She moved to Hilton Head Island in October of 1996 and has been running the largest catering & event planning company in the Low Country since that time. She has worked with executive Chef Andy Borgmeier from day one and has a team of dedicated staff who work hard to exceed all of their client's expectations and earning a respected reputation! She and her team have worked with over 1000 couples planning their special day and they enjoy every minute of it!
- Susan NorgeotDirector of SalesLiving where other people vacation has always been Susan’s dream, and she feels so fortunate to be able to now call Hilton Head home. Born in Germany, Susan has also resided in Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Virginia and Kansas and spent eight amazing years living abroad. These life experiences have given her a unique global perspective in her life and work. Prior to moving to Hilton Head in January 2020, she was the Lead Wedding Coordinator at the iconic Hotel Du Pont in Wilmington, Delaware where she oversaw sales and coordination of hundreds of large-scale weddings and events. Susan has extensive food & beverage experience and both a culinary and hospitality degree. I had the pleasure of working with SERG for our wedding in September. Not only did they cover food service, but I got to work with the amazing Delaney Chappelear as my day of coordinator. I cannot begin to explain how wonderful both of these services were. The station set up was absolutely stunning and the food itself blew the guests away. Delaney was the best person for the job. Her and Lexi spent the entire night making sure me and my husband had drinks, food, and had the best night of our lives. They worked so hard to make sure everything ran perfectly, and I did. I couldn’t be more thankful! HIGHLY recommended!

HIRE THEM NOW. My husband and I had the greatest weekend of our lives celebrating our wedding and it could not have been done without their INCREDIBLE team. My first contact was Molly Kennedy. She was professional, reassuring, and made me certain that SERG could personally curate the wedding of my dreams. Susan Norgeot was my wedding planner and I still can't thank her enough for what she did for us. I dreamt up a perfect wedding and somehow she created one that was even better?! She literally laughed with us and cried with us and then celebrated with us and I wish we could have just pulled up a chair at our reception table for her and the rest of their team because we enjoyed them so much. Lexi Birtcher joined in to help execute a perfect rehearsal dinner party and wedding day. She helped keep all things moving smoothly and was such a joy to have around. Chris Fuller was really one of the guests favorites. He made everyone feel special and tended to every persons needs. All together they made us feel like the most special people in the world throwing the worlds most perfect party and EVERYONE loved them.
So in summary, every part of this group exceeded our expectations from each individual team member to the food and rentals/design, etc. You could tell they actually cared which was so important to us. I know our day would not have been the same with out them. I am only disappointed that we only get to get married once.

To rate our experience with Signature Catering Events by SERG as excellent is an understatement! If I could give 10 stars to Susan Norgeot and the SERG team I would. We hired SERG to cater and coordinate our son's rehearsal dinner at the Beaufort Inn. As this was my first experience hosting an event of such importance, I was definitely apprehensive but from my first phone conversation with Susan at SERG I knew we had called the right team. Every conversation, correspondence, and encounter was very professional, yet so inviting. Susan made my husband and I feel like we were SERG's #1 priority. During the planning phase of our rehearsal dinner, I was so impressed by Susan's coordination of every detail, from venue diagrams to timelines of speeches. The day of our rehearsal dinner, Susan was there at 10 am to ensure all the vendors had arrived with all the appropriate items and quantities. Susan stayed throughout the entire day and night, ensuring that everything was perfect. AMAZING is such an inadequate description for the level of customer service we experienced by Susan and the team at SERG. The servers, bartenders, and chefs were all so attentive, accommodating and super friendly. We had such a great time with the staff! And the food was outstanding- my family is still talking about the chocolate cake! I can honestly say that hiring SERG to cater our large rehearsal dinner was the best decision I have made, especially hiring Susan as our event coordinator. I did not have one worry about how the rehearsal dinner would flow as I knew we were in the most capable, professional, and incredibly caring hands. If you want to have the freedom to enjoy your special day and host a wonderfully delicious event you must hire the incredible team at SERG.

We used SERG Signature Catering and Events for our wedding catering. Many of our wedding guests have told us how good the food was. Everything turned out great and tasted amazing!! We also got the help of Delaney Black with SERG Signature Catering and Events to assist us as our wedding planner. Delaney made sure that everything took place seamlessly. Delaney was sure to be there for our rehearsal and make sure we all understood each detail to make our wedding perfect. She also showed up early to our venue on the day of our wedding to ensure all of our rentals showed up accordingly and further was willing to assist with setting up the many little items that we provided ourselves. We would recommend SERG Catering and Events for catering along with Delaney Black for wedding planning services for sure! Delaney and her team did a fantastic job!

My daughter was married on 4/27/24 in Habersham, a community in Beaufort SC. Susan Norgeot was a pleasure to work with through the entire process. Susan's communication and attention to detail was outstanding. I never doubted that she would not be able to give my daughter her dream wedding.
Susan's management on the day of the wedding was unbelievable. The entire Serg staff made the environment even better. They went over and beyond on their quality of food, drink and service. The guests could not say enough about the ceremony and reception.

We had the wonderful team of Susan Norgeot and Delaney Black for our daughter’s wedding. Susan helped plan the food for cocktail hour and our buffet dinner. Delaney was a huge asset as our wedding coordinator especially the day of the wedding. Everything flowed seamlessly and the food was excellent. Highly recommend them!

We were married in October 2023 at the Beaufort Inn. I’ve been avoiding this review, because I couldn’t quite find the words to articulate just how incredible Tracey and SERG were on our day.
Tracey, especially, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail and communication really made the process of planning a wedding enjoyable and efficient. Not to mention her attentiveness on the day off.
The entire SERG staff went above and beyond. We had several people complement the quality of service and food. THANK YOU, to Tracey and the SERG team!

HIRE THEM!! Tracey & SERG are absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! We hired SERG for catering + event coordinating and I truly cannot recommend them enough. Not only was the food and flow of the day absolutely perfect, but Tracey made the lead up so much smoother than I could have imagined. Honestly, as I'm sitting here writing this, I'm realizing it's actually hard to even list all of the places that Tracey jumped in that we're truly above and `beyond. She not only had a way of making things feel less stressful and reassuring you that the day would be amazing, but also like you were family from the first conversation, which is truly makes such a difference for such a personal day. And for catering, they were all so nice & accommodating when we met for a tasting – and the food amazing of course!- but after that Tracey was so on it, that I’ll have to admit that I didn’t have to handle one more conversation with the catering team! I couldn’t have imagined the day being any better or stress-free. To top it off, my DAD of all people are still talking about how amazing Tracey was and how welcoming she was at the rehearsal + wedding day!

It’s been almost a year since having my wedding and my husband and I, along with our family are STILL talking about how wonderful of an event it was. From the food (biggest compliment we got all night from guest) to the energy, it couldn’t have been as amazing without the help of Tracey, SERG catering and the rest of their team.
The Beaufort Inn was my dream venue but I didn’t think it would be in budget while also meeting my stylistic vision. After months of searching for other venues and teams, I found my way back to SERG & the Beaufort Inn and I’m so glad I did. Tracey was able to work with me on budget and still create a beautiful event.

My husband and I hosted a welcome reception for 94 people the night before our son’s wedding. I can not say enough good things about Signature Catering, especially Susan and Delaney. Susan really listened to my ideas for the evening and was considerate of our budget - we decided on a Carolina BBQ with all the fixings, everyone raved about the food , everything was delicious!! Delaney was our event coordinator- I had many questions along the way since I was planning this event long distance from NJ, my phone calls were always answered with a cheery voice on the other end with a quick answer or solution- she even came out to the venue the day of the party to help us with some set up logistics. The staff that night was very professional, friendly and helpful - they used some of my decorations as requested to carry my theme throughout the buffet stations along with pretty floral touches of their own so the food tables looked beautiful and inviting - the service was top notch. I highly recommend Signature Catering, everything from start to finish was fantastic. We felt like Susan and Delaney really cared about us and wanted our event to be special and it was!!

THE PERFECT WEDDING! Hands down this was the best experience for myself (mother of the bride) and my daughter!! Tracey Mancini and the staff at Signature Catering and Events are the absolute best event and catering company in the Lowcountry! Our event was absolutely perfect, We had a 1:00 pm wedding with a strolling reception for about 185 people under a tent. The way that Tracey designed the layout of the tent could not have been better. We had plenty of space and everything flowed smoothly. I literally had nothing to worry about and was able to just have fun and enjoy the day. The space was BEAUTIFUL and I was so impressed at how easily they put it all together. The team at Signature worked together so well and you could tell they were happy to be there and were enjoying being a part of our day. Tracey worked with us ahead of time to make sure she had every detail of our day planned out and she nailed them all perfectly. The food was incredible too and presented so beautifully. Our Chef's and his staff were so friendly and professional and just a joy to be around. If I could give them 10 stars I would, it was that perfect. Thank you to Tracey and everyone at SERG for making our day one we will cherish for years to come!

Look no further!!! If you are a couple looking for an overall extraordinary experience, Serg Catering & Events is your go to! I live in PA so planning for a "destination" wedding can be stressful to say the least, but all of the staff working for Serg was amazing. Especially, Tracey Mancini...words can't begin to express the gratitude I have for this woman. She is truly WONDERFUL! From the moment you meet her you feel like she is a part of your family. She is organized, responsive, caring, organized, loving, and well respected among the many vendors on the island. She also helped us work within our budget to create our dream wedding. She had suggestions for vendors who were great and truly made us feel stress free as we were planning from miles and miles away. If I needed her she was always a phone call away! I had family members and various vendors that she was working with, which can be a lot, but Tracey worked with them seamlessly. Everyone who I talked to that had an interaction with her thought she was just amazing..which SHE IS!! As far as the wedding goes, I was blown away from the organization and presentation. Our venue looked amazing thanks to her, our vendors, and the staff! They worked with exactly what we wanted including our take on a food menu and it was AMAZING!! So delicious! The day of the wedding everyone was attentive, fun, respectful, organized and really enjoyed the day with us. It felt as if the staff working our wedding was now our family too! I can't express enough what a great experience it was working with Serg and Tracey!! They helped make the day that I've always dreamed of to become a reality.

We loved our experience with Serg! From the minute we asked for a quote, their team went above and beyond to answer our questions. They helped us customize the perfect menu, giving thoughtful recommendations and providing a lot of flexibility to our preferences and vision. We used Signature Catering & Events for the catering and planning of our wedding. The catering team was phenomenal and the food was amazing! Our guests raved about the delicious meal and about how friendly the entire team was.
Tracey Mancini was our wedding coordinator and she truly could not have done a better job. She helped us over the course of 12 months with vendor decisions, menu choices and various other wedding details. My husband and I never felt stressed on our wedding day because Tracey had everything under control and it was evident that she has a ton of experience. The absolute BEST catering and planning team on the island by a million miles. Tracey Mancini is an actual godsend - she helped my now-husband and I plan a wedding that changed reception venues once and ceremony venues three times with patience, support, and creativity. She (and Delaney, too!) were such steady, helpful, supportive presence(s) in the planning and coordination process and I felt so at ease with every decision because I knew Tracey had our backs. She was firm with expectations for vendors and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day of our lives. I cannot say enough good things about Tracey or the rest of this team.

Seriously do not hesitate to book SERG!! We always knew we wanted to get married on HHI and after coming here for years and years, SERG Catering was top of our list for our wedding food. Not only did our guests rave about the food (which was delicious btw!) they also raved about the exceptional service provided by the staff. they went above and beyond to make our day extra special.
We were able to customize our menu and set up to get exactly what we wanted. They worked with us diligently and provided suggested as needed. and, the pricing was quite reasonable.
Additionally, do yourself a favor and HIRE TRACEY. she is the wedding "coordinator" but should be more aptly named Wedding Specialist Extraordinaire. seriously... she absolutely made our wedding perfect. She was prompt, available, personable and went above and beyond to help us throughout the planning process and the day of. She brought her many years of experience and expertise coordinating and planning weddings and was an instrumental resource for us. I promise you won't regret it.

SERG provided the catering, wait staff, servers, and beyond for our wedding on HHI. They served a fantastic buffet meal, late night snacks, appetizers during cocktail hour, and served all beverages. Not only is their food incredible (I had so many guests raving to me about the food), but their service is at the highest level. Tracey and Kris went above and beyond to make our day perfect and we are extremely grateful for them. They carried out everything we had discussed to a T and then even handled things for us that were beyond their specific duties. Our day would not have been the day it was without them. Each and every staff member was a joy to be around. They remembered specific guests and their drink orders which impressed our guests greatly. They served food and cleared dishes with smiles on their faces. They even incorporated the vibe of our decorations into their bar and buffet tables to make the entire venue look seamless. They are the definition of professional and caring. I owe them so much for making our day absolutely perfect. They cared about our wedding as if it was one of their family member’s weddings. From start to finish, I felt I could trust Tracey, Molly, and SERG with everything. From planning the buffet menu and staff numbers at the very beginning of the planning process, to carrying it all out on the day of (in pouring rain and high winds), they handled everything with grace and dedication. Even during the rain and high winds, they showed nothing but class and happiness. They put my mind at ease the entire day. Tracy and her team were absolutely incredible! Wedding planning can be extremely stressful, esp. choosing the right menu for everyone. Tracy was able to create a wonderful menu that satisfied all of our wants! I knew from the initial taste test that signature catering had everything under control! Last minute head count adjustments were taken care of with ease and no hesitation.
Fast forward to the wedding day and everything was perfect! The food was amazing and the presentation was very well done. The staff were professional, personal and SO nice! I could not recommend a catering company more!

Tracey was an absolute angel through everything. I planned my wedding from Delaware and she made everything so easy, being so far away! From her amazing communication, to her top-notch experience, she made wedding planning fun!! That's hard to do! Tracey would reach out often and tell me exactly what she needed from me, what I needed to do and just made it all a breeze. As the time got closer, when I met her I was even more impressed with how professional, organized and just FUN she was! And then when our wedding day came, it was the most perfect day and everything was so smooth. Tracey is so good at what she does and I would urge any bride (and groom) to work with her!!! She truly is the best. ALSO- Serg catering was so impressive! I still have people from our wedding commenting on how amazing the food was... and people usually don't pay attention to wedding food so that says a lot! You can't go wrong working with the company and Tracey!

We absolutely loved working with Tracey and the Signature Catering Crew. They made the wedding planning experience fun and easy. All of the planning concerns were addressed in a timely fashion, and they made the day a positive and stress-free experience. The food was delectable! What can I say about Signature Catering? How about, ‘Wow!’? No, wait a minute, I want to use way more than one word to describe them.
Our daughter’s wedding in Savannah, Georgia in late May 2022 was a special event. The Mackay House venue was idyllic, the 80+ guests travelled from all over the US and Europe and even the sun broke out from the clouds for the 4.00pm ceremony.
After much to-in and fro-ing with Signature (well, I was the rather fussy mother of the bride after all), Tracy from Signature became my new best friend. She and her team were remarkable, wonderful, supportive, understanding, reassuring and all sorts of other caring adjectives resulting in a culinary experience which was beyond equal.
In the calmness of an early evening in the beautiful low country, Tracy and her team ensured that the post-wedding ceremony proceedings went like clockwork with the food tasting as if each plate was cooked individually. The wedding party and guests were thoroughly looked after and compliments were numerous.
I would recommend Signature Catering without hesitation. In fact, ‘Wow!’ sums them up!

I cannot express my appreciation and admiration for you and your staff. It was a beautiful day, no glitches, and I am grateful. The food was excellent, your servers were fantastic and your personal attention was beyond expectations. Beyond the services you were contracted to provide, you got people to their cars in the pouring rain, helped us navigate the cake cutting and helped everyone with anything they needed. As a mature bride I appreciate the fact that I did not have a care except to enjoy the day, which I did, thoroughly. Thank you so much my dear.

Tracy Mancini, of Signature Catering, Hilton Head, is a magnificent event planner. She worked with us and with our daughters to plan our joint 80th birthday party. We were overwhelmed by the wonder of the venue, the food, the flowers, the help that Tracy offered, her warmth and smart planning. Let it be said that not only did she deal with us, but with our daughters from NYC who tend toward being exacting. Tracy did it all with skill and good humor. The Chef was wonderful. Only rave reviews of the food and the room from all our friends. Many said "best party ever"! (And our group are older and have been to lifetimes of parties.) I wish I could give SERG 10 stars and I would give Tracey Mancini 12 stars!!!! Tracey at SERG is a dream to work with. She is so knowledgeable about the industry and is so kind, patient and genuinely cares about your wedding day. It felt like we were her only clients through the whole experience, and i know she had many more! Tracey was hired to help us with our food selections and to work with the chef to make our wedding food perfect but Tracey did SOOO much more than just what we originally hired her for. She took literally did everything and more on wedding day from running around in the rain making sure everything went smooth, to bustling my complicated dress, to still being there into the night to make sure things were going smooth. I cant thank SERG and Tracey enough for everything they did for us. The food and the service was 5 star and we had so many of our guests talk about it!!!! You cant go wrong with SERG, they are perfect.

When my mother hired Tracey and her staff we kind of rolled our eyes. We had already planned the majority of the wedding and didn't see why we should hire someone after we had already done so much of the lifting . It turned out to be a phenomenal decision as our wedding was flawless! Finding a tent was one of the final and most difficult endeavors. We had tried looking at several places over about the span of a week. Tracey found us a tent after one phone call. Then when it came to the big day she was on top of everything!!! Her positivity and confidence in how perfect our wedding was going to be, allowed us to just enjoy our special day. Tracey and her whole staff were amazing. They helped turn our dream of a "pub style" catered wedding into a reality and we can't thank them or recommend them enough.

They helped with our wedding at Mitchelville Beach House on 5/28/2022. From the first interaction I had with Molly back when we were searching for venues to working with Susan as our coordinator throughout the planning process everyone was friendly, helpful, and so great to work with! Susan brought our vision to life better than I could have ever imagined. Her and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make our day amazing. They made sure every detail was perfect and Susan provided great assistance and advice. Everything was so smooth and well done, I felt zero stress the entire wedding weekend!
The food was also SO good! We have had multiple people reach out commenting on the food. I never have high expectations for wedding food but they absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. I regret not eating more!
Thank you to the entire team - our wedding wouldn't have been the same without Signature Catering and Events!

Signature Catering and Events were outstanding. My coordinator Tracey helped with every little detail and it felt like she was a part of the family! Her knowledge of the industry is remarkable. Signature also catered our rehearsal dinner and brunch. The service and food is top of the line and every guest commented on how great it all was. Thank you Signature for everything!

They catered our 3/28/2022 wedding at the Mackey House.
Food was amazing. We loved it, guests loved it and even kids loved it. The servers were even more attentive than our wedding coordinator. They ensured we received appetizers during cocktail hour. The potatoes did taste slightly different from the tasting and we were looking forward to them but everything can't be perfect, right?
They worked with us to bring the linens and china sets as well. Working with them was so easy considering all the issues we had with other caterers either not being able to handle gluten allergies or just plain ghosting us.
Would recommend 100% for any catering needs.

Kristen without SERG Special Events was great to work with! She was super easy going, worked well with the wedding planner and other vendors, and had great suggestions to help make our event at Poseidon Rooftop unforgettable! I would highly recommend working with SERG Special Events!

Jackie and her team were the best decision we made regarding our wedding. Our venue suggested Serg Catering and Special Events and they did not disappoint!!! From day one Jackie understood our vision, executed, and stayed on budget. I never worried a minute about our wedding and was never told no. It was an amazing day that I would love to experience over and over again. Almost a year later and we still talk about how much fun we do, how we think we had the best wedding ever, and wish we could do it again. Our guest all continue to rave about our day, the details, and Jackie and her team. We definitely recommend them!!!
