our driver did not know where he was going when he took the groomsmen to the location for photos and was given an address. Apparently our driver had asked my husband and the groomsmen to google on their phones where to go which they should not need to do being that the company had the addresses to our destinations. Afterward, going back to the venue before our ceremony we were told to pay the remaining balance in cash- with everything being crazy that day I asked if the company would accept Venmo. I was told he would have to call and found out. Our driver literally stood outside the door at our ceremony (as I am about to walk down the isle) telling me that I am being ridiculous making him wait for a Venmo payment. We were fighting against time with a massive thunderstorm. When the ceremony was over, our driver was right there waiting for me at the end of the isle asking for my Venmo payment which I gave him after being told numerous times that he would only take cash. In the future I would probably not use them as a car service simply because of only accepting cash and lingering in the background at my ceremony waiting for his payment.

Not only was Ronny a great driver but he made sure that our needs were met at all times, he even adjusted my train before I walked down the aisle. After our ceremony, the wedding party was greeted to a red carpet service and champagne provided by Silver Star. Prompt service, clean vehicle, great driver and overall a great choice for our wedding day.

e got to each of our destinations on time. They provided exceptional and safe service! Upon arriving at the church, both chauffeurs helped me get into the church. Before walking down the aisle, they even made sure to straighten out the long train of dress and the cathedral length veil which was catching on the church's rug in the entryway. I truly don't know what I would have done without them! On the way to our location for taking pictures, we had 4 little boys in one of the limos who were so excited for the experience and naturally had lots of questions. The chauffeur of that limo, went out his way to keep the mirror down between him and the back so that the boys could look out the front window and he so diligently answered every one of their endless questions. Their parents could not stop thanking him for being so kind to their children and making it an unforgettable experience for them. Our limo was also amazing! They were both extremely clean without any smoke smell in them (a huge bonus)! They truly take care of their fleet which helped us easily choose them for our vendor. We loved the option of being able to plug in a phone and play our own music in the back. We even had a coach bus take guests from the hotel to the venue and back. They, once again, were on time and the bus was very clean. The drivers were kind! One of them even helped a guest with balance issues safely disembark. We could not recommend a better transportation company!

s written by my now husband: Let me preface this by stating the house where we (groom and groomsmen) were getting ready is a bit hard to find and at the bottom of a long hill. To make things easier, I told the limo driver to meet us on the street. When we got to the street we start waiting and see him go past us in the wrong direction. I called him and it took around 10 minutes for him to get to us from there. I understand it’s a hard house to find, but he wasn’t even on the correct street. Not a huge deal since we allowed for buffer time, but it will be important later.. We got to the church fine (although the limo definitely went over some sidewalks throughout the trip) and the rest of the pickup/drop off was okay. After we got married, we had arranged for 30 minutes at the church for doing pictures, with departure at 330. While doing photos, at around 327 our driver Ronnie burst into the church and approached my groomsmen/bridesmaids asking “you wanna pay for overtime? Who’s paying for overtime?”. I understand that he wanted us to be aware of timing and to get moving, but the manner in which he did so was horribly unprofessional. A simple “it’s 330, we should get moving so we don’t need any overtime” would have been fine. I had introduced myself at drop off so he also should have known that I was the groom and to not talk to our wedding party about payment. It was also frustrating because our timeline was cut short because he was late in the first place. We were in the limo at 332. Finally, we arrived at the venue and Ronnie says “I got you here with 8 minutes to spare so you wouldn’t get overtime” like he was doing us a huge favor. The whole situation irked me. Overall, Silverstar was fine since everything was done as promised, but the professionalism that you would expect was lacking. I will be bringing this review up to them so they are made aware of the issue.

e timing of the last payment (I was running late the day of the rehearsal dinner when I was supposed to pay them) they were very flexible so I appreciated that. The only other issue is that the limo arrived 20 minutes early at the hotel to take me to the venue and they had the front desk call up to my room and that made me feel rushed. But besides that it was great.

and the driver was great. We utilized a 50 person coach bus to get guests from hotel to venue and guests were very pleased with their experience! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is they were a bit late to my house (ten minutes) which did make me a bit anxious! In the long run it was not a big deal but it was nerve racking thinking I would be late to my own ceremony.

reception was in Tarrytown. It helped that we got this transportation close to the venue. We only had to pay for the transfer to come back to pick us up after the reception instead of waiting and getting charged for it, same for the transport for the pictorial. It was great and made the whole experience not stressful...exactly what any couple want on their wedding day.
