ble in so many ways and, dare I say… unexpected. I’ve worked with three other wedding planners in the past as a Maid of Honor, and quite literally, NO ONE holds a candle to Erin. I originally hired Erin as my Day-Of Coordinator, but this woman over-delivered tenfold. From the moment I signed my contract, she jumped in with full energy and commitment. Looking back on the nearly two years I spent planning (married on 4/26/2025!), there’s not a single moment I can remember not having Erin in my corner. She was there for it all—helping me brainstorm creative ideas, walking me through logistics, answering endless questions, and being the person I could vent to when I felt overwhelmed or misunderstood. She never made me feel “too much.” She was just always there—text, call, email, or voice memo—solutions in hand, ready to go. Erin was someone I could lean on. She helped me navigate shuttle rentals, timeline stress, venue tastings—you name it. She kept me grounded, gave me confidence, and supported me however, whenever, wherever I needed her. Especially the weekend of my wedding. I truly felt like I could just let go and let Erin do her thing. And man, does she deliver. To say she went above and beyond would honestly be an understatement. Erin brings a “we’re in this together” energy that’s unmatched. She jumps in without hesitation, handles the unglamorous behind-the-scenes tasks like a pro, and always takes initiative—often before you even realize you need something done. Her work ethic, empathy, and passion shine through everything she touches. It’s rare. And any bride lucky enough to work with her will know exactly what I mean. After just one intro call, it was like she downloaded my brain and Pinterest board. She understood the vision—then helped bring it to life logistically, affordably, and beautifully. She was mindful of our budget and extremely respectful of my parents’ role in that budget—especially my dad, post-Hurricane Helene (#TeamKen). Erin communicating with them on my behalf toward the end was such a relief. And the way she got excited with me over every little detail? Meant the world. Her seating chart, menus, florals, table styling, and the bridal bouquet purse?! Ingenious. STUNNING. And totally unexpected bonuses. Erin is also an incredible communicator. She steps in when you need a buffer, a voice, or just someone to take the reins. She navigates family drama and in-law dynamics with the poise of a diplomat. I especially appreciated how she kept it real with me when it came to dreams that needed scaling. She has a way of presenting things that keeps you calm and open-minded—a true gift when you’re trying to pull off “quiet luxury” on a real-world budget. Her personality shines through her work. She’s a calm, steady light in the whirlwind of wedding planning. And no matter what chaos unfolded, I knew Erin had it handled—and would hold people accountable with grace if needed. Honestly, I could go on forever about Erin and her team. ok all of my stress away and provided services more than just "day of" coordination. She assisted me with meeting with my venue a few times to ensure clarity and that I wasn't missing anything that needed to be discussed. She provided décor such as table vases/card holder/etc and she did ALL the flower arrangements for our ceremony, tables, bouquets and boutineers!! She also personally made these sweet name tags for mine and my husbands immediate family members that had seating arrangements and they loved them! She also kept in close communication with all my other vendors too. This was all on top of her regular coordination duties for the day of. She responded quickly anytime I had a question and made my wedding vision come to life. She truly went above and beyond and is amazing at what she does.
