If you're looking for a wedding planner who is super organized, listens, sets expectations for your budget, and is easy to communicate with then we highly suggest Dana and her team at signature events! From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my vision, personality, and budget and seamlessly translated that into every detail of our celebration.
Their organizational skills are unmatched — everything ran like clockwork, from the smallest decor element to the grand finale. They were always one step ahead, making sure all vendors were on schedule and all aspects of the wedding were covered. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and it was clear they were passionate about creating an event that felt uniquely ours.
Not only did they handle all the logistics, but they brought an amazing level of creativity and style to the table. Whether it was recommending gorgeous flower arrangements or unique ways to personalize our ceremony, Dana truly made our wedding unforgettable. She also was almost always available and we never had to wait on her for things to get done!

My now husband and I got married in October of 2024, and it was a dream come true from beginning to end. Dana was the most wonderful, kind, thoughtful, and helpful planner to work with. From the very start of our planning journey up until the minute we walked down the aisle, Dana was there every step of the way.

From the moment we hired Signature events, we knew we were in the best hands possible. Planning a luxurious wedding with 135 guests in Florida while we reside in Arizona was no small feat, but Signature Events made the entire experience seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable.
Every detail was meticulously handled—from the breathtaking décor to the flawless coordination on the big day. Signature Events understood our vision completely and executed it beyond our expectations. She was not only incredibly organized and professional, but also had a keen eye for the latest trends, helping us make design choices that elevated the entire aesthetic of the wedding.
What truly stood out was their ability to manage the logistics of such a large and extravagant, black-tie event. Dana planned our wedding in Scottsdale, AZ to perfection. We live out of state and entrusted a lot of the details to her. She was extremely professional, asked all the right questions and captured everything and more that my husband and I wanted for our wedding. I could not recommend her enough for anyone looking for a planner. She was also able to take a lot of the tasks of planning a wedding off our plate, such as scheduling by vendors, and follow-ups, tracking contracts, small details I would never think of. In the end, all I had to do was answer her questions and do my own research when choosing between which vendor I wanted.
What made everything perfect was that on the actual day of the wedding, nothing went wrong and nothing happened that anyone is aware of. Everything went according to timeline with no complications.

My husband and I live in CA. His aging mother lives in AZ so we decided to have our wedding in Scottsdale at the Sanctuary. So we hired Signature Events to help us with our destination wedding planning. We also gave Dana our budget and four months to make it happen. She helped us through each step and recommended fantastic vendors and resources for us. It was stressful planning the wedding but we actually enjoyed the process with the fun and responsive Dana. On our wedding day, Dana did an amazing job at timing and coordinating vendors to line up all the little details. Our guests were quite impressed with how well organized and beautiful our wedding was. When a mishap happened, Dana dealt with it like a true professional and took proper steps to ensure we had the most wonderful experience with her service. We will always remember it as the perfect day and we are very thankful to have her as our wedding planner.

Seriously - the best planner you could can get. No joke. My wife and I are from Virginia and Dana helped us plan the perfect wedding for us in Scottsdale.
By the time our wedding rolled around we had ZERO stress about the "Big Day". Dana had everything buttoned up.

Dana is a fantastic planner! My wife and I knew right away we needed a planner for our wedding and Dana was a referral. She was very professional as well as just a nice fun person! We become very close with Dana since she was handling a very intimidate day for us and she helped in all aspects of the wedding. Planning, vendors, logistics, talking with confused family, etc. She is very qualified and open for all suggestions and ideas. Her business has also been around for a long time, so she has connections to amazing referrals which helped a lot! Made it easy to get quality and know that the price you are paying is for someone who will do the best work they can! When you start with her you might not realize all she does until the actual wedding week when she is sweating her butt off and making sure the event goes as planned. She knows how to get stuff done! Highly recommend Dana for your event needs!

Signature Events made my wedding absolutely seamless! They were such a critical part of our big day and I couldn't be more grateful. They were incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire planning process! They helped guide me to find the best vendors, provided the most genuine & useful advice during planning, they were flexible and really listened to what I envisioned for the big day. We hired Signature Events for our daughter's wedding. They were amazing! Since we are not from Phoenix - we needed an event company that knew the area. They coordinated all the vendors - band, photographer, hair, makeup and more. The planning was seamless. Best of all- my daughter and I were able to enjoy the wedding day knowing everything would be supervised by Signature Events. I did not have to worry about one detail! They are like a fairy godmother - making sure all our dreams came true!

I am from out of town and Signature Events helped my plan my daughter’s wedding every step of the way. We had lots of ideas and they were able to execute each one to our utmost happiness. They have so many contacts in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area are are so well respected by all of the vendors that it was so easy to work with everyone. We wanted to show up on the day of the wedding and just be guests and that is what happened. During the father’s toast my husband realized he didn’t have a glass to toast with but before he was done speaking and without having to ask, a glass appeared in his hand! They anticipate all the little things that can go wrong ahead of time and get them taken care of so that day of can be perfect! We wouldn’t have changed a thing throughout the planning process or the day of. I can’t say enough good things about Signature Events and their professionalism and attention to detail! I would highly recommend them and would not even think twice about hiring them again!

Before finding Signature Events, planning my wedding was extremely stressful. I had originally tried to do everything myself, but was getting lost in all the details. A friend of mine had suggested that I speak with Kimberly from Signature Events. I ended up hiring her for a few consulting sessions. The information she provided was super duper helpful! The best wedding decision we made was to engage Signature Events to assist with our daughter’s wedding. Kimberly was a dream to work with! She is so knowledgeable, organized, efficient and a wonderful person to be around. She helped us through a pandemic postponement, ensuring that the date change was seamless to us. Kimberly’s great relationships with the venue and the vendors benefited us financially and more than covered the wedding planning fee. There are so many things we could say about the Signature Event team I don't even know where to begin. We went through it all with a wedding originally planned in May 2020 that didn't end up happening until October 2021. Kimberly and team never skipped a beat and made sure the entire process was stress free. From the very beginning, we were extremely impressed with their local market knowledge. We were an out of state couple from Chicago that needed help navigating Scottsdale for vendors and venues. Signature Events knew every venue and the associated pros and cons of having a wedding there. Additionally, they had several suggestions and set up meetings with vendors to give us varying price points and services depending on our priorities and tastes. Their process made it extremely easy to make these otherwise tough decisions.
On the onset of COVID in 2020, Signature Events made sure to find us a suitable alternative date, aligned all our vendors from the original plan, and laid out specific details on how we would get to the finish line. By the time we got to the wedding weekend 2 years later, there were no lingering outstanding items, it was simply our job as a couple to have fun, live in the moment with friends and family, and try to slow down the big day that goes by so fast. On the wedding day, the Signature Event team had all the qualities you would want for a wedding planning team. They were organized down to the minute on where everyone needed to be. They were patient; understanding family dynamics and specific needs of individuals. They were a calming voice in the room when moments can feel stressful. Our entire family was so thankful they were there with us on our wedding day and we could not have imagined the weekend without them.
If you are looking for a team who can provide excellent recommendations on vendors/venues, negotiate on your behalf, bring their "A" game on the wedding day, and make sure your day is as special as you ever thought it to be then look no further. Signature Events is the team everyone needs on their wedding day.

Kimberly from Signature Events helped plan the most magical wedding weekend ever! It was a HUGE indian-fusion wedding with multiple locations, events, vibes, and culturally/religiously-specific details and she kept on top of all of it. Charlee and Kimberly (from Signature Events) are why our 3-day wedding extravaganza was a complete and memorable success! To plan, manage, and coordinate 2 weddings (multi-cultural) and 3 receptions for 350 guests with a bride sitting in a different time zone is not an easy task. They not only stepped up to the task but flawlessly executed it. From finding and coordinating vendors that fit our needs and budget to making our welcome bags and everything in between (invite wording, tastings, advice on family drama, guest situations, etc, etc, etc...the list is never-ending) that you don't even realize goes into planning and coordinating the event - they were on it and didn't skip a beat!
Charlee and Kimberly will work tirelessly on your event to make sure each and every detail is the way it should be so you don't have to worry about anything and can just enjoy the process. They truly go above and beyond their duties and it will show on the day of your event.
You don't realize how much goes into planning a wedding let alone a multi-day multi-event wedding like ours and all I have to say is that I was extremely lucky to have found Signature Events. Thank you for helping make my dream wedding a reality, Charlee and Kimberly.

I can't begin to thank Charlee and Kimberly for all their hard work with helping me plan our wedding. If I ever had any questions or needed assistance, they were were always there and very prompt. My parents live out of state, so I really had to rely on both ladies throughout the planning process. Both of them became like family to me. The week of, we had to make a couple changes because of the weather, but Charlee and Kimberly knew exactly what to do and were on top of everything. Our day of, went so smoothly because of their detail oriented timeline. Charlee and Kimberly had such amazing ideas to make my wedding dreams come alive. They also had fantastic vendor suggestions and all of our guests keep saying how much fun they had at our wedding. My wife and I met in Phoenix, but we moved to upstate New York after I got into graduate school. When we got engaged, we still wanted to get married at home with our friends and family nearby. However, this meant that we had to do a lot of planning remotely, and we spent the majority of our trips home organizing and planning on a tight budget. We knew early on this was going to be really tough to pull together.
Thanks to Kimberly Friedman from Signature Events, my wife and I had an unforgettable, amazing wedding. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the best day of our lives. You can really tell that Kimberly cares not just about doing her job well (which she does), but about her clients' happiness. Kimberly checked in with us every step of the way to make sure we were satisfied, and she encouraged us to check in with her for even small questions. She was about as excited as we were!
We were initially hesitant to voice some of the non-traditional things we wanted for our wedding - navigating wedding vendors as a same-gender interfaith Jewish couple felt alienating at times. Kimberly made us feel comfortable in eventually sharing those things, and she never hesitated or gave us any indication that what we wanted was ridiculous. That was something that really stuck with me.
We organized a timeline together, and she was very attentive to detail. She worked with the florist, photographer, DJ, and venue to make sure everything was perfect. The day of the wedding, Kimberly was there every step of the way either with us or behind the scenes. We never felt lost or awkward when we would transition to a new place or part of the reception.
When I reflect on every detail from when we started planning our wedding to the actual day, I know we couldn't have pulled this together without Kimberly and Signature Events. We're so grateful to have worked with her, and we'd recommend her to anyone.

I'm based in NY, and planning a wedding in Scottsdale originally felt daunting, but I was immediately put at ease the first time I spoke to Charlee. Even before officially hiring Signature Events, Charlee went above and beyond to help guide me through picking a venue and all the steps that followed. She really understood what I wanted (and my type-A personality) and I greatly appreciated how detail oriented, thoughtful, and responsive she was. She was always one step ahead of me, and always had my best interest (and budget) in mind. I absolutely could not have done it without her and her team.
I'll never forget the feeling I got when I first showed up to the rehearsal dinner, and that feeling stayed all the way through Sunday brunch. Everything, down to the tiny details, was perfect and came together SO seamlessly and beautifully. On the day of, from the moment I woke up, I didn't have to think about anything - before I knew it breakfast for my bridal party showed up and Charlee's wonderful team was steaming dresses, setting up and organizing everything for the day. I can't tell you how nice it was to not have to plan, think, or worry about anything - I could really just enjoy the moment, which was SO special.

We had our daughter's destination wedding in Arizona this past October. Signature Events was instrumental in making my daughter's dream wedding a reality. I have used Charlee for 2 Bat Mitzvahs in the past, and each time she continues to impress me with her creativity! We told Charlee that we wanted to add a unique element to really wow our guests. She came up with the idea to add a spoon wall to cocktail hour. We still have guests commenting how they've never seen anything like it!
Kimberly became Charlee's partner about halfway through the planning process. She was very helpful with pointing out little details that were important to my daughter. I think she brings a fresh prospective to the already wonderful team.
Kimberly & Charlee took the stress of planning a wedding off my family. They worried so we didn't have to. During the tasting at the resort, my husband and I preferred to upgrade the house wine. Charlee & Kimberly were able to negotiate the cost, allowing us to have the wine we wanted.
I'd highly recommend using Signature Events to plan your wedding. I'll be using them again as soon as my next child gets engaged!

Charlee and Kimberly are AMAZING!! They made the wedding planning process so much fun, and the day feel like a dream! Charlee and Kimberly are organized, responsive, great at problem solving, and very knowledgeable and connected within the industry. They keep detailed notes throughout the planning process, and inform you of what has been done and is next so you never feel like you are missing something. They are detail oriented from your first meeting and through every minute of the big day. Charlee and Kimberly are always professional but also compassionate and invested in their brides. We can not say enough amazing things about Signature Events! Charlee, Kimberly, and the entire team do not miss a beat! Charlee has planned many events for my family as well as extended family, so when my husband and I got engaged we knew there was only 1 person for the job! Our day was incredible, we felt as if we were living in a fairytale! Each and every detail was perfect. We planned our wedding for 7 months, and Signature Events made each step so simple and convenient for us! The day of, everything went perfectly smoothly! Our guests have been calling us for days saying how much fun it was and how amazing the food, floral, and decor were! Kimberly is an amazing addition to the team! She is so helpful and sweet, and never gets stressed out! During our reception, she even ran to our bridal suite to grab my party dress - true dedication! We love you all!!!!

Charlee and Kimberly did a wonderful job with helping us navigate all of the wedding "unknowns" - their experience proved invaluable time and again through each step of the process.
1. The initial blitz of the planning process is to pick a venue and identify and reserve all of the key vendors - Charlee and Kimberly showcased their expertise in providing us with a curated list of trusted options in each of these areas. Importantly, they helped us through the negotiations, got us comfortable with what is important when comparing options, and made sure to hear and understand our needs and requests. This resulted in financial savings (e.g. not only telling us what we need, but what we don't) and time savings for our destination wedding.
2. Between the initial blitz and the late stages of the process, we had frequent touch points and reminders as to where we needed to be focus, and Charlee and Kimberly always made themselves available to connect and answer our questions. They coordinated our tasting with the venue, and handled may of the logistics in Arizona as we are Chicago-based.
3. As we approached the event, Kimberly demonstrated a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the items that were critical to the bride. This included the process of confirming the BEO with the venue, and helping to get everything organized in advance of the big day.
4. Finally, as we the wedding weekend came, Charlee and Kimberly were both fully immersed in ensuring the success of each of our events. They were running around behind the scenes so that my wife and I could just focus on spending time with our guests.
All in all, selecting Signature Events was definitely a great first-decision in our wedding planning process. They gave us peace of mind, saved us money, and helped to execute three events that our guests raved about.

Charlee was phenomenal throughout the entire wedding planning process! This was the second wedding Charlee planned for my family (my older sister's wedding was first about 2 years ago). We had no doubt that she would do an incredible job even though my wedding was out of state-in Kansas City. The entire process was organized, she was readily available to answer any questions we had, and contracts with vendors were negotiated adequately. Signature events is outstanding! Charlee is incredible at what she does and pays attention to every detail you ask for! We told her what we were looking for in a venue and she nailed it finding a place I did not even know about that was perfect! Every detail I asked for she delivered in such an easy, stress free way that I did not have to be overly involved. She set up meetings with vendors that worked with my schedule. The day of the wedding was effortless for me and so well organized and Signature events really gave me the wedding of my dreams with memories for a lifetime!! Thank you!!

We are so happy with how nice our daughter's wedding reception was this past weekend. We got so many compliments and rave reviews. We were so relieved that you were taking care of things and were very confident all would go well. It did!
The decor, the cocktail hour and room set up, the food, the flowers, the photographer, the DJ - all were exactly what we had hoped and dreamed it would be. Hair and makeup went very smoothly too. I’m probably leaving some things out, if I am, it’s because all was wonderful.

Choosing to hire Charlee Geisler was the smartest thing that we did during wedding planning! I have known Charlee since I was 12 and she planned my Bat Mitzvah. When we got engaged, she was the first person I thought of to help us. Since we live in San Francisco, it was extremely important to have someone that we trusted to handle everything for us in Arizona. Starting from the very first planning phone call, she was warm, encouraging, organized, and creative. She recommended wonderful vendors, attended all meetings with us, and advocated for us at every turn. She listened to my ideas and worked with me to create the wedding of my dreams.
Charlee is the reason that my husband and I were not overwhelmed by stress during the wedding planning process. We were so impressed by her and feel so grateful for all that she did. She always gave her honest opinion and I trusted her completely. By the time we got to our wedding, I felt like I was talking to a friend (a very talented friend). When the wedding was over, I felt sad that I didn’t get to talk to her all the time anymore.
I really can’t say enough good things about her and the rest of her team! We are still on cloud 9 from the wedding!

I can't say enough good things about our experience working with charlee and her team at signature events. Being from Chicago and getting married in Arizona was at first an overwhelming thought, but after meeting with charlee and seeing all of her amazing ideas/vendors we knew we were in good hands from the start. She asked great questions in order to get our vibe and from there she really took control of coordinating everything. Because of her established relationships with the hotel and several vendors, she was able to execute our unique vision while staying on budget. Because of her experience and relationships I am positive signature events ended up saving us several times their fee when it was all set and done. Not only did her team plan and create a great experience leading up to the weekend, but when it finally arrived the teams positive energy, resourcefulness and detailed scheduling made for an effortless enjoyable weekend. We literally did not have to worry about one thing. Choosing signature events was the best decision we made for our wedding and I would highly recommend their services for anyone planning a wedding in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area as well as Columbus OH where charlee is originally from.

Charlee and her team at Signature Events really made our dreams come true! Since we had a destination wedding, trust was the largest factor in deciding who we wanted to plan our wedding. After our first meeting with Charlee, we knew right away she was going to create and plan the most unforgettable event of our lives. From the second we met Charlee, she embraced us with warm hugs and a go-to attitude that made us feel confident. People always say wedding planning is stressful, but with Charlee we were not stressed for 1 minute.
Throughout the process, we had many unique requests and did not want a traditional wedding. It was incredible how Charlee and her team adapted to our wants and implemented the most beautiful and memorable weekend.
On the day of our wedding I never felt more at ease. Krisanne showed up bright and early Saturday morning and was beyond kind. As soon as she walked into the room, she asked me if I needed anything. Next thing I knew it we had breakfast at the table, the bridesmaids dresses were being steamed and all that was left to do was sit back and relax.
Charlee has became family to us and we will be forever grateful for meeting her and having the privileged to work with her.

I am finally catching my breath and thinking clearly, coming down from a high after our amazing wedding that Charlee so expertly helped to orchestrate. We planned our wedding in Scottsdale all the way from Michigan and I cannot stress enough how invaluable it was to have a great wedding planner given that circumstance. Choosing to work with Charlee throughout our entire wedding planning, as well as rehearsal dinner process, was absolutely one of the best decisions we made. Looking back on the day, and really the entire planning process, I have such great memories of how everything moved along seamlessly and resulted in it truly being the most perfect and memorable day for us. I am confident that this is, in large part, because of Charlee and how incredible she is, both as person and a planner.
From the very beginning of the planning process of selecting both our wedding and rehearsal dinner venues, all the through to our wedding day, Charlee was an excellent source of information and insight and she has amazing relationships with the best vendors. She is easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, understanding, enthusiastic, honest, and great at what she does. Her passion for her work shines through in all that she does!
I was also very impressed with how great Charlee was with my parents. At many points throughout the planning, Charlee worked as closely with them as she did with us and she formed such great relationships with them, which also made the process much easier and minimized the stress.
My husband and I frequently discuss how bummed we are the wedding is over because we don’t get to regularly work with Charlee anymore! We cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for us. She went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations at every turn and always had our best interests at heart. Charlee was my biggest advocate and always kept my wishes at the forefront of her decision-making. There is nothing Charlee wouldn’t do to create the wedding we envisioned and I will never forget how hard she worked to make our wedding day as absolutely perfect as it was. Charlee was so helpful, responsive, and just on top of it throughout our planning process. As the groom, she made my life so much easier by being the soundboard for my wife and also by helping me plan the rehearsal dinner. Living 1,000 miles away, I was vexed as to how to make my son and his fiancé's wedding Princess perfect. Our venue, Omni, Montelucia, gave me Charlee Geisler of Signature Events name. I knew immediately when speaking to Charlee that she would make all our requests happen perfectly, on time and with the best vendors available. I never could have imagined how smoothly, beautifully and drama free Charlee could make things. She is professional at all times, a go getter, yet she instilled a feeling of calm at all times.
My son and daughter-in-law's wedding did turn out to be a fairy tale wedding, many guests saying it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. Our daughter's wedding at the Four Seasons resort in Scottsdale Arizona was everything we'd hoped for and more thanks to Charlee Geisler and her team at Signature Events!
We're all from Michigan as were most of our guests, so when Jess and Jake decided to have their wedding in Scottsdale Arizona, we knew we needed to find a professional to guide us through the process. A quick online search led us to Signature Events, which clearly stands out because of its consistently high ratings and reviews. After a few phone conversations with Charlee, who is usually very quick to answer her phone or email in order to address and even anticipate every question, we flew to Scottsdale to meet with her, and we left knowing that we wanted to work with her.
Best decision ever!!! Most of the planning was done long distance, but we did go to Scottsdale several times to look at venues, meet with
vendors, have hair and make-up trials, etc. Charlee booked appointments, gave us our itineraries, and at times, drove us from one place to another. Those days were long and busy, but we accomplished a great deal, and had a lot of fun and laughs getting to know her. It's clear that she loves what she does, that she truly wants the bride and groom to love everything about their wedding day. She does an incredible job of balancing their vision with the budget due to her amazing list of vendors sources, and creative ideas. Her experience and knowledge are invaluable!
I could go on and on, but instead I'll share part of a note that I sent to Charlee last week, because I think it sums up how we all hope to feel about such a special time.
I'm still receiving written notes from some of the guests about the details of the wedding....Jess' and Jake's glow, the beautiful room, incredible food, amazing music...Obadiah and TC. I can't even connect some of the faces to the names, yet they've taken the time to send notes. That says a lot! I know you hear it all of the time, but the beauty of the entire evening, even with the rain, is mostly due to the fact that along with your excellent taste, you cared and were there for them. I love that they will have those memories forever and that Steve and I will always remember how happy they were whenever we looked at them.

Charlee Giesler is the owner of Signature Events and I had received an amazing recommendation from a close friend to use her as my wedding planner. The moment we met Charlee, I knew right away she was a great fit for us. She is highly organized, detailed in her planning and honest with her recommendations.
We planned a 400 person ceremony/reception and 150 person rehearsal dinner with Charlee and her team. She has a great vendor list and they all love working with her. The day of the wedding I had no doubt everything would go magically with her and her team behind the scenes.
I would highly recommend Signature Events to anyone looking to have a wedding go on without a hitch.

Charlee was the true expert on everything wedding! She directed us in all the right directions and when we had a question on how to do something her insight was amazing. We had a beautiful event with 300 guests and I couldn't have been happier with the evening. The wedding reception for our daughter turned out spectacular thanks to every wish planned out and no details missed.
I would do it all over again and highly recommend Charlee Geisler.

Charlee is simply the best! She is extremely organized and very personable. She goes above and beyond to procure the best of everything. For my daughter's wedding, she turned my ideas into reality. Not one detail was overlooked. Charlee handles the unexpected (which always happens) with poise and humor. Best of all, though, is her genuine concern for the bride and the Mother of the bride during the event. As the Mother of the bride, I was able to thoroughly enjoy my daughter's wedding because of Charlee.

Charlee is a true rockstar. She has been around the block plenty of times to know where to spend your budget and where to hold back. She and her team have a very organized and clean process to get you from point A to point B. Her communication is top notch, always keeping you informed on what needs to happen and when, making sure that you have plenty leeway on your timeline so that you don't feel crunched.
