I ended up very much running beyond my appointment time frame, and they were incredibly understanding, the manager took over for my consultant (who apologized like 50 times for the swap when it was my fault for taking so long to figure things out not hers) so she could work with her next Bride and let me try on another style to get it out of our minds and kept checking until we were satisfied and could say Yes to the Dress!!

e worked for him to come and see the dress I was considering. He happened to get off work early one day and they let us come in to try on my 1-3 top choices. That was honestly really important to me because his opinion means the world to me. Also, the selection was beautiful and one of a kind. The only thing I would call out is as a Latina I did sometimes feel like I was undervalued going in. The staff was great but there were little things like they offered everyone champagne and water while we were there except for my group on 3 occasions. I understand if we maybe slipped by once but 3 times when everyone else was YT and taken care of was weird. Or when they stayed with YT patrons the whole time giving advice, helping, etc. But with me once I got the dresses I was pretty much left to my own devices. It was just off at times. I get my family primarily spoke Spanish but I’m paying for the dress just like anyone else, I expect the same level of assistance.

e stay centered, and really asked for what I needed. Such an amazing experience, and fun time. My mom had COVID at the time, so we videochatted with her the whole time, and it was great. They also have payment plans, and customer service was great throughout the whole process!

We ran out of time on my first visit, so i scheduled a second visit and Emily already had dresses waiting on me that she felt could be the one, so no time was wasted picking and viewing. And i said yes to the dress. !!! We experimented with add ons to the dresses (over skirts). Emily really designed my dress to include my vision. Very thankful for Emily. i did go to other shops, but i came back to Signature because i was drawn to the atmosphere the moment i stepped in.

It was way out of my price range but totally worth it! They steamed my dress a couple days before my wedding and really made me feel excited for my big day :)

t she was so patient and supportive. The venue was clean, and they do let you look at dresses. They do have areas with different lighting which helps if you are doing a day wedding verses an evening one. I love working with Ally and recommend her. If you give her creative freedom to pull dresses for you, she will not disappoint!!

ce some of the sample sizes are very small and I have not had a very good time at other salons. However this was not an issue with Emily's support and expertise. I was able to try on every dress that got my eye. I was able to get my dream dress and had a wonderful time doing it! I am going to recommend all my friends to shop here when its time for there big days!

Plus, her focus on how I felt in each dress meant so much to me - as a people pleaser, I was worried about being totally honest before my appointment. I felt completely at ease, though! chedule with Olga. After some schedule conflicts, I was able to meet with Olga and let me just say WOW! She is a Godsend and really knows the industry. It was my first shop and I found MY DRESS. My only regret is not having my mom there the first time with me since she lives out of town. 2 weeks later after going to other shops to give my mom the full experience and receiving customer service from other shops, we went back to Signature Bridal for the bridal appointment with Olga. She did the FULL appointment all over again just for my mom. I put on the dress finally and it was THE ONE. It felt amazing and my mom could tell that it was the only one that made me glow like that after 4 other shops and countless other dresses. I had a second favorite and still wanted to show my mom. Olga indulged me and it was definite that the first dress I had tried on was the one. It's all based on feeling. Trust the process and go with Olga. She gives the best pointers and tips on posing and can even read body language very well to help you narrow down your dress and make the decision. I had the opportunity to buy the dress at another salon at a cost savings but Olga really put in the time and effort to style and deliver a wonderful experience for me. It was worth the extra money for the better service. It is your day and you'll be the most photographed in YOUR dress on that special day than any other day in your life. Experience and service matter and she delivers.

The alternations expert (I sincerely apologize, I don't recall their name) was so patient and informative, and it was very evident that she 100% knew her stuff, and is an amazing professional and all-around kind person. letely confident it was the right one because of the expert guidance I received. I came in uncertain about what I wanted but Olga helped set the stage, then guided me through choosing gowns and styles in a brilliant way that helped me clarify what felt right to me (and I appreciated the focus on feelings over details, since as she expertly pointed out, seamstresses can adjust the details). It was Olga who found the dress that ended up being "the one" and it was exactly right for both my style and budget. She absolutely knows what she's doing and I loved working with her! Such a high quality experience every step of the way.

had tried on and loved by a designer they carried, but didn't buy because I wanted to try on dresses with my mom. Signature reached out to me via email the next day to let me know that they could order the dress that I loved and that it was being discontinued AT THE END OF THE WEEK!!! I really appreciate everything they did for me because I had a great experience trying on dresses with my mom and sister and if they gone above and beyond to look into the dress I had mentioned and contact me, I would have waffled for too long and missed out on the perfect dress.

Are you paying for it?” I walked in prepared to pay for the dress. I walked out not wanting to ever enter that building again. The whole process was demeaning. It was not the special moment that we all dream of. I felt bullied by Olga the entire time.

Krista was amazing- friendly, professional, and made me feel so confident! She did an incredible job with the alterations on my dress. In the end, I had a perfect gown to wear for my wedding and got so many compliments on it!

so really appreciated the way she interacted with me when talking about the sizing. She politely prefaced that the Jasmine Bridal sizing was a little different than what I may expect in regular stores. I let her know that as a previous bride, I wasn't going to be offended by the potential larger size she recommended based on my measurements. But I appreciated her kindness and I really loved that she went out of her way to note this, just in case the sizing would be an upsetting topic. Knowing she gives the same level of empathy and understanding to others made me very thankful for her. The purchasing experience was quick and painless as well! Eliza went through everything with me and was very clear about procedure and next steps. I'll be honest, I was half dreading this task, as I was worried I might be a size 14 gal trying to fit into a size 8 sample dress. But my experience was truly awesome and enjoyable. hat truly sets them apart is how much they care about their clients in wanting them to find the perfect dress for their big day. They not only helped me, but also helped all of my bridesmaids to find their perfect dresses to not only fit the theme of our wedding, but to also help bring out their individual personalities. Everyone LOVED Signature!! Along with many others, our wedding was postponed due to COVID. The ladies at Signature were incredible- they were super understanding and professional not only in their communication but also in providing support and comfort during this time. out Signature. We went to a different place first, and while they were fine, I wasn't super happy with the feel of the place and the style. Signature, on the other hand, was perfect! Our consultant Olga was extremely helpful, and she let my mom and sister-in-law pull as many dresses from the racks as they wanted (which we couldn't do at the previous store). I found the perfect dress here, and it was shipped to my house no problem. Highly recommend!
