I usually don't post a review about businesses. This is the exception. As Father of the groom, I was part of the planning for the wedding. I met David, the man behind the Rhythm Shop, and I knew immediately that this was not going to be a normal wedding!!!!!! From the moment our guests arrived until late that night when no one wanted to leave, the music played and played. Many people told us they came to a wedding and a concert broke out. It was like a Dance Party. The band, the vocalists, the dancers just had so much energy it became contagious. It was a truly amazing watching a company with such high standards, performing and enjoying what they do.

If you want your wedding to be a TRUE PARTY, look no further than Silver Pro Entertainment! This was the third time my family has used Rhythm Shop in the past 5 years and every single time they have surpassed our expectations! When I got engaged in 2020, I contacted David Silver immediately to find out available dates for Rhythm Shop. There was not going to be a wedding for me without this band! Back in 2017 when I first saw them perform at my sister's Bat Mitzvah, I told my parents that when I get married I MUST have them there! David is a pleasure to work with and his secretary Michelle will go out of their way to provide stellar customer service. For example, my first dance song was not in the band's repertoire and they learned it for us. In addition, my husband and I wanted a grand entrance that mashed JLO's "Let Get Loud" and Twisted Sister's "I Want To Rock" and David made it happen! My favorite part of the night was I got to perform with the band! I got up on stage and danced with the back up dancers to "Locked Out Of Heaven" because they knew how much I love to perform! In addition, every song sounded the way you hear it on a radio. This is what separates Rhythm Shop from other "wedding bands". They truly put on a performance and LOVE what they do! Our guests felt like they were at a concert and cannot stop RAVING about them! If you have the honor of attending a wedding where they are playing, or having them at your wedding you will be BEYOND LUCKY! I cannot recommend this band enough!

Silver Pro was incredibly organized and great to work with. We used The Party Shop. They had the dance floor packed the whole night and guests were raving about how good the music was. They made our wedding quite the party. We also used Silver Pro for a DJ at the afterparty, which was also incredible. Highly recommend!

The band leader, Andy Mathusek, was a no-show the day of our wedding. The lackluster substitute band leader did not follow specific, special instructions from our submitted form. The Party Shop band's appearance was not as vibrantly represented as on social media for our Black Tie wedding. The band members on stage were disrespectfully drinking, walking around & talking during the bride/father & groom/mother dances -which were sung karaoke style & not rehearsed & performed by the band as promised. The sound technician was asked to lower the volume several times but only obliged for a short moment. A professional and premium service was paid for but not delivered by Silver Pro Entertainment.

Andy and the Party Shop were amazing! There was one point in the night where I think every person at our wedding was on the dance floor and we had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding band they’d ever seen. Andy was great to work with leading up to the event and everything was exactly what we wanted!

The Party Shop was absolutely incredible to work with, both in the buildup to, and on our actual wedding day. Andy was such a great MC and set the party off without a hitch. They kept everyone on their feet and dancing throughout the night! We would highly recommend The Party Shop for any occasion!

The Groove Shop was absolutely amazing!! We couldn't have asked for a better, more talented, energetic band. We are so grateful to have them perform...they truly made the wedding! The Groove Shop is the best band you will ever hear. They made our wedding reception incredible, with a crowded dance floor the entire reception. The lead singers are gifted entertainers and they cover songs better than the original artists. Their playlist is so diverse too. Great, great, great to work with. Another band, American Deluxe was horrible -canceled on us 5 mos before wedding, so we were so fortunate that the Groove Shop was free and is soooo much better than ADB!!!Don’t hesitate to hire them! Best band ever! A real treat for all of our guests.

Hiring The Groove Shop for our wedding was the BEST decision we could have ever made! I truly can't speak highly enough of them. It was unbelievable to see every guest on the dance floor the entire night. I can't tell you how many people came up to us during and after the wedding to tell us that this was the best wedding band they've ever heard. TGS catered to the audience so well, from a 90s mashup, which was unlike anything I've ever heard at a wedding, to Bruce Springsteen to Dua Lipa to Earth Wind and Fire! Addie was an absolute pleasure to work with and the band absolutely nailed it. I will be telling everyone I know about TGS. If you're even debating it, stop now and book them!!!

I CANNOT say enough about The Groove Shop! I think almost every person told me how phenomenal the band was. They played so many genres of music and their mix of songs was right on. They were truly the best part of my wedding! Hire them!!! You will NOT be disappointed. And speak with Addie...she is the best to work with and will make sure you have exactly what you want!

It was such a pleasure working with Addie and the Silver Pro Entertainment team for my wedding. Addie’s knowledge and experience is such a great asset and I had complete confidence in her and her team. They provided music for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The Groove Shop played at our reception and made it the epic party we wanted our wedding to be. Their talent, energy and stage presence was felt by everyone and I had multiple people say they felt like they were at a wedding and a concert. All of our guests had such a great time on the dance floor and I would highly recommend the Groove Shop and Silver Pro Entertainment.

AMAZING. There is no other word to describe the Rhythm Shop. They are hands down the best band experience you can book for your wedding. I initially heard them at my friends wedding in 2014, and I knew then, I needed them whenever I got married. Fast forward to 2019 when I got engaged, and they were the first thing I booked (even before the venue!) They are super high energy, play literally all genres and decades of music, and never stop (they legit play through dinner-there is NEVER pre recorded music playing). Our guests were all over the map with a large range of ages and music preferences and our dance floor was packed the entire night. I cannot say enough about this band, if they are in your budget, do NOT think twice! We specifically had the Rhythm Shop, but they are part of SilverPro Entertainment, which includes two other bands. Aside from having the amazing band we did, the office staff and professionalism of SilverPro Entertainment is unmatched. They are in constant communication throughout the planing process, responded to every email I sent almost immediately, and are over the top nice. We were a COVID postponement, and they were the easiest vendor to move, with literally no issue. If you book with this company, you won’t regret it!!!

Hands down the best live wedding band I've ever experienced! We booked the Party Shop 8-piece band and not only did they have the best sound, widest range, and highest energy..... they were so accommodating leading up to our event and flexible with set up, song selection and overall event flow. The entire reception our guests didn't stop dancing and there was a song for everyone with their playlist covering almost every decade. I wish I could get married again just to have another live show from the Party Shop.

Booking the groove shop was one of the best, if not the best, decisions we made for our wedding! We've been to many weddings with bands and they are by far the best wedding band we've ever seen/heard! Throughout the night and following the wedding multiple people were asking our family members for the band's contact information. We agreed during the reception that the groove shop is the only band we ever want to hear at a wedding in the future! The range from the different vocalists is amazing - there were many songs throughout the night, including our first dance, where they sounded so close to the original guests thought they'd switched to the actual track. The groove shop does a phenomenal job reading the crowd and keeping the energy going. I could go on and on about how amazing they all are. Everyone in the office was so incredibly pleasant to work with. Our wedding was postponed from COVID, then almost cancelled from COVID before drastically changing venues and the groove shop/silver pro entertainment may have been the easiest vendor to work through these changes with.

We hired the Rythym Shop after seeing them at a friend's wedding (where they were incredible) and they delivered beyond our expectations! We got married in September 2020 and throughout all of the uncertainty caused by COVID, David and his team were great to work with. They put on an incredible show and we're a highlight of the evening leaving all our guests raving about how great they were. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot believe I am not writing this review until now. The Groove Shop was our wedding band in August 2019, and they were OUT OF THIS WORLD incredible. We chose the Groove Shop after multiple friends had been to weddings of theirs raved and convinced us we should trust them and just hire them without having ever heard them play because they were that confident that they were the right choice for us. Our wedding was in Newport, RI so we were hesitant about whether or not we needed to bring a band from the tri-state area, but the band was the most important thing to us, and WOW was it worth it. Michelle & Addie were amazing to work with, and the band was the best I have ever heard... and we have been to MANY weddings! We had vocalists sing our ceremony songs for the processional/recessional and our guests told us they had chills the entire time from how gorgeous their voices were and immediately started to tear when they heard them. I could not agree more, it was absolutely beautiful- so moving and emotional and made the ceremony extra special. I truly think Groove Shop's versions of the songs were even better than the original. For the party, we didn't want to give any direction regarding song choices as it was clear from our conversations with Addie that they did not need any, and it became evident they certainly did not! The band kept the dance floor packed the entire night with their perfect mix of hits and older tunes. Their energy is amazing and they are so incredibly talented. Even the in between songs during dinner service etc. were more than just intermission music, they were beautiful performances. To this day, our guests tell us how much they loved our band and multiple engaged couples asked for their information to hire them immediately. I hope we get to attend a wedding with the Groove Shop ASAP because I want to hear them perform again so badly! They are a dream wedding band and anyone reading this should hire them without hesitation :) THANK YOU, GROOVE SHOP!

This A+ review is for The Party Shop!! Thank you Michelle for matching us with them, they were just what we wanted. We thought their pricing was very fair compared to all the other bands we reached out to. They were extremely open to our ideas. We were able to have a 9-piece band for our reception which included 2 musicians (pianist and saxophonist) for the cocktail hour and 1 musician (guitarist) for our ceremony. We even had my friend who is a Broadway singer accompany the acoustic guitar as I walked down the aisle. Andy as the MC was enthusiastic, uplifting, hilarious and so much fun! His communication with my husband and I was fantastic, as were his suggestions and openness. He did a great job with everyone's introductions and keeping us on a schedule. He even let my Broadway friend come on stage during the reception and sing with the band. The best part of the night was when they played "Rosalita" by Bruce Springsteen with my husband as the lead vocalist (which they had planned beforehand)! The next day, multiple guests overheard locals and staff members from our venue talking about "that wedding last night with the AMAZING band"! It was the highlight for sure! I would recommend this band, and company, to anyone and everyone :)

We used The Party Shop as our wedding band which was recommended to us by family friends who used one of the other two bands in the Silver Pro Entertainment group. (That specific one was booked on our date already, so we went with The Party Shop instead.) And they did a PHENOMENAL job. Guests still rave about how awesome the band was almost 2 years later! We had an extremely tumultuous wedding planning process due to a variety of extenuating circumstances so to have the overall flow of events go smoothly that evening thanks to Andy's expertise was such an incredible relief. It was one part of the night I didn't even have to think about. He made us feel calm, relaxed, and like he was in control. The Party Shop got all of our special requests in, including: our first dance, my parents' wedding song, a college song I wanted to make sure I was on the dance floor for instead of chatting with guests for, and they even coordinated with my friend to sing us a song which was absolutely magical and one of the highlights of our wedding day! They also played a great mix that had guests of all ages dancing hard all night long. (And side note: they made sure to stay away from our Do Not Play list.) Andy didn't miss a single detail the entire evening. Every member of the band was energetic, professional, and Silver Pro entertainment even lets you choose the general type of outfits they wear to go with your theme. (Formal, semi-formal, fun, etc.) For the price, the reliability, the talent, and professionalism just do yourself a favor, stop looking at other bands, and choose one of these three wedding bands for your big day!

There is no question -- hire the Rhythm Shop!!! We had heard amazing reviews about this band beforehand, but they exceeded those high expectations. Guests cannot stop raving about our incredible band!! Hosting a rocking party was a top priority for us and this talented, energetic and on point band kept the dance floor packed the entire night. People could not stop dancing and smiling from ear-to-ear, and you can rely on these seasoned professionals to manage the flow of the night perfectly. David & Michelle were also a pleasure to work with: responsive, accommodating, flexible and very open to working with us on some unconventional ceremony music. If 100 stars was an option that is what The Rhythm Shop deserves. They were absolutely fantastic. Our guests were blown away by their performance all night at our wedding last Saturday 8/24/19 at the Park Chateau. I am so glad my husband pushed me to get a band for our wedding. It was the best decision we made and it was honestly what made the night !! From start to finish they had people on their feet whether the music was fast or slow. They were flawless. We asked them to sing a lot of Spanish music and they mastered every single song we asked for. It was a perfect mix of music of new and old school. The way they engage the crowd is just awesome. Everyone was feeling the music the entire night. David and Michelle were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. David assured me the band would learn my song to dance with my father - and if it’s possible I think I loved their version more than the original. If I could, I would relive our wedding party with the rhythm shop over and over again and absolutely recommend silver pro entertainment to any one !! You know what they say the band makes the wedding! Andy and the band members from The Party Shop where fantastic!The music never stopped. (Literally) They really recognized the type of music that the crowd liked to listen to, and played to the crowd. They learned all the songs we requested. Everyone was on there feet dancing most of the night. Everyone including the Maître d’ kept commenting on how good the band was. Friends and family where calling the next day to comment on how fantastic the band was. Thank you Andy and the band members from The Party shop for making my daughter’s day perfect!

Literally, the best band ever. They made the entire night. Incredible musicians with out of control talent and energy and absolute professionalism. They played a wide array of music from classic Italian for my husband's family to Gangnam style for my Korean family. Their dance moves, their voices, and their style made the night look and feel like the highest class event and they kept the party going all night. We booked the Groove shop for our wedding in March at Vie in Philly and they did not disappoint. From start to finish they brought the energy to the room and all of our guests were on the dance floor the entire wedding!! My guest are still raving and taking about this band!!!! The Groove will sing any song and even learned one of Lady Gaga new songs for our first dance. This band is the best band in the tri-state area!!!! The Rhythm Shop is a spectacular band. We rarely left the dance floor at our wedding. The team is incredible - so talented and full of energy. They interacted with our guests on the dance floor all night. The Rhythm Shop also worked through a few challenging elements of our wedding. For example, we did not have a sit-down dinner, so the timeline was not as traditional. However, the music transitions were seamless. We also wanted music piped throughout the whole venue including a tent, and they were able to make that happen after working with our wedding planner Joan Glenn of 6 Degrees of Celebration. I was thrilled that The Rhythm Shop incorporated many of our favorite songs throughout the night. They did an excellent job reading the energy of the crowd. We couldn’t recommend The Rhythm Shop more highly.

If I could give The Party Shop 10 stars, I would and still would not be enough to express the excellence that is this band. We just got married on Friday and all of our guests have been raving about is The Party Shop. They made the night incredibly fun and provided the best entertainment I could have imagined. Booking the Groove Shop for our wedding was the best decision we made! The band was INCREDIBLE and we had so much genuine fun all night long! All of our guests have been raving about the band ever since, saying they're the best wedding band they've ever heard, and we completely agree!! Everyone was dancing all night long-from our teenage cousins to my grandmother's 85 year old friend who said this was the first time she danced in over two years! I cannot say enough fantastic things about this band. We used Dave + Rhythm Shop after seeing them at a cousin's wedding, and boy, are they worth EVERY penny. They are the ultimate professionals, they know exactly how to make the party flow and keep the energy UP. No one sat down at our wedding, even when meal time was happening there was always a constant flow of music. If there's one thing you do right for your wedding, it's to hire these guys, they are GANGBUSTERS!!!!!!

Second kid...second time hiring the Rhythm Shop! Just do it already! They are truly the best in the business! Music DOES make the party, make no mistake about that. You want all your guests up dancing the night way. My daughter's reception was on 9/22/18 in Westchester County, New York. I can't tell you how many people came up to me that night telling me that this was the BEST BAND THEY EVER HEARD AT A WEDDING! One guest said it was like being at a concert. Dave Silver is a true professional. He worked with my daughter on specific music she wanted to enter with and dance with her husband and they did it perfectly. He will work with you on anything and everything you want played at the reception. His goal is to get every generation up on the floor and they succeed very well in doing that. I added more horns to our evening, and it is well worth the money. Before we hired him for our son's wedding two years ago in NYC, I had heard them at several weddings before that. Just terrific! I wish I had another daughter to do this all over again! Don't hesitate! You want your reception to rock and they bring the heat and the fun! I can't say enough about them. Truly a pleasure to work with and such nice people....!

My wife and I got married in October last year and cannot express in words how amazing The Groove Shop was! They absolutely blew us and our wedding guests away. Wow, wow, WOW! It is hard to even put into words just how AMAZING Addie, Suzie, Andy, and the rest of The Party Shop truly are. I knew that that they would be amazing, but they totally exceeded our expectations. From the planning process to the day of our wedding, everything was flawless. My husband and I got married at The Wilshire Grand, which has a large dance floor. It was filled the ENTIRE night, as our guests were having the best time dancing with the band. They sound exactly like all of the varieties of songs they perform, they sing and dance nonstop throughout the event, AND it is evident that they have fun doing it. Our only wish is that we could do it all again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

If I thought this band was good 5 years ago when I used them for my other daughters wedding, boy was I wrong. The last of my daughters wedding was this past Saturday night and this band absolutely killed it!!!!!!! They are truly amazing and the dance floor was packed the entire night. Every single person at the wedding said they were the best band they ever heard. The horn section is beyond sick, and the singers are more entertainers than anything else. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!

Loved working with Suzie, Andy and the rest of the team for a wedding in NJ last weekend. They were beyond organized and able to go with the flow on the day of the wedding. You could barely keep the guests in their seats with the awesome music. Five huge stars all around!

The Party Shop were, without doubt, the highlight of our wedding. Throughout the night and the in the days after, friends and family kept saying how amazing the music and our band were, and, more importantly, that’s exactly what my wife and I thought! The key focus for us whilst planning this wedding was for it to be fun and have great music. The Party Shop not only didn’t disappoint but they exceeded our expectations. From the moment we first spoke to the band leader, Andy, his infectious excitement and attitude put us at ease and we knew we were in good hands. However, even with high expectations, we didn’t account for just how big an impact they would have on our night. Andy and the band were excellent from start to finish, bringing an energy that got the crowd going from the first song through to the excellent finale. Andy constantly interacted with the crowd, making it feel like everyone’s party rather than just their performance. Even when they took “a break”, a couple of the band members stayed on stage and did a couple of slow numbers so, essentially, the performance was non-stop. We opted for the 10-piece version, with all four vocalists (two male, two female), and I’d certainly recommend doing the same, if money permits. The four singers complimented each other perfectly and it meant that whatever song they picked they would nail it. The other great thing was that it was a performance that got all ages up and dancing - from 8 years old to 70 years old, everyone loved it. Is it an expensive alternative to hiring a DJ? Yes. Was the Party Shop worth it? Without doubt. Every last cent. I couldn’t recommend the Party Shop more highly. Thank you, Andy, and thank you, everyone else in the band, for making our day so memorable to us and our guests.

Addie Silver, Silver Pro Entertainment, The Groove Shop. Our daughter recently got married in Poughkeepsie N.Y. The Groove Shop, a Silver Pro Entertainment group band, out of East Hanover, New Jersey provided the music. We had the wonderful standard 11-piece band. This band could probably do a very sedate, lay back affair. However, if you are looking for an exciting, high energy, dance all night party, this would be the band for you. Our guests, even the ones that don’t usually dance, could not resist the magic of the music and by extension, the dance floor. While our ceremony was beautiful, the party really started with the first musical note. The music was just fantastic. The MC, Charles, engaged the guests throughout. When the horns came out onto the dance floor they added to the already unbounded high energy. Prior to the wedding I had asked Addie to perform four specific songs. Two of them were already in her repertoire, and two were not. One of them was the eponymous song “To Sir With Love” from the movie with same name. This was to be the song for the father daughter dance. The band learned it for us, there was not a dry eye in the house. The other was a Paul Stookey song (Paul of Peter, Paul, and Mary) “The Wedding Song”. Again, Addie learned it and performed it. Addie Silver and The Groove Shop were fantastic. Their incredible timing was in concert with the reception dinner. The musicians individually and collectively were remarkable. There are insufficient superlatives to describe Silver Pro Entertainments: The Groove Shop. I, without any reservation, highly recommend them.

The music makes a wedding, hands down, and TRS' music is the most fun, exciting and crowd pleasing out there. I've been to many, many weddings and so have all my family and friends, the feedback we got from everyone was that TRS is the best band out there. Our guests said they have never heard music like that (and thats coming from weddings with 25+ piece bands). TRS just blows the competition out of the water, there is no contest in our opinion. We had the best time of our lives and so did our guests, and even our vendors that never heard them perform were blown away. TRS performed at my SILs wedding and now is a must-have for anyone that wants their guests to have the time of their lives!!!

The Groove Shop is the GREATEST wedding band of all time!!!! They put on a concert for our Christmas wedding this past December!!!! We have had so many people call and text us regarding how incredible they are. They are also the nicest people to work with. I can’t wait for my sisters to get married so I can relive it all over again!!!

Where to begin! David Silver and his band absolutely made our wedding! Still to today, people are still talking about our wedding band. They were instantly able to read to crowd and knew exactly what to play. More than 80% of our wedding guests never left the dance floor throughout the entire night. I am lucky to have all of my grandparents alive (85+) and it was beyond touching to me how The Groove Shop was able to incorporate them. They had the time of their lives. For me the bride, they allowed me to go on stage and sing songs with them which was a complete highlight for me. As for my husband who is not a dancer at all, the band made jokes at him throughout the night which brought tons of laugher to the evening. If you are on budget ditch the fantasy decorations and the desserts (no one cares about that stuff), splurge on the band as people will be talking about it for years to come! If I could give 100+ stars I would. It's hard to put into words how happy and appreciative I am that The Groove Shop performed at our wedding in June. Booking The Groove Shop was the best and easiest decision we made. We shopped around and listened to more than 10 bands before deciding on The Groove Shop - my husband was very keen on picking the best. As soon as we heard them at their showcase, we knew they were the band for our wedding! I'm a list person so here are all of the reasons why you should book the Groove Shop: Pre-Wedding: 1. Addie. From day one, she made us feel like we were part of the Groove Shop/Silver Pro family. 2. Fairly, competitively priced and WORTH EVERY PENNY. 3. Professional. From management, the staff behind the scenes to every single band member - everyone was professional and respectful. 4. To be 100% honest, one of the lead singers left the band before our wedding (she was with the band for many years and got an INCREDIBLE gig in Seattle). We were devastated when we found out because that was our worst case scenario but instead of saying "it is what it is" Addie went out of her way to make sure we were happy. We had meetings with her to review replacements and while I loved the original lead singer, the new one was just as amazing - if not more!! Wedding: 1. You will say "OMG - I can't believe this band is at our wedding." 2. I thought Marc Broussard was singing our first dance song because it was PERFECT. I've heard of so many bands saying they can't sing a first dance song because they don't know it but that was not the case at all. 3. They played a wide range of songs from oldies but goodies to brand new songs that came out on the radio a week prior. 4. The horn section blew my mind. They even came out on the dance floor for an epic horns performance. 5. The singers - no words. They were beyond incredible. They sang EVERY song perfectly. Never off key, never a note that was too high for them to hit. Even more than their off the wall talent, they were part of our wedding - dancing and singing with all of our guests. 6. There is nothing worse than when you are at a wedding with a live band and you hear music being played through a computer because the band is on their break. There was not a minute at our wedding where live music was not being played. When the band was on break I didn't even notice. Someone was always performing whether playing keyboard or an instrument or singing a solo. 7. My brother even danced! 8. I had FUN!!! My husband and I said that all we wanted to do at the wedding was dance and we most certainly did. Post-Wedding At least once a week since our wedding people have said something about the band at our wedding. Some texts/emails I received and continue to receive: "What was the name of your band? My friend is getting married next year and they need to book them!!" "I wish i had an event to plan so I could have your band perform again" "I've been to five weddings since yours and the bands don't even come close to the band at your wedding" "How did you find that band?!?!" "I had chills when they sang The Prayer - and in perfect Italian" "I told my son he has to book your band for his wedding next year!" I could keep going but the moral of the story: BOOK THE GROOVE SHOP NOW!!!

Since David kicks back to the knot for referrals or advertising etc they will never post a bad review. Be warned David will screw you to make an extra penny

We had The Party Shop come to our outdoor wedding. Not only was the band amazing, since they were able to accommodate requested songs, but Andy, was amazing as an MC and se the mood for the entire party!! They nailed the first dance song, the father daughter dance song, and mother son dance song. We had so much fun that by the end all the wedding guest didn't want them to leave calling for an encore!! Both my father and father in law did not leave the dance floor for 4 hours and they told me its the most they have ever danced since their 20's. I couldn't recommend them more. It comes with a one hour cocktail hour before hand, with 3 musicians, which was also absolutely perfect. Thank you so much Party Shop!!

We hired the Groove Shop for our wedding in August and could not have been happier! The band is absolutely PHENOMENAL - there are no other words! When we first went to see them at their showcase a year before our wedding, we were blown away by their talent and knew we had to book them for our reception. After reserving our date, working with Addie in the months leading up to the wedding was easy and seamless. She is not only organized, responsive, and detail oriented, but also such a genuine person! She and her team are truly the best in the business, and it shows! At our wedding, the band was outstanding. What do you say about the best band in the business?!? The Rhythm Shop is perfection. They performed at our wedding on 7/2/17 in NJ, and the band and singers were out of this world. It felt like we were at a several-hours long concert of all of the best songs of the past 30-40 years. I have never heard praises from guests about a band like I did at our wedding. People were TRULY blown away! Each and every guest commented on how fabulous the band was and how they were the best wedding band they had ever heard, bar none. They are an unbelievably talented group (their range is ridiculously impressive) and their ability to enlist and engage the crowd is really something to behold. Their energy, enthusiasm, smiles, and talent really elevated our wedding festivities above any other and we could not be happier with what they brought to the table. David Silver was a DELIGHT to work with, and really ensured all of our favorite songs were played even better than on the albums. From the processional to cocktail hour, to of course, the reception, his team is truly not on par with anyone else. I also love that what you see is what you get - they are not a big corporation where you may hear one singer at the showcase, but get another the day of your wedding. You will fall in love with them at a showcase, and those are the exact same performers who will show up on your wedding day. They feel like a family and truly bring and radiate that warmth at your event. I am SO lucky we were able to secure them for our big day, and can't sing their praises highly enough!!!! I assure you, you will not regret hiring them - you will just make everyone else envious that they didn't do the same!

My husband and I hired The Rythm Shop for our wedding this past March and they were OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING. David Silver was a pleasure to work with and helped us make our dreams a reality. All of our guests raved about the band and afterwards, people said they have never seen the dance floor so full at a wedding. The Rhythm Shop band was awesome. We hired them for a retirement party. We met with Dave the owner who was accommodating, listened to our wants, and helped us to prepare the music for our party. We attended a showcase that solidified our decision to hire the Rhythm Shop and to get the "Whole Enchilada" package which included 16 band members, 5 singers and 11 musicians. During the cocktail hour, we had a rotating trio ensemble playing continuously throughout the hour. When we moved into the main ballroom, the 16 member band took our guests by surprise. The singers were engaging and interacting with our guests on the dance floor throughout the evening. The music never stopped. We are still getting calls about the music and the band on how true to the sound of each song was to the original artist or band. This band made our entire wedding! First, working with David (the owner) was easy, professional, and fabulous. He listened to our requests and truly grasped our musical vision. Our guests did not leave the dance floor the entire evening! We had a 12 piece band complete with four singers who not only performed above and beyond our expectations but engaged with the entire crowd and rustled everyone out of their seats. My husband always wanted to have a wedding band and after this experience I cannot fathom people booking DJs. If you are in the New Jersey area and looking to really make your wedding stand out you MUST hire The Rhythm Shop! My husband already wants to book them in 10 years for his 40th birthday. Again, FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS!!!

OUTSTANDING!! Worth every penny for sure! If you are looking for a live band The Rhythm Shop is who you want to go with. They play everything, from pop current songs to traditional cultural songs. They are extremely accommodating and will play to your tastes and crowd. For having a smaller wedding (just under 100 people) I was a little concerned the 12 piece ensemble would take over the space, but they did not. They are a powerful group, but know how to work the space. I requested both Portuguese and Irish tunes for both sides of the family and they accommodated. The band manager, David, is extremely professional, energetic and down to earth. We had a such a great time planning out our reception music with him! I cannot say enough about the Rhythm Shop! I knew they were great, but at my wedding they seemed better than ever! Best thing at my wedding for me and my guests!!

AH-MAH-ZING is all I can say. People literally thought it was a DJ while walking from cocktail hour into the ballroom and upon seeing a 13 piece band got PUMPED. Then got even more pumped when they saw just how amazing this band is. I had almost every person from the wedding say "where did you find this band? - they are incredible (interchange that with insane, amazing, sick, and a thousand other synonyms and you have what I heard about this band). They are literally the epitome of amazing wedding band. They got everyone up and dancing, made everyone happy, and they were so easy to work with. David Silver is incredible and so easy and will do anything to make your party fantastic. My family friends are having them at their affair in august and to be honest I cannot wait to hear them again because they are insanely out of this world amazing and made the night of my dreams happen. The Groove Shop is one of the most amazing wedding bands out there. After just recently having them perform at my daughter's wedding, they definitely did not disappoint. They delivered everything as they promised and then some. You feel like you are at a concert and given the opportunity to dance the night away. Thank you for making this an even more magical night for my daughter, her new husband and all of those able to share in this amazing event.

Awesome party! People are still at awe at how amazing the music was at our wedding. I mean it doesn't get any better than live reggae!!! Addie was a pleasure to work with and accommodated all of our request. The only negative thing I can say is that they messed up our introductions. People weren't lined up in order but that was ok I don't think anyone noticed. However we were supposed to go out with the singers in front of us and the rest of the bad behind us and I think they completely forgot and all was a mess when we came out.. Ok well it wasn't really that bad but I was really looking forward to it.

After attending the wedding of a friend where The Groove Shop played, my husband and I knew instantly that there was no way we were planning our own wedding without them there. Addie was amazing to work with from our first meeting, offering us not only band info, but general wedding planning advice as well, which was just so sweet of her. She also made sure that even though we had seen The Groove Shop play, that we still watched a show case to make sure we were 100% sure of our decision-how awesome is that? There is not enough text space to even describe how amazing the band is at what they do, and how much my fiancé and I and all of our guests are still talking about them weeks afterwards. The singers and musicians are all just so ridiculously talented that everyone the next day just kept saying, "I miss the band.." "I didn't want them to stop!", "That was by far the best wedding ever!!" (which I am sure everyone says, but with The Groove Shop, I know they meant it) You must go to their website or FB page to watch clips of their performances..just a. mazing. My husband and I are already trying to find any future events we could potentially plan just to give us a reason to hire the band again. Our family and friends all say they would pay money just to go to such an event..The Groove Shop is *that good. Maybe a vow renewal in the future... ;)

There are literally no words to describe TRS other than EXCEPTIONAL! We knew TRS would be our wedding band from the moment we saw them at their showcase-everyone was dancing and standing the entire hour, so we knew the same would go for our wedding! David Silver is the definition of professional. Every meeting and conversation was smooth sailing, and the band even learned our wedding song, which was not in their repitoire ( BTW, they nailed it)! We had a cello and a pianist also for our ceremony which was beautiful. Both TRS and the ceremony music were and continue to be the talk of our wedding. No one sat down the entire evening, they played throughout the evening, non stop, and everyone in attendance fed off of their energy. I couldn't be happier that TRS was a part of our amazing day at the Park Savoy because if it wasn't for them, my wedding would not have been the same. Do not look any further for a band; if you want the best, and I mean THE BEST, TRS is it. I hope I can attend a wedding as a guest with them someday soon!

I am not even sure where to begin... I first heard of RS from my parents who had seen them perform at a Wedding they were guests at. As soon as we got engaged we attended the RS's showcase which they hold in their beautiful studio. My Husband and I were completely floored and knew we had to have them at our Wedding. We planned our entire Wedding around the Rhythm Shop's availability. When we went venue shopping I brought around their fall availability and chose our date around it. David and his assistant Melissa were a pleasure to work with. They both were extremely responsive whenever we needed anything at all. The meeting with David leading up to our event couldn't have run any smoother. It was such a relieve to know we were in such great hands each step of the way. I can't rave enough about how incredible our Wedding was because of David Silver and his band. All our guests haven't stopped talking about how great they were. No one sat down expect to eat dinner and dessert the entire night. The evening was one big celebration. We coordinated our ceremony music, cocktail hour music and our after party through the RS as well. They were able to help us plan a karaoke after party at the Crystal Plaza after our reception. A few of the band members stuck around and helped our guests along sing along as they played in the background. It was a night we will never forget and we couldn't have done it without the help of Silver Pro Entertainment. Please don't look anywhere else for a band for your upcoming Wedding or event. They're the absolute best in the business!!!

There are hardly words to describe how amazing The Groove Shop really is! We knew we wanted the band to be the focus of our reception and we were not disappointed! From the very beginning, Addie was easy and fun to work with, and was incredibly helpful in finalizing our intro songs and the reception set list. She also played the piano beautifully during our cocktail hour and the (very!) few times the band took a break during the course of the evening. That band though… just perfection! 4 amazing singers, an impressive (and LOUD!) brass section, an wonderful MC, and an overall incredible range of talent from every person involved. They even learned our first dance song but you would never know they hadn’t been playing it for years. The Groove Shop kept everyone engaged and on the dance floor the entire night and our guests couldn’t stop raving about them. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

The Rhythm Shop Killed it!! We tend to be people who are typically underwhelmed by wedding bands, as we feel like a lot of them put their own spin on songs to the point where it makes it difficult to sing along to. But the Rhythm Shop did anything but that. They hit every song they sang right on the head. And they did it with so much energy, getting the crowd involved whenever they could. But most impressive is the depth of instruments (16 to be exact) and members in the group that allow them to basically perform any song, and play it perfectly. We had so many people tell us that the Rhythm Shop the best wedding band they had ever heard, but there were even more people who expressed that feeling over social media, completely unprompted, meaning they weren’t just telling us to be nice, but because they truly believed it. And I absolutely echo that sentiment. Bands can certainly make or break a wedding, and the Rhythm Shop made sure that ours was absolutely memorable. And we’ll be forever grateful to them for that.

We used The Groove Shop for our wedding this past August at The Pleasantdale Chateau. They were beyond amazing! They were able to perform a variety of genres and knew exactly when to mix it up. They were entertaining and energetic...occasionally interacted with the crowd, but it did not feel like they were imposing. The guys on the horns are incredible! I saw The Rhythm Shop at a wedding before my now husband and I were even engaged and I promised myself that I would book them for my wedding one day. When that time came, we booked The Groove Shop as one of our first vendors. From the start, the band leader, Addie was an absolutely joy to work with. My husband was very nervous about getting a band, but when we met with Addie for our planning meeting, all of his fears went away. When the wedding reception finally arrived, I was absolutely euphoric about the how amazing the band was. I can't even count the number of people who came up to me at the wedding and told me that The Groove Shop was the most incredible band they had ever seen at a wedding. They are so much more than just a wedding band. The dance floor was packed the entire night and it's all thanks to The Groove Shop. It was an absolutely phenomenal experience. My dad and I danced to God Only Knows and the whole time my dad kept turning around because he didn't believe it wasn't the actual Beach Boys playing the song! The band learned a new song for mine and my husband's entrance and everyone adored it. I could go on and on about how wonderful The Groove Shop was. Our wedding was the best day of my life and so much of that was due to The Groove Shop. I cannot possibly thank them enough! Do not have any doubts about booking them for your wedding!!

The Groove Shop did an excellent job at our wedding at the Botanic Garden in Brooklyn. They learned a new song for our first dance and absolutely killed it. BOOK THEM! They are amazing. We looked at other bands and and most were "rolodex" bands so you weren't guaranteed the same people you just watched would play at your wedding, I wasn't comfortable with that. The Rhythm Shop has been playing together for (I think 20+) years and what a difference that makes. David was so great and easy to work with. He checked in on us throughout the night to make sure everything was going the way we wanted. I warned David when we had originally met that I didn't know many people that wouldn't dance at our wedding, not sure if he believed me, but boy was I right. I remember standing with my dad at the edge of the room at one point in the night and we could count the people sitting down on one hand. The energy between the band and our guests made the night one that not many people are going to forget.

The best night of my life because of the BEST BAND EVER!! First thing everyone said to me your bans is amazing. Addie and the Groove shop are the most amazing to work with and the best band. We booked The Party Shop after seeing a live demo at their studios in New Jersey. Steve Johnson from Silver Pro Entertainment, the band leader, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was available to talk at night and go over the songs and specifications that we wanted for the day of the wedding. Their sound was amazing and kept people on the dance floor the entire night. Their play list varied from Salsa music to the classics, and everyone raved about how good they were. They did not stop playing the entire night which is exactly what we were looking for. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a band, we cant say enough positive things about their professionalism and performance.
