Mimi also gave us guidance on alcohol needs, which was incredibly helpful. But Mimi didn't stop there. She also helped with a variety of other non-caterer tasks at the wedding that helped it run smoothly. From helping us cut the cake to making sure that everything was on schedule, Mimi truly went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. The entire catering team was so professional, friendly, and talented. The food was absolutely delicious (how could it not be with a chef on site!), and our guests couldn't stop raving about it! The team was able to create a cohesive menu that was both elegant and delicious, and everything was presented beautifully. Overall, we highly recommend Signature Affair to anyone looking for a talented and professional team to help bring their vision to life. right there the night of rehearsal insuring everything went well. She was very communicative with us and stepped in when we needed rentals and when the other company did not set the rehearsal space. Mimi showed early and set the tables and chairs herself. She went above and beyond and we were grateful for all the help and direction. The wedding and reception was very beautiful and went so smoothly. ( the food was amazing also). Bravo Mimi and staff!!!!

e coordinator, Lauri, were so accommodating and quick-on-their-feet with everything I asked of them. Mimi took care of the behind-the-scenes of all things coordinating when needed and the food was absolutely OUTSTANDING!! Guests were going back for seconds and thirds, even little ones were raving about how incredible it tasted. Mimi puts everything into her work and it resulted in the most amazing night for me and my husband. I hope to one day be able to work with her again, I couldn't recommend her enough!

ation requires a good amount of decor and design to bring a romantic wedding vision to life --- and she she nailed it! We hired her as the wedding coordinator, onsite event manager and the caterer and will use her again in the future. She is delightful, communicative and committed and we appreciated her from start to finish.

zing - the steak was so tender it melted in your mouth and my wedding guests are still raving/asking me about it days after the event. The mashed potatoes and mushroom bites were phenomenal as well. What is most amazing about Mimi is that she made me feel like I was her only bride. Months leading up to the wedding, her assistant, Lana, and her would check in on me weekly to make sure I didn't have any questions or need anything. She was also able to get a tent at the last minute to cover me and my guests on our 106 degree wedding day (Oregon in June, who knew?!). Mimi and her team have done nothing but impress me and my guests and I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator or caterer.

The day of my wedding I was the most calm and relaxed I had been since we started planning and was able to enjoy every second of the big day. Did I mention the food yet? We had family that was local as well as some that flew in from Michigan and everyone was raving about how amazing the food one, saying that it was not only the best food they have had at a wedding, but some of the best food they've had period! There was not one thing that we worried about, and we have so many amazing memories and I truly have Mimi and the entire crew at Signature Affair to thank! I can't recommend them more!!

ually met Mimi at a friend's wedding and were so impressed by how she managed everything while staying calm and in control. We reached out to her as soon as we got engaged...and it was one of the best decision we made for our wedding. Mimi is a professional, she knows it all. BUT, she is also very personable and one thing that stood out to us is, even though she may have other clients, you feel like you're the most important one. She makes time for you even if it's about something you feel might be insignificant. If it matters to you, it matters to her. We cannot sing her praises enough. Our Rehearsal and Wedding day was awesome. She thought of everything and had so many great suggestions: kids goodie bags with snacks and crafts, how to collect and store gifts, where the guestbook signing would get the most traffic, etc. We didn't worry about much at all on the day of our Wedding. Several of our guests commented on how they appreciated that the kids were considered. We had a lot of kids. That was Mimi, always thinking ahead. She made sure everyone was following the timeline. I cannot stress this enough, but timeline is so key and having the right person keeping people in check is important. She did this with excellence. She made sure we had a moment to ourselves to eat and made sure to have the staff pack us up togo food and wedding cake to eat when we got to the hotel. And..she sent us off with our signed/polaroid guestbook. She suggested that we might need a little more hands on deck and trusted her to bring her right-hand gal and this was the BEST decision. My husband is a Type 1 Diabetic and we were worried that in the chaos, he might forget to check (who would carry his test kit?) and end up being hypoglycemic from the stress. Her staff member was on it and came on the dot when my husband needed to check. I cannot say thank you enough to Mimi and her team, they really are outstanding and I highly recommend them. Side note regarding cost: worth every penny and Mimi is very fair. Contact her, you won't regret it.
