Siesta Trolley

Great addition to our wedding on Lido key! It was fun to ride in, and very photogenic! We sat in the front behind the driver, and as soon as the doors opened, our photographer snapped pics of us! They are a vendor of the hotel we stayed at, and were familiar with each other, which made it easier to coordinate everything smoothly. I loved that guests didn’t have to drive and find parking, plus the short ride from the hotel to Lido key was fun, like a little party! Guests enjoyed the driver as well! Thank you siesta trolley and CJ for making our day magical!

We had a great experience with Siesta/Sarasota Trolley & Transportation! We were married at the RItz-Carlton Beach Club in Sarasota on March 2022 and used Sarasota Trolley & Transportation on both our wedding day and for our rehearsal. On our wedding day, they brought the wedding party to the Beach Club from the hotel, and then went back to the hotel to bring another group of guests! Everything went extremely smoothly on the wedding day! We did run into a small hiccup on the rehearsal, where the driver was about 20 minutes late, however as soon as I called the main number, the immediately answered the phone (on a Saturday!), contacted the driver and then called me back with an update. I understand that things don’t always go perfectly, and their response to the hiccup was top notch. Kathy was extremely responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process! I would definitely recommend!

Joe at Siesta Trolley was great to work with! The trolleys were super timely and everyone loved them. Highly recommend using this vendor in the area!

Siesta Key Trolley was the PERFECT transportation for our wedding party to and from our ceremony venue. The booking process was so seamless, and CJ was great to work with! She was very communicative and asked questions to ensure she had all the details she needed for our day to run smoothly. The trolley was decorated when it arrived to give it a beautiful wedding feel. Our driver was so nice and always on time. The trolley was so clean, and we genuinely had a blast on our way to our reception. We were able to drink and play music and start the party early! I can’t imagine hiring any other form of transportation for our day and I would recommend Siesta Key Trolley to anyone I know for their wedding day!

Our biggest regret of our wedding was hiring CJ and Siesta Key Trolley. Throughout the planning process, we were a little nervous about hiring them as the owner seemed extremely disorganized and wasn't great at communicating. However, we were hopeful it would work out. We couldn't have been more wrong. On the day of our wedding, our trolley was transporting our guests to our venue when our guests started to smell smoke. They asked the driver numerous times to pull over and he refused. Once they got to the gate of our venue, our officiant forced the driver to stop as the guests were beginning to inhale smoke. Within minutes, the trolley was completely on fire and burning to the ground. We had to postpone our ceremony as we waited for the smoke to clear and the guests could be safely outside. This company not only endangered the lives of our guests, but also the staff at our club and their own employees. The company issued no apology or expressed any remorse or fault. I actually had to reach out to them to determine how this could have happened. Whatever you do, DO NOT hire this company. My biggest regret of our wedding was putting our guests in the hands of Siesta Key Trolley.

Joe and his team were wonderful to work with for our wedding. We rented one trolley for our wedding on Longboat Key on Feb. 27, 2021 and it made the day so much easier and fun! The trolley helped escort our immediate family and wedding party to location for preceremony photos, and shuttled guests from our ceremony location to our reception. When the night ended the trolley also shuttled guests staying at the resort. It was great to be able to offer transportation for guests - especially since our ceremony and reception were in two separate locations. Tanya was our driver the day of and she was flexible and made sure all of us had a fantastic experience!

After looking around for wedding day transportation, I was so happy to finally come across Siesta Trolley. The moment we connected with Cj, I knew this was the right move. Cj was so responsive and informative, helping us navigate what services made the most sense with what we were looking for. Siesta Trolley allows you to split your time, so it was really helpful given our ceremony and reception had a 2 hour gap between them. We decided to move forward with a trolley, and limo and both arrived promptly at each destination. We ended up having more guests than anticipated take the trolley back to the hotel after the reception, and the driver had no problem having to make two trips when we originally planned for one. I highly recommend Siesta Trolley and their services!

We hired one trolley to transport us & some of our wedding guests after our wedding. The prices were very reasonable, the bus arrived on time, our driver was friendly & professional & even provided a cable for us to play music during the ride. All of our guests had such a good time & we are so glad we used them for our wedding transportation!

We Used Siesta Trolley and they were perfect! They allow you to split your time so you don’t have to pay for any time it won’t be used. Our guests really enjoyed it too!

I hired Siesta Trolley very early in the planning process for a few reasons: they have the best price package, they have a beautiful white trolley, and CJ! Chatting back and forth with CJ through email was an honest pleasant experience. She is so nice and accommodating, and always answered any question I had. We rented three trolleys, one for the bridal party and two to pick up guests from the downtown hotels to get them to and from the wedding on Longboat Key. The trolleys were such a nice touch for a Florida wedding, and they were all nice and clean. The drivers were great! Their split package is amazing, because they didn't charge us for the time during the reception, but rather the clock started again at the end of the night when they came back to pick guests up. I highly recommend this company!

Siesta key trolly was an amazing addition to our vintage circus theme wedding. Transportation was not one of the details of the wedding day overly put thought into. It was a grooms decision and siesta key trolly made it so easy for him. It was so much fun and the best decision! We were able to accommodate our wedding party and all their significant others so we could all enjoy the time together. They took the time to beautifully decorate the inside and I got some of my favorite wedding photos on the trolly driving to our photo shoot location. And since it’s so large I was able to switch seats and move around and spend time with different people in my wedding party. They were an absolute joy to work with and I will highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you again Kellen & Julia

Great shuttle experience! Flexible on timing and very prompt! Trolly's were a great addition and people had lots of fun on them.

The beautiful large white trolley with decorations inside was such a fun, surprising mode of transportation for our many out of state guests! It made for adorable pictures and everyone that rode it mentioned how fun it was. The driver was great and made sure the bride and bridal party were a priority. When guests didn't arrive at their designated time and wanted to ride with the bridal party, she made an extra trip to accommodate everyone so the bridal party could have the trolley to themselves for pictures.

CJ from Siesta Trolley was amazing to work with. I always received quick communication and responses to my questions and they were able to work with me to find a solution to a transportation issue I had. The day of our rehearsal and wedding were fairly easy and everyone loved having the trolleys to cart us around, We did have some confusion from the driver about what the plan was, but it was ironed out quickly and the show went on. Thank you for getting us to our most important day!

We booked Siesta Trolley to transport our guests from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the night. The trolley is beautiful and very roomy. We actually booked 2 trolleys to transport guests for the night. The drivers put up with our loud and rowdy wedding guests on the way back which was a huge bonus!

It was an absolute dream to work with CJ! While I never even got a look at the trolley, I know that it was the BEST decision to hire them (in part because I never had to take care of or worry about a thing when it came to ensuring my guests got to and from the wedding!!). CJ and the employees at Siesta Trolley were so professional and helped make everything run absolutely seamlessly. For that, I am eternally grateful!!

This was a great touch for our wedding guests! Because we needed to travel between our ceremony site & reception, guests were pleased to only move their car once and getting in a trolley was a fun touch! Joe & CJ were very professional, communicated the types of trolleys I would have available, and made sure I was happy as the bride.

My husband and I booked Siesta Trolley for our wedding in Sarasota in April 2017 and we were incredibly disappointed with them. Siesta Trolley was the only vendor we were unhappy with on our wedding day. From day one, they were tough to get in touch with and repeatedly would say "we'll send XYZ" to you tomorrow, and a week later we would be following up because we still wouldn't have what they said they would send. It was especially difficult to get contracts from them. Anytime we had a revision it would sometimes take weeks to get the new contract back. Siesta Trolley's customer service is definitely on "island time" in Sarasota, which doesn't fly when you're planning a wedding. I can't stress enough how frustrating it is to work with difficult vendors that aren't responsive when planning a wedding. Luckily, I had an amazing wedding planner who started helping us a month out from the wedding, so I didn't have to worry about confirming pickup times, etc. with Siesta Trolley for the day of the wedding. My wedding day broke a heat record for that date in Sarasota, and we specifically requested a trolley with air conditioning to transport my bridesmaids and I to the church for the ceremony and transport the wedding party from the church to the reception. The trolley that showed up had air conditioning that was not working well and the driver informed us of that as soon as we got on to head to the church. It was sweltering in the trolley while my mom and I waited inside it outside the church. I ended up having to go inside to cool off and start the ceremony a few minutes late because I was so overheated. They switched out the minibus we had reserved (for our guests) with the trolley to transport the wedding party from the church to the reception. The minibus had great air conditioning, but we didn't get the photos of the wedding party on the trolley that we were hoping for. Overall, our experience with Siesta Trolley was seriously lacking. My advice would be to look at other trolley and transportation companies in the area for your wedding day needs.

Siesta Trolley was incredible to work with. Joe was responsive to any questions or requests that I had throughout the planning process. We were able to book the trolley for the extended hours we wanted and request multiple stops. We were able to rent the white wedding trolley which was decorated so cute. After our wedding ceremony and dinner, we used the trolley to go bar hopping in Sarasota and continue on to drop off our guests at their lodging. Our driver was on time, excellent and safe. The payment was affordable and processed all electronically after the night was over, we did not have to worry about anything. We had a blast and would definitely recommend the Siesta Trolley Team!

Joe was very responsive and helpful via email to coordinate the pick up and drop off of our guests from Lido Beach Resort to Historic Spanish Point and back. The transaction was seamless- I highly recommend using the trolley not matter where your location is!

We used trolley service to avoid drinking and driving and it was well worth it! Siesta Trolley made it easy for our guests to get to and from their hotels to the venue. Everyone appreciated the service and the drivers were great!

We rented Siesta Trolley for our wedding. It was perfect for the area and the amount of guests we had. Our guests loved the idea of having the trolley. It was very fun and I would do it all over again. The driver drove a bit crazy and drove past the location we had dinner at. Other than that she was fairly efficient in picking us up upon our request.
