Shutter and Sound did our videography for our wedding back in August! I had reached out just a handful of months before our date because we decided last minute to move forward with video (btw, BEST decision). Kylee was so sweet and easy to work with, quick to answer questions and get the date all booked and set up. On our wedding day, we had Jordan as our videographer. He is the nicest guy - incredibly talented too. The emotion put behind our highlight video is insane, and to be frank my husband and I have watched it at least 50 times! My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Shutter and Sound. Our wedding was in 2020 and with COVID and everything else they were willing to work with us on many venue changes and timing adjustments. The shooter was really going the extra mile on our special day to make sure he captured everything and the finished product was beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Working with Shutter and Sound was amazing. My husband and I had Jordan as our videographer and he far exceeded our expectations. He captured every shot we were looking for without making us feel awkward or staged. His easy going and kind personality made us feel more comfortable and we were very glad to have him as part of our big day! When the forecast for our wedding day showed some unexpected rain we were initially worried about how our videography would turn out. Their work speaks for itself-- incredibly well-edited, high-quality, and a personalized touch. Our package is great because we also get three levels of video-- the short, the long, and the raw footage. Really there's nothing more we could have asked for. I was a groom for this vendor and both Kylee and the videographers were consummate professionals. Both videographers, esp. Jordan, also went the extra mile to snag shots that were personal and unique to us, both before, during, and after the ceremony. My wife and I love the video that we have now to remember our wedding.

Finding the perfect videographer to capture our special day was SO important to us, and we cannot say enough fabulous things about Marc, Kylee and the Shutter and Sound team. Working with Shutter and Sound was amazing, the videographers arrived on time, were incredibly friendly, and got a ton of footage without feeling like you had a camera in your face all night. They communicated with us very effectively before and after the wedding, and we got our completed video within 2 weeks of the wedding. It's an incredibly video that I've watched about 100 times. Everyone who sees it says it looks like a real movie, they captured so many great moments and edited it together perfectly. 10/10 would recommend using them!

We had an amazing experience working with Shutter and Sound, and we couldn't be happier with our wedding highlight video - we have probably watched it at least 20 times since we first received it about a week ago. Alex was our videographer and he is a complete professional and knew exactly what he was doing, and made us feel really comfortable the entire time. He also did an absolutely fantastic job editing the video, which flowed seamlessly and beautifully. Their pricing is also extremely fair, and the quality of the work is really top-notch. To say I am obsessed with our wedding trailer is an understatement! Kenny with Shutter and Sound in Chicago did an absolutely fantastic job capturing our day and the resulting trailer is like something for a movie. What really drew me to this company is that when I watched their videos, I cried. They made me emotional and I didn't even know the people in them! Needless to say, I cried about the first 15 times I watched my own video. Shutter and Sound beautifully captures the feelings and emotions of the day, and I am so glad we worked with them!

We had a wonderful experience working with Kylee Parks, the scheduling manager, and Austen Paul, our main video producer, for our October 2018 wedding in San Mateo, CA. From the very start, Kylee was extremely attentive, patient, thorough, and helpful in guiding us through package, music selection, and wedding day decisions. She was easily accessible through email and by phone, accommodating every question and request we made. Kylee was a joy to work with and made the overall planning and logistical experience smooth and pleasant. On our wedding day, we met Austen and his lovely second cinematographer. They both arrived early, looked professional, and were ready to get to work. Austen and his second shooter were creative with their angles, perfected lighting and colors, and knew how to beautifully capture the moment without interfering. They made us, our family, and honored guests feel comfortable and most importantly, free to be ourselves. We appreciated how they worked collaboratively with our photographers under our strict time constraints, especially since they both needed to get their necessary shots. Our short highlight video was ready in just 7 days after our wedding. We were impressed, to say the least, with the quick turnaround time but also with the professional quality of the video. Austen and his team were generous with their time, even allowing us to make changes to our finalized product. After a few weeks, we received our highlight video, our multi-cam edit, and the raw footage in a convenient external hard drive. We will be sure to replay them for years to come as we reminisce on our wonderful day. We could not be happier with the Shutter and Sound Films SF team and we, along with my professional photographer brother, will be highly recommending them to our engaged family and friends.

Amazing! Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful, responsive, and most importantly: friendly. Our main shooter was Eric and not only is he great at what he does, but he’s also personable and great to have with you for 8+ hours!! It was less than 20 degrees the day of our wedding and our first look was outside. Eric made sure to get every shot he needed as quickly as possible without losing any quality. He didn’t waste any time planning his next shot or what he wanted us to do. He knew exactly what he was doing the entire time. Kylee, the Scheduling Manager, helped with all the “paperwork” and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. She was so quick to respond to my emails that it was like we were having a real-time conversation! One thing I really liked was how we paid. It was through an electronic debit from your checking account and you could pay as much as you wanted, anytime you wanted, as long as it was completely paid off by the due date. With all the vendors needing final payments around the same time and mostly all requesting these payments via check, it was great to have the option to make instantaneous payments throughout the months on our own schedule. We received our highlight video literally FIVE DAYS after the wedding. How fast is that?! The video is absolutely perfect and we are continuously receiving compliments on it. We can’t stop watching it ourselves! The rest of our package will be delivered in the upcoming weeks, but I am so glad we already have the highlight. I love that Shutter and Sound allows you to purchase all the raw footage from the day. I know I missed out on so much and I’m excited to be able to catch some of it! This is in addition to the ceremony and speeches, which I also can’t wait to watch. So happy we’ll be able to have all of this for the rest of our lives—and this is coming from a couple who originally decided NOT to have a videographer. Love Shutter and Sound and am so, so happy we found them for our wedding day!

I was married on New Years Day at Willowdale Estate in Topsfield, MA and Shutter and Sound's Boston team BLEW US AWAY. From day one, Quinn was so unbelievably helpful and kind. My now husband and I went back and forth on having a videographer and we are SO VERY GLAD that we did. If you are on the fence, don't hesitate - you need Shutter and Sound in your life. Cody was our videographer and he was nothing short of incredible. He was so lovely to work with and made the planning process a breeze. We aren't local to MA anymore but Cody was not only flexible with our planning phone calls, but he completely took any worry/stress out of planning from a distance. He was amazing on the day of the wedding and made the process so fun. We just received our highlight video yesterday (just two weeks after the wedding!) and we are so obsessed. My husband and I got married this past New Years Eve at the Boston Harbor Hotel and so far, Shutter and Sound has exceeded our expectations. Initially, I was apprehensive about hiring a videographer, it seemed like a large extra expense that we could do without. However, I had done a lot of research, and took the plunge with Shutter and Sound. I’m so glad we made the decision to hire them to do the videography for our wedding. Cody, our Boston-based videographer from Shutter and Sound was wonderful to partner with and produced EXCEPTIONAL work. We just received our highlight video and were BLOWN AWAY. We highly highly recommend using this company and requesting Cody (if you are in the Boston area). We had such a positive experience and are sure we will have plenty more to rave about when we see our full feature documentary which is scheduled to arrive in about a month. We were so happy with our choice to use Shutter and Sound for our wedding. When looking for videographers, it was their editing style that stood out to me compared to others. After seeing their work on their website, I knew they were the ones for us! Quinn was a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive to all of our questions. I can't believe we ever considered skipping a videographer! Shutter and Sound is worth every penny! Alex and Elissa were totally unobtrusive, and somehow captured all the amazing moments that meant so much to us, even some that were such a blur that we didn't remember until seeing the short video. Video really conveys our personalities and the way that my dress moved, in a way that still photos didn't manage to capture. We didn't want the usual "getting ready" shots, and Alex is such a professional that he didn't need any extra directions to send us a perfectly-edited short video. (Also, it turns out that you can't use a drone in NYC/Brooklyn anymore, but they had amazing footage to use, so we weren't even upset.) We were so surprised to get the email that the video was ready while we were still on our honeymoon! It is just the right length (about 3 minutes) and it lets me re-live our wedding day every time I watch it.

We had the pleasure of using Shutter and Sound of Boston for our wedding in October 2018. Our videographers, Michael and Kevin, were amazing! They first met the bride and groom at their respective homes, and filmed every moment leading up to the ceremony. During the ceremony they used multiple cameras in order to make sure they did not miss a thing! Same thing goes for the reception, where it seemed that they were always in the middle of the action, making sure to document each special moment. They captured so many incredible moments that went by in the blink of an eye, but that we will now be able to remember and cherish for our entire lives! When we received our highlight video a few weeks after the wedding, we were blown away!! Somehow, they were able to fit all of the most important moments into a perfectly flowing masterpiece that captured the essence of our wedding day! All of our families and friends could not stop sending us compliments in regard to how much they loved the highlight video. We are currently waiting for our hard drive of the multi-camera edit and the raw footage, but if the highlight video is any representation of what is to come, we are sure to be extremely pleased with this as well. Overall, we were extremely happy with our choice of videographer, and we would recommend Shutter and Sound of Boston to all our friends and families.

MUST HAVE! Early in the wedding planning process we were unsure if we wanted to use a videographer. After we were introduced to Shutter and Sound we were convinced we had to have a videographer. When we received our video we were beyond impressed and in tears. Excellent job!

I just had the wedding of my dreams and am so glad that Shutter and Sound was there to capture every moment of it. Alex was amazing to work with! I am OBSESSED with our highlight reel and have probably watched it 200 times by now. I am a buyer by trade so I'm constantly researching and ranking to make the best purchasing decision. I had an entire spreadsheet of vendor names and gave everyone grades based on their services, prices, personalities, etc. Shutter and Sound was a no brainer compared to everyone else! Shutter and Sound is an efficient and super organized production team! I emailed them to inquire about availability and was immediately contacted with the scheduler who ironed out some initial details and BAM, I had my videography team within a few emails. They are clear in their instructions and process; I felt very taken care of and assured that I would be well taken care of. They have reasonable prices for really thorough packages. About a week before my wedding, i was contacted by the videographers that would work my big day and both David/Tony turned out to be such fun guys! You can tell they love their job and really want to get the best shots possible. They have such an artistic vision and my video has the perfect romantic yet carefree edit that I wanted.

From the very start, Quinn was so helpful explaining the different packages, all the way to gathering all the information needed for our big day. We ended up choosing "The Short" which includes 3-4 min cinematic highlight and a 1-2 hour multi-cam edit of ceremony and main events of reception, documentary-style. We also added on the raw footage. "Mike, Not Joe" was our main videographer and he couldn't have been more kind and calm, he made us feel so at ease. The other videographer, who started with the guys and who's name I didn't catch, was reportedly, "the bomb" and helped tie their ties and instruct them on proper tie clip placement. We received our highlight video, TWO, yes, you read that right, TWO DAYS after our wedding. Of course we had to watch it right away despite being in a brewery in Maine on our mini-moon. It left both of us crying our eyes out, I think I audibly sobbed. It's a masterpiece. My dad said it best, I think; he said they captured us and our personalities so perfectly after only knowing us for a short amount of time. And a friend said it second best; "Hunter Hayes WISHES that was his music video!" I've probably watched it about 50 times in the past 37 days since we've received it and have also thrown it up on a giant TV at work and showed 25 of my coworkers. Everyone that watches it cries and is floored by the quality and beauty and how fast we received it! We haven't received our long form video yet, but I'm sure it's going to be equally as amazing. Don't hesitate, hire Shutter and Sound! TL;DR 15/10 recommend. Absolutely incredible. Best decision we've ever made.

We are so happy with our video! All the moments captured in the most amazing way. Alex and Elisa were very easy to work with the day of. Shutter and Sound is profoundly good at what they do. Quinn, our contact there, was always on top of things, very easy to work with, and was very responsive. Ched and Jeannelle were nothing short of masterful on our big day. We've actually seen the two of them work twice now (once for a friend's wedding a month prior to our own, and then our own this past weekend), and each time, they captured high-quality footage both individually and together. We can't recommend Shutter and Sound enough, and we can't recommend these three highly enough. If you decide to go with them, you'll be in very capable hands.

Shutter and Sound completely surpassed our expectations. We chose them because they had a true cinematic style in all their videos and also offered a drone. Their video packages are also very competitive and reasonable, you get alot!!! Our videographer was Michael and he was amazing to work it! Very nice and courteous and communication was superb. To be available like that definitely makes the experience that much better and enjoyable. Communication with the company is also great, through Quinn who takes care of the pre-event details. We are highly recommending them to all our friends!

Let's just say that I've been watching strangers' wedding videos since I was in high school. I absolutely LOVE them, so when my husband and I got engaged, I knew finding the most PERFECT videographer for our big day was a top priority. We live in San Francisco, but our wedding was down in Disneyland, so we actually used The Knot to start our search for Southern California videographers. I pretty much spent a month researching a number of videographers, watching so many different videos, but I always found myself going back to Shutter & Sound. Well, we decided to book them. On the day of our Wedding, Alex was amazing! We were able to get a ton of shots and he never felt in the way. It wasn't until I received my video (which was just 2 days ago!) when I realized just HOW amazing Alex (& the 2nd videographer) were. The shots were PERFECT. They were better than I could have every imagined. He gave us a lot of directions on the day of the wedding and in the moment it was sometimes feel kind of funny, but he knew what he was doing because those shots were perfect. And then the editing of the video - AMAZING. I can't stop watching this video and everyone along with my husband and I are obsessed with it! This wasn't just a regular video, this truly was a piece of art and something SO special you can look back on for years to come of your big day. We started our search for a videographer with Ryan Geldermann, whose fabulous work we had seen at a friend’s wedding. Ryan informed us that he personally was booked on our date, but recommended we take a look at his company Shutter and Sound. After looking at some of Seth’s work and speaking with him over the phone, we knew we had found our videographer! Seth worked with us before the wedding to determine a videography schedule that worked for everyone and made sure he and his second shooter were prepared for our big day. Then on the day of our wedding, he worked extremely well with our photographer and did a great job of capturing the moment without inserting himself in the moment. Plus he was flexible when the weather didn’t cooperate and we had to change our plan! I was SO HAPPY with our experience with Seth on the day of our wedding – he and the second shooter were so pleasant and I’m so glad they were a part of our big day! After our wedding, we continued to experience great communication with Shutter and Sound. They were flexible when we decided to use a brand new song for our highlight video, and waited to create our video until the song was finally available. Then they completed our highlight video in a timely fashion and then quickly mailed our 3 blu rays and raw footage. We couldn’t be happier and are so thankful we chose Shutter and Sound to help capture our special day!

AMAZING! We didn't meet our videographer until the day of the wedding, but Austin came right in and made it feel like you've known him for years. He also had our video to us FIVE DAYS after our wedding - unheard of! Super easy company to work with in regards to booking and planning. Eric from S&S Films truly did a beautiful job with our video! It was so touching and beautiful, our family and friends said repeatedly that it felt like a movie trailer! Eric also allowed me to make some edits to include some important moments to me and my husband. I cry every time I watch. Eric and his assistant were so kind and easy to work with the day of as well as their S&S manager Kylee who answered all my questions very promptly and did the booking/contract details. Wonderful experience with this vendor and well worth the money!

He was perceptive and flexible to our in the moment needs, worked very well with our photographer, and overall is a great person. I wish I could give Shutter & Sounds more than 5 starts- Absolutely unbelievable! What drew me to this company when I was shopping around for videographers, was their cinematic effect to their videos. They truly stood out to me from all the rest with the quality of their videos. On the day of my wedding, Michael & and his partner were great! They both had great personalities and what I truly loved most is they weren't in the way, they were just off to the side collecting this footage not knowing the beautiful work that would come of it. We got our highlight video less than two weeks following the wedding and I was STUNNED with the result. The highlight video moved me to tears all over again and the compliments we got from friends and family and even strangers were outstanding. My husband and I booked Shutter and Sound Films 8 days prior to our wedding. We were engaged for almost 2.5 years, and we were going back and forth on a videographer. Prior to booking, we realized we were below budget and decided to book a videographer. We are SOOO happy we did. Quinn was very responsive to our emails/calls and the contract was executed a few days prior to our wedding day. We worked with Mike and Joe on our wedding day. They were present for almost 12 hrs, and we did not even notice them. We received our video on our honeymoon and less than a week after our wedding, it was such a pleasant surprise! We have watched it almost 10 times and multiple friends and families have messaged us about how much they love the video. Some say it even looks like a music video. We strongly recommend Shutter and Sound! We got the package with 12 hrs of raw footage, 3.5 minute highlight video with dialogue.

Shutter and Sound is sheer perfection. I had hired them only two months before our wedding (after our now former videographer informed us he could “no longer provide a second shooter” for which we were contracted). Naturally, I was in a panic thinking I’d be stuck with undesirable leftover options. Nope – total opposite. I got the absolute best. This ended up being a huge blessing in disguise. Kylee (scheduling manager) was so incredibly helpful and professional. She set us up with Kevin (videographer), who was amazing. Just amazing. This guy worked through the rain and heat of our day without skipping a beat. He was just so upbeat and fun. We received our video less than two weeks after our wedding and I was completely BLOWN away! The editing was out of this world. I could not recommend a videographer more highly than Shutter and Sound. They are absolute perfection and if you are lucky enough to work with them, you will be far from disappointed!

Shutter and Sound Films did an AMAZING JOB!!!! The effort that they put is outstanding. They guided us through the whole process, we did not have to worry about anything. If you don’t have a videographer, these are the ones you need! I actually wanted to hire Ryan Geldermann but he was already booked for my date, and luckily his “brain child” company (Shutter & Sound, of course) agreed to travel down, and I’m SO glad they did! The video they produced (super fast I might add) was exactly what we wanted from Ryan originally, and so many people told me they watched our video 100 times because it was the best edits they’ve ever seen! We’re so in love with it seriously. Doyle + Erin were so great and personable to work with as well! We didn’t have to worry about a single thing and they seemed to jive so well with EVERYONE! One of my best wedding planning decisions made! :)

Words cannot describe how much my husband and I love our videos from Shutter and Sound. They are absolutely breath taking and captivated our day in way we never thought possible. The team of videographers were so fun and awesome to work with. Everyone that we have shared our videos with have also been blown away by the quality of their work. If you live in the Philadelphia area, do yourself a favor and request Hans! Not only is he an awesome guy to work with but he is also super talented and created the most perfect wedding video. I was really particular about what I wanted our video to include and so I watched countless examples of S&S videos and sent some notes ahead of time with what I liked and didn't like. It was clear that Hans listened and understood the vibe we were going for. He really captured the essence of our special day. Overall, we couldn't imagine a better company to work with and couldn't be happier about the entire experience. Highly recommend and definitely worth the investment!

We could not be more over the moon with our decision to use Shutter and Sound to capture our wedding day. Alex’s work was beyond! We had a great time working with Jason from Shutter and Sound Miami and our video is fantastic! It rained on our wedding day, but they incorporated it in the video in a beautiful way. We worked with Quinn, the scheduling manager, on the logistics and she was great. Very responsive and answered all the questions we had. They were very flexible and let us do a special package. We had done a lot of research on videographers and found Shutter and Sound had the best value and quality. We originally had some reservations because Jason seemed a little abrupt over email and we weren't sure if we'd feel comfortable and relaxed with him, but he was great in person and we honestly didn't even notice them filming everything on our wedding day. He was very accommodating though because we were told you don't really talk with the videographer until a couple weeks before the wedding but he was kind enough to chat with us on the phone and answer our questions way before our wedding date. We are SO enjoying our wedding video, and everyone who has watched it has loved it. They did such a wonderful job and we are so happy!

Shutter and Sound did such an amazing job with our wedding video! Our footage was shot by Kenneth and he took the time to understand and communicate with exactly what we wanted. On the day of the wedding, Kenneth and the second shooter (Poria) did a great job of coaching us through the process and getting the exact shots that we wanted. The final video was delivered quickly, and it went above and beyond our expectations! We also opted for the “deleted scenes” video which provided even more footage of the happiest day of our lives!

There are too many nice things to say about Shutter and Sound film. Not only great style, the editing is also very sophistacated. If you have couple minutes to watch the works they done, you will make the decision with no hesitation. Another great thing about them I have to mention, shutter and sound film they been very responsive and professional. I got my video in 2 weeks, which much quicker than I thought! The video was great, but I’m very specific person, I had to asked them to put effect on one of the scene. I actually feel really bad and nervous to ask. I wasn't convinced I wanted a videographer (or that I wanted to pay for one), but I am SO happy that we booked Shutter and Sound. We bought the package that was a 5 minute highlight video and 90 minute documentary video, and are so happy with both. Everyone was easy to work with and pleasant to be around as they filmed our first look through the end of the reception. You won't regret booking Shutter and Sound (and I thought they were well priced, too!).

Shutter and Sound was an amazing company to work with, from start to finish. Contacting them and keeping in constant communication was a breeze. Quinn, the scheduling manager, always responded within a day to our e-mails and answered all of our questions and concerns. Jason, our videographer, was awesome! He was professional and laid back, definitely went with the flow but got all the shots he needed, he was never demanding with anything. We never met anyone from Shutter and Sound prior to the day of our wedding, but everything was handled perfectly via e-mail. Their turn our time was very fast as well. We went with the "The Short" package and received our highlight video within 2-3 weeks after our wedding! And then it took about 2 months to receive our wedding DVD and a hard drive with all the raw clips of the wedding. I highly recommend them, they're very affordable depending on which package you purchase and the quality of film and editing is just perfection!

Shutter and Sound was Amazing! We are literally Obsessed with our Highlight Video. Matt was such a quiet guy day of and I wasn't sure if he was getting all the shots he need since it was so busy and we were so behind in our schedule. Matt delivered. He was awesome, worked well with our photographer and gave us exactly what we wanted. We were able to choose our song and personalize the video. The Turnaround time is unbelievable. We literally just got married last week and got our video a week later. I would definitely recommend anyone to Shutter and Sound. The team is great, They answer all our questions in a timely manner. If you are looking to have your wedding day look like a movie then choose shutter and sound. I've watched our video hundreds of times by now and I am still shocked by it. We were thrilled with our experience with Shutter and Sound. Quinn, the Scheduling Manager, was very easy to work with, responded promptly, and always answered all of our questions. Michael and his assistant, Kevin, filmed our wedding two weeks in Massachusetts. On the day of the wedding, they were very professional, pleasant, and truly faded into the background (in the best possible way). Everyone was extremely comfortable around them and they worked very well with our photographers. I was very happy with Michael's flexibility to get the "signature shots" but also appreciated his directness in what he was looking for in them. We just received our highlight video and we love it. It is truly a production - Michael pulled all of the best parts of the night and put it together perfectly. We got "The Feature" and added drone covered and it was well wroth it. I have watched many wedding videos and none compare to the quality of Shutter and Sound. We are very thankful to have chosen Shutter and Sound and are so happy we have this beautiful video to relive the best day of our lives!

My husband (eek) and I received our wedding highlight video on 4/19 after our 4/14 wedding-super quick!! We can't stop watching it and both of our parents LOVED it--they didn't understand the concept of a highlight video or even what the videographers were doing there (my dad asked if I had thought to record our first dance a couple days after my wedding). Needless to say, when we showed them the video their jaws dropped and they had tears in their eyes by the end! Such a fun and perfect way to remember a day that flew by in a flash-videography is a MUST HAVE for any wedding! Matt was our videographer and he and his assistant did such a great job at capturing footage while being hardly noticeable. We can't wait to see how our ceremony video turns out! Quinn was also great from start to finish during the planning process. The ONLY thing I would have tweaked is the song selection process-I booked Shutter and Sound over a year out from my wedding, and Quinn let me know that the next time I would be contacted was 8 days prior to my wedding. That didn't seem like a big deal at the time, but when I got an email asking to select a song prior to the video being shot (understandable but still a surprise) along with a few other questions, I would have rather received that reminder email a month out vs. a week out to give me more time to plan my song selection/answer questions. Other than that the whole process went seamlessly! Would definitely recommend to any couple considering Shutter & Sound!

We worked with the SF Shutter and Sound team for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions ever. Kylee was knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions and explaining the logistics while our lead videographer, Marc, is incredibly talented and courteous. Where do I begin? I absolutely loved Alex and Tim as they had such an amazingly calming and friendly presence on the day! They were quick and sneaky at getting the perfect shots without being noticed. The most important moment for my husband and I was our first look - such a personal and intimate moment! however, theoretically, would not feel that way with 4 cameras lingering nearby pointed at us. However, in reality, we didn't even notice them! They were so great at just capturing the moment silently and allowing my husband and I to just be overcome with emotion as we forgot we were being watched. That is the moment that I cannot wait to see over and over again. The ONLY thing that I could say that I was not 100% thrilled with was some of the camera lenses/angles chosen. The reason I say this is that I am a larger curvier bride, and some of the camera lenses chosen made me wider than I already am... I lost 30 lbs for the big day and some of the shots make me look heavier than when I started my weight loss journey. And as I was walking down the aisle, they were shooting up from the ground- not the best angle. At the end of the day, I am extremely happy and would book them again in a heartbeat! The take away I had is that maybe any future bride discuss with them any insecurities they may have about themselves. but I LOVE LOVE LOVE them and the work that they produced and will cherish every minute of our big day on film!

My husband and I are so thrilled we chose Shutter and Sound Films. Alex was our main shooter and he handled everything perfectly. They covered our entire day backwards and forwards and didn't miss a single moment, all while basically being invisible to us. We hardly even knew they were there. We requested the raw footage and were able to cut together a few different versions for different family members to go with their thank you notes. Even if you don't know how to edit, I highly recommend purchasing the raw footage. My husband and I spent a few nights watching all of it and remembering every detail of our wedding. They not only captured every moment, but they captured it in an artful and beautiful way, which we'll be able to look back on fondly for the rest of our lives. Thanks so much!

I don't even know where to start with my review of Shutter & Sound, they're so amazing! Our whole experience was incredible from start to finish. Quinn, the scheduler, was so easy to work with and answered all my questions so fast. Our videographers were Kenny and Jessica and they were absolute troopers on our 12 degree Chicago winter wedding day. We were out taking photos/video for about three hours and I never once heard them say anything about how cold it was. The outcome of all Shutter & Sound videos is incredible, its true quality that I know will be absolutely timeless forever. If you're on the fence of getting a videographer for your wedding, DO IT, and hire Shutter & Sound immediately!

Shutter & Sound was our videographer for our wedding at The Ritz-Carlton, and Michael & his team did an absolutely wonderful job capturing our special day, from getting ready, through the reception. The highlight video was edited beautifully, and we could not be happier with how it came out. Matt and Kylee did a great job, my husband and I were so so happy we chose them to film our wedding. Everyone at Shutter and Sound was very professional and kind, I spoke a lot with the coordinator (Quinn) via email and she was always very helpful, and I felt as if leading up to the wedding I could message her for anything and everything.
