Overall, I was pretty underwhelmed with my whole experience. The only customization of the photo strips themselves was to put our name and our wedding date on them. No other options. At our wedding, they were having technical difficulties with getting the printer to connect. It never connected all night so no one received any photos. I understand that issues with technology happen but the attitude of the attendant that night was just very laissez faire and didn't seem motivated to try and fix it. She also left that night without saying a word about how it would be remedied either. It seemed like the person who I had been in contact with wasn't even aware of the problem until I reached out the week after the wedding asking about how to get pictures for myself. They first sent me a digital album upon my first email, BUT that album was missing around 20 photos. I only know because ones my husband and I took with different groups were missing. We eventually got an updated digital album that I could only hope was all of them from that night. They did print and send me copies of the photos from that night along with the photo album I was supposed to receive the night of the wedding. However, the prints were still missing about 15 strips, plus the photo quality was sub par. Many of the strips has pictures that were blurry or discolored due to improper lighting and so on. My experience was far from ideal, if I were to do it all again, unfortunately I would not use Shutter Factory for our Photo Booth choice again.

What a perfect choice for a photobooth vendor! David was such a pleasure to work with and made the entire process feel super easy. I finally got to meet David in person when he came to find me and my husband that night (SO THANKFUL he did that, otherwise we would've completely forgot to take a picture together!) and I could not believe how calm and polite he was - there were a lot of crazy people at that wedding so I'm honestly impressed! Getting an album with everyone's photo strips from that night was such an amazing treat, it was nice to have something physical (and immediate) to take with us on our honeymoon so we could laugh at all the pictures :) Shutter Factory killed it that night, huge success and a big thank you from Kevin and I!!

I first discovered Shutter Factory Photo Booth on Thumbtack when I was searching for a photo booth for my wedding. They offered a comprehensive package with competitive pricing and multiple backdrop options! David was always quick to reply to my messages and questions and overall was great to work with. He really seems to put his customers first! He even offered to add a silver sequin backdrop to his collection based on what I wanted for my wedding. And he designed multiple photo strips for us to pick from to match our wedding theme! AND he helped me find a photo album for my guestbook which had a slot on the cover for a photo of me and my new husband! :) Our guestbook turned out great with all our guest photos, and I know our guests loved the photo booth too (some guests are still talking about how great David and the other booth attendant were)! There was never a time where there wasn’t a line of guests ready to enjoy the booth! I especially liked the “Best Wedding Ever” sign prop, because my wedding did feel like the BEST WEDDING EVER!! Thanks so much for being part of our big day!

David & The Shutter Factory team were the perfect addition to our wedding! They had GREAT service the night of, provided awesome props, and even had a scrapbook for our guests to put a copy of our custom photo strips in with a note to have a great keepsake!

David and Mantly did an amazing job at my wedding! They were very professional and made the whole process easy! They really added to the fun of the night by being welcoming and happy! They were patient and helpful with my guests. In advance, they helped guide me through the details of picking out the theme for the prints and were very quick to respond. They brought great props that were a hit in the photos! I added on the photo book option which they took care of and made sure everyones photo and signature was in there! I could not have been happier with Shutter Factory! Highly recommend!

WOW! David & Mantly are AMAZING!!! They are so informative and helpful along the way when booking for an event. They have a massive amount of props, backgrounds, and everything that is included in their packages is a steal! They are the best for the buck! You totally get your money’s worth. All our guests LOVEEEDDDD them and the booth. I especially love the fact that they make you a photo album of all the pictures that were taken the night of your wedding or event, and your guest are allowed to write little notes to you by their picture. I can’t rave about this company enough, but the owners are what make it AWESOME! Their patience, attention to detail to match your color scheme/ theme of your event is what helps you put your mind at ease that your event with be perfect and it is something extra you guests will totally enjoy. David & Mantly; to my husband and I, delivered the ideal customer experience which for us was way beyond exceptional. I know I will be referring them to all my friends, and we will definitely be using them again in the near future for any of our events. The only bad decision one could make with Shutter Factory Photo Booth would be: YOU NOT BOOKING THEM! THEY ARE AMAZING, HANDS DOWN! My husband & I cannot thank them enough; it was a perfect additional to our wedding for all our guests to enjoy!

Shutter factory is AMAZING. I hired them for my wedding and I will never ever use a different photo booth! They’re reasonable, nice, professional and have great people skills. So much comes with their packages. They were nice enough to drive an hour to meet with me at NO cost when I asked to see their set up before hand. You will not have to do that, just hire them bc you will NOT regret it! I will and constantly recommend this business. Money well spent and a great kick to your party! Highly recommend.

I hired Shutter Factory for my wedding on 9/28/18 and they were fantastic! Their photo booth is open air which I loved and you could pick your back drop. Our guests had a blast using the photo booth and we received a photo book with sweet messages at the end of the evening. We will look back on that book and laugh at the funny memories forever! David was great to work with: professional, responsive, was on time, affordable and provided everything we needed for the photo booth. I highly recommend Shutter Factory!
