Very highly recommended. Merrie is truly client centered, clearly loves what she does, stays on top of the vendors, and is 10-steps ahead the entire time. Despite everything from extreme weather to minute logistical details, to last-minute vendor changes, Merrie quickly adapted, finding alternative solutions that kept our wedding on track. Merrie, Chris, Georgia, and Marissa were highly proactive, engaged, and efficient on the day of. They ensured everything ran smoothly, even when we faced day-of cooperation issues with the venue. Their calm demeanor and problem-solving skills turned potential stress into seamless execution. When selecting a day-of coordinator we also wanted to prioritize our guests, ensuring that they were taken care of and could focus on enjoying themselves. Silver & Sage made that possible and went above and beyond to make our wedding an incredible guest experience. We had the pleasure to work with Merrie at one of our recent weddings at our venue. From the moment she arrived she took charge of the varies preparations needed. She helped with set-up, decorations, ceremony organization, vendor communication and closely worked with the bridal party and us. Merrie was so amazing and accommodating. She honestly is took so much worry and stress away from me by being the best DOC for my wedding day. I appreciated her help greatly and would recommend her to anyone looking for a calm and directive partner in planning or coordinating your big day! She went above and beyond for me and my husband, from helping to build us a fort for our special traditions, to picking up our dessert because they bakery refused to move the pick up time for us. It was so reassuring to have them by my side in the planning process and on my wedding day. Hiring Merrie with Silver and Sage was the best thing we could have done for our wedding! She was timely, efficient, and so helpful with her day of coordinating for our wedding. From the start, she was extremely prepared and went above and beyond my expectations. She was ready with questions that I didn’t even know I didn’t know! Her attention to detail made everything run so smoothly the day of the wedding. She was the first there and the last to leave, and did not hesitate to be the “bad guy” when someone/something needed to be redirected or fixed. We had a bit of a hiccup with our venue (our of our control), but Merrie was calm, professional, and did everything to not only resolve the issue, but ensure us that no matter what, our wedding would still be perfect. Her communication was very quick, and she had many amazing ideas that I would have never considered.
 She checked in with us throughout the wedding process and the day of in case we needed anything as little as a glass of water, to as much as changing something at the last minute because we changed our minds. Merrie is the sweetest person you could ask for to be by your side on your wedding day. We initially only reached out to her to be our officiant but hired her as our day of coordinator as well! My husband and I wanted a short, simple, and sweet ceremony without personal vows. Merrie crafted a beautiful and personal ceremony script for us with vows for us to repeat. She exceeded all expectations. Our wedding was on a hot summer Temecula day, and Merrie always made sure to keep us hydrated while we were out taking our couple photos. She would grab anything we needed from our bridal/groom suite and ensured we were comfortable throughout the day. Merrie has a calming presence and reassured us that everything would be perfect on our special day. She stayed on top of every detail, ensuring that all vendors adhered to the timeline. We couldn't be happier that Merrie was part of our wedding.

It was truly a pleasure working with Merrie on a wedding at The Oviatt in January. Not only was she very responsive and didn't miss a any details, she was a team player who works seamlessly with the venue and vendors which ensured for a stress free day for my client. We worked with Merrie as our coordinator and officiant. She wrote us a beautiful ceremony that captured us perfectly and on the day of our wedding, we were able to enjoy ourselves without worrying about anything! Merrie was absolutely amazing! We had our wedding at our home, and had a few personal catastrophes during the last few months of planning, but she pulled through, and was incredibly supportive through all our chaos. I highly recommend her!

WOW! I cannot speak more highly of Merrie and her team. An absolute Godsend to me and my husband on our wedding day. We hired Merrie as a partial wedding planner about 3 months before our big day, and I have to say, I don't know how the day would have been as flawless as it was without her. From the very beginning of the planning process, Merrie was so thorough and detail oriented with every aspect of the wedding. We spoke to her on the phone multiple times before our big day, and it sounds funny, butt she has such a soothing voice that puts you at ease and calms all the anxiety that comes with planning such a large event. Our wedding had 200+ people, and from an execution standpoint, Merrie missed NOTHING. Then of course during our rehearsal, she worked so well with our Pastor to make sure everything went perfectly as planned. Our wedding party appreciated her directness as they knew exactly what to do and when during the rehearsal. Then, on the big day itself, I can't imagine doing any of it on my own or making a loved ones do all that she and her crew did. She came with a couple assistants since our wedding was larger, but from start to finish, Merrie set up and executed on everything we discussed while consistently checking in with me and my husband to see if there was anything else we needed or how she could help. She knew EXACTLY how to support us in the best way, the exact way that we needed and there was no stress at all for us because she handled every little detail. It was a privilege to work with Merrie, and I highly recommend that anyone do so to eliminate any and all stress and to work with a high quality crew. Hailey, her niece, was also part of the crew and for every picture I took, she was right there with me to fix my dress and see if I needed anything. A+ service and some of the kindest people you'll meet!

Working with Merrie was great! Our wedding was a total diy and she handled every detail with care and our guests were impressed with everything. She is well experienced and it shows with everything she does. I was very pleased with the turnout and her services. She went above and beyond to make our wedding day magical. She has the warmth of a mother and was very calming which I needed and appreciated. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a day of coordinator. She was incredible as a day of coordinator I can only imagine all her other services she offers!

We hired Merrie as our officiant and day-of wedding coordinator and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We liked her from the very first phone call and knew that we would be a fit. As our officiant, she did an incredible job in putting together a very real, beautiful, and heartfelt ceremony. As our coordinator, she was organized, communicative, and always willing to help. She often thought of things and presented options that we hadn’t considered and helped us with a lot of decision-making when we would get stuck in a rut. Merrie helped take a lot of pressure out of the wedding planning as she kept us on track, and kept us calm! We would absolutely recommend her to other bride and grooms! Five stars!

Merrie was absolutely amazing. I was so overwhelmed when I started planning and then along came Merrie. She is so knowledgeable about every detail, vendors in the industry and how to make your day perfect whilst still staying in budget. Every meeting we had prior made me feel so at peace with the day and everything being under control. The day of I felt so special, from having my food and drinks ready when I sat down, guests attended to, and making sure I was hydrated and fed all night lol. VERY IMPORTANT. the one thing that went “wrong” in the day was lost cake plates from myself but you know she swooped in before it was too late had them all ready to go and saved the day. She helped from set up to tear down and I can’t thank her and her team enough. Please book her for your big day so you can feel royalty treatment too!

Where do I start?! Merrie has been supportive since the beginning! We got her a few weeks before the wedding, and she was more than happy to be apart of our special day. She was supportive and patient with me the day of the wedding when things weren’t going as planned. She was so helpful at explaining different types of ceremonies, and made our traditional (yet short and sweet) Catholic ceremony amazing. If you end up having Merrie marry you, you won’t regret it!
