Shutterbooth was great from start to finish! Crystal helped us with our amazing design of our prints! Jerika, was on top of following up emails, even when I wasn’t. And Chandler called me the week of the wedding to go over details. Now my venue coordinator talked me out of the spot right by the dance floor, so it ending up being not in my favorite spot. However, not only did we enjoy it but so did our guests! They loved the print outs & the frames we gave them! We loved see the guest book at the end of the night & on our coffee table every day! Would highly recommend!

A photo booth isn't something we were sure we needed to add to our 9/15/23 wedding. We ended up going to a bridal expo and learned so much about them and we finally decided to get one, But we are so glad we did. The guests had so much fun with it all. Jerika was an amazing communicator throughout the entire process and answered ALL my questions no matter how many or silly. Our guests cannot stop talking about our photobooth attendant, Jay. He was so professional, such a sweetheart also so patient with all my family members. I was talking to him and he mentioned how it was his first solo wedding, he should be proud of himself because no one would have known! 10/10 recommend shutterbooth for any event- hope to work with them again.

We had our wedding on 11/11/23 and used Shutterbooth as our photobooth. Guests loved it and so did we! Jerika was very responsive in the lead up to the event and Maia was great as the attendant.

Shutterbooth was a big hit at our wedding. At a few points during the night, there was a line to take pictures. We walked away with a lot of prints and had a good laugh looking through the full album online afterwards. In addition, Jerika was the most communicative vendor we worked with. She checked in regularly and was very quick to respond to questions.

We loved our experience with ShutterBooth at our September 9th wedding. They were at our wedding cake tasting at Saint John's and we booked them that day. Jerika was super helpful when booking and leading up to our wedding day. She was quick to respond to my emails, even the day before the wedding. We were able to create a custom logo for our photo strips, customize our backdrop and have a scrapbook with copies of photos taken throughout the night. We love being able to look at how much fun everyone was having that night along with personalized messages next to the pictures. Alejandra, our Photo Booth attendant, made sure our photo booth ran smoothly the entire night and was super nice. We are super happy we chose this company and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Shutterbooth was amazing at my venue the Masonic Temple! They were super sweet and all my guests were so happy with them! She stayed to let my husband and I take a photo at the end and we were sent the photo link 3 days after the wedding getting to look back and enjoy everyone’s photos! We had a great experience with ShutterBooth. Everything went perfectly and the attendant, Taleen, was great. People loved getting to take home the printed strips, and we love having the guestbook to look back at. They were excellent with communicating with us and the link to online gallery was provide quickly after the event as well.

ShutterBooth was a favorite at our wedding. Our photo host was amazing and so kind. She made sure everything was setup and ready to go by cocktail hour. We also got the photo binder book at the end of the night of all the photos taken at the booth from all our guests and they all wrote notes in the book next to their photos for us. Everything went super smoothly and was so fun to have at our wedding. I love looking back at all the photos in our photo book. They also send you a zip file of all the photos digitally after the wedding and they are high quality. I could not recommend ShutterBooth more!!! They send you emails leading up to the big day as well to review your order and make sure everything you want is exactly how you want it. The communication was top tier and they truly care. Seriously, add them to your big day because you won't regret it!

We had a Shutterbooth as part of our recent New Year's Eve wedding and it was fantastic! Although we had professional photographers as well, the photo booth experience was so enjoyable for all our guests, and it leaves them with their own photos to take home. It's also really nice to receive our own copy of the photo book (as the bride and groom) to see the warm wishes from everyone and how much fun they had. Since it was a NYE wedding, there were also plenty of New Year's themes and props to go with the photo booth! Definitely worth the cost and more!

My husband and I booked ShutterBooth as a last-minute addition to our wedding after our initial photobooth fell through. They were able to pull everything together very quickly and even created a logo from our invitations! It ended up being a great keepsake for our guests to take home and we love the scrapbook that they created for us.

We recently attended a small intimate wedding, and it was a memorable event for us as guests. Shutterbooth had personalized imagery for the event and several guests commented on how much fun they had with the props provided and the booth experience as a whole. The guests can show their true personalities and take photos with all different people. The chosen scrapbook addition is a true keepsake.

ShutterBooth was an amazing edition to our special day! Having a Photo Booth provided an interactive way for guests to create lasting memories as they got to bring home copies of the photos and we got to keep an album of all the photos taken throughout the night. There are so many backgrounds and packages to choose from and we didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. A Photo booth is something not to be skipped for your big day and I can’t recommend ShutterBooth enough.

This is the only review I've ever written for a company. Shutterbooth was very disorganized and the photos turned out terrible. Months before our wedding, we spoke with a rep on the phone to request a particular backdrop. Two weeks before the wedding, we spoke with them again to confirm everything and were told our backdrop was no longer available and it was "too late" for them to obtain another. The exact same backdrop was available on amazon for $40 with free overnight shipping, so we ended up ordering it ourselves (which the company should have done due to their error). Then on the wedding day, they set up a black backdrop behind the one we supplied and it was completely visible and crooked. The support rods are visible in all the photos as well. Do yourself a favor and don't book with Shutterbooth.

Shutterbooth cancelled on me 3 days before my wedding. They EMAILED me and didn’t even call me until I asked them to. Luckily I checked my email three days out from my wedding so I was able to hire someone else. Also, throughout working with them, they never once answered their phone on the first call. Would not recommend. Had to come up with money for the new photo booth until I could get my check back from Shutterbooth. Was NOT happy.

ShutterBooth was great in some aspects for our wedding day, and lacking in others. Starting with the positives, the photos themselves were very good. We were given the digital gallery shortly after the wedding with all the photos that were taken that night, and the quality was excellent. In the planning process, the designers were very flexible in working with us to achieve the design that we wanted. They even referenced our invitations to try to find a match that worked for us – no matter how much back and forth it took. At the event itself, our host was very friendly, approachable, and engaging. The only complaint I have was the speed of the equipment. I had quests waiting for over an hour for their photo. I know from experience at other photo booths, half the fun is looking at your photo strip right after the event. It was very disappointing to hear that they were so far behind in printing, especially because it not only meant my guests lost out on the fun, but that they had to try and look back later to hunt for their photos. This was also disappointing because in the planning process we were very clear with how many guests we would have, so I am not sure why this even occurred in the first place – it felt like it could have been avoided had they better prepared for the quantity of our event. Overall many aspects were good, but the negatives of the event itself make it hard for me to recommend them to family and friends. Hopefully ShutterBooth considers this for future events they host.

We loved having ShutterBooth at our wedding and would absolutely recommend them! Two key factors for us were having high quality images (they use a DSLR in the booth) and an aesthetically pleasing kiosk (we loved the vintage open air booth!). We had a fantastic experience working with Jerika to get all the details in order, and she was our host in the booth as well. All the communication was proactive and well organized and Jerika was super responsive to questions. We provided our own custom logo for the photo strips that I designed to coordinate with our invites - highly recommend if you are design savvy! A week or so before the wedding, we had to make a few changes to our timeline and they were very accommodating. I also added a last minute request that we would bring our own photobooth "prompts" instead of using the props. These turned out to be such a fun addition and were a great alternative to the crazy hats and glasses if that is not your style. Some of our guests said the prompts were fun because they usually don't know how to pose. My husband and I just came up with some silly prompts like "Play hide and seek" and "You can't find your keys and are now realizing you may have left them on the plane." Then we printed them out on strips of paper, put them in a hat and had them ready for Jerika when she set up at the venue. She even surprised us by pasting the prompt for each photo in our scrapbook! So sweet and thoughtful. The scrapbook was a lovely keepsake as well, and so fun to look through the morning after the wedding. Thank you again for a great experience, Jerika!

We used ShutterBooth for our wedding this past September. It was a very easy process to book and schedule with them. Our host, Jessica, showed up on time and was very friendly! Ours guests had a lot of fun using the photobooth throughout the night! We even got a link within a few days after our wedding to the gallery of all the photos taken. It was a lot of fun looking at all of our guests goofy pictures! We had a great experience with ShutterBooth!

They were professional and very helpful in our planning process. We chose the open air gold backdrop with the old fashioned camera. It totally matched the vibe of our historical venue and our guests had a blast taking photos! ShutterBooth was on time, and very kind to work with.

Shutterbooth was one of the highlights of our wedding reception! I always knew I wanted to have a photobooth at my wedding, so it was important to find the right services to make my vision come true. During the planning process, I diligently heard from a team member to make sure all details were correct for my event. When it came time to design our custom logo, we were looking for an outline of the Detroit skyline but it was not an available selection. One of the graphic designers told us they could make it happen no problem! We were even able to customize the schedule of photobooth coverage to best fit the needs of our event. Overall, Shutterbooth exceeded our expectations and the photos were even available to download and share within a few days! ShutterBooth was a huge hit at my wedding reception. They were prompt, professional, and very nice. They were amazing. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. My guest still talk about right now today about the photo booth and they have their picture to prove it. Everyone took a picture at the reception. At the end of my reception they gave me a scrapbook of everyone that took a picture from the Photo Booth as a keepsake. It was different but it was also fun. Everyone loved it!!!😊😊❤️

ShutterBooth was absolutely amazing. Due to covid (not knowing if our wedding would get cancelled) we booked last minute.. even with the late notice they were very responsive and extremely helpful. All of our guests of all ages had so much fun visiting the booth! From grandparents to children.. we love the album we received where our guests wrote little notes next to their strips. Our host was polite and patient even with guests going one after the other. I will be suggesting ShutterBooth to all of my friends who are getting married and want a photo booth.

We loved the photo booth and our attendant made sure that everyone knew what to do. We didn’t have the size wedding that we originally thought, but I’m so glad we got all of the fun pictures to share with those that couldn’t make it. We liked the privacy of the traditional booth and we’ll cherish the memory book forever.

It took a bit for the guests to figure out where our Shutterbooth photo booth was set up (completely our fault, and nothing to do with the venue or Shutterbooth), but once people started taking photos, they had a blast! While initial communication with our local Detroit franchise was a bit difficult (there was usually several days delay after each contact before I received a reply, and I always seemed to get a response from someone different), Shutterbooth ended providing a quality product and a fun activity for our wedding guests. We really appreciated that Shutterbooth worked with us to personalize our photo strips (a fairly normal part of a photo booth package) as well as the props that they provided (above and beyond what every other company we looked at offered) to make the booth unique to our wedding. Jerica, our host for the night, was also the perfect blend of professional and goofy enthusiasm to encourage people to start hopping in and taking pictures. She did a wonderful job keeping everything running and setting up our guest book with copies of all the photo strips taken. We hired Shutterbooth right after we reserved our venue because the venue recommended them so highly. They did an amazing job! Our pictures look great. The host was professional and helpful all night. We got the book that night and took it along on the honeymoon.

ShutterBooth was great to work with from the beginning! We had a large reception, so we wanted to make sure to get a company that we could depend on. Even with a few snags, the attendant was able to get things back up and running seamlessly. They are very willing to work with all of your event needs - make sure to give them a call! =)

We were definitely excited about the photo booth when we booked it, but were disappointed in the outcome. The representative from Shutter Booth never approached us at the wedding...never introduced herself or let us know...really anything -- we never saw her arrive and we never saw her leave. The book sort of magically appeared in our gifts. Several guests took pictures, but we definitely expected more considering the number of people who attended, and we hoped that the representative would encourage more of our guests to use the booth. It was not a bad experience by any means, but something that could have been super fun was more of a fizzle.

I would like to start out by saying that I brought all of this to the owner's attention and gave him the opportunity to remedy the situation prior to writing this review. In response to the below email I sent, he proceeded to tell me that my accounts were inaccurate and that mother nature was in fact the one to blame. Due to all of the issues listed below I would encourage every bride to reconsider before giving any money to Shutter Booth. ----------------------------------------------------- I was extremely disappointed in the onsite service we received at our wedding from Shutter booth - as the preferred vendor at Waldenwoods I expected much better. As discussed, the photo booth was set up outside, with a tent that your team provided. During cocktail hour (so one full hour of our service) the tent and the photo booth kept blowing over so no guests we able to use the photo booth - during this time the attendant just sat there and was not trying to fix the issue, she basically said that it was our problem...finally our groomsmen and ushers went over to help her, and she proceeded to tell them there was nothing she could do to solve the problem. From there, our groomsmen spent the next hour (so we have now lost 2 hours of our service) moving the entire photo booth and tent to the other side of the reception so it would not blow away. From there on out I have been told my numerous guests that the attendant was rude to them and extremely unhelpful. She started packing up early and would go missing from the booth which packing up so guests we unable to get photos while she was doing that. Then guests went into the photo booth at 9pm and she proceeded to ignore them for 2 minutes and then told them that she was done and they could not take a picture. So not only did we lose two hours of service due to her lack of planning/appropriate set up, she was then rude to guests and would not even stay for and extra minute to get someones photos. So many of our guests did not get to use the photo booth due to all of the reasons I listed above and to be honest we did not get our money's worth since we lost two hours.

We enjoyed having the photobooth, and it looks like many of our guests enjoyed the photobooth. Working with shutterbooth beforehand was just ok. Once they book you, they really don’t want to hear from you until a month or so before the wedding. We tried to iron out details with respect to getting sleeves as our favors beforehand, and had a difficult time getting information from the company. I know they have lots of weddings and events to do but we were still mostly disappointed with many parts of our experience.

We were so happy with our choice to use ShutterBooth! Crystal worked to create a great design for us, Joey answered all of our questions in a timely manner and Denzel was on time and professional throughout the night. Our guests had a wonderful time and we love looking at our scrapbook!
