Candice made the last few months of planning so easy and seamless. I could not have done it without her. I’d recommend SIP to any bride in the area because she is truly the best in the biz.
Before my wife and I were married, we knew planning our wedding was over our heads. For the most part, we knew what we wanted for our micro-wedding and needed someone experienced, open, organized, and patient. Our very prayer was answered with Signed in Pink Events headed by Candice. From start to finish Candice was responsive, professional, accessible, and in every conversation her experience worked to our advantage. She proposed attainable timeliness, provided amazing vendor referrals, and kept a smile in her voice in every interaction. Candice was phenomenal at recognizing every conceivable nuance to our big day and was a voice of comfort and support when the expected stresses arose. There were moments of tear-jerking laughter and a personableness that made her so much more than our wedding planner. Our wedding was perfect in large part because of Candice, her organization, and how she embraced our vision. She remained an integral feature throughout the entire process. We refer to Candice as a God-send and will forever be grateful for her. No one is more deserving for top praise than Signed in Pink Events.

Oh my goodness! Where do I start?! Candice/Signed in Pink Events was INCREDIBLE!!!! Talk about someone who goes above and beyond to bring your wedding day vision to life! I came across (Signed in Pink Events) as a recommendation from a bridal group on social media. After looking at some of her really positive 5 star reviews, I decided to reach out to her. I originally was looking for a day of coordinator when I reached out to Candice, however when I first saw her prices, I realized I could afford the month of coordination services which ended up being a great idea. I hired Candice/Signed in Pink Events over a year before my wedding on December 20th. From the moment I hired her, she IMMEDIATELY, put me at ease. She walked me through all of their services, the process, asked me plenty of questions to get a good feel of what I want and provided a lot of clarity for me. I quickly realized, she knew what she was doing!
Candice and her team were hired for “month of coordination” however, Candice made herself available to me for whenever I had a question or needed some advisement. Over the year, she really helped me through the wedding planning process, even when I hired an untrustworthy beauty vendor. With her support and guidance, I was able to quickly get out of that contract and later went on to work with an AMAZING team of beauty vendors that Candice went back to verify. As type A as I am as a person, I truly felt that I could trust Candice’s judgement and knowledge and she NEVER steered me wrong! I was even able to relax a little bit with her supporting me.
Candice also handled my wedding decor and I was THRILLED that I went with her. She managed to handle all the vendor stuff AND perfectly execute my husband and I’s decor vision. I checked in Candice at least every couple of weeks just because lol
She is such a fun and helpful person, it was very easy to work with her and come to her for my bridal anxiety needs or general questions. By the time we were coming up on the time for her to officially begin her “month of” services, she knew EVERYTHING we wanted, how we wanted it, all of the vendors we were using, who she needed to follow up with, how to she was going to plan out walkthrough, meetings. She had her questions ready for vendors, welcome card for vendors, rehearsal layouts ready…just the whole 9 yards (and then some)!
She had everything running like a well oiled machine leading up to the wedding day, and on the wedding day, she handled everything! I can’t tell you how many times she told me “I got you! Don’t worry about anything!” and she meant every word of it!
She really had it! All the coordination between vendors, the decor vision, the schedule…it was all so smooth!
And she got along with every one of my vendors! And they easily went to her with no issues.
The day of my wedding was INCREDIBLE!!! All the decor was PERFECT!!! She went above and beyond!!! I was so excited!!! It was all worth it! She was the absolute best at what she does! No wonder she is an award winning event coordinator. She is an absolutely joy!
If ANYONE is looking for a wedding event coordinator look no further! You have found her!!! She is professional, helpful, kind, detail oriented, organized, down to earth but also she is about her business! She and her team will make your vision happen! Candice was the best for my wedding!!! She is with you every step of the way. She is invested in all the elements that make your day special & helps make it come to life. When things don’t go as planned, Candice was able to pivot on the spot, quick solutions, continuing the day with ease. She will also brighten your day instantly, which is very much needed during stressful planning time! I highly recommend booking with her!!
Candice was invaluable as our day of coordinator. She was there for us months before the wedding with planning tools and answers for any questions that came up along the way. We had a lot of little details for decor and set-up, and everything was executed flawlessly. We really didn’t have to worry about a thing, which made it much easier to actually be present and enjoy the day. Candice is a super sweet person and went above and beyond to make our wedding amazing!

Having a day coordinator meant we needed to hand over everything to Candice and the team for the wedding...and they made it feel so seamless, as if they had been there since day 1!
Everything from helping us through the stress leading into the wedding month and being available at any time to provide recommendations, their awesome portal with so many resources, validation through the craziness, humor to get through the stress, and so much love.
Candice and Kayla came in and made the most beautiful day of our lives so much easier to be present and enjoy the love. They coordinated so efficiently with vendors and our guests for things to run smoothly- making sure that there were no hiccups that diverted the magical moment around anything else besides love. If you need a day of coordinator to make the most magical day of your life beyond magical, I cannot recommend Signed in Pink Events enough.
We initially weren't planning on hiring a wedding coordinator, but I'm so glad we did! Candice was like the fairy godmother for our wedding! I truly don't know what we would have done without her. We had a DIY wedding in the woods, so we really wanted a coordinator with experience in DIY and non-traditional weddings. She made sure all our plans were executed smoothly and was able to pivot as needed on the day. She was also great at putting our minds at ease whenever we had concerns beforehand! Pricing was very reasonable as well.
Candice was a god sent. For someone who is very Type A, can organize everything herself, and loves to host, we hesitated before booking a coordinator. We weren’t sure it was necessary then was convinced by friends that having a day-of coordinator was a necessity. They were absolutely right. But Candice was more than just day-of. She became a friend and confidant throughout the year leading up to our wedding. She was always available for advice or to say hello. Her frequent check ins made us feel so special and taken care of as we led up to the wedding. On our wedding day, Candice and her assistant Ashley were work horses. They miraculously got us back on schedule after an hour long wedding dress malfunction. She kept us poised and excited throughout the entire day and captured some of her own beautiful pictures of us. From our first meeting, to our wedding rehearsal, to reception break down at the end of the night, I always knew I could say “ask Candice” or “give it to Candice” and she would get everything in its place. She reminded me when needed that it wasn’t my place to direct the events, check the time, or usher guests—she took care of us like royalty. It was such an enjoyable and comforting experience working with Signed in Pink. To all brides like me who think they can handle their own day-of or rely on the venue provided manager…do yourself a huge favor and just book Signed in Pink. They are so worth the investment and quite affordable…especially for the priceless service and peace of mind they give you for one of the most important day of your life. To know Candice is to love Candice!
My husband and I got married on May 25, 2024. We definitely enjoyed how professional Candice and Ashley was during the wedding planning process. I would definitely recommend. We even had our decorations done by them.
When my wife and I were planning our wedding, we knew we wanted to get a wedding planner to do most of the heavy lifting when it came to organizing for our big day. Little did we know we would get all that and more when we hired Signed in Pink!
From the moment my wife first spoke to Candice, we knew she would be the perfect fit for our needs. She was flexible with our schedules to meet both in person and by phone, or when touring venues. She handled most of the back and forth communication between the various vendors, and provided valuable insight into the wedding process which alleviated much of the stress as got closer to our special day. She was quick to respond to our concerns and questions, and effectively managed the various issues that came up over the course of the planning process.
Our wedding itself went off without any hitches, which we credit entirely to Candice and Kayla’s efforts. They did an awesome job with arranging our pre-ceremony events, the ceremony itself and reception space (see attached pictures!), without any delays to our schedule to ensure that we had plenty of time to dance by the end of the night. We had an amazing time, and we cannot recommend Signed in Pink enough to anyone planning a wedding.

Signed in Pink (Candice and Jessica) were absolutely amazing. I booked them for partial planning and to decorate for my wedding in April 2023. Both of the ladies were super responsive and always able to answer any questions that I had. I told Candice what my vision was for my wedding and she executed. We searched for the best options for venues together and remained cognizant of the budget. Candice was also able to recommend/outsource from other vendors if needed and she handled the communication for all of them (MAJOR HELP). The first time that I met Jessica in person, was 4 days before my wedding and it seemed like she already knew my family and I. Both ladies have great vibes. On my wedding day, I couldn't find my bracelet and Jessica let me borrow hers. Little things mean a lot. My husband called them "The Dream Team" and that's exactly what they are. They were the perfect pick for us and I would book them 1,000 over. I highly recommend them to everyone that I can for any event. They are AMAZING!!
They provided us with amazing service. We loved working with them. Candace continued to keep my spirits lifted whenever we encountered slight setbacks. I’m forever grateful for them. They really created the perfect wedding day for us!!!
If I could give Candice 100/10 I would. Candice and the SIP events team were outstanding in executing my wedding vision! From the moment we spoke on the phone I knew she was the right wedding planner. She’s outstanding and her personality equally matches her professionalism. Candice treated me like family and advocated for me during times I wasn’t sure how to approach a vendor. She’s prompt, answered all my questions and made me feel relaxed during the process and my wedding day. I can’t thank her enough for Turing my dreams into reality and planning my wedding. I'd call myself a semi-DIY bride. I booked most of our vendors before reaching out to Signed in Pink Events. I knew early on that I wanted month/day-of coordination, but it took some time to find the right fit. I'm a graduate student and teaching assistant, so I was deep into classes, grading, and defense prep as our wedding approached. I had to be confident in who I'd be handing the reigns to.
On our first call, Candice was so warm and professional. She got right to business on checking off what we'd already done and what was left on the to-do list. We immediately knew we wanted to lock her in! From there, we had monthly check-ins. She was always punctual, organized and thorough in going over all the details with us. I always felt welcome to contact her, and she was responsive and attentive to any questions or concerns.
I had a design plan for decor, but I wanted to check with Candice for her expertise. I felt much more at ease after I showed her my plans and she assured me that it was feasible. I did not want to put my family to work, so Candice and team made sure they were privy to all details to handle set-up as well as break down and packing the items that belonged to us. I am very particular and its difficult for me to release control. But, I had complete trust in Candice and her team to execute, and they absolutely delivered!!!
They were flexible and able to pivot with the last minute changes and obstacles. Like, Tropical Storm Ophelia made sure we had to move the ceremony indoors. And things I had no clue about...my husband saw the not-so-nice venue supervisor walk outside with Candice, and after they came back inside he noticed that the supervisor had a much more pleasant attitude. I hate to imagine how the day would have gone if we had completely depended on that supervisor. Signed in Pink Events played such an essential role in making our wedding a beautiful day to remember. I'm already thinking about the next event to hire them again!
If I could give Candice & Jessica a billion stars, I would. I was a (mostly) DIY bride at a DIY venue, and while I was happy to deal with all the small details leading up to my big day, I knew that when it got close I would need a ton of help managing my vendors and all the details that I had spent so long planning. Enter Candice and Jess with SIPE. From our first call I knew they were a great fit. It was immediately clear they are professional, organized, responsive, and more than anything else just lovely to work with. Candice and Jess treat their brides and grooms like family, and you feel that.
I hired them as our month-of coordinator, and it quickly became clear how comprehensive and thorough that was. Despite only hiring them for the month of the wedding, they made a point to touch base with me every month for a year to check in, and every time we spoke I just felt calmer and more excited about what was to come. They provided any advice I needed, and I never had to remind them about important details or our vision for the wedding.
Once we were a month out, they took things to the next level. We worked with Jess, and 30 days before the wedding she took over all my vendor notifications and reminders, and gave me as much time as I needed to handle questions and concerns over what was to come. We also hired Jess to handle our rehearsal dinner setup and wedding setup and cleanup, and even hired our rehearsal dinner caterer through them (if you get the opportunity, go with Chef Marvin - his food is fantastic!!).
The day of the wedding, I was able to completely relax. Jess and Q handled everything, and they did such a fabulous job. Our family and guests spoke so highly of them! My husband and I loved working with them so much, and I will miss Jess's calming calls and excited pep talks!
Folks - when your venue has a coordinator, their job is to help you but they have the venue's best interests as their top priorities. A wedding planner - whether its the full event, month of, or day of, will make YOU their top priority and will always have your back. Jess and Candice made sure of that from day one.
When it comes to Signed in Pink Events, trust me - hire them. They are incredible at what they do, and are a joy to work with!

I was abroad when I was planning my entire wedding and they managed to have meetings with me over Zoom. We discussed in detail and Candice made timelines for each of my events! Jessica and Candice were very detail-oriented and organized.
We had some crazy problems arise right before my events- thunderstorm, power outage, venue fire, road blockages, trees falling- but this team was always by my side and ready to make sure I remained a calm bride.
Everything was done so seamlessly and to perfection and I just could not be happier to have met and worked with such lovely people!! I was very impressed by how professional they were. :)
Candice was the ultimate professional! With only 1.5 weeks of lead time, she helped me pull off the perfect ceremony and dinner. Communication, follow-up, availability and genuine care about my big day was top tier. No job too big, no task too small. Candice was PERFECT : ).
