Signnnnnnature Manor!!!
OMG, they exceeded our expectations. When I tell you the staff went above and beyond. I mean we were speechless.
My sister got married here 4 years ago or so but I didn't get a chance to see every little detail when she got married. Now that it was my turn, I was sooooo excited I picked Signature Manor.
With full transparency, we visited at least 2 other locations before making our decision and were looking at at least 1 more go consider.
Our must haves:
1. Stand alone facility (no crammed in a shopping center)
2. Clean facility
3. Plenty of Parking
4. A place that won't nickel and dime you
5. Great staff to work with
***First Impression:
This place was even better than I remembered. They had done a ton of renovations and the place looked good, plenty of Parking and the staff was also so nice and courteous.
Can I let you guys in on a secret? We would go to Signature Manor every month (because we chose to make payments) before we knew we could pay online... we didnt read the fine print... Anywho, we just enjoyed going there... Talking to the staff, asking questions... After a while, they were like family!!
***Venue: The venue is a nice stand alone. It is large on the outside and on the inside which is a great use of space. There are restrooms upstairs and downstairs. There is also an additional room upstairs for children or whatever you like. Essentially, the entire venue is yours. We have seen some nightmarish weddings where the guests are in the wrong wedding because they are connected/ joined. Not here!!! The separate Bride and Groom Suites are nice because they are right by the elevator and they have locks on them. Very safe! The ballroom is huge and the foyer area is big enough to host a ceremony or cocktail reception.
***Parking: There was plenty of parking, which wraps around the building.
***Food: The kitchen is super flexible and can accommodate anything. We had an amazing food tasting, where we were able to accommodate even our Vegan guests! The cake was also amazing. Yay Cakes by Gina!
***Staff: So, I must say, I am very detail oriented and thought that they may be a problem, but it was not! We worked with Katherine who helped our vision come to life. We were then assigned Alex as our Coordinator and we worked very well together. She allowed me to be free with my super crazy ideas and executived them perfectly. She gave us her insights on what has not worked well and what has in the past, which was very helpful. I would be remiss if I left our everyone who made our Wedding possible from Alice, who heard all of my stressed out sob stories, Asia who kept the party going with Alex, Ryan who gave us a male's perspective and always knew how to keep the jokes coming to lighten the mood... we even saw Bonnie a few times! Now that is what we call family. And we never saw any attitudes or craziness from the staff no matter how many questions we asked. They were always there to answer and went above and beyond. A++ for Customer Service. And it's not only them, but their vendors too including our Photographer Tomas. He spend so much time with us, getting to know. So personable and friendly. A rare and valued trait for a photographer!!!
In essence, we highly recommend this venue, not just because the venue looks like it should belong in an amazing fairly tale but because they help your fairy tale come true!!!
Signature Manor is honestly and whole heartedly the BEST venue my husband and I could have ever selected. If we could, we would go back to our wedding day and do it all over again a million times because of the great team we had holding us.
The entire team is heavily involved into your event and want to ensure that not only is your event successful, but that you feel supported, cared for and that your desires are met to the best of their ability. Their mission to work hard to make sure that their clients are happy, is their top priority. Signature Manor is family and is exactly why there is NO PLACE like it.
Every question we had, every want we desired; the team was always ready and came delivering answers and results quickly.
Our wedding overcame a pandemic and an entire winter storm and Signature Manor brought us relief in a time where things seemed impossible and chaotic.
What we Love most is how comfortable the Signature Manor team made us feel during the entire process — never did we feel pressured, overwhelmed or not considered — It became a home away from home for us and a place of rest knowing that we were always in good hands.

From a Photographer vendors perspective. We worked with Alex for a special event at the venue. We were beyond pleased with the whole team and experience! Their attention to detail was superb. Alex and her team were clear on communication and assistance the day of the event. The venue itself, has so many possibilities, An ideal layout to create your dream event.
From top to bottom, Signature Manor was magnificent! This place was perfect for our wedding reception and we couldn’t have been more lucky to find such a beautiful venue with such an awesome and attentive staff provided by Houston Event Planning. We loved how stunning and gorgeous the lobby, ballroom, staircases, bridal and groom suites were and how clean the entire venue is. And we loved that we had the entire venue to ourselves.
We could not have survived the entire wedding planning and day without the wonderful staff HEP provided. Akshay greeted us so graciously and helped us select and customize a wedding package we could afford. Alice, who always has such a big smile and is always so welcoming, made sure we were taken care of before and during the wedding day. She was such a delight to work with. Asia’s help during our wedding day was incomprehensible. From morning to night, she went above and beyond the call of duty. We feel very fortunate to have had her there for us. And Alex, who was our coordinator from day one, took such good care of us and helped us envision a perfect wedding reception. She orchestrated a wedding reception we couldn’t have imagined and impressed us so much with her touch and vision. She was always there when we needed her. We greatly appreciate her initiative in coordinating with our vendors, which took the burden off from us and made us feel at ease. Her positive and uplifting attitude helped throughout the planning process and into our wedding day.
Our guests were quick to express how beautiful the venue is, loved the food, enjoyed the cocktails, and gave high regards about the serving staff.
Most importantly, amidst the pandemic, Signature Manor and the HEP team did everything they could for us and our guests to keep us safe during our wedding reception.
I had my wedding here in September of 2018. From the moment I first interacted with the staff I had nothing but great experiences ! The two people I work with the most were Akshay and Abria. They were both phenomenal!! I chose the all inclusive package with on their end worked out perfectly perfectly . They scheduled all of my meeting and most of them were scheduled in house at the venue. The explained everything in great detail and made my payment schedule. The venue itself if gorgeous with and elevator, spiral staircases, large brideal suite with acces to the upstairs outdoor balcony. The food was excellent along with the decor and bar service ! I loved everything about my wedding with 3 exceptions .
- the photographer that I chose through the venue with my package ( there is more than on option for photographers with the package) was average at best . He came alone so he missed a lot of key photos . Some of his jokes/remarks were not rude. He made no attempt to contact me unless I reached out to him first . If I had to do it all over again I would have used the other photographer or brought in one of my choosing
-the videographer also included in the package I chose, however we did spend and additional $1500 for the package that included the highlights clip . In is not past our 4 month anniversary and we still don’t have anything from them . They keep pushing the date back as to when we will receive our videos and it’s veet disappointing. What’s worse is their communication. They are very professional in person and over the phone, however they are terrible about communicating with you when you’re not in person with them. My husband tried getting in touch with them before and on the day of the wedding to see when they would be arriving and never got in contact with them . They just showed up . After the wedding we had to keep calling,texting, and emailing them to see when we would be receiving everything.
-the Hotel Hilton Houston Westchase that the venue partners with for our of town guest ... I worked with Tricia Tebo . Throughout the process and over the phone she was always very pleasant, however the weekend of the wedding was a nightmare for my guests . I had to pay additional for them to pass out my welcome bags, as well as for a shuttle to pick up and drop off guests to the wedding venue . The shuttle was supposed to be a van that held up to 10 guests . However Tricia failed to tell me that the van they had was in the shop and they had a small 4 ford sedan in its place, even though he charged me the full amount. Then at the end of the night they never came back to get my guests . I’m so grateful to Akshay and his team as they found a way to get all of my guests back to the hotel.
My main 3 concerns weren’t with the venue or it’s staff but some of the people they work with . All that being said I want to bring back the focus on the venue itself . If I had to do it all all over again I would 10000000% pick signature manor again. Their cake partner Cakes by Gina was AMAZING. Best wedding cake I’ve had in my life . She was also very sweet an accommodating! One of their flower partners Miranda’s Floral was also excellent! She worked with my budget and made sure I had exactly what I wanted . She was also very accomating as well . The photo booth staff was excellent! I can’t say enough how glad I am I chose Signaure Manor as my venue it was truly amazing !
Where do I start? I had a great experience with the staff. Abria was out coordinator she was very proffesional, took notes of our vision, very organized, made sure everything was taken of. The food was amazing. I had no stress what so ever. I had a blast on my wedding day. People are still talking about how much fun they had.
All I can say is WOW!!!! From the moment I went to my cousin's wedding at Signature Manor, it became the on of top of my list to see. My husband and I went to tour the venue and its amazing features. I love the place, but I admit I was hesitant to finalize. My husband was immediately on board (it all started with the cup of hot chocolate). But Katherine and Abria were so patient with me! They were so helpful, understanding, and amazing throughout the whole wedding preparations. They truly made this process magical. Fast forward to the wedding day and I WAS BLOWN AWAY!!! The decor and the service that my guest received are STILL being raved about to this day!!! If you want an elegant experience for your guests and a fun and amazing time in wedding prep, Go with Signature Manor. You will not regret it!
The venue is absolutely stunning! The entrance of the venue where the double stair cases are, stood alone well without any decor and gave off a regal and classy look/feel. My sister and my brother-in-law's guests enjoyed taking pictures outside as well as inside the venue. I must give a huge shout out to Katherine and Bonnie for making my sister's big day a success! We had muslim guests attending the wedding and Katherine was able to create a halal menu for them which they appreciated and enjoyed. The day of the wedding was a bit of a big mess on my part because of last minute details, but Bonnie and Katherine were a huge help! I ruined my chocolate for the chocolate fountain and they replaced my chocolate and chocolate fountain for their own. They made sure that everyone's personal belongings were kept safe (left my cell phone at the chocolate fountain and they sent it up stairs for safe keeping). We had a tentative timeline to follow but we were about 1hour (+) behind and Bonnie and Katherine were very patient and accommodating. There are many wonderful things to say about Katherine, Bonnie, and Signature Manor but I am going to try to keep it short. Overall, this is beautiful venue with awesome people managing it!
We had such a great time here at Signature Manor, everything was a dream come true, just as we expected. :) We worked with Bonnie and Akshay for an indian wedding ceremony and reception. They were very professional and helped us in all aspects of our planning. Bonnie went above and beyond to make sure we had a very smooth and stress free experience. We would definitely recommend to have your big day at Signature Manor as not only it is a beautiful place but the service that you will get is the best in Houston!

I absolutely loved this place! The staff( Katherine and Elissa) was awesome to work with. They can give you everything you need to make your wedding absolutely beautiful! When you walk through the front door this place is so clean, including the restrooms(new/modern). I love the way my wedding turned out, just absolutely loved it, along with my guests. I would completely recommend it to anyone! Thanks Elissa and Katherine for all what you do!
Our wedding planner Uju was very helpful and always finding ways to satisfy our needs and with the help of Katherine they both helped me make the wedding of my dreams a reality! Beautiful venue, with chandeliers and great lighting!
The venue is beautiful! When I first saw it I was in love. The staff were really helpful and nice. They have it all from the modern chair covers to the amazing staircase. It was worth every penny that I spent. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything that I asked for was there. I was so lost about cakes, DJ, and photographers. But they were so full-service that they help me find the perfect people to work with.
