If you do anything, hire this woman to plan your wedding. I'm telling you, just do it. She will literally make all your dreams come true. Not only is she super smart, talented, and detail oriented but she is kind, funny, and extremely thoughtful. My husband and I hired Keira to fully plan our wedding at Skytop Lodge in the Poconos and it was the best decision/purchase we ever made. We live in Florida and felt it was necessary to hire a professional. From my very first phone call with Keira, she took my wedding into her own hands and turned my vision into a reality. My Pinterest board has nothing on my wedding! She is doing exactly what she is meant to do, and she does it graciously. I feel very fortunate and lucky for our paths to have crossed because I truly believe she made our day so perfect, and I am so thankful for her. Our wedding was pure magic, and we owe it all to Keira.

Hiring Keira to help plan my wedding and be there for day-of coordinating was the best decision I ever made. We had a backyard wedding which took a lot of moving parts to piece together. She helped me with every step along the way, keeping the wedding planning process organized and stress free. The day of the wedding we faced many weather dependent issues and Keira handled everything for us. She coordinated with each vendor to make the day go seamlessly. I could not thank her enough for all she did!! I’d hire her again and again.
Kiera was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I had no idea what to do and she guided me throughout everything. From the very first day we worked together until the wedding she was amazing. All aspects were very professional and prompt, answered our questions, and really made us feel good about the day. Would definitelyrecommend!!!!

Keira is a true gem! We had a short timeline from engagement to wedding, plus we were planning from across the country. She was so organized and efficient on every call we had. The day of our wedding brought wild weather and lots of quick pivot decisions - Keira was right there with us each step of the way and it was clear how much she cared about us having the wedding day SHE wanted for us. Keira has a big heart and truly cares about her clients. We were lucky to have her at our side!

From the moment we first spoke to Keira my husband and I took our first deep breaths in what had felt like months. You can just tell you are going to be in amazing hands throughout the entire planning process. She was always available via email, text, or phone when we had any questions (of which we had many), even while she was pregnant !! - which is a super hero power I think. Everything was handled so efficiently, super organized, and at some points I found myself thinking, "wow this wedding planning stuff is easy!" which speaks volumes to how much her and her team helped, because as we all know, it is not easy. On our wedding day things didn't exactly go as perfectly planned (rain, we were late, general chaos) and the Simple Elegance team handled it like the pro's they are and we will be forever thankful for that. Our wedding was one of the best experiences of our lives, and it we couldn't have done it without Keira by our side the entire time!
We found Keira on the Knot and are so glad we did! We wanted a very DIY wedding but didn't know where to begin. With the partial planning package, Keira helped us stay on track and provided great recommendations for vendors and how to plan every detail. She was so helpful on the wedding day which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the special moments. Thank you, Keira!
Keira and her team were wonderful. Hands down, best decision we made for the wedding weekend. She helped us coordinate the Welcome Dinner on Friday night and then was a critical piece of Saturday. At some point in the process, I was wondering if we really needed a coordinator because we also had a great on-site venue team, but I am SO grateful we hired Simple Elegance. It was so key to have Keira handling the bridal party, dealing with running around on-site finalizing details, helping our photographers, and just being generally amazing the whole weekend. This was the best $ we spent during the wedding.
Keira was excellent to work with from day one. Her replies were always prompt, professional, and helpful. We chose the “Month of” coordination package and the relief I felt when she jumped into action a month before the event was immense. She took care of the details and made a very thorough timeline for the day and communicated that to all our vendors. Her experience was helpful too when we had ideas and she was able to tell us if they were workable, what she had seen go well in the past, why something may not be the best idea, and so on. I definitely recommend hiring her if you want to be able to enjoy your day without getting caught up in the nitty gritty details.

Keira was a pleasure to work with. She took the time to answer all my questions and provided feedback when I was not sure of things and wanted a second opinion. Her resources that she provides to each bride are so helpful to make sure you are on track and gave me the ease of mind to know that I was not missing anything important. Keira made sure to reach out to all my vendors and streamlined what could be very messy if not all people are on the same page. My wedding went so smoothly. Keira is professional, knowledgable, and excellent at what she does. I highly recommend her along with SimpleElegance Event Planning.
"Thank God you found Keira" -- multiple times throughout our wedding planning, my husband said these exact words to me. I absolutely knew I needed to have a wedding planner, but I wasn't sure how to find the person that would be the best fit for us. From my first phone call with Keira, I knew she was the right fit -- she was incredibly kind and calm, but also so clearly organized and on top of things. That initial feeling turned out to be right ten times over throughout the planning process in big and small ways, from helping set the overall vision for the wedding to keeping me on track with all of the to do list items. For example, when our original caterer proved to be a flake, Keira proactively called it, reached out to several other options, and managed to secure an amazing replacement on short notice because she has so many trusted relationships across the industry. Right up to our actual wedding day, when our plans for a beautiful indoor/outdoor wedding across a sprawling farm were ruined by a tropical storm, Keira and Diana worked with all of our vendors to transform our dream to something that could work under a tent. We could have never pulled this wedding off without simple elegance events, and I probably would have thrown my hands up and eloped. Instead, we got to have an amazing an unforgettable wedding experience!

I used simply elegant for my wedding day of coordination for my wedding on 9/9/23 at Wally creek farm. I had Diana as my coordinator and she was amazing. So beyond helpful with keeping things organized and together and also keeping me hydrated lol. She also assisted with fixing some minor decor details I was struggling with and she also got some amazing pictures and videos that I will cherish forever. I booked with Kiera over a year ago and she’s been amazing and going above and beyond for me when I had a major issue with our catering company. I can’t recommend Keira and her team enough.
Keira and her team were amazing! She helped me plan an amazing bridal shower. I’m not from the PA area and had very limited bandwidth to plan. Keira coordinated and recommended vendors, helped arrange everything, and when she wasn’t able to come on the day for setup, arranged for her colleague to help. I would hire her for any event, 1000%!
My husband (!!!) and I hired Keira as out day-of-coordinator and it was the best decision we ever could have made. Keira was so helpful along the way and was an absolute angel the day of. Going into my wedding day I wasn't even nervous because I knew Keira would handle anything that came up. I could not recommend working with Simple Elegance Event Co enough, it is worth every penny and more. Thank you SO much, Keira!
My now husband and I were always contemplating whether or not we needed a wedding planner for our special day. As soon as we met Keira and talked to her, our answer was made for us. She was incredible in the weeks leading up to the wedding, all the way through the end of our wedding day celebration. She laid out plans for us, and easy to use and follow step-by-step guides so that she knew all the vendors, and exactly what our dreams and hopes were for our wedding day. She was very reliable, always in communication, and went above and beyond her designed tasks on the wedding day. We will forever be grateful that we hired a wedding planner, but even more so that we hired Keira from Simple Elegance Event Company!
Just hire her. Don't think twice about it! My now husband and I are used to planning events for work, but when it came to our wedding we wanted to find someone who we could trust to help us over the finish line with the last minute plans and details.
We chose to get married at Skytop Lodge in Skytop, PA and being from out of town we knew we needed someone who was familiar with the space and staff and Keira blew our expectations out of the water.
From our very first call I felt like I was working with a friend who I could be extremely honest with. She was always around for my late night texts and phone calls, and her ability to help us troubleshoot and problem solve (we did have a little rain, but we were still able to be outside!) was so incredibly impressive.
Day of she took care of absolutely everything and I felt she was always three steps ahead of me, which was amazing! Our guests and bridal party all commented on how relaxed we were throughout the whole day and I wholeheartedly believe this was all because of Keira's doing.
We had an absolutely perfect day, and we are so, so grateful for Keira and her team.
Keira and Diana are absolute gems! I worked with them in the month leading up to my wedding and I can’t thank them enough for helping me get organized before my big day. Diana did an amazing job on the day and carried out my vision flawlessly! I highly recommend Keira and Diana!
I highly recommend hiring Keira! She was our month of/day of coordinator but provided so much more than that. She gave me so many helpful worksheets for my own planning purposes over the months leading up to our wedding, reviewed vendor contracts and gave feedback before I moved forward with signing, and checked in along the way. The moment she stepped in for the month of coordination, my anxiety was immediately gone because I knew I was in such capable and organized hands. She felt like an extra friend on the wedding day and I am so glad she was there to make sure everything ran smoothly - which it did!
I was told by so many people that I should get a day of coordinator for our wedding. We hired Keira after talked to a few others because see was the perfect fit for what we wanted for our day. Her wedding planning worksheets kept us organized and made us think about all the small details. Throughout the wedding day it was great having her make sure things ran smoothly. If I ever needed something she got it for me instead of one of my bridesmaids. She made the day very relaxing. Even my husband who wasn’t sure if we really needed one was happy that we hired her.
I cannot recommend Keira enough for all your planning needs!! We used simple elegance for our day of coordinating at pocono palms, but I wish we had included her in the planning even sooner! She was so available and so helpful, leading up to and at our wedding. She made my wedding day zero stress. 10/10 would recommend !!!
We hired Keira as a wedding coordinator for the month leading up to the wedding and the day-of. I wanted to do most of the planning myself, and was unsure if a coordinator was going to be worth it after I had already planed most everything, but it totally was. I am the epitome of a perfectionist, and I was worried about letting someone else take control, but Keira made me feel relaxed and that she could handle any problems that came our way. She is a straight shooter and a "get-it-done" kind of girl, and that is exactly who I wanted to work with. Would recommend her to everyone planning a wedding in the area.

My wedding was 10.15.22 in Bridgewater NJ. When me and my mom started planning she mentioned she wanted to have a wedding planner an d at first I wasn’t sure if it was worth the extra money. Well let me tell you how wrong i was!!! Keira was AMAZING and really a life saver. She kept us so organized and on track. When it was September (a month out) we really didn’t have much to do because we had gotten it done prior. She was there anytime for my questions and concerns. The day of the wedding she really was a life saver, i didn’t have worry about anything! She told me where i needed to be and what i needed to do. She made the wedding day so so smooth. I recommend Keira to any bride. Me and my mom and now husband loved working with her. I cant wait until my next big event so we can link up with her again!!!

My now husband and I chose the month of coordination package. Keira has been an absolute godsend. She is so organized that she was able to remind me of small details I may have missed. She thinks of everything! She is the sweetest most down to earth coordinator you could have, and she constantly checked in on us the day of the wedding to make sure we were doing okay (and got to eat!). I highly recommend Keira!

I booked Keira for Month Of Planning and it was the best decision. She helped coordinate with all vendors and make sure my vision was being met. On the day of, Keira and Diana were amazing! The venue owners unfortunately got sit so if we didn’t have Keira and Diana there; I have no idea how everything would have gone so smoothly. They took over anything that the venue owners would have checked on and made sure to keep in contact with them during the event. I never thought I would need a wedding planner but it was such a good decision.

My husband and I are so grateful we found Keira to help us in the last ~6 months of wedding planning. We had just moved, started new careers, and were renovating a house, and had no idea how we were going to keep up with the wedding planning process. After we initially met with Keira, she immediately helped us feel less stressed by keeping us on track with all of the small details, communicating with our vendors, and making sure the big day went as smoothly as possible. The monthly video meetings were so helpful, and Keira always made herself available with a quick response via email or text when I had a question or request. The day of the wedding, we had Keira's amazing assistant Diana with us who was also the absolute best. She made us feel so special the entire day-she calmed our nerves, organized the vendors, set up our decorations including a Pittsburgh cookie table, and even delivered appetizer's to our hotel room where we took a moment to relax before the reception began. They truly made us feel so special. We are so happy we chose Simple Elegance Event Co. and would recommend them to anybody looking for a a wedding planner!!

I HIGHLY recommend hiring Keira for your event. She was extremely organized, very responsive through email and so great to work with. She found creative solutions to issues and was on top of every detail. On the day of my wedding, any question I had she was already on it. She truly exceeded my expectations throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend, don’t even think about it - just hire her :)

Keira was the BEST!! I was so nervous and on the fence about hiring a planner but my husband and I walked away from our wedding saying the best money we spent was hiring simple elegance event co. She TRULY took away all of my stress which was exactly what I was searching for. She was always professional and punctual and even better, I felt like she truly cared about making sure our day was perfect. She worked so well with my venue and all my vendors loved her. I just can't say enough good things.
Keira was very responsive and pulled everything together for us. On the day of she made everything run smoothly and kept us calm when the rain started to fall. Thankfully with just about a 20 minute rain delay she got everything going and back on schedule and made the day go just as we had hoped.
Keira was professional, very responsive to messages, and did a great job with day of coordination.
I hired Keira to help me with month of coordination for our wedding. We had already postponed our wedding because of COVID, so I felt a bit burnt out by the process. Keira really helped me to stay organized and on top of things. She was very professional and patient but direct and prompt which was needed and appreciated. I felt confident on the day of my wedding with her there that if anything were to go wrong, she would fix it. I also really appreciated it when she brought me drinks during the reception when I could not pull myself away from the guests! Highly recommend!
Kiera was so amazing! My special day wouldn't of been pulled off without her. The month leading up to it she was so helpful and went above and beyond to help with last minute details. During the day some problems arose due to my other vendors and she handled everything so perfectly, before telling me about a problem she already had a solution. Kiera and her team were such a blessing to have. I don't know what I would have done without them!
KLG Weddings & Events were absolutely amazing & we are so happy we hired them for our day of coordinator. Keira helped with the details before the wedding and I’m so relief because she helped me piece together things we otherwise would have forgotten. Simone & Diana were lifesavers for the day of the wedding as we didn’t have to worry about anything! They helped coordinate and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be and on time. We are so grateful for their help. Our DJ even mentioned how amazing they were to work with!

Hiring a wedding planner was the best decision I made my entire wedding. I had pushed my wedding ahead an entire year due to Covid and really didn’t want to finish planning the rest but my wedding planner turned that all around. Keira was super helpful and responsive. She took her time to review my contracts with vendors and follow up with them to ensure everything was perfect the day of. She handled any problems that arose with professionalism. Keira and her team made my wedding day stress free and memorable.
Even if you enjoy planning and are an excellent planner yourself, Keira can not only help you find the little "forget me nots" you might have overlooked, but also help manage the big day itself. When you've planned and worked for a year or more, it's nice to be able to turn everything over to someone capable and detail oriented so you can enjoy the day too! Looking back I wish we'd found Keira sooner, but it was totally worth it to have her by our sides as the Month-Of/Day Of Coordinator. As the MoG hosting the reception and planning it with my DiL (both of us highly detail oriented) we found Keira more than capable of keeping up with our high standards. I can't imagine having gotten through the day without her. She and her assistant coordinator were a calm and reassuring presence from start to finish. Keira is professional but also has an understated sense of fun. If your budget can handle it, at minimum I'd suggest the Month-Of service as it includes Keira's attendance at the rehearsal the night before, as well as an assistant coordinator on the day of the wedding. If you've found KLG a little to late for the entire month, don't worry. Contact Keira and see what you can work out. It might be nice to have some "day after" help as well. We brought some of the decor and in retrospect hadn't realized all the went into "recovery mode". Thankfully our venue was willing and able to hold onto our items until we could retrieve them but not all venues are or can be that understanding. Best of Luck with your special day!
Keira was so good at coordinating all the vendors and making sure everything was done the way i wanted it to be. She was very prompt with her answers and always came up with he best solutions to my questions.
Keira has been a true star helping us plan our wedding. No stone has been left unturned and we don't know what we would be doing without her. She is responsive, creative, friendly, and so easy to work with. We know that with her on our side our big day is going to be perfect and stress free.
KLG made our wedding planning and day so amazing and effortless. She is so talented, professional, organized and responsive.
