We are so grateful to the Silk + Slate team for helping us bring our vision to life for our wedding day! Noelle has planned something like 300+ weddings and it really shows every step of the way - I can't imagine how stressful and confusing it would have been to do this without her and the team. Our day-of coordinator, Becca, was also a total rockstar. All kinds of things were popping up that we had zero awareness of until after the fact because she was handling them so quickly and expertly, which really allowed us to be present in the moment. She truly went above and beyond in every conceivable way. We will be eternally grateful to Noelle, Becca and the team for helping us put on such a magical day!
Silk & Slate was instrumental to making our day happen the way we envisioned it. From the beginning, Noelle worked with us to provide the services we seemed to need for our day based on the point in the planning process we were at. They learned about our design style to propose beautiful design packages for each category (florals, catering, stationary, tablescapes) which was so helpful in speaking to vendors about what we hoped for.
SSCO provided suggestions for vendors we hadn't yet booked, and when something was out of our budget, they worked with us to provide even more options.
A month-out we were connected with our lead planner for the day and Becca ensured all logistics/details/timelines were sorted and even provided her expertise in helping us with rentals and table-scapes. We had a fairly unresponsive venue contact, but Becca was persistent and calmed our anxieties about things not getting done. She kept all other vendors in the loop and was extremely organized, kind, and positive through it all! She had everything in amazing shape a week before our wedding so we could soak in our last week as fiancés.
Day-of, the SSCO team (Becca, Hazel and Anna) were incredible in making sure everything was in order and our people were where they needed to be, so that we could enjoy our day to the fullest. Becca had everything imaginable (from Tums for a nervous stomach, to safety pins to fix a bustle!). Everything was stunning and we were so pleased with how it all came together.
So grateful to the team and we can't recommend them enough!

I don't think there is enough room here to describe what an amazing job Noelle and her team did for my wedding at 2941 Restaurant in Falls Church. She has planned over 300 weddings and there is a reason why she is so good at what she does, trust me!! I was so incredibly calm on my wedding because I knew my wedding was in capable hands and I had no concerns because Noelle and her team were going to do a fantastic job and they did! I don't think my wedding could have been more perfect and that had everything to do with Noelle taking my husband and my vision of our wedding and making it a reality. People raved about what a fabulous wedding it was and it was all possible because of Noelle and her team! I recommend you hire her the minute you get engaged because she helped us select a venue and select all of our vendors by giving us suggestions and letting us choose. Every suggestion she gave turned out fabulous, all of our vendors were fantastic, I just cannot say enough about Noelle and her team. If you need a wedding planner - look no further because she is the best in the business (in my personal opinion and based on the 100+ guests I had at my wedding). Everyone wanted to know how I put everything together and I just said, I had an awesome wedding planner and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone that needs one!
We had a challenging situation where the Silk + Slate team took over halfway into the planning process to save us from a situation with which we were not pleased. They delivered on exactly what we wanted them to prioritize, which was the design of our space. They completely transformed a unique ballroom into a gorgeous extension of the venue itself and impressive reflection of our desires, despite us struggling to find the words to describe them.
By this measure alone, Silk + Slate exceeded our expectations, and we would work with them again.
They also have an impressive book of vendor relationships that helps relieve any decision paralysis you might experience as their vendors are reputable, reliable, creative and collaborative. From a price perspective, they all align and seem to work well together, which will afford you with much-needed time back throughout the process. If, however, there is a vendor you’re not happy with, feel empowered to make the decision that works best for you.
Unfortunately, our experience was not without its drawbacks. And while we, along with our bridal party, didn’t feel fully taken care they way we would have liked, we recognize our situation was uncommon so as opposed to sharing our gripes, we’re choosing to provide recommendations for future couples to keep in mind:
• Keep track of the things you care about. If there is an heirloom you want included in your ceremony, task a family member or close friend with keeping track of it.
• Be clear about what is important to you, even if it’s more than one thing, and Silk and Slate will deliver.
• Remember, they are experts in their field, but you’re an expert of your family & friends. There will be times when you know better.
• If something is weighing on you, bring it up as many times as you need to – even if things don’t go exactly right, you’ll be glad you did.
• If you’re on a strict budget, depending on what it is, when you’re considering who to work with, pay close attention to who treats your budget with the most care.

Noelle and her team are truly top knotch. I dont know how we could’ve done anything we did without them. They were professional but also never stiff/really took the time to understand us and who we were. Everything was a collaboration - they guided us towards options they thought we would like but never imposed opinions. Ben and I couldn’t have even imagined a more perfect team to help us with our three day NYE extravaganza. Someone messaged me (that did not attend my wedding) and said “Ive had the most fun following your wedding. You can tell every detail was so thought out and so many brides don’t do that nowadays.” I wish i could take credit for that, but it was truly all them! They captured everything above and beyond and we are so sad it’s over!!
TL;DR: They ignored our budget, wasted our time, and we had no choice but to fire them.
I hired Silk & Slate in 2023 for my micro-wedding of under 30 guests on a tight timeline: We were aiming for 5-6 months in the future. I was assured neither this timeline nor a moderate budget would be a problem. In hindsight, I wish we had just not been taken on as clients. They eventually did not seem enthusiastic about planning a small event that was not extravagant.
Everything seemed great for five weeks. When it came time to narrow a venue, however, I was presented with venues 2x and 3x the budget I stated originally. For the following weeks, this turned into an awkward negotiation involving unrelenting upselling.
A few examples of puzzling assertions spoken by our hired coordinator were:
- Any photographer who will agree to less than an 8-hour gig is probably "not quality"
- it's hard to have an elegant event under $20k (we were doing a dinner party, no dancing, no live music).
- Any quality flowers is minimum $4k.
These claims turned out to be false. One thing to know is Silk & Slate will only use their preselected vendors, so their interest might be keeping that relationship, not aligning to a client's budget/vision.
I can't speak to a creative vision, presentation, budget development or vendor matchmaking, because these services were never delivered. We became so delayed with the budget reviews (yet were reassured that we were "on track") that we still had no venue locked in three months before our desired wedding date, which was not flexible. Fact-checking pricing on our own confirmed our suspicions: Some estimates shown to us had been exaggerated.
We severed the contract. I was heartbroken, because I had been impressed at the beginning. My vision for my small wedding was not particularly complex. But that seems to have been the problem.
Silk & Slate can no doubt produce an eye-popping spectacle that will look great on Instagram. But if you're budget-conscious, like we were, your parameters might be treated as suggestions. We stood firm to not have a dinner party for two dozen people that would cost $40k, and as such, we felt like Silk & Slate's lowest priority.
(We wound up marrying in our desired timeline, within our budget, and living up to our vision of a small, highly personal ceremony, so the ending turned out happy and a fairy tale anyway.)
Silk and Slate and Becca’s coordination were truly a game changer and we could not have pulled off the best day ever without them. Becca was down and so supportive of our vision of a non-traditional wedding and all out rager of an after party. She thought of so many little details that took our day to the next level that I never would have. And once our contract began she took over and got sh*t done. She’s a dream to work with and we’re so lucky and grateful that we had her and her amazing assistants Hazel and Anna on our big day. It was truly perfect.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Silk + Slate Co. Noelle and Hazel recently walked us through planning for a small and intimate wedding in Washington DC. They were able to take everything that we could only dream about and turn it into the most incredible day spent with our loved ones.
When my husband and I decided to hire a wedding planner, we knew we wanted someone who would be able to hear what WE wanted to be true about our day and help us bring that vision to fruition. We didn't want traditional, and we had some specific ideas that we were envisioning. From the first call we had with Noelle, we felt very confident that she could see the vision that we had for the day and would be able to execute that well, but we also felt like she would be in our corner throughout the planning process. After that call ended, we knew we wanted to work with her, and that turned out to be one of our favorite decisions in wedding planning. Noelle is the best. She's a great listener and had a way of making both myself and my husband feel heard and like our styles and preferences were being blended in a way that honestly represented our individual styles and who we are as a couple. She never made us feel like any question, worry, or concern was small or insignificant.
So much of the success of our wedding truly is due to Noelle’s longstanding working relationships with the many different vendors it takes to put a wedding together. She and her team very much stress the human aspect and involvement of executing a wedding, and we loved that one of SSCo’s priorities is choosing to work with people who are just as excited and considerate of your wedding as they were. Noelle reviewed and negotiated every single contract we were presented and made sure that we were signing the best contract possible for our wedding- the level of detail and attention that took was no small investment, and is a perfect example of how Noelle will stress the tiny things so that you don’t have to stress about it yourselves.
I am certain that Noelle and Hazel did so much more for us that we have no idea about because they wanted to be certain that we didn’t take on more stress any more than planning a wedding already is. All of our guests have told us it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve been to and adored all of the details that made the event special. We may be biased but we have to agree with our guests wholeheartedly! Noelle and Hazel truly went the extra mile to be sure we and our guests had the most incredible wedding day and planning experience. We adored working with SSCo. and would recommend them for anyone looking to make their vision of their wedding a reality!
High level of taste, bespoke ideas, clear communication, detailed coordination, easy to work with, straight up amazing partners. The creative + design *AND* the planning + coordination skills are top notch on this team -- something that this actually pretty rare in this industry. We recently used S+S for our wedding in Anguilla, for 3-days of events. Noelle and team truly got to understand who we are, what our story was, and how to match our style to the event vision. I'm usually a micromanager, but I felt so aligned on the strategy that I just started letting S+S run with the decision-making --- and they truly went the extra mile. I think I was the least stressed out bride anyone has ever encountered, and every single one of my guests described their time as the "best wedding ever". Nothing more you could ask for when it comes to such a special and important day!
I'm not sure where we could start to describe how amazing Becca Mai was as our day of wedding coordinator, so let's start at the beginning. We worked with Silk and Slate (formerly Lily and Grayson) to do Wedding Planning and Design. Our design exercises were the first piece to work with them on, and consisted of a pretty lengthy survey of photos to either like or dislike, to give a sense of what we wanted design-wise. The exercise itself was really helpful for us to better understand which direction we wanted to go -- and from there Noelle did a great job helping us turn those ideas into a reality.
We had good communication with Noelle throughout our planning process; we already had secured a number of our important vendors at the very beginning stages, and our wedding coordinator Becca started with two months into our wedding. She got us set up with AislePlanner and had a number of detailed calls with us to understand where we were, what we needed, and how to get it all done. From the first call with Becca she absolutely took the reins of the ship and steered us on course, kept us on course, and made sure we got across the finish line.
She made sure we didn't just get the big details taken care of, but kept note of all the small things too; she took feedback and considered our preferences -- accepted when we didn't want or did want something but also pushed back when we had an idea that was probably not the best. She made the process so much less stressful, was really fun, and made sure to keep our nerves at ease throughout the process. She went above and beyond and definitely worked outside the scope of our contract -- taking calls, emails, texts pretty much whenever.
On our wedding day Becca and her team did so much to make sure we had absolutely nothing to stress about --- truly handled everything with a white glove. Our dress code was 'funky formal' and their team even played into that, which helped to make working with them so fun.
We would 100% recommend to anyone to work with Silk and Slate; and 150% recommend Becca for anyone doing wedding planning/coordination. We cannot thank them enough for all the work they did and how much they helped.
We could not have survived an entire year of wedding planning without Noelle & her team. From the interview through the end of our wedding day, Noelle was full of useful information and so much creative thinking. She was always available when we had questions, and reassured us that it was okay to reach out even for the smallest things. Even when she wasn't available, she would tell you in advance and you'd be reassured she wasn't ignoring you. Her communication is excellent and being able to be in touch with your contacts is invaluable.
Noelle has a full platform of useful tools and it laid out simply what we needed to focus on or let us know what we had to look forward to. This was one of the most helpful things because there is just so much to do and so much to overwhelm yourselves with that it was nice to have somewhere to go back to that helped you stay focused.
Noelle will always be on YOUR team regardless of what you have planned for your wedding vision. One of the best examples would be her advocating for us when some of our vendors were pushing back on things that weren't right. She told us to not even worry and that she would handle it and she did. We got to avoid all of pushback/negotiations and took away the stress for us. She felt like our protective mamma bear and we always felt like we were in great hands!
One of our first, "Woah!" moments with her was when she reviewed our first contract and questioned and/or pushed back on contract terms that are not favorable for us. She is not just glancing over your contracts, she redlines and questions everything!
Noelle has so much creativity and design in her! And she's not just good at the designs/styling but she is AMAZING at meshing yours/your fiance's personal styles together into a cohesive and beautiful look. During one of our in-person walkthroughs, my fiance and I very much disagreed on chairs/table settings and we were at a standstill and she could see that we needed some assistance in getting to a spot that we would BOTH be happy with.
She stepped in and showed us how we could tie both ideas together. She did all of this on the fly and we BOTH walked away from our setup super happy! She knows her stuff is able to be fluid with whatever the situation calls for.
Noelle was our lead from start to finish and as things were heating up in the month or two before our event date, we worked with her team, Hanna and Hazel and both ladies were both so sweet and fun to work with. They helped keep specific details about our day in check and helped with all of the little details. They all acted as the team lead and helped keep everything between all of our various vendors on point. They communicated so well with each other and us but none of it intruded on our day. When something didn't go exactly as planned, they were quick to let you know and how they were working around it so that you wouldn't have to worry.
We could not have had a better team of people working with us and supporting us through the entire process. We have received so many compliments about how fun, thoughtful, beautiful our event was and most importantly how everything was so US! It was probably the best compliment, to hear that everything throughout our day just reflected spot on as to who we are as a couple. We did not want a cookie cutter event and we definitely did not get one with Noelle & team.

I cannot tell you how pleased my husband and I are with how our wedding turned out. Everyone said to me beforehand "Morgan, something will go wrong and you just have to roll with it..." well, absolutely nothing went wrong... it was freaking PERFECT!!! Noelle and her team made sure the entire weekend ran like a well-oiled machine. It was completely second nature to Noelle, like the well-seasoned professional she is. It really shows how her experience makes her invaluable to work with when planning a wedding/event. I worked with her full time from beginning to end and my husband and I got very very very good reviews from every single friend and family member, even the family members who are judgy and picky said it was the best wedding they've ever been to. I even had a few big DC event planners(in the restaurant/steakhouse industry) as guests and they were blown away.
It is extremely special to see all of our hard work and the fine details we put into it come together on such a magical night. Noelle and her team are excellent at what they do. They were with us from the very beginning, helping us choose a venue, vendors, design, and of course day-of coordination. We went through a COVID reschedule and pushed the event by an entire year, and she spent so much time talking us through the decision and ensuring we had the wedding of our dreams. She has a deep understanding of the industry and helped us with everything from contract negotiation to day-of coordination and support. The vendors she recommended were great and we were super happy with everyone. She went above and beyond by providing frequent emotional support and is amazing at navigating various family dynamics and always putting your vision first. She is also great at remaining calm and collected despite the circumstances. The day went so smoothly despite rain and having to use a backup location for our ceremony. My husband and I hadn’t intended to hire a wedding planner until we signed on with a venue that required a day-of coordinator. One year and several COVID-related postponements later, we could not imagine having done this without Noelle and her team.
When the pandemic took off, she didn’t blink. She was always available to help us navigate minor questions and major upheavals alike. She kept us abreast of the wedding industry’s response to the pandemic as it evolved, and she clearly understood the standards different vendors would need to meet to ensure the safety of their guests. From day one, she was a clear, straightforward and reliable communicator, always making sure we understood the context of our decisions, walking us through our options, and providing sage guidance along the way.
Noelle has phenomenal taste, which she scaled to accommodate our vision and budget. If we didn’t want to invest too much in a particular aspect of the wedding, she offered affordable, high-impact alternatives. After we cancelled our 120-person celebration and pivoted to a family-only backyard ceremony, she was right there with us — even though our new date took place during peak fall wedding season. She also sent us a beautiful gift basket on what would have been our original date, knowing it would be a difficult day for us.
Also, her preferred vendor list is excellent. She has strong relationships with folks in every vendor category — so I highly recommend hiring Noelle before you do anything else.

Working with Noelle was great! Despite all of the set backs with Covid-19, Noelle made sure that our wedding ran smoothly. Everything was so detailed and organized. I loved it! She is also very reasonably priced.
I ended up being a pandemic bride. My partner and I knew from the beginning we'd need a planner, and we found Noelle last summer and we were like, "She’s the one! Everything is happening!" and March 2020 rolled around and we were like, "Okay, what do we do..." Our wedding date was slated for September 12, 2020 and for months we didn’t know what to do… in June 2020 we decided to forge ahead. With all of the other things going on, Noelle was our friggin rock. I know that even without a pandemic she'd fulfill that roll but especially with these trying times. She was always there when we needed her, she responded to my (frantic) emails quickly and set up calm informative phone calls, she never pushed us in any specific direction. My partner and I both had various family members who wanted to be more involved in our wedding planning and it was stressful. I felt comfortable sharing this with Noelle, asking for her thoughts and she always had our back and reminded us whose wedding it is. It felt so good to have someone 1000% on your side. Outside of her kindness and attention to detail, we really love how honest she is. She supported us in every way but also kept it real whether it was something out of budget or a design aspect that wasn’t cohesive. We had some miscommunication with a vendor and I think two days prior to the wedding, Noelle was out running errands and grabbing last minute things for us. The wedding day came and it was magnificent. My partner and I switched up some timeline details night before/day of and Noelle (and her *amazing* assistant Erica) made everything happen, no problem. It wasn’t what we imagined last year but it ended up being so perfect for us and Noelle made that happen. The Lily & Grayson Team is top-notch. Like if we had all the money in the world, we’d get married again just to work with Noelle. You won’t regret choosing her!
It is very rare to find a planner who pours their heart and soul into their work. Anjie, from Lily and Grayson Weddings is a diamond in the rough. Seriously, from a professional perspective - look no further. Anjie was the most kind, involved (in the best sort of way) planner I've ever met. I was in awe of how beautiful everything looked, and how smoothly everything ran. She is knowledgable, always kind, and on top of it! Thank you Anjie for your dedication to creating such beautiful and memorable day from start to finish. You rock! We had a wonderful experience working with Noelle at Lily and Grayson for mostly coordination and some planning help for our wedding. She is so competent and on top of details... everything went off without a hitch and that is 100% thanks to her! If there were an option to give 10 stars for value, I would. Working with her was the best decision we made. She was so helpful and such a great resource! Cannot recommend Lily & Grayson highly enough!!!

Noelle is every couple’s dream planner – she is so smart, meticulous, down-to-earth, and passionate about what she does. We started working with her from the start of our engagement to put together all the pieces, including venue. On the day-of, she stopped at nothing to make sure we had the most incredible day. All night people kept saying how beautiful and easy our wedding was. We still get comments and texts from people reminiscing on the entire weekend experience. I’m positive that we are the luckiest people ever to be able to work with her. Five stars isn’t even enough, she is THE BEST. Her talent far exceeds anything we know or would have even expected from this profession. We just love her to pieces.
I don’t even know where to begin with Noelle and her team. As the groom, my involvement in big decisions was… limited… food tastings and tux fittings, etc. I was pretty much useless. However, as the groom, I was so pleased to see my beautiful bride and our family members enjoy the entire process. Lily & Grayson was the primary factor in this. She covered every corner and helped form a strategic plan for getting exactly what we wanted. I could never have imagined how perfect her vendor suggestions were too.
Although she is very popular and they are a busy team (for reasons obvious to us), Noelle replied to all our emails promptly, answered calls and even texted with us. The team went above and beyond as our fixers, counselors, mediators, and referees. I can’t emphasize enough how much of a relief it was to have a go-to for ideas, comfort, to put out fires, or better yet, prevent any from even happening.
When we started this, I didn’t really take event planning seriously as an expertise but MAN was I wrong. There is so much I could never have even comprehended. You will not find a better planner with more dedication and solid contacts. Grooms—cut that check!!! I would have paid way more for the value we got—Noelle saved us money, time, and energy. The look on my brides face the entire night long was priceless.
I worked with Noelle on my entire wedding and honestly, it was an amazing experience. She responded to emails and texts instantly, was the mediator when the parents and I possibly had different ideas, and overall did an amazing job with everything. She's so down to earth and will tell you if something doesn't make sense, if she likes it, or if she thinks it's unnecessary. She also helps you stay on budget and does such a great job explaining the value of certain areas so you don't skimp in the wrong places.
There was a crazy a crazy mishap with our florist and Noelle literally pulled photos from our proposal and fixed everything herself but I had NO clue anything had gone wrong until my parents told me afterwards.
If you want a planner who will be your superhero, Noelle was amazing and I definitely recommend her and the whole company.

We could not have executed our wedding as seamlessly without Noelle. She was available for questions and advice whenever we needed and helped coordinate between our vendors leading up to the big day. Beyond that, she had one of the most affordable and transparent prices out of any of the wedding coordinators we talked with. Noelle was our DOC and I can not rave about her enough. From the first meeting to the end of the night she was professional, fought for our vision, kept us on time, and made me feel comfortable that everything was going perfectly. We hired the extra setup help bc I did a lot of diy, I did provide pictures of my vision for each part, but she made it all look even more romantic, beautiful, and elegant. Our wedding was a total blast and Noelle was the key!! I’ve never heard so many guests at a wedding complement the planner and how smooth the event was! She knows the industry inside and out and has a ton of contacts that she was able to leverage to give us vendor selections that fit our personality. Noelle was fun, kind, and patient with us and our families, and we always knew that she had our backs throughout the process. She went to the walk throughs and rehearsals, and arranged personal meetings. When a last minute issue come up with a vendor, I knew that I could count on her advice for the way forward. But on our wedding day is when Noelle was even more amazing than we could have hoped for. She kept everyone in check and all the moving parts in order. Where do I even begin? Noelle was wonderful and our total hero. She made sure that the day went perfectly while somehow at the same time keeping us relaxed, well-fed, and hydrated. I honestly don't know how she did it! Through the entire wedding process, all I could think was-we need to do more!!! theres so much left!!! what if we forgot this!!! But she was always in the background with the answers, the solutions, and the plans to back it up. She was not only worth every penny, but she also saved us a bunch of money! I can't even put into words how amazing Noelle was... I consider myself and my fiance perfectionists and Type A people. We always know what we want and how we want it. People are always saying "No wedding is perfect! You just have to roll with it!" Well, honestly, that's just not true. We had the most perfect wedding weekend and it's really because of Noelle and her team (Shannon & Ashley).
Noelle came in to our lives with her bubbly, upbeat personality and her meticulous, detailed work ethic. She made our dreams come true by listening to our needs, making confident but not overbearing suggestions, and looking out for us at every turn. She allowed us to take the lead on some items and made sure that everything was working in our best interest.
I know that her and her team and in high demand and I'm sure they get busy during peak wedding times, but I was amazed at how responsive and on top of things she was, even when we weren't around to see it.

Noelle was our wedding planner and coordinator . Initially, I didn't think I needed a planner but I am SO glad that I hired her. She made things to easy, especially when I was having a "Bridezilla" moment! She met with us when we needed advice or reassurance and even answered my late night text messages about candles and dessert courses haha. One of the best things she did was connect us with vendors that fit our budget and gave great service. On the day-of she was like an orchestra conductor hidden in the background. She popped up out of nowhere the second we needed her—like a mind reader! She made sure everything flowed perfectly and that we were the stars of the show... enjoying every moment without being bothered with a thing. I honestly felt like a queen and it's because of HER being all over every the logistics and by our side to pamper us. We are so lucky to have her in our lives and recommend her to anyone who asks!

Noelle came to our rescue. Johnathon and I have busy lifestyles which made wedding planning challenging. We decided to get an on the day planner. Hiring Noelle was the best money ever spent. Our wedding could have not been better. I felt calm knowing that she was there to help with everything and to make sure our day was the day we always dreamed of. Without a doubt the best decision we made during the planning process was to hire Noelle of Lily & Grayson events. By the time we reached out to Noelle we had most of the planning done so we hired Noelle for her "The Bare Essentials" package. We lucked out because she was just branching out into her own business so we got a steal on the pricing but I definitely would have paid way more, especially now after having worked with her.
We got married 11/3 in Alexandria and our wedding had 150 people. I am an extremely organized person and definitely a worrier. I knew if I had any hope of enjoying my wedding day I needed someone else to take over. Noelle did just that.
From the moment we contacted her she was nothing but professional, even willing to meet in person before we hired her so I could make sure it was a good fit. She was extremely responsive and the thing I loved most was that she was in my corner. Our venue came with a coordinator, who was great as well, but a venue coordinator needs to to worry about their venue's requirements, the food service, the staff etc. Noelle was there and her number one concern was if we were happy and satisfied. She used to work as a wedding planner for a hotel and it is obvious that she has incredible knowledge and experience with what it takes to plan and pull off a wedding. She orchestrated and lead my entire rehearsal and my husband and I realized afterwards we would have had no idea how to do that ourselves and it was so nice to not have to think about it.
On the day of our wedding I didn't think about a single logistic. She bopped into my suite a few times to provide updates but I didn't hear about any problems or issues (I'm still not sure if there were any) which was just the way I wanted it. I got worried at one point that we were falling behind on the hair/makeup timeline and texted her since she was at the venue overseeing setup. She responded immediately then came to check in with both me and the hair/makeup artists and continued to monitor the situation.
I barely saw her at my wedding, but I know she was behind the scenes handling everything - and because of her we had the best night of our lives. We laughed and danced our faces off and didn't feel an ounce of stress. Noelle even helped us after our wedding and contract with her were over because we were still having issues with the hotel we used for our room block.
I am so glad I broke down and hired a wedding coordinator. I am a super organized bride, with a year to plan, and I still needed someone in my corner to help me pull it all together. You absolutely will not go wrong with Noelle. My only regret is that I didn't hire her sooner so she could have done even more of the planning and work for me.

Their team was so much fun to work with! I originally wanted to plan my own wedding but after making partner (yay!!!) I was extremely busy and did not have time for all of the details to do it properly. As soon as I signed up with them, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders... Noelle was awesome when it came to getting the guests together and making sure no one is left out of the reception. She was able to get the crowd moving in the right direction effortlessly and gracefully. She was also very accommodating with any last minute changes that I had and always kept me updated with the time, the next event during the reception, and guiding me and the groom where to go. All I had to do was relax, listen to direction, and have fun!!! I highly recommend her!
I can’t even begin to explain how incredible L&G was. Always responsive, always helpful, always calm as we made huge decisions about our wedding and they were always one step ahead. I worked with Noelle to combine services so ultimately L&G was the source of our photography, DJ, and florist. The complete package was an INSANE value and although I was hesitant about one vendor handling everything, they could not have been more professional, responsive, and delightful to work with. The wedding was a success and everyone raved about how helpful each of our vendors were, especially our coordinator. I was so stressed about our wedding party being a nightmare during the rehearsal/ceremony but she pulled everyone together and made it easy and organized. So worth the money and I would use them again for any future events I have!

I have no experience planning a wedding and initially I was anxious to hear back a bit more promptly but I came to realize that the team had it all under control and whenever decisions had to be made, they were on top of it. The face to face meetings closer to the wedding were very helpful and that's when a lot of the decisions were finalized. She even helped calm us down and always made it clear what information she needed from us etc. On the wedding day I had absolutely nothing to worry about. The decorations, food and the flow of events was exactly what we had discussed and in some cases much better than I could have imagined. We are so grateful to them for their hard work and would certainly recommend.
