In my experience with this salon, I felt very stressed. I felt immense pressure into purchasing a gown. I let it go, because I was happy to get my shopping experience over and done with. Fast forward 3 moths, and there was tons of warnings on social media regarding scandals with this salon. The salon shared on social media that they value their customers, and are going to support their clients. No apology, no explanation, nothing. They disconnected their phones, and made up excuses for why dresses had not arrived yet. I found out that they did not order my first dress as they said per the contract. Did not bother contacting us, we bypassed the store and dealt directly with the credit card number. They had so many days to advocate on their behalf with my case and they did not. Luckily we got our money back. Very disappointed with my bridal experience with them. I supposedly sent a Venmo for a donation to a charity to get a certain dollar amount off my gown. Who knows what that really went towards. I hope they are truly remorseful for causing stress to so many brides in an extremely critical part of a wedding.
This bridal shop is an absolute joke!!! After seeing the news articles, I also contacted the designer of my dress (Essence of Autralia) only to find out that Signature Bridal NEVER paid them!! When I asked the shop if it was ordered they told me the dress would be shipped from Australia in 2 days. Furst off, Essence of Australia is based in Kansas City!! Second off, even though I knew they were lying, I still "waited" and kept in contact with the designer. Do NOT shop with Signature Bridal
I literally payed $1900 to play dress up on a dress I was never gonna receive… I’m am so disappointed and I would not recommend Signature Bridal to any future bride! They told me they had my dress available and then coming to find out just pocketed the money and the original company told me it was never ordered to begin with…. HOW TERRIBLE!!!!!

Please please please shop somewhere else! I bought my dress from Signature Bridal back in May of this year. The experience itself was fine. Although I had said my budget I wanted to stay under, and they ended up pulling a dress that was 500 dollars over my budget to begin with. Everything else seemed great at the time. Fast forward to September, I started wondering why I hadn't received a call since they said my dress would be in by then. I figured it was just running late or they were busy so I decided to wait longer. Once October had came, they made a post on their FB page about no longer doing business with a vendor...my vendor. They said to call the store for questions. Wrong move. They should've reached out to all of their brides that placed an order with that vendor. That is what someone who wasn't trying to rip someone off would do. Long story short, ended up finding out that my dress was never ordered. Instead the owner pocketed the money. The vendor even confirmed an order was never placed. Many brides went through this same experience. The owner has not shown her face, returned my messages or calls. I was eventually asked if I wanted a refund, only for them to never follow up or process the refund. I ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company. Do your research! Do not shop here. They will sell you a dress of a vendor that they are no longer doing business for. They won't pull them off the racks because they are trying to steal your money! They delete all facebook posts and reviews of brides trying to share their experience. Look up St. Louis News. There are multiple articles on them. Save yourself time, money and lots of STRESS! Thankfully I found this out in enough time to go through The Ultimate Bride and they have been so accommodating and have done everything they can for me. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have a dress come April. I also heard many other stories of the horrible things they were doing so please beware! They need to get shut down.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! We chose this shop because early part of the year this place had excellent reviews. We went to Signature Bridal on 4/13/2024 and my daughter found the dress she wanted. I paid for the dress in full the day we were there. In August my daughter called asking about the arrival of her dress. She was told it was shipping soon but the veil was in and they could hold it until the dress came in. Called again in October and was told there was an issue with the vendor and they had cut ties with them and was told they couldn’t give a date of when the dress was going to be shipped. I started seeing all the horrible reviews on the stores facebook page, Yelp, and google. I personally went to the shop two days after calling and asked for a refund of the dress. The associate working said the dress was shipping to them in November. I told her I just want a refund for the dress because we were being told different things. She even said she didn’t blame me for wanting a refund because they keep getting told different things and don’t know what’s going on. I did get the veil and was handed a receipt of the refund for the dress. However the funds have still not been placed into my account on the card I used.
I contacted Essence of Australia and received confirmation that the dress did get ordered but the bridal shop never paid for the dress and they cut ties with the shop. Therefore that tells me the dress was not ever going to be shipped at all and we were being lied to by Signature Bridal. Many people have posted reviews that their dress was never even ordered. Regardless, THIS IS FRAUD and everyone in this situation needs to do whatever it takes to get their money back. File a police report, file a complaint with the Missouri attorney general’s office, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and file a law suit!!!
ATTENTION! I know the news articles have only mentioned Stella York/Essence of Australia dresses but please check if you have bought from any other designers. I picked a Studio Levana dress from Signature Bridal on September 22nd 2024, paid the 60% down and was told should arrive January/February. I saw news articles of others having issues with another brand and figured for peace of mind I would reach out to mine and see if they have received an order. They replied back saying they have not and communication has been challenging with the retailer so they have terminated their account with them. I will be calling requesting a refund, the experience I had prior to all this was great however I have no trust in the shop to fulfill my order.
See the Facebook and Google reviews for this company. They are actively scamming brides (including myself) by selling them dresses they are not authorized to sell, never sending in their order or payment to the designer, and then lying about "delays". This business should be shut down!
Finding my dress at Signature Bridal was a great experience! They really listened to what styles I was interested in and gave me time to think about each of them. In the end, I was torn between two dresses until the consultant led me over to the natural lighting of the window and asked if when I pictured the wedding I was in this dress. Tears were shed and I said yes to the dress!
We ordered my dress in January of 2023 for my wedding in September of 2024. The dress came in the summer of 2023 (I can’t remember the exact month). Almost exactly as they said it would.
They offer in-house alterations and told me they wouldn’t be until 3 months from the wedding. They said they would call and get me on the books closer to. That never happened. I had moved to Kansas City for my residency which made visits to Chesterfield challenging. In March of 2024 I still hadn’t heard anything from them so I called to ask about alterations. They told me it was too early to call and again they would call me closer to June to be scheduled. That call never came. I started calling again in May as I was nervous about not having an appointment. They told me I could either drop everything and be there tomorrow morning or I would miss my alterations window. They were not sympathetic and were not able/willing to find a solution.
I was shocked and overwhelmed with stress. Of course I ended up cancelling all my plans and explained the situation to my residency program and drove the four hours to Chesterfield to be there. The seamstress saw me for about 15 minutes and then sent me on my way. I find it almost unbelievable they didn’t have 15 minutes in June/July to see me then. I was at least able to schedule out my remaining appointments with the seamstress directly.
After this, everything went as expected. I got my dress, it was beautiful, and I felt amazing on my wedding day!
I don’t think I would have gone back to this salon knowing what I know now. I would have found my dress elsewhere that wouldn’t have made the experience so stressful.
PLEASE STAY AWAY!! I am just one story of many as the employee said “I’ve had angry brides and moms in the store and on the phone all day today.”
I ordered a dress in may, being told it would be in by September. Months went by and they were hard to contact, but was eventually told it would be in by October. Called today (10/25) and was told end of December. The employee told me the salon was in shambles and the owner was “making a list for refunds.” She told me she recommended getting a refund and getting another dress because things were so bad there. After calling the designer of my dress I was told it’s been finished in their warehouse for months but have not released it to signature bridal yet because they have not yet paid for the dress. Seriously concerned about whether or not I will ever get my dress at this point. They later took their phone off the hook and tried to lock their doors when my MOH showed up to the salon to confront them. Still no answers as the owner didn’t even bother to show up. Disgraceful. Moral of the story: STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!!!!

I ordered my dress with them in June. I called earlier this month and they said it had shipped. I called today and they said it was shipping soon.
Turns out that they ordered my dress but never paid for it. They pocketed the money instead. So my dress is sitting in a box waiting to be shipped because it was never paid for, despite us paying.
When I came in to ask the owner about this, she lied straight to my face and told me everything was fine.
If you want to be scammed and lied to, go to signature bridal. It’s their speciality.

If you are a bride or know a bride who is planning to go here, get that appointment canceled ASAP. If you bought a dress from here after June 2024 contact the designer of your gown ASAP! Signature Bridal is no longer an authorized retailer for at least a few of their designers. They are still charging brides full price for gowns that they never intend to order and instead buying cheap knock off imitation gowns for a fraction of the price. Many Many brides are being left with no dress super close to their wedding date or with a crappy dress that can’t be altered in time! My heart is breaking for all of the brides that are being affected by this. Please do not give your business to this place! Go literally anywhere else.
Signature Bridal is scamming brides out of their money. My fiancée ordered her dress in April and was told it would arrive in August. It is now October. When she spoke to them 2 weeks ago, they said the dress was delayed by the designer and it was going to be shipped out the following week. That week has since passed. She lied as we’re now learning that Signature Bridal has not been paying the designers. Attempts to contact Signature Bridal since have been nothing short of nightmarish. When they finally did answer, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and hung up on us as if it were our fault. Brides-to-be should avoid Signature Bridal at all costs.

"I said yes to the dress on July 27, 2024. I am getting married on April 26,2025. At the time of purchase, I was informed that my dress would arrive in October. When October came, I didn't hear from Signature Bridal. I called the store but received no answer. I then texted them, to their response they informed me that the arrival would be delayed until late November or early December.
A few days later I read recent reviews on google that dresses from signature were being delayed for other brides or they were not receiving them at all. As any bride would do, I panicked and went to the store to request dress name, number, and designer. I then reached out to Stella York to request an estimated time of arrival for my dress. I received a response from the designer that my dress was not ordered or paid for from signature. They informed me that they were no longer working with signature bridal as of June 2024. Signature allowed brides to order dresses from a designer who was no longer working with them. If you have ordered a dress from this design after June of this year, please contact Stella York directly. They were very helpful in assisting me, and they helped me find my dress, got it officially ordered, and I got back on track. I would like to think the Ultimate Bride for understanding and helping me through this difficult time.
I am writing to share my experiences during my engagement period at Signature Bridal, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations for professionalism and service.
I wish I had followed my instincts and left the store during my initial visit to look at dresses.
During my first appointment, I was assisted by the 15 daughter of one of the stylists, as the shop had overbooked itself. A young girl that had no experience with dresses, and couldn’t answer any of my questions regarding what I was trying on. This situation was compounded by the rudeness displayed by other employees, who snatched dresses out of my fitting room before I had a chance to try them on. I later learned that the staff member responsible for this behavior is no longer with the shop, a troubling pattern that continued throughout my experience.
I encountered significant issues with my order. The employee who sold me my veil never placed the order, and I discovered this oversight only 25 days before my wedding. I had reached out to the shop multiple times for updates, but received no answers regarding its status. Eventually, I learned that the person who sold me the veil had also left the company.
When it came to alterations, I was not informed that the seamstress I was assigned to had quit, and I was only made aware that I needed to go to her residence to collect my dress from her contacting me personally. When I called to confirm that my dress was indeed with this seamstress, I was met with confusion regarding which seamstress I was working with, as others had also left the shop, and they were not aware that this specific one had also left.
This series of miscommunications and lack of support has left me feeling deeply dissatisfied. I sympathize with the many brides who are struggling to receive their dresses or other items bought at their shop after prolonged waiting periods. While I am pleased for those who have had positive experiences in the past, the present, and possibly in the future my interactions here were wholly unacceptable.
Lastly, it is disheartening that I never received any contact from the owner regarding these issues. The lack of accountability from ownership reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. You truly feel like just a dollar sign to them from start to finish. I regret not leaving earlier, despite finding a beautiful dress. I encourage future customers to carefully consider their options before ordering from this shop. I am never one to post reviews like this but with this being such an emotional and expensive experience for all brides, I feel as though my story needs to be shared, even if one bride saves themselves from the trouble.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any kind of business.
I ordered my dress from Signature Bridal on February 5th for my wedding that is on December 14th and they said it would be in by May. When May rolled around, I never heard from them, so I called in the beginning of June and they said that they meant it was being shipped in May and they would receive it in June. I never heard from them in June, so I called in the beginning of July and they told me they didn’t know where it was but it would be here soon. Tried calling again twice after and no answer, I left a voicemail and sent a text message and no answer. My mom called multiple times throughout the months and each time she got ahold of them, they told her a different story for why it hadn’t arrived yet.
On September 12th, they gave us a new story for why it was taking so long to get the dress. So after that, we called the designer to try to get answers and she said my dress had been done and waiting to be shipped for a long time, we asked why they haven’t shipped it yet and she said “because signature bridal has not paid for the dress.” They said they had tried to contact Signature Bridal multiple times to get payment and no answer.
I ordered my dress on 2/5/24 and signature bridal did not pay for the dress until 9/16/24 and when I went in to pick it up on 9/24/24 she tried to tell me it took so long because of the manufacturer. I told her I knew that they didn’t pay for the dress until September 16th and all she said was “interesting”.
Signature Bridal made my wedding planning experience 100 times more stressful than it should be. It is sad because they have very beautiful dresses but terrible customer service.

I cannot stress enough how sad and disappointed I am that my best friend got her wedding dress from Signature Bridal in Chesterfield. Her dress experience was completely, utterly ruined. Brace yourself, because this is a long one.
My friend, whose wedding was early Sept 2024, ordered a dress from Signature Bridal in January. It arrived to the store in May. Great, normal. However, the dress was ordered incorrectly. At her original appointment, she was told she could order it without lining in the back. This dress was fully lined. Due to the tulle and appliqué on the back, the staff said it would be too difficult to get the lining out of the back and said they would order a new dress completely unlined (and then line the front themselves). They said there was another dress in stock in her size that they could order, and it would be here mid-July. We were skeptical about this, but were reassured that it would be just fine and there would be plenty of time for alterations. Mid July comes and goes, so my friend starts reaching out to the shop to inquire when they thought it would be in. They told her there was no way to track it, but it “should be in by end of July”. Well, now it’s August and she still had not heard anything. She reached out multiple times throughout the month asking for Megan (the owner) to call her with an update, as this is who she originally worked with. All her messages were left unanswered. She would call and have to leave voicemails everytime, and not ONCE did she receive a call back. Not once. Except the time she called off her fiancé’s phone. Oh that time they answered right away. Towards the end of August she received a text message that her dress would be in the next day. This is about 3 weeks from her wedding day. She responded immediately asking to come try it on, which of course was unanswered. Texted again the next day, no response. She called when she got off work, and a sweet girl answered who let her come in to try on the dress. We get there and lo and behold, her new dress came in but “had a huge hole in the tulle” and they “shipped it back immediately because that was completely unacceptable”. So now we’re back to the original dress that was ordered incorrectly. We needed to take the lining out of the back like she originally wanted, but was told was too difficult to do. Somehow, now a seamstress could do it “no problem”. We are now 2 weeks until her wedding at this point. Yup. Two. Oh, and “because of all her troubles” they wanted to “completely cover her alterations”. Wow, how generous. She worked with Chiara after this who was somehow able to pull this off, with 1 day to spare before she leaves for her destination wedding. Not once did she receive an apology from the shop or Megan. Not once did Megan call her directly. She was left in the unknown, stressed and anxiety ridden for MONTHS leading up to her wedding day. Her experience was completely ruined.
OH, to top it off. My cousin is currently waiting for her dress that was supposed to be in by July for her October wedding. Also having phone calls unanswered :)
I was initially really happy with Signature Bridal, as I had found my dress there and was very excited. However, after order and paying for my dress, I was really disappointed in SB. I had multiple issues with communication. Multiple times I would call the store without anyone answering, then my voicemails will go unreturned. The times I did get through to someone, I would never really get an answer. I was always told that Megan (owner) would call me back which never happened. I had these communication issues when inquiring about my veil and inquiring about in house alterations. Luckily, I ordered my dress and veil in plenty of time so it never ended up causing problems other than my frustration. I felt like anytime I talked to someone with SB, I was told "what I wanted to hear" in a people-pleasing manner rather than telling me the truth. Because of this, I would not recommend SB and I will not be returning to them for my gown preservation.
I visited signature bridal in July of 2024. I am not someone who has ever written a bad review before, but I thought others should be aware before booking an appointment. My bridal consultant was Maria northrip, and I do not have one positive thing to say about her. Please avoid having her at all costs if you are looking for a good experience. She judged my dress options, was rude to my family, and did not respect what I was looking for. She stated that dresses “would be too small for me” and wouldn’t let me try them on when I knew this wasn’t the case. I wear a size 2 typically, and I did not run into this problem whatsoever at other stores. I went to four different bridal stores, and all others were amazing experiences. Here, with Maria, I wanted to cry the entire time. She did not make me feel good in any of the dresses, and looking back at every picture, she looks like she is having the worst time of her life. She does not look happy for me whatsoever. I have never felt more judged in my life than I did at this shop. Everyone else here was kind, and I have nothing bad to say about the store itself, but she should be fired. Everyone in my bridal group (mom, aunt, grandma, and MOH) all felt the exact same way from the moment she starting talking to us. It was unacceptable.
Had a wonderful experience making my exciting day of finding my wedding dress a memorable one. Signature Bridal found my dress on the very first try. I thought “this is too easy” and went ahead and tried on others just to compare, but fell in love with and bought the first one! Thank you so much to such helpful, patient, supportive and knowledgeable and kind staff! Had such a great day!
Everyone at Signature Bridal is amazing!! I found my dress here and had alterations with Isabelle, and she made everything PERFECT!! I made a few changes to my dress, including changing the sleeves quite a bit and she was a dream to work with! She did everything I wanted and it turned out amazing. So many compliments on my dress - I am so thankful for Isabelle and the SB team!
They have a lot of beautiful dresses. I believe my dress came in a little sooner than expected. Everyone was very helpful that I interacted with. Best of all - my dress had pockets!
I was not able to find a dress, but I want to write about the service. Everyone in the store was so nice and pleasant. I hope this message finds someone who needs to find a kind group of people who are interested in good customer service.
Wonderful from start to finish! They were very helpful with finding the exact style that suited me best, and were willing to work within my budget. Their selection was good, and I was able to say yes to my dress at Signature Bridal!
I had such an amazing experience with Signature Bridal. I went into the appointment expecting to feel self-conscious and uncomfortable, but the associate I worked with was so kind and easy to work with. She made me feel so special and confident. The salon was clean and beautiful every time I went. And the in-house seamstress is such a delight to work with. My wedding gown was everything I dreamed of and more. I have recommended Signature Bridal to more than one person since I purchased my dress there.
Signature Bridal made my dress experience so amazing! Their space is adorable, selection was amazing, and entire staff was great! Isabell did such a great job with alterations! I needed quite a bit of alterations done, and the whole team was so knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the whole process!
Loved getting my dress there! I’m plus size and I felt like I had so many options and found my absolute perfect dress on the first visit!! The in-house seamstress Isabelle (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) was amazing as well with making the dress fit me perfectly. All around 10/10 highly recommend!
I highly recommend Signature Bridal for your wedding gown needs. The ladies at Signature Bridal really take the time to get to know your style and help you find that perfect dress. My stylist, Mallory went above and beyond to look at sample dresses I had already tried on and find me dresses that fit my style. She was just as excited as I was when I said yes to the dress!! I felt so confident and beautiful in my wedding dress.
Signature Bridal had fantastic service. Even if I had not found my dress at the shop, I would have had a fantastic experience working with them. Not only do they have a beautiful selection that is size and style inclusive, their consultants were friendly, kind, and personal. I ended up finding my perfect dress at Signature Bridal and I'm so glad I did. It came in on time, was beautifully made, and high quality.
I used Signature Bridal to purchase my wedding dress for my wedding in May. The entire experience with them was incredible. From shopping for my wedding dress, to picking one out and then having it altered, they were very detail oriented and so helpful all the way through. I got so many compliments on how unique my dress is! The seamstress Signature Bridal uses is AMAZING too. She made my dress fit so well and was so kind. I cannot thank Signature Bridal enough for my experience, highly recommend!
First bridal shop I went to after getting engaged and I could not have made a better decision. Honestly I still tear up (happy tears) thinking about it. As a curvy bride, they made me feel great about the entire experience. I doubt they could have done anything else to make it more perfect. They reached out prior to my appointment to gain a better understanding of what I like or thought I would. My bridal consultant (I wished I remembered her name) even brought the list of my choices to ensure I could try the ones they had on and was encouraging the entire way. Even keeping my crazy bridal party in line and let me tell you they are an opinionated yet loving bunch! Not a single dress was way to big or way too small either that she brought for me to try on either. I think we made it through 4 dresses and then I got to say to the dress with all of the happy tears. I can’t thank you enough for making the day perfect!
If your even considering their location, just do it! Put your name on the waitlist even if you have too.

Highly recommend Signature Bridal. I honestly had no idea where to start looking for dresses. I work in Chesterfield Valley so I always saw this salon. I decided to make an appointment in March and I am so glad I did. They made the process painless and Melanie is amazing! She found the perfect dress for me. It was actually the first one I tried on. She really listened to my ideas of what I was looking for and delivered. They do not pressure you and stay within your budget. Very transparent on the process. I would recommend this salon to any future brides in St. Louis!
My experience at SB was absolutely wonderful! There are so many beautiful dresses to choose from it would be impossible not to find the one with the extensive collection they provide. Debbie went above and beyond to ensure I found the dress of my dreams. She picked out the dresses I had selected ahead of time, and then helps narrow down other dresses that fit the style I loved the most that I have not seen before. I never once felt pressured in any aspect. I truly felt so confident and beautiful, and with her help I was able to say yes to my dress!!
I highly recommend! The staff are very friendly and Emma helped me find my perfect dress! The process was very smooth and it was a fun experience as a new bride!
Jaelyn! She deserves a raise! I went in with such a vision of what I wanted " an A-line dress, no open back, Ivory lots of details, not too poofy". I quickly became very upset and overwhelmed when every dress I tried on in that style was not the one. But Jaelyn saved the day and suggested we "just try other styles you might be surprised" and she was so right. I ended up with a dress so far from my original vision but I am absolutely in love with it. She even helped redirect the appointment back to me and what I wanted when the moms got a little too opinionated and she could tell it was getting to me. I can't thank her enough. I said yes back in September 2022 and actually picked up my dress and veil already February 2023! I am so happy with it!
I recommend Signature Bridal to any bride out there! They are all so sweet and so extremely helpful. I went in only knowing I wanted lace sleeves on my dress and came out with a dress I didn’t even know existed and was absolutely perfect for me and it didn’t have sleeves, their wonderful in house seamstress added them on and you would never know. I am so happy that I chose SB, I can’t recommend them enough!
My visit at Signature Bridal was the first ever wedding dress shopping I had done. I was very nervous for the appointment, but the associates were very sweet and welcoming to myself and my family. They had a whole system put together and asked specific questions to gain more insight into what type of dress I was looking for. Their preparedness and the way they ran the session was amazing considering I came in with absolutely no idea what I was looking for! I have never felt more confident, beautiful, and at ease interacting with people I did not know in a very new experience. I thought I had found my dress but ended up taking a lunch break and going to another bridal place to try on more dresses before committing. Not only was I fooling myself that Signature Bridal had helped me find my dress, the service at the other place didn't even come close to what I received at Signature Bridal. My family and I were actually so uncomfortable with the service that we cut it short and I went back to Signature Bridal the same day to say yes to my dress! The staff were so nice in letting me come back without appointment and even let me try on the dress one last time before signing for it. I would (and do) recommend Signature Bridal to any individual looking for a dress for their big day!
Everyone at Signature Bridal is fabulous! From the moment I walked in and started trying on dresses, they made me feel so comfortable, and did not pressure me. I also had my dress altered there, and they were amazing at working around my schedule to make appointments- as I live in another state. I would highly recommend wedding dress shopping with the girls at Signature Bridal!

I purchased my wedding dress at Signature Bridal over the weekend. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and Cameron made it fun and easy. I was really impressed that Cameron called me a few days before my appointment to touch base and answer any questions that I had. She spent time looking over my questionnaire and Pinterest board ahead of time to get an idea of styles that I liked. At my appointment, I felt that Cameron already had a good idea of what I was looking for and was very respectful of my budget. The shop was beautiful and comfortably fit my six guests. Everyone else that I interacted with at Signature Bridal was professional, kind, and accommodating. They popped champagne when I selected my dress making the experience even more special.

Jaelyn was INCREDIBLE to work with! There's so many dresses to choose from and try on at Signature Bridal. I never felt pressured to "say yes" to any of the dresses if I wasn't ready. Thanks to Jaelyn's help, I found the most perfect dress for my wedding day! I couldn't be happier!

I had the best experience here! I was greeted by an associate right away. I was then lead to my guest and I's area. Kayle took me around the store and pulled dresses that I had already listed via the registration link! I picked a few I like and then we started! The first dress I put on was perfect! Kayla was amazing because she adjusted the dress perfectly. She also recommend I try on more dresses just to confirm my decision. After trying on more I finally picked my choice and fell in love! I was given champagne and a goodie bag. Kayla continued to support me through the entire process and explain everything! She was very relatable and is now invited to my wedding! Went to multiple bridal stores in Saint Louis, but ultimately purchased my dream dress from Signature Bridal! They had a wide range of dresses to suit any bride's style! The women who helped me were so professional and also very helpful. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but they were so inviting and helped guide me to finding my dress! Signature was everything I could have hoped for and more in my wedding dress shopping experience! I had no idea that on my first ever dress shopping trip I would have found the dress of my dreams, but Cameron made it happen! I really, really wanted to love my experience at Signature Bridal. The woman that helped me was so sweet, but I just did not enjoy my experience at all. I left the store feeling very overwhelmed and discouraged. I was given multiple dresses that were not my size even after determining what sizes I should try on right off the bat. It was embarrassing when I had to tell them it didn’t fit over my hips multiple times. I was even given a plus size dress after being told that I am not plus size but they just wanted to try it anyways. It just felt very disorganized and made me feel very uncomfortable in my own skin and like I wasn’t being heard on what I wanted in a dress. I really wanted to enjoy this after all the amazing reviews I had read about the shop, but it was something that I really wish I could just forget.
Signature Bridal is a beautiful shop with so many different dress options. Their customer service was great and I felt so comfortable throughout the try on process. I also loved how they have the props to make you truly feel like a bride (vail, florals, accessories, etc). Highly recommend this shop!
Absolutely amazing!! Kelsi my bridal consult was fantastic! I was allowed to walk around and pick out anything I wanted to try on. We had so much fun! The building is beautiful and most importantly my dress was absolutely stunning! And shall I say for a good price as well.
After I tried on my first dress at Signature Bridal, I knew I'd be purchasing from there. They were the first boutique of 3 or 4 to help me with EVERYTHING. They unbutton, unhook, hang, zip up, fluff etc. every single dress you're trying on. I was super comfortable with the consultant and she didn't push me towards a sale. From the first dress, to "the one," to in-house alterations working with Signature Bridal was the easiest part of my wedding planning. Highly recommend!
This was the best bridal store! I felt that my consultant listened to all my wants and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. After I purchased my dress, any time I would call up there with a question or pop in to look at jewelry they were always more than happy to help! I seriously recommend them to all my friends getting married.
Although I did not purchase my dress from Signature bridal, I wanted to write a review to reflect my experience. Cameron was so wonderful to work with, she was very patient with my large party, pulled me aside to make sure she knew what I wanted and was comfortable with, and tolerated the party being a little rogue. I felt as though she really listened to my opinions. Not to mention they have a charity give back program that rocks! I found my dress at another bridal store, but Signature deserves a 5 star review for a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend coming here to any bride.
Signature bridal was an AMAZING bridal salon! I would highly recommend signature bridal to anyone to find their dress. They were very professional & kind (Kelsey is who I had to help me find the dress). I found my dress here and it was the first bridal salon I even went to! The dresses there were absolutely gorgeous and they have every type you could think of! I am so happy I choose them. I also never had to worry about getting the alterations done or storing my dress till the big day (they do it all to perfection)! Cannot say enough good things about this shop! They were so patient when I was looking for a wedding dress. I ended up going to a different shop and couldn’t stop thinking about one dress here, so they worked with me and got me back in the same day to try it on again even though they were booked. They are super communicative through the whole process. I did my alterations with them as well and the seamstress was wonderful, even added something last minute for me to ensure my dress was perfect. I got so many compliments on my dress. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience at Signature Bridal! The entire staff is lovely, and my consultant was a dream to work with! I'm sure I'm not the only bride with a couple of strongly opiniated people who came wedding dress shopping, and my consultant was so graceful in bringing the conversation back to how I felt in the dress. I did not feel any pressure or rush to pick a dress, but I'm so glad I went with a dress from Signature Bridal.

I met them at the St.Charles bridal show and loved their display during the fashion show. I only had 5 months to get a dress, and while other vendors made me feel rushed and panicked on finding a dress asap, they were calm and made me feel not stressed out! And the experience at their store was perfect. I found my dress on the third try. And it wasn’t even what I had expected to like. Signature Bridal is amazing!
