Was greeted by an awkward man and sent upstairs with two young lady’s, the bridal manager girl was fun, upbeat, and had us laughing the entire time. Once I wasn’t sure if I wanted the dress she said okay and suggested coming back before the end of the month(if I were to come back it would be only to purchase my dress from her). The other employee seemed annoyed that we were there without an appointment and even when asking for the bathroom when I got confused downstairs the blonde girl was rude and said “she didn’t know right now”. Customer Service in that place is weird and pressuring. I would suggest a new receptionist and some employees who know where the powder room is! Bridal shopping is supposed to be fun and unless you have an appointment with them they don’t want to bother with you.

My mom and I stopped here in hopes of finding my dress for my special day. Of all the dress shops we stopped at this was by far the worst! The customer service was horrible! They were only a handful of people in the store and after waiting around for at least 20 minutes a creepy guy that identified himself as the "manager" finally greeted us then quickly scurried off. He seemed more interested in talking with his coworker than he did us. He returned after about another 10 minutes with his only explanation being that they were busy. Except at that point in time we were the only ones left in the store! Customer service is important when it comes to picking out my dress for my special day so we decided to leave here and never return. Save yourself the trip to this place and head elsewhere.

Wish I could share some photos of the dress I received. The measurements are so bad and way off. The guy that claimed to be the manager was horrible and made no attempt to make things right after they got my money. The only offer that was made was for me to pay for additional alterations. Why should I pay more for alterations whenever they're the ones that completely messed up? If you're looking for a place to get it right, this is not the place for you. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

I came in from out of state to look for wedding dresses with my mom, future mother in law, MOH, and one of my bridesmaids. We had shopped the day before in a few stores in Lancaster, but I hadn't found "the one". The next day, my mom and I took a chance and went shopping in Hanover. We stopped at another store with little success, before walking (in like the 95 degree weather!) down the street to Simone's. There was a sale going on and I hadn't made an appointment, but Simone welcomed my mom and I in to look at their sale room. While we were just browsing, Simone brought in binders that had sleeves upon sleeves of pictures of dresses she said they had upstairs (which made it super easy to look at instead of hanging in the bags). Simone mentioned if any caught my eye, she'd bring them down for me to try on. A little while later, I had about 5 pictures pulled. Simone came back over and said, "I finished up my one appointment a little early. How about we try on a few of these?" to which she took my selected images, disappeared for a few moments, and came back with the dresses. I tried on four dresses with Simone, but fell in love with the first one I had on. Simone helped me back into the beautiful Maggie Sottero dress and it was a done deal. I'm very thankful for the accommodations made by Simone and her team! Her service was wonderful and she knew what she was doing. Simone turned my day from, "I'll just browse and schedule a time to come back later" into "I'm saying YES at Simone's!". Thank you!!
