ake an appointment. To my surprise, they immediately started helping us. Despite how busy they were, and being a walk-in customer, I never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. My consultant gave me all the time in the world and was as nice and as patient as could be. I even had a smaller budget as far as wedding dresses go, and they were just as attentive as they would have been if I had been spending over $1,000. This was the very first store we went wedding dress shopping at, and I ended up picking the second dress I tried on (one that the manager picked out for me). To top it all off, they ended up giving me an INCREDIBLE deal when my dress was over my budget. They have a huge dress selection, anything you could want was there. I truly found my dream dress. I suggest going in open minded, because the first dress I tried on was everything I thought I wanted, and what ended up being my dress was the one I tried on after that. I’ve never seen another bride with a dress like it, and I’m very much in love with it. I’ll never forget that day, it was so special, and the staff at Simone’s was a huge part of that. Thank you so much to everyone at Simone’s!

The other employee seemed annoyed that we were there without an appointment and even when asking for the bathroom when I got confused downstairs the blonde girl was rude and said “she didn’t know right now”. Customer Service in that place is weird and pressuring. I would suggest a new receptionist and some employees who know where the powder room is! Bridal shopping is supposed to be fun and unless you have an appointment with them they don’t want to bother with you.

nd for at least 20 minutes a creepy guy that identified himself as the "manager" finally greeted us then quickly scurried off. He seemed more interested in talking with his coworker than he did us. He returned after about another 10 minutes with his only explanation being that they were busy. Except at that point in time we were the only ones left in the store! Customer service is important when it comes to picking out my dress for my special day so we decided to leave here and never return. Save yourself the trip to this place and head elsewhere.

was for me to pay for additional alterations. Why should I pay more for alterations whenever they're the ones that completely messed up? If you're looking for a place to get it right, this is not the place for you. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

a chance and went shopping in Hanover. We stopped at another store with little success, before walking (in like the 95 degree weather!) down the street to Simone's. There was a sale going on and I hadn't made an appointment, but Simone welcomed my mom and I in to look at their sale room. While we were just browsing, Simone brought in binders that had sleeves upon sleeves of pictures of dresses she said they had upstairs (which made it super easy to look at instead of hanging in the bags). Simone mentioned if any caught my eye, she'd bring them down for me to try on. A little while later, I had about 5 pictures pulled. Simone came back over and said, "I finished up my one appointment a little early. How about we try on a few of these?" to which she took my selected images, disappeared for a few moments, and came back with the dresses. I tried on four dresses with Simone, but fell in love with the first one I had on. Simone helped me back into the beautiful Maggie Sottero dress and it was a done deal. I'm very thankful for the accommodations made by Simone and her team! Her service was wonderful and she knew what she was doing. Simone turned my day from, "I'll just browse and schedule a time to come back later" into "I'm saying YES at Simone's!". Thank you!!

t. I never felt like a “nag” or like I was being rushed. The communication from staff and appointment reminders were very helpful. I highly recommend Simones, I have absolutely no complaints!

ok like instead of shuffling through a rack and passing over things that don't look as good on the hanger. At previous appointments, my color (cranberry) was never one they had samples of and I was too nervous to choose from a swatch. Simone's had a ton of designers and full dress samples in the colors. There was one particular designer I liked before (jasmine b2) but couldn't find the perfect dress. Simone's had so many of her styles I had never even seen before and loved. The girls that helped us were nice, knowledgeable, patient, and honest. They helped us narrow it down to two final choices and gave us all the information and pros and cons of both. Now I just have to decide! Thanks for your awesome service and the end to my painful and long bridesmaid dress search!

d be impossible. I needed an appointment with an alteration lady before discovering it couldn't be altered. Now I have a dress I can't wear. Be very cautious if buying online.

I absolutely fell in love with the dress. It's Mori Lee, and was extremely reasonable in price compared to other bridal shops I had been to. I bought it on the spot!!

t sit there with you or look at what ideas you bring with you. They don't pressure you but if you know what you want, they do make you wait. Once I started to try on a few dresses, they started pulling some other dresses that fit my style. I found an amazing dress on my own there and I loved it. I would recommend using your own seamstress. Theirs was very nice and did a very good job but every fitting appointment I had to wait for her to get there. She said the alterations were very minimal and wouldn't be much, yet she charged me $$$. She told me that I would be able to take my dress after my final fitting but when I got there to try it on, it still had pins in and was yet to be cleaned and steamed.

essica, who was always kind and accommodating. The owner, was rude and pushy. Neither she nor her sales associates started any of the 4 appointments I had there on time. I also didn't feel as though she listened to what I wanted or my concerns, she just wanted me to buy crazy shoes and hair pieces that weren't my style. The seamstress was the saving grace of this place. She was kind, listened to my concerns and altered my dress perfectly. While I was waiting for my turn with the seamstress ($35 sitting fee), I watched another bride with her. During that bride's appointment, the owner butted in and had the seamstress pin a dress the owner was wearing, interrupting the bride's appointment. Overall, the place has a huge dress selection and the seamstress is great and very fairly priced. The dresses are also fairly priced. I just didn't like putting up with the employees and owner. I always left the place with a bad taste in my mouth.

ok over 6 weeks to complete it. I didn't get my dress back until the week of my wedding. Then, it actually needed to be taken in some but I was worried it wouldn't be done on time so I wore it a little big. Thank goodness it wasn't strapless! As far as the shop itself...5 BIG GOLD STARS!!! The seamstress...well....

ee. Simones only fixed one dress and even then they had a fit about it!
