Colleen and her team were truly amazing! Colleen was always there to chat as we replanned our wedding, downsizing from 250 guests to 30 and changing venues. Her team even took on additional roles as our plans changed due to the pandemic. When decided to no longer have a band, Colleen and her team were there to make sure our playlists for each part of the wedding were played seamlessly. They also quickly adapted to us streaming our wedding, monitoring the phone to make sure there were no glitches. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator absolutely do it! It’s so worth it to not have to worry about the details to be able to truly be in the moment on your day, it really does go by so fast! I was in awe when I walked in for our ceremony and again for the reception, it was better than I could have imagined thanks to Colleen and her team! They were there from the start of the day to the very end, packing everything up for us to easily load into the car the next day. I also loved having Colleen as our florist! Our flowers were breathtaking, I’m still getting compliments on them! It was so helpful to have our coordinator and florist all wrapped in one. Colleen totally understood our vibe and made our day perfect!

Colleen and associates went above and beyond to make sure our day went perfect! They were there from beginning of the day to the very end and was there to lend a hand anywhere needed in between. Colleen answered all my questions (and there were quite a few) and provided us with a listening ear when things were unknown. We’re so thankful for Colleen and that she was the Main day of contact which let us enjoy our day to the fullest. My husband wasn’t quite sold on a day of coordinator but if you ask him now it’s the best money we’ve spent. She will be one I recommend over and over!!

Although our wedding has been canceled due to COVID, Silverbean events including Colleen and her team have been awesome to work with thus far. Her pricing was very fair for everything they were offering for day of coordination and I thought it was going to be the best money spent! We highly recommend and would work with them in the future!

It's hard to even put into words what an incredible job Colleen and the Silver Bean Events team did. Hiring a coordinator was the best investment and she handled everything flawlessly. If you're on the fence, it is absolutely worth it and Silver Bean should be your team! Colleen is very thoughtful and detail oriented. Our venue was very DIY and I had a big vision (and lots of vendors), so there were a ton of little details to capture for set-up/take-down. When I showed up to the venue and saw the ceremony and reception spaces come to life, I actually got teary eyed. The team had executed every single detail perfectly. I know that Colleen and team did a million little things throughout the night, but they were so discreet you had no idea! I think the biggest compliment I can give her is how smooth and perfect the entire night was, and somehow she ran it all from completely behind the scenes. I should also add that when anyone needed anything (band aids, broken boutonnières fixed, etc.), she was somehow right there where you needed her at that moment too! Lastly, in addition to our busy set-up, we had to get everything back out of our venue by midnight. They kicked butt and did it all, loaded it up into a Uhaul for us and even drove it to our hotel! I really can't express enough how great of a job they did. Thank you Colleen & the Silver Bean Events team for everything!!

Colleen & her team are EXCEPTIONAL. I could write extensively about why you should choose Silver Bean Events, but there are a few key differentiators: 1) Vision / set-up: Colleen and her team will see your vision and deliver it with minimal direction. I was SO impressed by how Colleen took just a few photos and the many, many details / decor items I gave her and quickly pulled it together exactly to my vision. It was huge to not have to direct her team on the day of. I was able to relax and trusted they would make it exactly how I wanted it, and they did! 2) Tear-down - Colleen and her team stayed to pack our MANY items well after our reception ended around 1AM. I did a lot of research in the day-of coordinator space and it is extremely rare for this to be included. Not only did they stay and take care of everything for us, but they made sure it was packed up exactly how it was before the day. They truly exceeded our expectations with tear down. 3) Vendor communication - I didn't worry about contacting a single vendor the week of my wedding. Colleen and her team took care of all of this and everything was exactly how we planned. 4) Calming presence - Colleen's personality and demeanor are perfect for this. She will get everything done to perfection without any hesitation, but she does so in a way that is calm, cool, and collected. My bridal party and family all raved at how calm and professional she was. If you are on the fence about a day-of coordinator, I highly highly recommend the Silver Bean team. You won't regret it!

I say this over and over, but hiring a planner was the best money I spent for my wedding. I wanted to do most of the planning, because I'm a type A person, but knew I didn't want to worry about anything on my wedding day, nor did I want that burden on my mom or my husband's mom. So Silver Bean Events having the option to hire a Day of Coordinator was the best of both worlds. I got to plan, and then a month out Colleen took over with making sure vendors were all still aware of our date and coordinated drop off times, and looked into whatever I needed for the day. The morning of, we had a few things left to put together and decor to put out, and Colleen and her team took on those tasks efficiently and beautifully! (You made our donut wall look SPECTACULAR!) They kept me, the bridesmaids, the groomsmen all on track for the timeline we created together and if there was any problems on that day, I for sure didn't know about it! I cannot thank Colleen and her team at Silver Bean Events for being the backbone of the day, helping to make sure everything ran smoothly, told me if my hair was still in tact, fixed my train before walking down the aisle, and shouting orders at people during family photo time (it was needed, and I asked them to, don't worry!).

Colleen was a highlight of our wedding day! She was what made our wedding so perfect and beautiful. She turned our ceremony and reception visions into a reality. She took away all the stress and worrying so that we could just relax and enjoy every moment of the day! On top of that, our flowers and centerpieces were beautiful and we received so many compliments on them. I could not imagine our day without Colleen and her team and would highly recommend trusting her to help plan one of the best days of your life!

We loved working with the team at Silver Bean Events! Colleen was able to answer all of my initial questions and made choosing her company easy. Catie was our day-of coordinator, and she handled everything seamlessly and was so much fun to work with. We were dealing with rain, and didn't know if our ceremony would be indoors or outdoors until about an hour beforehand. Catie made sure that everyone knew where to be, and that all of the little final touches were in place despite our worries about the weather (we were able to get married outside after all!). This was also the first wedding in my family, and so Catie's calm and confident demeanor was especially appreciated. I highly recommend Silver Bean Events!

Hiring Silver Bean Events for day of coordination was one of the best decisions I made. Colleen and Lori were wonderful to work with, full of helpful information and very patient with my neurotic questions as the big day came closer. They are not only delightful to be around, but made the day go off without a hitch. Between setting up, tearing down, and making sure the bridal party was where they needed to be (just a few of the many things they did), I was able to truly enjoy the day and be 100% present. Colleen was honestly the MVP of our wedding. We got to be relaxed and enjoy the whole weekend because we knew she had everything under control. The day wouldn't have been the same without her. From start to finish, hiring Colleen was 100% the right decision, she has great attention to detail and executed everything exactly how I envisioned it. She also coordinated everything with our vendors leading up to the wedding and attended our rehearsal which was a huge help. Would give 10 stars if I could!

We used Silver Bean as our Day-of coordinator and were extremely happy with the organization on the day as well as all of the help provided setting up/tearing down decor at the end of the night.

While wedding planning itself did not stress me out, imagining how the actual day of the wedding would all come together was very stressful to me. For that reason, I decided to hire a day-of-coordinator. From the moment I talked with Colleen, I knew she was the DOC we needed. She’s professional, nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Our wedding day was PERFECT! Everything ran smoothly and absolutely no issues came up (and if they did I have no idea because they were resolved before anyone even realized). I was able to truly enjoy the day with my husband, family and friends. I had zero stress because I knew that Colleen and her team were handling everything. They took care of things from delivering lunch to setting up at the church and reception venue to packing everything up at the end of the night. They were all so sweet and helpful. When I walked into our reception venue I teared up because everything was set up so beautifully! I seriously do not know how we would’ve pulled off our wedding without Colleen as our day-of-coordinator. She and her team are the best!

Colleen was an amazing addition to our wedding day! One of the best services we spent money on for our entire wedding! Her prices were the best I found in the area and she is so friendly and easy to work with! She handled our day of coordination, however was very willing to so give us suggestions/answer any planning related questions we had during our planning process. She made sure everything was perfect and did the best job! We couldn’t have asked for anything more! We can’t say enough good things about her and her assistant and would give her more than 5 stars if we could. We will absolutely be recommending her to friends needing event coordination/planning services in the future!! We couldn’t have done it without her!!

Having Colleen a part of our wedding day was one of our absolute best decisions!!! She was there throughout our planning process when I had little questions- and was our "day of coordinator." She helped us with our rehearsal and was an absolute Godsend the day of our wedding. Having someone you can turn to on your wedding day and just say "hey can you take care of this"- and have her smile and say absolutely and know it was handled was such a relief and destressor. Hiring Silver Bean as our day of coordinator was one of the best things we did! Colleen was there at our rehearsal which was amazing. She gave us a print out of our wedding day events and kept us all on schedule. Colleen and her assistant set up everything in our ballroom at the Lafayette Grande and made it SO beautiful. Silver Bean Events did the centerpieces for my Aunt's 80th birthday luncheon and they were beautiful, unique and lusciously fresh. Colleen is accommodating, enthusiastic and has a sophisticated, artistic vision for the total event. Her customer service and work ethic are second to none. I would trust her with any type of event.

From start to finish, working with Colleen was like a dream. She made me feel so at ease through the entire wedding planning process.
