Christina swooped in last minute in our deep moment of need - and truly saved the day! Our first wedding planner dropped us out of a family emergency, so I (as the bride) was frantically running around to find a new partner for my final 3 months leading up to the wedding. Our big, fat Indian Wedding was extremely complex - at a destination, with 300 guests and 3 days worth of events. With HIGHLY involved and vocal members (Mom, both Dads) engaged, Christina was able to professionally, calmly and swiftly navigate the chaos on my behalf. From getting our decisions actually finalized (no backsies anymore) to keeping my original vision for the wedding (amidst the absolute opposite wishes of the Dads, a mere 5 weeks prior to the wedding), Christina helped me stay sane and true to myself.
Additionally, our venue's personnel had continuous change in management during our wedding planning - which required A LOT of hand holding by the Dads and me - but Christina and Samantha was able to take it off of our hands so we can focus around pieces that truly matter to us like guest experience. Though the venue was still quite difficult with them, Christine and Samantha were amazing at being persistent and demanding to keep us all on track during a critical time.
Finally, the weekend of had its own fair share of details and logistical challenges but Christina was able to work through them and prioritized guest experience for us. Everything was incredibly timely (important for groom) and felt intimate/crowd was controlled (important to bride and groom).
I'd wish I had Christina earlier to help us with some of the pieces that we dropped the ball on (vendor rooms) but nevertheless, everything went so smoothly and everyone was overwhelmed by the love, intimacy and beauty of the weekend.
Having Christina and Samantha on board was a major sigh of relief and a breath of fresh air! I loved hearing their ideas, brainstorming on designs and having them nearby during the high tension weeks leading up to the wedding.

I honestly don't know where to begin. I am SO lucky that I met Christina years ago as she had already planned a few of my cousin's/friend's weddings. I knew just from seeing my cousin's easy months of wedding planning and how smooth their wedding days went that Christina's team is the best in the business. Whether you are looking to have a simple wedding, or you have 500+ guests - Christina and her team can handle it ALL! Hiring the Sig Events team was serious business - they handle anything and everything we needed their help with. From finding venues with specific requirements, handling difficult guests, planning around religious/cultural customs and traditions, budgets, designing, unique vendors depending on your style/service you're looking for - EVERYTHING! The teams attention to detail and organization through their cloud based portal is seriously a blessing! Investing in Sig Event's services was the best money I spent throughout my entire wedding! Best for last, the amazing personalities both Christina and Samantha have - they are now friends that have turned into family. Thank you Signature Events team!!!!
Without Christina, our wedding would have been completely different and I would have been filled with anxiety and stress. Christina was no doubt the best decision we made. Consider this part of self-care - you want to enjoy your wedding and your relatives and friends, without Christina's coordination, my wife and I wouldn't have been able to enjoy ourselves as much. She and Samantha helped us to coordinate our contracts, vendors, timeline, make difficult decisions, manage stress, and just overall take care of us. Working with Christina was a breeze - the communication really picks up a lot when you get closer to your date. We live in NYC and would have conference calls with Christina and Samantha. It worked great! The day of our wedding was spectacular. Every single guest said that our event was so smooth and beautiful.
My favorite parts of hiring Christina: she has a great laugh, she's energized by challenges and is solution focused, she worked well with our mixing of cultures, she holds herself to a high standard and people in the business know her, and she just gets things done. Christina is also very passionate about weddings. Her excitement made me excited. We wanted to be sure that we matched with a person that could understand our different families and be LGBTQ friendly, and Christina met all of that and more. Christina not only fit our tight budget, but also understood where we were coming from on making sure we didn't overspend on anything else or leave any money on the table with other vendors. She really went above and beyond.
I would hire Christina and her team again for any other event. She knows what she is doing and makes sure that you are cared for well. If you're still considering a planner, my biggest recommendation is that you must get one and Christina is the best.
Christina planned our wedding, and it was amazing! It went so smoothly, and I attribute almost every compliment we received to her and her assistant Kayla. I found it difficult to use yelp to find a planner (or any wedding vendor for that matter) because all of them seem to have 4-5 stars. I interviewed several planners, but her personality won us over (plus I found her to be very reasonable). BEST money I ever spent. She/they went above and beyond what was in our contract. We used almost every vendor she recommended, and we had great experiences with all.
I booked her for the partial planning (I needed more than just the month of, and I didn't want to spend money for the full package, although it would've been worth it too). I have a low anxiety threshold, and she/they relieved so much stress by taking on extra stuff, being my therapist at times, and being so organized. She/they are professional, compassionate, and experienced (I liked that she had experience with multi-cultural weddings, as ours had many persian elements and personalities).
When I would tell people Christina was my planner people would say "you're in great hands", and they were right. She is truly dedicated to her job and clients. Besides successfully pulling off events, she is ultra friendly, and it's hard not to develop a personal relationship with her when you go through the traumatic experience of planning a wedding (they did most of the work, though).
Both myself and new husband have no idea how we would have planned our entire wedding without Signature Events. Andrea is worth her weight in gold. She seemed to know everyone in the business and made us feel very confident in her, so we booked her on the spot. She helped me create the most amazing wedding ever! She was creative & knowledgable, she knew what would look best without being pushy. The one thing I tell everyone about Signature Events is you have an idea of what you want and Andrea excutes it even better than you even imagined. Throughout our year of planning, I would constantly call or email Andrea and would always receive a response right away. People are still talking about the details of our wedding. She took care of everything so that no one had to do anything but enjoy the day. She was the first one there and the last one to leave. She is a hard worker, smart business woman, creative, pleasant to work with and most of all a great person! She was running back and forth, making sure the groomsmen were all set, the bridesmaids, the vendors, the limos... EVERYONE! Everything was perfect! Retaining Signature Events for Full Scale Planners was worth every penny spent! Thank you Andrea and Staff!!
Wow.....I can't even begin to thank Christina for all her help during our wedding. She saved me time, money and most importantly, my sanity.
After doing a majority of planning, I realized I needed some additional help about halfway through the process so I looked into finding a "day of coordinator". After talking to a few other vendors, I knew I had found just the right person when I talked to Christina. We were planning our wedding from a distance which made her even more critical. Christina is warm, friendly, energetic and on top of EVERY detail. She suggested superb vendors, negotiated on our behalf and got us great deals.
In addition to her long list of great vendors, Christina was always available for any questions and she went above and beyond the call of duty. She is constantly working and her clients are her number one priority. She even went over to my parent's house to pick up the wedding favors!
I only wish we had started working with Christina earlier! My whole family loved her and she made the day flawless.....We have received so many compliments and were told it was the best wedding people had ever been too! I would recommend Christina to anyone planning a wedding or any other event in the Bay Area.
