon go away the moment I saw my husband at the end of the aisle. She was so right, + it was very special to be able to share those moments with someone as sweet as her.
Sheena went above and beyond! I loved going to their storefront and viewing their samples; she walked us through many options based on our vision. I was having such a hard time matching napkins to our DIY centerpiece decor, and she helped me procure a bolt of fabric that matched exactly. Delivery was super easy. Highly recommend!

Sheena was fabulous in keeping our order updated and correct as items and numbers adjusted. All items were as described and expected. We were super excited for the vintage mismatched plates and these were absolutely darling. Delivery and pick-up efficient and scheduled well. Sheena knows her stuff and also the area vendors - really easy to work with.
Sheena was incredibly helpful throughout our wedding planning. She was quick to respond to every call and email. She was up front and transparent about every step of the process. She had great insight on how to make our venue look as beautiful as possible and she is very knowledgeable in rentals (size of dance floor based on guest count, color combinations, etc.). Her team was prompt, professional, and the quality of all our rentals was exceptional. We received countless compliments on the farmhouse tables. I would highly recommend Sheena and Showcase!

All of our wedding plans had to change due to COVID so we booked Showcase Events on the later side relative to our event date and had an amazing experience. Sheena may have been the easiest to reach vendor I have worked with as she always picked up the phone and responded to emails very quickly. I had a ton of questions and numbers that changed more frequently than I wish they did, and they were even accommodating enough to help us update some counts the week-of delivery. Everyone we interacted with at the company (sales, delivery, etc.) was extremely kind and helpful. Will definitely use them again for events in the future.
Sheena has been really great to work with from day one! We rented their birch tree arbor which was absolutely beautiful for our rustic wedding! We also rented wood tree trunk table centerpieces as well as the birch tree table numbers. On our wedding day we ended up being short one table number so they immediately refunded us for the cost of the table numbers for the inconvenience. Everything was absolutely wonderful overall and would highly recommend renting for weddings from them!
Full disclaimer: I did not end up using Sheena’s services as we cancelled our wedding due to COVID-19. I think it is so important, however, for other couples to know that Sheena is incredible and a true professional. I came to her relatively late in the planning process after having a less-than-stellar experience with another local vendor. Sheena was able to quickly pull together a quote at a very competitive price. Once we learned our wedding was impacted by COVID, she was very supportive, flexible, and easy to work with. She even helped me brainstorm creative solutions for navigating dinner service during the pandemic. I appreciated her positive attitude and innovative mindset in the midst of this unprecedented situation. Although we didn’t end up needing her services, I will absolutely use her for rentals in the future.
Sheena and Showcase Events are magical. After our first tent rental deposit was lost to another company due to our changing Covid plans, we found Showcase Events less than 90 days before our wedding and are so glad we did. First off, Sheena was fabulous to talk to and made the process so straightforward. She offered such flexibility during Covid, offering a generous cancellation policy that we didn't ultimately need, but were comforted by. Her pricing is stellar for the Lakes Region, and having grown up in town I really enjoyed working with a local, family owned business. When we changed our caterer due to Covid, she helped us pick out serveware and change our silverware to match our new menu (I had spent upwards of an hour trying to figure out what to order, and when we finally decided to just call Sheena, she ran through our menu and let us know what we should order in under 10 minutes, and we had every thing we needed that day - she really knows her stuff.)
If you are planning a backyard wedding, which requires attending to so many small details, I couldn't recommend Sheena and her team more. They are true professionals with beautiful rentals.
Sheena was very easy to work with from the beginning. She had worked with our venue before and gave us a lot of options to decorate multiple spaces. As the day got closer we realized we needed to make a few changes as our guest count shrunk, and she quickly amended our purchase orders and was very flexible.
Her team was early setting some things up, and did a great job. We did notice that some lights were out and she quickly had some folks come back to replace. Everything looked beautiful!
Sheena was great to work with! She was very responsive and put up with untold iterations to our quote. She was very patient at explaining different options and never steered us to the most expensive option unless I explicitly asked for it. We used her mismatched vintage china and it was in great shape and gave a beautiful rustic touch to our wedding. She even made sure to find ones in her stock that had gold detail within them since we were using gold flatware and gold chargers!
The only thing to be aware of is that any dishes must be well rinsed before getting sent back to her - not a big deal at all, but requires just a bit more labor from the caterers/servers so make sure they are aware of that.
We are so happy we used her and have recommended her to my sister who is getting married later in the summer.
We worked with Sheena for our December wedding at Church Landing. After deciding on a theme, we knew there were some additional details we would need help with. Our wedding coordinator recommended Showcase and I am so happy she did! She provided us with gold overlays for our guest tables, maroon napkins, gold napkin rings, and gold flatware. Everything came together perfectly. Sheena was helpful, creative, and flexible through the planning process. If you are getting married in the Lakes Region and want to pull in some extra details, I highly recommend Showcase!
We rented a tent and heater from Showcase NH for our September wedding. Sheena was great to deal with throughout the whole rental process. I went back and forth on items that I wanted to rent for our wedding, and Sheena never missed a step adding, removing, and adding items back in. She was prompt and pleasant to deal with the whole time. The items were delivered, as expected, on time and picked up when promised. I would highly recommend Showcase NH for any rentals!
I have worked with this company for several years on a local fundraising event. Showcase Events Rental & Planning has always been accommodating and provided all of the flatware and dishes we have needed in a timely manner. They deliver at the day and time they quote to us and are accommodating to our pick up times. I would, without reservations, recommend this company for any event you are planning.
As director of a museum and historic site, we only work with a select group of vendors for our own events and rentals. Showcase Events is the only tent vendor we allow to set up on our properties. Sheena is a pleasure to work with and knowing that she protects our facility as though it were her own allows for a great comfort level for me and my staff. She recently provided chairs and other materials for a young couple holding a DIY wedding at the museum (they got engaged here so it is a special place for them). The delivery and pickup of chairs, etc. was seamless. I would highly recommend using Showcase Events.

Sheena was the very best wedding coordinator we could have asked for. My husband and I were planning our wedding with her for close to two years, and every detail was carried out with professionalism, care and an eye for detail. Not only did we plan the wedding with her for so long but from clear across the country. We now live in WA state, but Rob is from NH, so we needed someone we could trust. She provided everything from linens, china, carefully created favors, and even an A/C unit to make sure our guests were comfortable. When we had an emergency on the day of the wedding (my severely allergic son left his epi-pen at the cabin), both Sheens and her then fiance drove all the way back to the cabin to get it for him. I can't think of anyone more professional and caring than Sheena to do wonderful work for any bride to be. She is the best and has become a dear friend! I just wish we lived closer.
Sheena was always available when I had questions, and I had plenty of them. The wedding wouldn't have been the same without her help to make it the one of a kind magical day that every guest will never forget.
Sheena was very helpful and really knowledgeable about all your wedding needs. Their selection was beautiful and everything we rented was just perfect. Our only disappointment was that the place settings came quite late the day before the wedding and we wish we had more time to handle the set up, but they said they had a truck breakdown. Otherwise, everything was great.
Sheena is an absolute dream to work with. I rented a tent, tables, chairs, linens, and catering equipment from her for our wedding at Locke Falls Farm, where she was the day of coordinator. I can't imagine working with a better person! She was personable, available for our many questions, flexible, patient, and most importantly: very calm. Her good humor and incredible work ethic stood out during the planning and execution of our wedding. She is a very honest business woman and ultimately one of the best decisions for vendors that we made for our wedding.
We worked with Showcase Events for our July 2017 wedding. Sheena was the day of coordinator included in our venue rental (Locke Falls Farm) and she was truly amazing. We always knew our wedding would be very much a DIY kind of event, so having a day of coordinator didn't even cross our minds. Once the planning got started we quickly learned that Sheena was invaluable. She is organized, realistic, knows her stuff, and ALWAYS respects your budget. Sheena gave us the insight and confidence we needed to pull together an amazing DIY wedding and on the day of made our careful planning flow seamlessly. We also decided to use her company for rentals and servers. Everyone she had working for us was great and all rentals arrived in plenty of time for set up in pristine condition. Can't recommend Sheena and her company highly enough!!
This place will make promises and not deliver. Our chairs we ordered months in advance only to find out 2 days before the wedding they could not deliver them. Sheena then blamed us for her lack of follow through. BEWARE or you will be left scrambling.
I worked with Sheena at Showcase Events for my wedding last May. She is amazing to work with because she is so prompt and professional. Showcase Events has a large variety of items to choose from, including your standard tables, chairs, linens and silverware, etc. They also have many decorative items in all different styles. If you need something that they don’t have they will work with you to get that item. For example I wanted tree slabs for my centerpieces; this is not something I wanted to buy because I did not have use for 20 tree slabs in the future. They did not have this item in their inventory, but they went above and beyond to get them for me. Sheena made this a fun process and helped to alleviate a lot of stress. I highly recommend this company for all of your rental needs.
Sheena at Showcase events was amazing! I ordered 25 white chairs as well as 3 birch slabs. Delivery was on time as well as pick up. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rental. Very friendly and accommodating. Communication is great! Thanks for helping me during my special day!
