She has a passion for being detailed and organized, so that the host(s) of the wedding/event can enjoy the moment in real time. She believes that every event is unique, purposeful and should be a reflection of her client's personalities. Kaci also served as the Lancaster Fete Committe Chair for the non-profit organization, Fete en Blanc Lancaster, that holds an annual pop-up party in Lancaster, PA for 3,000 people. When she's not working or giving back to the community, she's soaking up life with her family and friends.

th Kaci, I knew that we were in good hands. She asked all of the right questions and intentionally listened to every thing that we had wished for!
Kaci made sure that our timeline for the day was realistic & logical while still ensuring that we were able to fit in the moments that my husband and I felt most important.
The wedding weekend started out with the rehearsal which ran so smoothly by Kaci's capable hands and she made sure to make it very clear what everyone's roles were on the big day.
Kaci & Marissa were not just great with me (the bride) and my husband but also with our bridal parties, flower girl and families. I am blessed to have all four of my grandparents and they made sure that I had a moment with my grandparents before the ceremony (as well as making sure my grandpa's phone didn't go off during the ceremony haha). Whether it was setting up the tables, telling people where to go, getting spilled sauce off of my wedding dress or helping me get my heels off during the party I knew that we could rely on the girls from Simply Soiree. I could not recommend this company more and I will absolutely be encouraging friends to use them as well!

ding flowed. We had no issues on our timing or schedule thanks to the wonderful coordination and help from Brei! Leading up to the big day, she was always available and very responsive to her email/calls and helped us with so many questions. She even helped us book a fabulous hair & makeup team that we would have never thought of without her experience. Everything felt absolutely seamless on the big day, and I can truly say I was at ease despite everyone always saying how stressful it is for the bride on wedding day. I knew things would be taken care of and handled by Brei, and she did not disappoint. Marissa was also a great help on the day, and both of them truly made it a fun planning process and special day! wedding, which really had to take a back seat on my list of priorities. I do not know what I would have done without Kaci and the Simple Soiree team by my side, especially in the final two months before the wedding. I am the type of person that likes to do everything herself, because I know for a fact it will get done correctly. Seeing Kaci in action helped me let go of doing every single thing on the wedding check list. By letting her take charge, I was able to relax as I had full confidence that she would get things done correctly. And she did!! Thank you, Kaci, for helping to make things less stressful for me, and my family.
Looking back half a year later, I absolutely know that it was the correct decision when deciding to trust Simple Soiree with my big day. Not only were they professional in making sure that everything was taken care of before the wedding, and that the wedding itself ran smoothly, but they were an immensely kind team too. I would absolutely recommend them to any couples looking to get married. If my husband and I ever decided to do a vow renewal, I would want to book them. I don’t even know if the team offers that service, I would just give any chance to plan an event with them again!

d she helped us plan every aspect of the wedding! We started working with Kaci a year and a half out from our wedding date! She helped us feel at ease and took all the stress off of our shoulders! She listened to every detail we wanted and went above and beyond daily for us!
On our wedding day Kaci and Pam set everything up and tore everything down! They both worked their magical hands that day to make sure we had the best day of our lives! I wanted to have a special first look with my brother and dad and they made that happen, even if we were running late! Kaci ended up driving me in her car just so I could have that special moment with my dad and brother! It truly was so special and I couldn’t thank her enough for that!
My husband, family, and I didn’t need to worry about anything all day and they packed up our car with the wedding items and gifts at the end of the night! They got us items we forgot or needed in our hotel room too! It was so amazing and I highly recommend them for all wedding planning needs! Kaci not only was amazing to work with, she became a friend!

e me amazing recommendations for my other vendors and answered all questions that I had. They asked so many questions to the venue and the other vendors that I wouldn't even have thought of either. The day of the wedding was also amazing. Kaci made sure that nothing stressed me out, even when part of the wedding was delayed. She made me assured that everything was going to be okay. She also made sure I was eating throughout the day too, which I heard a lot of people don't really get to do. She also made sure no one derailed the plans, even when my parents had other ideas haha, and made sure everything went the way I had dreamed it would be. There were so many times I would get stressed out during the planning process and Simple Soiree made me feel better about all of it. At the beginning of my planning, I had spoke with 4 or 5 different wedding planners. I spoke to Kaci and she listened to how I wanted the wedding to go, and in that same consultation call, she went through the wedding step by step. Other planners said about the same things, but Kaci proved that she knew how to execute it. My other vendors even got back to me after the wedding and said Kaci did amazing. They said they have encountered many other planners who were rude, but Kaci was strong and impactful while also being respectful. If there is a hiccup, Kaci was there to take care of it. Nothing bothered my husband and I the day of. Kaci and Simple Soiree were absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to everyone.

need for this, but Brei and Simple Soiree were the absolute best and I cannot recommend them enough. From the very beginning, Brei was extremely helpful for us, answering literally any question we had (sometimes within the hour) and just overall helping our day become so incredibly seamless. Leading up the wedding, Brei helped us with anything and everything and consistently made our lives so much easier. We were so incredibly appreciative of all of the work she did leading up to the wedding, but then through the rehearsal and day of, we were even more impressed with how attentive Brei (and Pam!) were. Anytime we needed something, Brei normally either beat us to the punch with a solution or solved the problem right away. She kept guests, the bridal party, and us on schedule and just throughout the whole night made sure everything was perfect and it absolutely was! Then, Brei and Pam also made sure that the pack up at the end of the night went smoothly, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. I cannot speak highly enough of Brei and Simple Soiree. It is hard to imagine any way our experience could have been any better. If you are looking for a coordinator, you will be in amazing hands with Simple Soiree and Brei!

Cherish was by her side on wedding day, and it was so helpful to have another person to count on as well. The two of them worked so well together and were so helpful to me, my husband, and our guests. I was on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator for budget reasons, but it was truly the best money I spent on my wedding. I loved the confidence it gave me to know that someone was making sure all the little details got taken care of before they made it to my ears - it was such a big stress reliever! On the wedding day itself, Courtney arrived and orchestrated everything flawlessly. She kept us perfectly on schedule, coordinated setup and breakdown seamlessly, and allowed us to fully enjoy our day without a single worry. Because of Courtney and Gretchen, we were able to be completely present and soak in every moment.

As a very Type A bride I was very hesitant to let anyone help, but Amy recognized this and used it to her advantage. She made me feel extremely comfortable by making suggestions and asking for my opinion before making any changes (table layout, decor, timeline adjustments, etc). We had a few meetings before the big day and she asked all the right questions to be sure she was walking in with a plan.
The night before the wedding Amy ran through our rehearsal making sure everyone felt comfortable with the processional and the recessional. She answered any and all questions and adjusted the typical orders to fit what we had in mind.
On the day of Amy and her crew were more than we could have asked for. Amy knew coming in that I may have set up some of the decorations but the moment they walked in, they took over and brought all of the visions we had to life. More than that she was able to read my stress level and quickly found a way to put any and all fires (no matter how small).
If you are considering a day or coordinator (or a full on planner) I would HIGHLY recommend the wonderful people at Simple Soiree! There are not enough words to explain how incredible they are!

ding all over again, we would certainly book this vendor first. We had the privilege of working with Amy leading up to the big day, and we had the lovely Michaela on the big day as an assistant to Amy. They were simply the best.
They managed our stress, they handled a particularly difficult relative, and they made sure the day went perfectly.
We cannot thank Amy and Michaela enough for the kindness and professionalism they gave us throughout the planning process.
If you're considering hiring a planner, hire Simple Soirée. For smaller packages, you may not see the benefit until those final weeks, but it is oh-so-worth-it. The last thing you want to worry about on the day is where you have to be and when. If you've just started planning, you likely have NO idea where your leftover cake will go, who decorates tables, who manages paying vendors with cash, etc. The best parts of our day were Amy and Michaela—the moment after the ceremony they asked us what we wanted to drink from the bar, the moment they ran in to the hotel room to hug us during breakfast, the moment we got back to the hotel and all of our decor and food was waiting for us—these two were our rocks from the moment we met them.
Hire Simple Soirée for a truly easy, beautiful, wonderful event. It will be the best decision you make for your big day.

Especially day of because my husband and I are both anxious people especially with tons of people and she recognized that and made sure we got mini breaks- quiet moment, during pictures, it was actually her idea to eat dinner in the bridal suite and that is probably the only reason we weren't totally overwhelmed. Not to mention we got to actually eat! She was such a stress reliever especially in the final stretch and went above and beyond! Everything was amazing from start to finish and we couldn't of had such a perfect day without her! Even Our parents loved her (dad got photo with her lol!)

Kaci was an amazing asset during wedding planning. Even though we did her “day of” option, she truly felt like a full blown wedding planner. She was always willing to answer a phone call or text if I had a question, and she had amazing tools to help you plan all of your details leading up to your wedding day.
The night before our wedding, my husband and I were talking about our excitement and we both agreed that we had 0 concerns going in to our wedding day because we had Kaci there. We had so much faith in her and her team that everything would go flawlessly. And we knew if something didn’t go the way it should, that Kaci would have it handled and we’d never know.
The day of our wedding.. Kaci and Gretchen were amazing. They were so kind, helpful, and always one step ahead. They thought of things before they even happened and understood everything we wanted within our day. They were so supportive and made me feel like royalty, all while handling our set up and day of care.

She gave us recommendations for nearly every vendor, making certain that they fit into our budget, which in the long run saved us a lot of money! She helped us choose vendors we never would have found without her. Amy was an absolute joy, I miss having our meetings with her because she became a friend. We truly got to know one another. I will never forget, that shortly after we got to the wedding venue, she pulled me aside. We had a few minutes of reminiscing of the planning process and of the time we had spent together leading up to this moment. We both shed a few tears and a hug and then let the wedding day begin. In that moment, I was even more confident that we had picked the perfect wedding planner. She was just as invested in us, as we were in her. She was more than just a wedding vendor, she was a friend and a wonderful person.
Our wedding day had a few uncontrollable challenges, but I was never told of anything until after it was handled, which I greatly appreciated! For example, due to the heat, our cake collapsed from 2 tiers down to 1 tier. Amy handled it with ease and kept the day 100% stress free. She could not have done a better job and we are so grateful to have had her be a part of our special day. Thank you Amy!

the world! This is her fun job and you would never know it wasn't her only job. She immediately made herself available to answer any questions and address any concerns I had throughout the process and the closer we got to the wedding the more she took off my plate. Meeting her in person it felt like we’ve known her for years. She’s so personable and fit seamlessly in with my family, everyone LOVED her, and I got so many comments about how amazing she was. For me her presence was so incredibly calm, and reassuring, that when she told me “it’s your time to relax, I got it”, I was honestly able to forget about it.

She has the most calming personality, made sure the bridal party was happy and attended to, attended all our meetings with us, made sure we didn't know if there were any hiccups, and did it all with a smile. Our day was seamless and there is no doubt in my mind that is because of Kaci. I cannot recommend enough!! All my bridesmaids commented on how amazing she was. From the initial outreach call we knew we had made the best choice in hiring Simple Soiree! Once we hit the 6 week mark it was all systems go. Amy and Courtney met us at our chosen...
venue and had an entire gameplan already laid out for us. During the first meeting with the venue they came prepared with a number of questions and requirements for the venue and catering teams and we were super impressed with everything they had thought of to get clarification on. It was such a wonderful experience, we came away from the run through meeting feeling as though an enormous weight had been lifted from our shoulders. Every contingency was planned for and we just had such a great feeling of confidence. In the final week before the wedding, all of our vendors (DJ, video, florist, etc.) received their itinerary and schedule. Every single vendor had clarity on what their role, requirements and timings were. As we drew closer to the day Courtey kept in constant contact with us, which we really appreciated and helped keep our nerves and stress levels under control. On the morning of the wedding, Courtney was in communication with our bridal party letting them know what was happening and timings they needed to be aware of. The ceremony, reception dinner, first dance, etc. all went off without a hitch - if there were any hiccups on the day we certainly didn't know about it - we were able to completely focus on enjoying our day with our family and friends. We would recommend Simple Soireeto anyone who wants to make sure both their wedding planning and wedding day goes perfectly.

y through our wedding. My wife's and my wedding was the first one we've been to as a couple (8 years together), so we really didn't know everything to plan for and what to expect. Kaci was there for my wife at all times, helping coordinate and answer any questions we might have. Once it got down to the week of, Kaci made sure she had constant communication with us, texting us whenever needed, and was more than happy for us to text her with any updates, as well. She made sure everything was planned out (timeline, vendors, etc.), took notes for each call, and made sure everything was documented online, which was very helpful to reference whenever needed. Her advice on where to get ahead (like adding invitees' names into her system early) really took as much stress away from planning as possible.
Considering we haven't been to a wedding in 10 plus years, Kaci's rehearsal was great and gave us, plus our wedding party, full confidence going into our big day. On our wedding day, Kaci and Courtney made sure everything was on time and according to plan. All we had to do was follow their lead. Both of them were calm, cool and collected the entire day. We cannot be more thankful for Kaci, Courtney and Simple Soiree for making our day truly perfect.

ur wedding day and we couldn't have been more thrilled with her and her team's work. As someone who has known Kaci through working with her professionally, it's no coincidence I hired her to be my own wedding planner. She is responsive, no matter how far out from your wedding you are. She cares if you're worried or anxious about something, and gets you answers, even if they aren't pressing for the time. Kaci really keeps the mental peace for brides and she remains calm, cool, and collected through the process. She is innovative with suggestions, takes care of logistics you didn't know existed, and does it all with the biggest smile and sweetest demeanor. She sat in on every meeting, took many of my phone calls, brainstormed solutions, and made the entire process incredible. We booked her for partial planning so that we were in contact more frequently and it was beyond anything we could've asked for. Kaci communicated with all our vendors for us, set everything up, knew exactly my vision for the day. My family members still are raving about her and how amazing she was. If anything at my wedding went wrong- I don't even know! She made it perfect. I look up to Kaci so much as a person and as a fellow vendor, and so having her do my wedding was such an honor. We are forever grateful for the friend and person she is, you can tell that she was born for this industry.

We understand where it could be challenging for you to see all of the moving and behind the scenes pieces on your wedding day; as our main goal is for you to be fully present enjoying your special day. We recall you apologizing for your rowdy and intoxicated guests and thanking us for our work throughout the day. It was certainly an unusual wedding day and rarely do we have to deal with the types of situations that arose on your wedding day. It was actually our first wedding where the venue owner called security to come assist us until all of your guests left the property. We had multiple alcohol related situations throughout the entire evening that required a lot of our attention. For example: mopping the entire dance floor after your wedding party shot-gunned and poured beer all over the dance floor, helping care for an intoxicated groomsmen that passed out at 6:30pm and had to stop a guest multiple times from pouring their own drinks behind the bar. It was all very unfortunate and disheartening, but we did our absolute best to protect you from all of these moments and sincerely apologize if it was obvious at the end of the night how much of a toll this had on us.
We discussed your feedback as a team and are truly sitting here scratching our heads. You were such a dream to work with and communicated so well throughout your planning process. We are truly not sure what you mean by “they did not do it.” You provided a tremendous amount of décor that took 5-6 people to load into the venue and the 2 of us did our absolute best to create your vision, even though we are not professional decorators. You had an opportunity to view everything before the ceremony and we sincerely wish you would have pointed out what you were not pleased with. It’s incredibly important to us that our couples are beyond happy with every aspect of their wedding day. Again, we are just so confused and trying to understand where the breakdown happened and we would appreciate it if you would elaborate on this so we can explore ways to grow.

Amy was with us at our 2 planning meetings with our venue, she had zoom meetings with us to make sure we were doing ok and to answer any questions, she wrangled all our vendors, coordinated our entire timeline, and was immediate in responding to texts/calls/emails, etc. Amy ran our entire rehearsal and commanded a wild wedding party with ease. The next morning, wedding day, she showed up ready to roll, with a hangover and emergency kit prepared for us and was eager to do anything and everything we could have ever needed or wanted and then some. She kept the entire day running smoothly, executed all of it exactly to my vision, and could not have made it all more perfect. pliments on the DJ, caterers, etc from guests and it was all thanks to Kaci and her wonderful recommendations. Kaci was always available via email or phone, and always had an answer/solution to any issue. Kaci kept us so organized and on track throughout the entire planning process.
On the actual wedding day, Kaci and Brei were wonderful! They set up all of our decor, centerpieces, welcome table.. everything! Not only did they set everything up, but at the end of the night they packed everything back up and loaded up our cars for us! If there were any issues that came up, we didn’t know about them because Kaci and her team handled it. Kaci checked in with me (the bride) throughout the day and made sure I was eating and hydrated. We had to make the decision to move our ceremony location due to wind/rain.. Kaci came up with the best solution and no one would have even known we had to change our plans. Kaci and Brei managed every single part of our day, all we had to do the day of our wedding was be present and enjoy every moment. Do not hesitate to book them to plan your wedding, it will be the one of the best decisions you make!

Words cannot describe how grateful myself, my husband, and my family are for Kaci and her team! We hosted our wedding at my family’s farm never having thrown a party of this scale ...
at our home, and never having hosted a wedding! While we had the grand ideas and were happy to help execute, it was so helpful and so much less stressful to have Kaci’s expertise and for her to take over communication with the vendors. She was always so calm, focused on what we wanted, honest, had the best advice and knew how to make what we wanted happen. Leading up to and the day of our wedding, we were so calm and confident everything would run smoothly - and it did! It was everything we could’ve dreamed of and none of it would’ve been possible without Kaci. Truly so grateful for her and her team!! If you think you don’t need a coordinator… I’m telling you now you do and it needs to be Kaci! You won’t regret it.
