Everything was beautiful for the day of the event. However, I am giving them 3 stars because of what happened before the wedding. My venue requires specific documents be sent over to them in order to put chairs or any furniture on their outside space (where the ceremony took place), and I was in correspondence with them over 2weeks until the owner signed the documents (I literally only had days left until the venue told me I was not allowed to use the outside space.) I had to call this company over and over (the lady at the desk was very nice), but I believe it was the owner that was slow and not forthcoming until the minute before. I believe the owner of this company owns Elite Event Rentals as well, so I understand he was probably very busy - however it should not have taken them over 2 weeks and right before my deadline from the venue in order to send those papers in.
What they provide and what they charge is unbeatable with any rival company in Tampa. Their chiavari chairs and cushions were beautiful and comfortable, their chargers were in great condition. They are quick with emails and work with you if there are any issues (i.e. weight limit for the chairs). I am very thankful for Signature Events and their awesome customer service!
Signature Events did everything we could have hoped for and more. Not only did the chavari chairs and charges look perfect we ordered draping and it was gorgeous. I didn't expect to see much of them but they were there when I arrived that day and I'm so glad! They were so friendly and complementary!! They were great to work with!

I ordered 150 gold chiavari chairs for my wedding with ivory cushions. The chairs were beautiful and clean. Signature Events was super easy to work with and renting from them was seamless. I would definitely recommend them for your renting needs!

Signature Event Rentals offers the most beautiful and comfortable Chiavari chairs available! Not only did the mahogany chairs bring more beauty and depth to the ceremony, but they were moved into the reception area and complimented the deep wood colors in the room. We also had matching bar chairs so that the same look flowed from room to room. Signature also provided a number of different tables to satisfy all our reception needs. They take wonderful care of their product so each chair and cushion was perfect! This is a top notch company, run by caring and meticulous professionals. There was no need to look further!
My husband and I rented chiavari chairs and tables for our wedding. They were amazing! I had seen them at another wedding I had attended and got their info from my friend. Samantha was wonderful and really worked with us on our budget for the chairs. She also really helped us out when last minute we had to rent some tables as well. Great value and the chairs looked fantastic. They really added decor to the room for a great price.
I am so pleased with my decision to use this vendor. I met Samantha at a bridal show and fell in love with these chairs. I really wanted them but didn’t think we could afford it. After looking at our budget we made some adjustments and booked the chairs. Samantha was very pleasant to work with and her crew was very professional. I was so happy that everything was set up exactly the way I wanted it when we got to the ceremony. The chairs are absolutely beautiful and definitely added an elegant look to our wedding. Best decision I made was to spend the money for these chairs!

I am soooooo THRILLED that we chose to rent these beautiful Chivari chairs from Signature Event Rentals. They completely transformed the room and brought everything together beautifully. If you're going back and forth on whether it's REALLY worth the money - IT IS! If you need to cut back, try to find other areas, this is not what you want to cut back on. Your wedding pictures will look AWESOME with these chairs. Trust me - totally worth it!

Our wedding planner suggested using signature events and we are so happy we did. They were very easy to work with and the quality of the chairs were fantastic. We used the white chiavari chairs for our ceremony and the mahogany for our reception. Would definitely recommend!
Gilbert was wonderful to work with. He responded to my emails timely and was very flexible with my changing guest count. The chavari chairs looked beautiful!

I called many local chair rental businesses and Signature beat all of their quotes easily. They were always very responsive and we conducted all of our business by email. On the day of the event they did call me to let me know that there was a weird gnat-like insect that had evidently taken over our site, which showed me that they really did care about the success of the wedding. Unfortunately, we had nowhere to move it to, but at least our chair arrangement was exactly as I had asked, the women were there right on time for set-up/tear-down, they were very polite, and all of the chairs were in good shape. As it turned out, the bugs had retreated by the time of the ceremony and it was actually quite perfect in every way, but the heads-up they gave us also gave us enough time to put a couple candles out before people began arriving. I can't thank them enough, all of our guests seemed very pleased and looked to be seated quite comfortably.
We opted to switch out our reception chairs and used Signature. They were very easy to work with. They allowed us to go into the showroom and see the inventory. I was set on black chairs with a white cushion but after seeing their inventory the black on black was our choice. We never had to worry about setting up, take down or anything. they did it and we never saw them or heard a peep from them. They also did our up lighting. Changed the room drastically which turned out perfect! They truly know what they are doing and we highly recommend them!
We used Signature Event Rentals for chairs for our ceremony. We were very happy with our choice. Set-up and take down of the chairs was flawless, and I was very glad it was one less thing to have to worry about! And their white chairs look great in our photos.
I looked every where for the best price for the Chiavari Chairs. I really wanted them, but didn't want to pay $9 a chair! Signature Events by Design was by far the BEST deal I found in the Tampa area. And the chairs were great. Staff was friendly.

I rented white folding chairs for my wedding ceremony. It was the best deal in the area, and one of the few vendors that pick them up the same night. The chairs were very good quality too. Samantha was helpful and responsive!

Everything went well. They negotiated with me to accomodate my budget. Showed up on time for both drop off and pickup of my gold chargers and gold chiavari chairs. The chairs and cushions were in perfect condition. It added such elegance to my wedding. Very grateful.
