We had the best experience working with Ashlee, Sam, Katie, and the SSD team and they did so much to make our wedding day (June 2021) the best day ever! We will be forever grateful to them for everything they did for us, they went above and beyond. We planned our wedding remote from NYC/during Covid, and only met them in person the day before our wedding. They were always on top of everything and were consistently authentic, constructive, thoughtful problem solvers, detail oriented, and made the whole process from day one smooth and seamless. They have great relationships with so many amazing vendors and helped us find the ones that aligned with what we were looking for that we wouldn't otherwise have known about/had access to (for example our cake vendor was fully booked, but they made an exception for us because of the SSD team). We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this team.

Working with Ashlee and her team was easily the best decision I made throughout the planning process! My wedding was stunning thanks to the talent and hard work of Signed Sealed Delivered Events. Plus, I got to enjoy the day thanks to the flawless coordination they orchestrated.

If I could give a millions stars I would!! Ashlee, Katie, Sam, and the whole SSD team are so amazing to work with. They took so much stress off of planning especially helping with timelines, vendor meetings/coordination, and making sure everything on my LONG list of details was checked off. Our special day would not have been what it was with out them! These ladies are so fun and so kind to work with. We have forever friends now!

To say that Ashlee and team are the best in the business would be an understatement. Writing this review is honestly very sad because it means that my husband Andrew and I don't get our daily/weekly self help/ self esteem boosting session with the SSD team. I can't imagine what my wedding would have been without the help of Ashlee, Sam and the rest of Signed Sealed Delivered Events amazing team - heck it may not have even happened! To say I was feeling overwhelmed before they got involved would be a massive understatement. They made me feel so at ease and I know everything was being covered - particularly all the small details I am so bad with! They also were fantastic at listening and making sure our wedding was going to be exactly what we wanted (and it definitely was). Not only did they make my life 1000x easier and made sure all the planning, coordinating with vendors, and actual even went off without a hitch, but they were SO FUN to work with! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a planner 1000000/10!

Wow….where to even begin with our 2.5 year wedding journey with SSD!!! They are our heroes!! My mom, fiancé and I came to SSD just about as clueless as they come with regards to a wedding. We had not much of a vision or opinion of what we wanted and had no vendors in mind. Ashlee and the team did a great job providing us with three options for each vendor and allowing us to choose from those. This made the process way less intimidating and we knew we were picking from the best of the best. They are so responsive and answered any little question we had (and there were a lot of those!) We also loved staying organized with the Aisle Planner website that is included. And then COVID hit and we had to move our wedding day. SSD handled communicating with every single vendor and figuring out which dates they were all available to ensure we could still have our dream wedding day just in 2021. They pulled this off seamless and made it very easy to change our wedding day. With such an emotional change, it was ideal to have a team supporting us every step of the way. They are extremely detail oriented and kept everything organized. When the big day finally came, we were stress free!! There was nothing any of us had to worry about because we knew SSD had it taken care of. They all become like family to us and we trusted them with everything! There is seriously no way we could have pulled this wedding off without them. They were our lifeline, our experts and our besties!! Cannot recommend SSD enough😊

I think the previous reviews say it all 😊 SSD made our wedding weekend worry-free and stress-free for me, my husband, and our families via their positive, bubbly personalities and seamless coordination. It allowed us to be mentally and physically present during our events, which is exactly what you can hope for on such a special day. I could not be more grateful to have had Ashlee and Sam – they are amazing!! We also have family who have used SSD for their weddings, and they share in the sentiment and glowing reviews!

Few professionals have exceeded my expectations the way Ashlee and her team have over the past two+ years. My son and (now!) daughter-in-law hired SSD Events in December 2019... just a few months prior to the pandemic. The team worked seamlessly with the couple on every venue and special touch and gracious detail.. and then pulled off not only a wedding ceremony that summer, but moved all the big celebration events to a year later - this summer! Throughout all the chaos of the pandemic, Ashlee and her team kept their cool, repeatedly and continuously coming up with creative and beautiful solutions to all the millions of curve balls thrown at us, and ensured that both special wedding dates (the ceremony and a year later the celebration!) were perfect. Endlessly kind, cheerful and supportive, they are the ideal partners for any bride and groom planning their special day. But what impressed me the most was how hard they worked - it seemed like they almost never took a day off! Emails were answered practically real-time, phone calls took place as planned, and all of the "behind the scenes" work happened without any prompting from us. This team is the real deal: highly talented, wonderful to work with, incredibly hardworking and able to support any couple as they navigate the choices and joys and stresses that planning a memorable event requires. If I could give them 10 stars instead of 5, I would! I recommend them with the greatest level of confidence and satisfaction.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the SSD ladies. They truly made our wedding perfect. We had quite the emotional rollercoaster leading up to our wedding with a pandemic, illnesses, etc. and Ashlee was there for me through it all. I feel like I had a wedding planner, therapist and confidante all in one! A backyard wedding sounds nice in theory, but the amount that goes on behind the scenes is crazy and I could not have done it with them. Our wedding was a dream and went off without a hitch (that I was aware of!) because of SSD!

SSD saved my wedding. Seriously. My wife is probably one of the most easily stressed women on the planet. She tries way too hard to make sure everyone around her is happy, and all things are perfect. The very first thing we did after getting engaged was hire SSD because the only thing I wanted for this wedding was for my wife to be happy and stress free. And that’s exactly what I got. Even though she had a background in non profit events, a wedding is a completely different ballgame. Smashlee and Katie held her hand every step of the way. I think they said something about skipping too. Girls. They’re all best friends now. They flew out to California together for meetings, arranged everything here, and really helped with the details. My wife loved the entire process. She had a little big of a rough year that year, but you would have never known. Then when they big day(s) came around she was the happiest I’ve ever seen her. Our friends and family still can’t stop talking about our wedding. And we have the pictures to prove it was the best day ever. If you want a planner, are on the fence about a planner, and/or want a stress free and happy wedding, talk to these girls. You won’t regret this investment and peace of mind.

I have dreamed of this day for my little girl since the first time I looked into her big brown eyes. Never in my wildest dreams would the day be as perfect as it was. Ashley and her team were simply amazing. They handled everything and let me watch and enjoy my little become a wife. No detail was left to chance. They made both the wedding and reception in California and the reception in St. Louis absolutely perfect. I know I said this once already but the attention to detail was extraordinary. I can never thank Ashley and Katie enough. I would have never thought of using a wedding planner and now I can’t imagine not using one!

Just to give a bit of background info. My wife already reviewed the SSD team, but as a groom I feel obligated to explain how wonderful of an experience I had working with Ashley and the team she has. We started working with Ashley in January, as a “do it myself” kind of person, I wasn’t a huge fan of getting a wedding planner. But the first time we talked to Ashley, she not only complemented the work we had already done, but she expanded and coordinated all of the things we weren’t even sure how to do. From January to April everything was perfectly working out, then full swing in the pandemic things got a bit crazy. Ashley never missed a step. Constantly reassuring and helping us plan throughout the events! My now wife made it very clear that she was worried the day wouldn’t be special, and that this pandemic would ruin everything. SSD went out of there way to get all the information from our vendors and make sure we could host an environment where our family would feel comfortable. So here comes the day of the wedding, everything planned out and ready to accept any issues that may arise. But the thing is with SSD, they handle all the issues and the day will feel like there are no issues. It’s crazy how everything seemed so perfect and seamless. The day of the wedding I could not thank Ashley enough. It was absolutely stunning and everything was so perfect. As a groom, all I can tell you is if you trust Ashley with your wedding plans. It will be perfect! If I could give her and the team 10 stars I would!

I hired SSD back in January 2020 before the pandemic hit thinking that she would help on the day of with keeping my soon to be husband on time. Little did I know that she would be the only reason my wedding happened. I got married 10/24/2020 which was my original wedding day and you would never know that all the planning happened during a pandemic. The day was beautiful and perfect and my dream wedding. I give 100% of the credit to Ashely and the SSD team. As a bride I could not recommend Ashely and SSD more. They are a 100% must have for anyone planning a wedding during or not during a pandemic

As a Mother of the Bride, I did not have to do a thing on wedding day, SSD did everything, and I mean everything. If there were any issues, Ashlee just took care of them. My daughter enjoyed her wedding day and everything went as smooth as icing (still dreaming of that delicious cake)! If you are looking for some extra help, hire Ashlee and her crew. Even At the end of the night Ashlee made sure all our items were returned to us and took the flowers back to the hotel for our Sunday Brunch. Our daughter’s wedding was amazing and beautiful! Ashlee and her team are wedding day champions. As a 3 time MOH it was such a breath of fresh air to have their team on my sisters wedding day. From ensuring we were fed and hydrated to keeping us on time and blister free this team was a God send. Without the help of this team keeping my sis sane through wedding planning AND being a nurse in a pandemic this wedding would NOT have occurred. At one point a wedding guest left her phone on the shuttle and Ashlee personally went out of her way to make sure it was returned safely. SSD is there not just to please the bride and groom to make sure your wedding is the most amazing experience for everyone involved.

WOW. I don't know where to start. Ashlee and her team are just incredible. We were lucky enough to work with Ashlee, Katie, & Sam throughout our initial wedding planning in early 2020, postponing our wedding celebration when COVID hit, planning an intimate wedding with our parents & siblings present, and finally celebrating at the reception of our dreams in June 2021. I always thought that I would do all of the wedding planning and prep on my own, and was initially unsure about hiring a planner. I laugh looking back at that now, because I can honestly say that working with Ashlee & her team was the best, warmest, most personal experience I could have dreamed of having, and that they are so much more than wedding planners- alongside of all the logistical and design magic they worked, they also became shoulders to cry on, zoom and phone call partners to laugh with, and friends through it all. They made this whole process a dream, and our postponed wedding reception was beyond beautiful and truly felt like "us." I can't recommend this dream team highly enough!

Signed Sealed Delivered Events just coordinated our daughter's wedding and we are so pleased with their service! I was hesitant about the use of a coordinator for the wedding, which took place in our house due to the pandemic, but I honestly think that was one of the best decisions we made. They took care of everything, even things we had not thought about and that allowed my husband and me to enjoy the day to its fullest. I highly recommend them for any occasion but especially a wedding. Kudos to Sarah and Ashlee and a great job!!

My team + I recently worked with the gals at SSD on an event at the Main Street Abbey. Katie was our point of contact and she was so unbelievably professional, kind, responsive, organized - the list goes on and on. SSD made our venue look unbelievable and organized one heck of an event. The clients were overjoyed with the outcome of their special day. The team was an absolute pleasure to work with + made our jobs so much easier! We highly recommend their services, you will not regret hiring them to help you with your event. We can not wait to work with them again in the future.

I couldn't recommend SSD enough! We started the wedding planning process thinking we could do it all ourselves. We had the vendors booked, but when we got closer we realized we needed some more help! Katie and Ashlee and the rest of the team (love them all, seriously) made everything seamless. We didn't have to worry about anything on the day of. I'm sure there were things that didn't go as planned, but the only thing I was concerned with on our wedding day was getting to marry my now husband. Well worth the investment. If we got married all over again, the only thing I would have changed was hiring them sooner.

For our daughter’s wedding we selected Signed Sealed Delivered (SSD) Events as wedding planner. Ashlee (owner of SSD Events), Sarah, and the rest of the team made the wedding such an enjoyable, low stress, and unforgettable experience. During the planning process, they kept everything incredibly organized and helped us pick some amazing vendors whom it was such a joy to work with. They genuinely enjoy the work they do and it shows. Most importantly, the wedding was beyond perfect! So many people came up to us at the wedding and after to tell us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We could not have asked for anything better!!! SSD Events exceeded our expectations by far, and we highly recommend Ashlee and her team!

This is coming from the groom's perspective. Ashlee and Katie are the best, hands down, no doubt about it. We had to be budget-conscious, and I was not initially psyched to be spending some of our budget on something I didn't see as a necessity. In hindsight, I can safely say that it was the best money we spent. It is difficult to explain how critical Ashlee, Katie, and the rest of their team was to our ability to successfully pull off the wedding. Their help started months before the wedding with an initial planning meeting and continued through the day of. They coordinated all the vendors, helped us make a list of photographs we wanted, got us thinking about how we wanted the ceremony to go, coached us through times of panic, and even made sure that food from the reception was sent to our room because they knew we'd forget to eat at the reception. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. They brought sanity and calm to a crazy and chaotic process. Planning a wedding is a massive undertaking, with more moving parts than you realize, our attention was constantly being pulled in several directions at once. Having Ashlee and Katie on our team was like having a guide that was able to focus our attention where it needed to be at precisely the right time. I cannot imagine what it would have been like without them.

Ashlee and Katie were both absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of wedding planning! They made everything so organized and easy. They have all the answers when it comes to wedding planning whether you know exactly what you want or if you are open to anything. My wedding was beautiful and I am so thankful I had them!

If you want to avoid constant nagging feeling "did I forget something" get in touch with SSD. Guests do not realize how much detailed work goes behind the scenes to produce perception of natural flow. Timeline of the event is crucial to provide lasting memory of pure joy at the wedding. SSD plans and executes it minute by minute.

I can't say enough amazing things about Ashlee and her staff at SSD events! Everyone always warns how fast the day will go and that something will always go wrong, but with Ashlee and her staff the day was extremely easy. We were always ahead of schedule and even had some alone time to ourselves before the reception. When meeting with other vendors, Ashlee always had questions that I wouldn't even think to ask. They truly made us feel like family and always had our happiness and best interest in mind. We can't thank them enough for being part of our big day!

My son and future DIL had a 2 year engagement and the bride was finishing nursing school. They asked for my help in planning their wedding, which was wonderful but I knew I needed help. I “knew” of Ashlee and a little of what she did so we set up a consult with her. The future bride/groom weren’t sold on the fact we needed a wedding planner but went for the consult with me. We all clicked with Ashlee right away and she took over 2 hours answering questions and giving us insight as to how SSD could help. From that point on, she was the most important lifeline we had in the planning process and selecting vendors. We ended up hiring vendors she had worked with previously and that team worked out perfectly for the day of the wedding. Ashlee/her team are always upbeat, professional and awesome offering advice/answering questions to meet everyone’s requirements. It took so much stress off of me (mother of groom) the few weeks before the wedding confirming all appointments, making timelines for each vendor down to the minute and running the show from the rehearsal dinner until the very last dance. We could not have asked for anything more from SSD and the bride and groom were amazed at how everything came together and how beautiful every aspect of the wedding was. I highly recommend this team of ladies that are experts in event planning and making a person’s vision become a reality.

I've drug my feet on writing a review for these gals, partially because I had such a wonderful experience planning our big day with these ladies that I don't want to close this chapter and partially because I cannot possibly portray how wonderful they are in a review!!! As soon as I got engaged my fiance and I decided that we needed help- I've never dreamt of my big day, and it was important to us that our family/friends were guests and not working at the wedding. Ashlee was HIGHLY recommended by 3 of the other vendors we had met with and we immediately understood why! Not only is she truly more excited than you about planning your wedding the MOMENT you meet her (no matter how excited you are), she becomes an immediate friend that you've known forever! Every step of the way Ashlee was there! She was there with help for every question I had from venue recommendations to the very last detail. She encouraged every decision I made on my own and assisted in as much or as little of a way I wanted on everything else. I honestly don't know how I would have met with any vendors without her! She asked questions at vendor meetings that I would have never thought of since this is the only wedding I've planned! Our venue dropped the ball quite a few times along the way, but knowing that Ashlee & Katie were there kept me sane. I was completely confident that even though our venue was disorganized and somewhat clueless that everything would be perfect in these ladies hands. I couldn't have been more right! I didn't have a care in the world the entire day of our wedding because these gals had everything so structured! They knew what was supposed to happen every step of the way and anything that didn't go that way was never my problem (nor did I even notice)! They handled my handicap bridesmaid like true professionals when our venue was less accessible than they advertised, they got all of our gifts to our suite without interrupting the reception at all, they even setup a special dance for me and my grandpa before the night got away from us since they had gotten close enough to me to know how important he is and what a special moment this would for me to treasure forever, and they saved the day with the only pictures I have of our reception being setup with our beautiful flowers. I truly cannot put everything these ladies did to plan and execute our wedding day in this review, I would a million times over hire these ladies for our wedding again- they made the day what it was! I had withdrawals from these ladies after spending so much time interacting them, but luckily they have become a permanent part of our lives! If you are considering a planner Ashlee and her team are the best! If you aren't - reconsider!

As soon as Warren and I decided to get married, we knew we needed some help. I had been to weddings planned by SSD and knew Ashlee’s sister, so reached out. We hadn’t even announced our engagement to our family yet, but we hired our wedding planner. Since we were planning two weddings, a destination wedding in California and second reception back home in the Midwest, we knew we were going to need lots of help, and also knew we needed to like the helpers. We LOVE Ashlee and Katie. These girls went above and beyond every step of the way. They really form relationships with me, my family, and other vendors. After the first meeting with our California vendors you would have though everyone had worked together for years, and that really showed when it came time for the big days. Everyone who attended our destination wedding in California was in complete awe. One couple had gone to other destination weddings on the last year and said this was the best yet. The compliments didn’t stop there, people loved all of the little details that you typically don’t think of. These girls laugh with you, cry with you, and are dedicated to making sure every aspect of your day is perfect, and that’s exactly what they did.

I would be lost without Ashley and Katie. This was sooo worth every cent. I had a hard time initialy bc my dress didnt fit as expected and Ashley came with me to help get my mind at ease...it totally worked our great. The day of Katie made everything flow perfectly. I honestly have no clue if there were issues bc I am absolutely certain they fixed them without me knowing. My husband and I laughed bc everywhere Katie went that day she just made it so we knew where.to be and what to do. It was the most perfect day of my life and I cant thank them enough. Such wonderful people to work with.

It is hard to know where to start because we truly have one million wonderful things to say about Signed Sealed Delivered Events. There is a reason SSD got wedding planner of the year award. The SSD events team made our wedding planning process stress free and allowed us to focus on the most important aspects of a wedding- faith, family, and friends! Ashlee and Katie are truly magical- making visions come to life better than we could have ever described with words. SSD Events is fabulous! I had so much fun at my daughter's wedding because Ashlee and Katie handled all the worries. There are not enough words in the world to describe how amazing Ashlee and her team are and how much they helped us throughout the planning process and on the big day. Do you ever feel like you've had an out of body experience? That's what my daughter's wedding day was for me because it was so magical and I was able to enjoy every SINGLE moment of it. Do you know why? Because of Ashlee, Katie and Jenny of Signed, Sealed, Delivered! It was my daughter's choice to hire a wedding planner but in all honesty I think I benefited more than she did from it. I get emotional even thinking about Ashlee and her team because over the course of the last year they have been with us every step of the way and now it is over. I am definitely going to have major withdrawals from not talking to Ashlee on a daily basis. When we met with Ashlee the first time she asked my daughter how much help she wanted planning the wedding and my daughter replied, "I just want to show up!". My daughter is an accountant and I am a computer programmer so we only see black and white, there is no color in our world because we are not creative people. We basically told Ashlee the colors of the wedding and she planned everything from there. The vendors that she gave us to choose from were top notch. She has worked with so many that she knows who is the best and lead us towards them. We had some drama before the wedding, during the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. Ashlee and her team were by our side the entire time helping us through it all. As the mother of the bride I did not have to do anything the day of the wedding but enjoy every last moment of it. The SSD team had a full scheduled by the minute of what was going on when and they just directed us through it. Guess what I had to do at rehearsal? NOTHING. Guess what I had to do at the wedding? NOTHING. Guess what I had to do at the reception? NOTHING. Everything was taken care of by SSD. I danced for 3 1/2 hours at the reception and Katie from SSD was bringing me water on the dance floor because I was sweating so bad. She continually checked on my well being even asking me if I had eaten. They made me feel like royalty. The whole process was so effortless because we had experts guiding us through it all. There were no bridezilla moments because there was no stress involved. So, if you are wavering on hiring a wedding planner let me tell you that you MUST do it. It will be the best decision you ever make regarding your wedding. If you are looking to hire the best, call SSD!

Ashlee and her team were great assets during our wedding planning process. Upon meeting Ashlee, we were drawn to her personality. She is bubbly and fun, all while being professional and extremely knowledgeable about the wedding industry. We could tell immediately that weddings are her passion and she loves everything they entail. It was her excitement over our big day that got us even more pumped for our wedding, and also helped us through some of the stresses wedding planning inevitably brings. Ashlee was instrumental in helping us with choosing our vendors. We were a bit overwhelmed initially, as the list of options seems to be never-ending! Ashlee helped immensely by providing us a scaled down list of her recommendations based on her past experiences. This saved us a lot of time (and stress!), and we couldn’t be happier with all of the vendors we ended up choosing! Note, while Ashlee has suggestions and recommendations when asked, she was open to new ideas and was excited to work with new vendors. She always made us feel like it was our wedding and encouraged us to do what felt right for us. In addition to providing her extensive expertise, Ashlee also comes with a fabulous team of ladies who were amazing throughout the entire process and day-of coordination. We had so many compliments on our wedding and are very thankful to Ashlee and her team for making our day go off without a hitch!

We had a great experience with Ashlee, Katie, and Megan. We didn’t hire SSD until after we had already secured a venue (MO History Museum) and several of the vendors. But hiring SSD was nonetheless a great deal. It’s not clear how we would have managed without them. Some of the highlights were their day-of coordination, their confirmation/coordination of all vendors, and their work to create a timeline for all vendors. They also made separate timelines for parents and the wedding party. Ashlee, Katie, and Megan are each wonderful to work with and we highly recommend them.

What can I say about Signed Sealed and Delivered except FABULOUS !! Ashlee made my role as Mother of the Bride completely stress free ! She covered every detail right down to smallest detail ! All I had to do was show up for hair and make up ! She did all the running around the day of the wedding and returning rented items after the wedding They stayed until the last song and helped pack everything in my car. I could not have asked for a better day ! They kept things running smoothly and on time. I highly recommend them for any event you are planning.

Working with Ashlee and her team was a dream! She's extremely organized and knowledgeable about the industry. She was patient with me as I made decisions, and shared her expertise and opinion whenever I asked. On the day of the wedding, she and her team were attentive, proactive, and overall fantastic. I didn't have to worry about a thing. They even brought us a plate of desserts from the reception to our hotel room, knowing that we probably wouldn't get a chance to enjoy them during the evening. Aside from all the great things that they did from a planning and execution standpoint, they're just overall great people. They are sweet, caring, and genuinely want your day to be the best ever. Ashlee and her whole team were wonderful throughout our whole wedding planning process! They took so much stress off of planning and gave some great tips and advice without ruining what my vision was for the wedding. Ashlee and her staff at Signed Sealed Delivered were amazing! From the beginning she helped us clarify my daughter’s vision for the wedding. She took my daughters ideas and gave us the very best version of those ideas. Every detail which seemed overwhelming before we found her fell into a beautifully organized system once she came onboard. I live in New York City but was getting married in St. Louis, so I knew I needed a planner for the big day (two big Catholic families... enough said!). Ashlee helped my vision come to life and from day 1 put me at ease and helped me deal with all the stress of wedding planning. Oh my gosh what a find when shopping for a bridal consultant. They were spot on with follow thru from the beginning to the actually wedding day, When feeling overwhelmed with detail and decisions they were there for support and tons of assistances. Nothing was too small or too large, they were all over it in a very timely fashion. Always, always, replied to your emails. They met with the DJ, videographer, and photographer, so all would be perfect on the wedding day with no worries, they were on top of it to very end of the celebration. Their web link Aisle Planner was extremely helpful too.

If I could give her 100 stars, I would! The best decision I made during the wedding planing process was working with Ashlee and her amazing team at SSD! Within minutes of speaking with her, I knew she was the right wedding planner for me! I shared with Ashlee my general idea of the wedding, and she knocked it out of the park! Groom: I could write a thesis on how amazing Ashley is.... To give you some background, I was totally against getting a wedding planner but my fiancee... now wife... made us get one. After meeting Ashley it was clear just how amazing a person she was. In all truth, she saved us more than we could have ever known. During our engagement, My wife's mother had a serious medical issue develop suddenly that took us away from planning for 4 months, and my mother was toward the end of her fight against cancer. If it were not for Ashley, we would have never made it to the alter. Literally, there was a point where we made a call and said we just can't do it. Her response was I have you. Ashlee and her team did a great job the day of my daughter's wedding keeping everything on time and making sure everything we had requested happened. This was only able to happen because of the detailed advance planning that went into it. Ashlee recommended multiple vendors for each aspect that we checked into and then chose the ones that fit us the best. This made life so much easier, and the vendors were top notch! I am a detailed planner myself, and worried I wouldn't be able to enjoy the day myself due to worrying that everything would happen.
