I can't express enough how amazing Kaci and her team were from the beginning. She was always accessible and responded quickly. She was organized, friendly, and very involved in every step. I can't express enough how valuable she was to the success of my wedding day and how grateful I am to have met her. It was by far the best investment and money well spent. I'd recommend her to ANY bride. She also got rave reviews from my wedding venue team. If you want a smooth wedding day and someone to be in your corner from day 1 of planning Simple Soiree is the way to go!!

Absolutely amazing. Cannot recommend Kaci and her team enough. From timely communication constantly leading up to our wedding, to the dozens of details we hadn’t even thought of for the day of, she had everything prepared and organized. Her thoughtfulness and preparation allowed us to fully immerse in our wedding day and not have anyone ask us anything or bother us throughout the entire day. She met with us for about 2 hours a month or two before our wedding day to go over EVERYTHING and it couldn’t have been more helpful. I can’t imagine anyone being better at their job than she is.

Best money we spent!! Kaci and Courtney at Simple Soiree were amazing! From the beginning communication was easy, fast and answered all the questions that would pop into my head. Kaci helped me organize and made it so I didn't need to answer a single question on wedding day. These women helped me from getting my shoes on at reception to pinning me into my dress when I popped a button- they helped with set-up, clean up and creating a timeline for everyone. Would definitely recommend to other couples :)

Simple Soirée was amazing from start to finish! From our consultation call that helped us figure out which package would be best for our occasion, to answering all of our questions about softwares and layouts and helping us navigate unforeseen challenges throughout our wedding planning process, they were great! Courtney and Cherish were fantastic the day of our wedding and did so much to help us pull it all together and navigate our day!!

We had such a great experience working with Brei as a day-of coordinator for our May 2024 wedding at Moonstone Manor! She was so organized and communicative, and made our rehearsal and wedding day so easy and stress-free. Everything turned out so perfect, and we couldn't have done it without her!!

Hiring Kaci was hands down the best decision for our wedding. Kaci was professional and displayed exceptional communication throughout our planning process. Even when we gave options to not attend a walk through or pass on a step Kaci wanted to be fully involved. The day of wedding we were extremely thankful as Kaci kept everyone calm, on time, and feeling so taken care of. We cannot praise Simple Soiree enough!

I immediately chose simple Sioree because of the software they had available. It was awesome, everything it one place, printable documents, tracking, floor plan, etc. my planner was Amy Lukens and I LOVED her. She was extremely available, SO nice, great at her job, and beyond professional. Anything I was confused about, Amy had a million recommendations and I loved all of them. She made our wedding SEAMLESS. We were ahead of schedule all day, she knew everything I wanted and was one step ahead of me which is hard because I’m extremely controlling. She’s amazing and I cannot recommend her enough.

Where do I even begin? 5 stars doesn’t even scratch the surface of how amazing Kaci and her team are. This team allowed my husband and I to be nothing but present on our wedding day. They’re amazing at their job, but they are also beyond amazing people that make you feel so special and important leading up to your day/ your big day. Whether it’s helping with bustling a dress, calming your nerves down before your first look, coordinating with numerous vendors, timelines, setting up decorations..truly no detail is forgotten with Simple Soiree. I will never ever forget this team and thank you will never be enough. 10/10 recommend, I promise you will not regret it ❤️

We worked with the planner, Amy. She was absolutely incredible from day one. We started working with her almost a year prior to our wedding last June (~275 people). Throughout the days leading up to the wedding, she was extremely communicative, kind, and made the process feel effortless. She gave us recommendations for nearly every vendor, making certain that they fit into our budget, which in the long run saved us a lot of money! She helped us choose vendors we never would have found without her. Amy was an absolute joy, I miss having our meetings with her because she became a friend. We truly got to know one another. I will never forget, that shortly after we got to the wedding venue, she pulled me aside. We had a few minutes of reminiscing of the planning process and of the time we had spent together leading up to this moment. We both shed a few tears and a hug and then let the wedding day begin. In that moment, I was even more confident that we had picked the perfect wedding planner. She was just as invested in us, as we were in her. She was more than just a wedding vendor, she was a friend and a wonderful person. Our wedding day had a few uncontrollable challenges, but I was never told of anything until after it was handled, which I greatly appreciated! For example, due to the heat, our cake collapsed from 2 tiers down to 1 tier. Amy handled it with ease and kept the day 100% stress free. She could not have done a better job and we are so grateful to have had her be a part of our special day. Thank you Amy!

I believe having Simple Soiree (specifically Brei) coordinate our wedding was the greatest decision we made throughout the whole planning process. Brei deserves all the praise in the world! This is her fun job and you would never know it wasn't her only job. She immediately made herself available to answer any questions and address any concerns I had throughout the process and the closer we got to the wedding the more she took off my plate. Meeting her in person it felt like we’ve known her for years. She’s so personable and fit seamlessly in with my family, everyone LOVED her, and I got so many comments about how amazing she was. For me her presence was so incredibly calm, and reassuring, that when she told me “it’s your time to relax, I got it”, I was honestly able to forget about it. Too all the brides that already have Brei for your big day, just know you are in the best hands, and for any brides looking for a coordinator you won’t regret going with Simple Soiree!

I am not even sure where to begin on how wonderful Kaci and the Simple Soiree team is. We had the pleasure of hiring Kaci to be our day-of-coordinator for our wedding. After talking to Kaci on the phone, I didn't even contact another company because I knew I needed her. Kaci went above and beyond to make our day perfect. She has the most calming personality, made sure the bridal party was happy and attended to, attended all our meetings with us, made sure we didn't know if there were any hiccups, and did it all with a smile. Our day was seamless and there is no doubt in my mind that is because of Kaci. I cannot recommend enough!! All my bridesmaids commented on how amazing she was. It truly felt like we had a friend with us (who also took care of business).

We worked with Amy as a "day-of coordinator" for our wedding at Excelsior and were so thrilled with her. It is clear that the Simple Soiree team are filled with pros. Amy was so organized and was there with absolutely everything we needed on the day. She always was quick to get our larger bridal parties in line when they were goofing off (literal & figurative line) and developed a quick rapport with all of our vendors. When I got pollen on my dress from my bouquet right before walking down the aisle, Amy was there miraculously cleaning it off and ensuring it was dry and perfect. If anything went wrong on our big day, we couldn't tell ya because Amy handled it all with grace and a smile behind the scenes. She exudes competence and "I got this" vibes. The best investment we made for our wedding. All we day to do was show up!

From the initial outreach call we knew we had made the best choice in hiring Simple Soiree! Once we hit the 6 week mark it was all systems go. Amy and Courtney met us at our chosen venue and had an entire gameplan already laid out for us. During the first meeting with the venue they came prepared with a number of questions and requirements for the venue and catering teams and we were super impressed with everything they had thought of to get clarification on. It was such a wonderful experience, we came away from the run through meeting feeling as though an enormous weight had been lifted from our shoulders. Every contingency was planned for and we just had such a great feeling of confidence. In the final week before the wedding, all of our vendors (DJ, video, florist, etc.) received their itinerary and schedule. Every single vendor had clarity on what their role, requirements and timings were. As we drew closer to the day Courtey kept in constant contact with us, which we really appreciated and helped keep our nerves and stress levels under control. On the morning of the wedding, Courtney was in communication with our bridal party letting them know what was happening and timings they needed to be aware of. The ceremony, reception dinner, first dance, etc. all went off without a hitch - if there were any hiccups on the day we certainly didn't know about it - we were able to completely focus on enjoying our day with our family and friends. We would recommend Simple Soireeto anyone who wants to make sure both their wedding planning and wedding day goes perfectly.

We were recommended to go with Kaci and Simple Soiree from the beginning and we could not be happier with that decision! Everything was super easy from our first meeting all the way through our wedding. My wife's and my wedding was the first one we've been to as a couple (8 years together), so we really didn't know everything to plan for and what to expect. Kaci was there for my wife at all times, helping coordinate and answer any questions we might have. Once it got down to the week of, Kaci made sure she had constant communication with us, texting us whenever needed, and was more than happy for us to text her with any updates, as well. She made sure everything was planned out (timeline, vendors, etc.), took notes for each call, and made sure everything was documented online, which was very helpful to reference whenever needed. Her advice on where to get ahead (like adding invitees' names into her system early) really took as much stress away from planning as possible. Considering we haven't been to a wedding in 10 plus years, Kaci's rehearsal was great and gave us, plus our wedding party, full confidence going into our big day. On our wedding day, Kaci and Courtney made sure everything was on time and according to plan. All we had to do was follow their lead. Both of them were calm, cool and collected the entire day. We cannot be more thankful for Kaci, Courtney and Simple Soiree for making our day truly perfect.

My husband and I got married on 11/25/23 at Excelsior in Lancaster PA and Simple Soiree was the perfect fit for our wedding day. Kaci was the heart and soul of the vendor team at our wedding day and we couldn't have been more thrilled with her and her team's work. As someone who has known Kaci through working with her professionally, it's no coincidence I hired her to be my own wedding planner. She is responsive, no matter how far out from your wedding you are. She cares if you're worried or anxious about something, and gets you answers, even if they aren't pressing for the time. Kaci really keeps the mental peace for brides and she remains calm, cool, and collected through the process. She is innovative with suggestions, takes care of logistics you didn't know existed, and does it all with the biggest smile and sweetest demeanor. She sat in on every meeting, took many of my phone calls, brainstormed solutions, and made the entire process incredible. We booked her for partial planning so that we were in contact more frequently and it was beyond anything we could've asked for. Kaci communicated with all our vendors for us, set everything up, knew exactly my vision for the day. My family members still are raving about her and how amazing she was. If anything at my wedding went wrong- I don't even know! She made it perfect. I look up to Kaci so much as a person and as a fellow vendor, and so having her do my wedding was such an honor. We are forever grateful for the friend and person she is, you can tell that she was born for this industry.

Our wedding day was 11/11/23 and it was perfect, no doubt thanks to Kaci! Kaci was my main point of contact throughout the planning, and Michaela was with her on the day of. I worked with Kaci for about a year and she took every thought, worry, and idea I had and turned it into an organized plan. Leading up to the wedding, Kaci was prepared at every meeting with action items/next steps and always had an agenda. On the day of the wedding, Kaci had everything ready. I gave her pictures of my vision and explained my ideas, and she made it happen down to every last detail. She thought of every last possible thing, down to the point of having cough drops for me because I had a sore throat the morning of the wedding. Being hands off is super difficult for my Type A personality, but I put my trust in Kaci and her team and I don’t regret it. Our wedding party and both sets of parents loved Kaci as well and appreciated her help. If you are planning a wedding, PLEASE hire Simple Soiree as they will be the best vendor you have.

We were blessed to work with Kaci and Michaela for our wedding day, and if there's anything I have to say about them is that they were absolutely worth every penny. Both sets of parents, our guests, and our vendors complimented us on the professionalism and hustle of our coordinators. When we first met, I told her that we wanted to enjoy the day with our family as much as possible and she made that happen. She answered all of my questions, was incredibly thorough, and I was able to let go of all of my day-of worries and just put my trust in Kaci. They were like wedding fairies making things come together and problem solving issues before I even knew about them. I would recommend her to any of my friends in a heartbeat.

We hired Simple Soirée as a day of coordinator. Looking back I regret not doing a wedding coordinator to help with planning throughout the year. I also think it would’ve help with the planner knowing what I wanted because I tried to explain my ideas but they did not fully grasp it. I even added pictures of what I wanted my decorations to look like and they did not do it. During the end of the night a lot of our guest said the coordinating team was not very friendly.

I don’t even know where to start in sharing how phenomenal it was to work with Simple Soirée!! Amy was our main point of contact throughout the planning process and she had Gretchen with her on wedding day. They were both AMAZING. I can not say enough good things. We hired as “day of” coordination but got SO much more. Amy was with us at our 2 planning meetings with our venue, she had zoom meetings with us to make sure we were doing ok and to answer any questions, she wrangled all our vendors, coordinated our entire timeline, and was immediate in responding to texts/calls/emails, etc. Amy ran our entire rehearsal and commanded a wild wedding party with ease. The next morning, wedding day, she showed up ready to roll, with a hangover and emergency kit prepared for us and was eager to do anything and everything we could have ever needed or wanted and then some. She kept the entire day running smoothly, executed all of it exactly to my vision, and could not have made it all more perfect. Amy was truly the hero of our entire wedding and I have no idea how we would have done it without her. 100/10 for Simple Soirée and 1000/10 for Amy!!!!

I cannot recommend Simple Soiree enough!! Our planner was Kaci and she was absolutely wonderful. She helped us pick every single vendor for our wedding day. We received so many compliments on the DJ, caterers, etc from guests and it was all thanks to Kaci and her wonderful recommendations. Kaci was always available via email or phone, and always had an answer/solution to any issue. Kaci kept us so organized and on track throughout the entire planning process. On the actual wedding day, Kaci and Brei were wonderful! They set up all of our decor, centerpieces, welcome table.. everything! Not only did they set everything up, but at the end of the night they packed everything back up and loaded up our cars for us! If there were any issues that came up, we didn’t know about them because Kaci and her team handled it. Kaci checked in with me (the bride) throughout the day and made sure I was eating and hydrated. We had to make the decision to move our ceremony location due to wind/rain.. Kaci came up with the best solution and no one would have even known we had to change our plans. Kaci and Brei managed every single part of our day, all we had to do the day of our wedding was be present and enjoy every moment. Do not hesitate to book them to plan your wedding, it will be the one of the best decisions you make!

Words cannot describe how grateful myself, my husband, and my family are for Kaci and her team! We hosted our wedding at my family’s farm never having thrown a party of this scale at our home, and never having hosted a wedding! While we had the grand ideas and were happy to help execute, it was so helpful and so much less stressful to have Kaci’s expertise and for her to take over communication with the vendors. She was always so calm, focused on what we wanted, honest, had the best advice and knew how to make what we wanted happen. Leading up to and the day of our wedding, we were so calm and confident everything would run smoothly - and it did! It was everything we could’ve dreamed of and none of it would’ve been possible without Kaci. Truly so grateful for her and her team!! If you think you don’t need a coordinator… I’m telling you now you do and it needs to be Kaci! You won’t regret it.

Hiring Simple Soiree was the best decision I made for my wedding. Planning a wedding in PA while living in VA was very intimidating and I truly couldn't have done it without Amy and her team. Amy was kind, attentive and enthusiastic. She was the ultimate hype woman and also went above and beyond. She connected me with the majority of my vendors who were absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond by arranging, picking up and returning a rental item for me which made my dream seating chart come true. Ultimately our wedding day was perfect and I owe 100% of the day's success to Amy and her team. They truly were fantastic and I highly highly recommend!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Kaci, Brie & Gretchen on our wedding day. I booked simple soirée’s package to assist on the day of the wedding. I couldn’t imagine getting through my wedding day without them. My husband and I were so lucky to have found Kaci and her team! They all went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were taken care of. They were even going to send someone to pick up a coffee for my mom! (Of course my mom said no, but how nice and thoughtful!!!!) From the moment Kaci and her team showed up to the moment they packed up, they were helpful, attentive, creative and willing to make sure our day went smoothly. While we did photos they walked around with me carrying my water bottle, (it was June and super hot)& lipstick for touch ups! They even fluffed my dress twice as I was walking down the aisle and Brie bustled my dress for me since I was in a rush. Kaci and her team are fantastic, don’t hesitate to book them for your wedding!

They made sure all my vendors were taken care of, set up and cleaned up everything, and just helped the day run smooth in general. We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Simple Soiree for day of wedding coordination. I hired Simple Soiree to help plan a wedding for my cousin whose father recently passed away. I knew she deserved to have the best wedding day and wanted to make sure that she had all the help and support she would need to make it perfect. Kaci and her team were amazing! They did everything and MORE to make this day extra special, to make sure that the bride wasn't stressed, literally from the beginning of the process to the end. I chose the final details package, but what I received was so much more than that. Hiring Simple Soiree was the best decision- it was piece of mind, a friendly and kind support system for the bride and groom, an expert to guide them through their selections, and literal boots on the ground ALL DAY to make sure that everything was perfect. They stayed until the end and cleaned up everything they could so the couple and family didn't have to worry about it. The bride and groom both say it was the best day of their lives, and I can't imagine that it would have been as smooth and seamless without Kaci and her team supporting them every step of the way. I hired Simple Soiree to take care of day-of coordination so I could be stress free on my wedding day. I was very confident in hiring them because of my conversations with Kaci, the owner. The coordinator assigned to my wedding was not great. She is not part of Simple Soiree anymore, and since all my other experiences with the company were positive, I'm changing my review to 5 stars because I would - other than that one person - recommend Simple Soiree, the business. Below are my complaints about the specific coordinator. Hopefully they can help you make sure the coordinator you choose doesn't make the same mistakes. I was not impressed with their communication leading up to the wedding - I had to remind and chase down things that they were supposed to do (set up a walkthrough at the venue, send a timeline to the vendors) and ended up doing these things myself instead. On the actual rehearsal and wedding days, I felt like the coordinators did an okay job. I was slightly irritated that they kept running me down with questions that were answered in the notes I'd given them. My bridal party was very frustrated, had a lot of complaints about the coordinator standing around or not getting people to the places they needed to be.

Kaci, Brei & Courtney at Simple Soiree were absolutely amazing to work with. As our lead event planner, Brei brought our vision to life & truly made sure no details were missed on our wedding day. We received so many compliments on our day of coordinators and how smooth they kept things running. The site Aisle Planner that they provide you to use over the course of your planning is a great feature. I was able to keep everything in one concise place & stay organized as well as communicate with Brei. The checklist tool on there was one of my favorite things to use. Overall, Simple Soiree is worth every penny - our day would not have been what it was without them!!

Instantly I knew during the phone consultation that I wanted Kaci to be my Day Of Coordinator. Kaci was friendly and attentive to my thoughts, plans and dreams. Her passion allowed my dream wedding to become reality. She was only a phone call, text message, or email away for any questions we had. In the weeks leading up to our big day, Kaci helped layout the timeline, coordinated with all of our vendors, and managed so many tasks behind the scenes that led to the wedding running smoothly. On the Wedding Day, Kaci and her assistant Michaela were extremely focused and helpful in managing any issues that popped up and made sure the day carried out as planned. They always had a smile on their faces and handled everything with care. We would recommend Simple Soiree and they're wonderful team to any bride & groom planning a wedding.

Simple Soiree is simply the best! Lisa was incredible to work with for our wedding at Bluestone Estate! We did the day-of coordination package but the value far exceeded the day-of!! We were together for the final venue walk through and rehearsal which all helped us plan the vision on the same page for our wedding! I had zero worries on the wedding day because Lisa and Courtney were running the show and working their magic! Stress free from start to finish plus the sweetest ladies ever. Love them and highly recommend!

Kacie was nothing short of fantastic!!! I hired her for the day of the wedding so I would be able to relax having some help. Little did I know the true treasure I had hired. She is organized, speaks gentle but with knowledge , very present and knows how to handle any situation. It’s obvious she has been doing this a long time. I was in awe of watching her on her element Greatest gift anyone could give themselves is a wingman like Kacie!!!! 10/10

Simple Soiree was a huge part of ensuring our wedding went without a hitch! As a Type-A bride, I could rest easy knowing so had people there to execute all my plans and ideas so that I could enjoy my wedding weekend to the fullest! When we couldn’t find a caterer within our budget, Amy helped us find an awesome caterer in no time! She also made sure all of our many vendors knew when and where to arrive on the wedding day as well as kept our wedding party on track! Thank you for all of your help!

Kaci and her team member, Courtney, nailed every aspect of our wedding from start to finish. Kaci came to our final walk through with the venue and recorded everything we needed to do, follow-up communications, etc. Our venue was an all outside vendor gig, and Kaci communicated and coordinated with each company so I didn’t have to. She walked us through each part of the day, fed us, and kept us on schedule. If weddings happened more than once, I would use Simple Soirée each time.

Where do I even begin!? Noah and I hired Kaci with Simple Soiree as our day-of wedding coordinator TWO years before our wedding date of 9.17.22 and I felt like we had a Full-Time wedding planner from day ONE. Kaci set me up with their planner system from the beginning, which made planning over the last two years a dream, and she always made me her priority anytime I had questions (even though our day was so far away). On our wedding day, Kaci and her assistant Michaela made ALL my visions come to life and every little detail I planned was executed perfectly! Overall, you know that you hired the right wedding planner when you have a huge sense of relief when you see them arrive in your bridal suite the morning of. My now husband had 14 groomsmen (I had 8 bridesmaids) and from the very start of the weekend, she organized and got ALL 14 men to listen to her. We cannot recommend Kaci with Simple Soiree enough!! I cannot thank Kaci and Simple Soiree enough for making our wedding day so special and seamless. Every detail was perfectly planned out and the whole day went so smoothly without feeling like we had to rush through anything or worry about being behind schedule. We were truly able to enjoy every second of our day, and it is all thanks to Simple Soiree!

I just wanted to thank you, especially Amy and Courtney, for all the help provided for my daughter’s wedding. Everything went seamless and so much stress was alleviated from Keri, which made her able to enjoy her and Andrew’s big day all the more! Thank you!

My husband and I hired Simple Soiree after seeing their amazing work at my sisters wedding in 2021. I cannot thank Kaci and her team enough. We wouldn't have had as smooth of an experience leading up to and on the Big Day without Simply Soiree's team. From the moment we booked with them, through the end of the evening, our coordinator was there for us. Lisa and Kailee work like a well-oiled machine, and their love for fine details, planning, and event execution is evident. To hire from Simply Soiree truly means not lifting a finger, and that's exactly what we wanted on our wedding day. There are hardly words to describe our utmost gratitude for what Lisa did for us. 15 out of 10!

From the moment we spoke with Kaci, we knew we were in good hands for our wedding!! We hired them as ‘day of coordinators’ and they did a fabulous job. Sydney was our lead, and Michaela was her assistant. They never batted an eye as to our vision. Sydney met us at the venue prior to our wedding in order to make sure that all of the details were handled. She reached out to the vendors to assist them with anything that was needed and to coordinate a timeline. She even ran our rehearsal. She handled a lot of the setup of both our ceremony and reception sites. We highly recommend them.

Kaci and Amy were the best and made sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We could text Kaci at any time leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day, and she always answered very quickly. We feel like we’ve known her and have been friends with her our whole lives! Kaci and Amy came with an emergency kit that had everything you could ever need and kept everyone in line and on schedule. If anything went wrong, we had no idea because they took care of it before we noticed or realized. We loved working with them and would 100% recommend Simple Soirée.

Kaci and her team were an absolute dream to work with. Her advice leading up to the big day was an absolute necessity. For every question and worry, there was an answer and reassurance. Kaci assured us that she would be our behind the scenes eyes, ears, and hands on representative on the day of the wedding. Wow, was she ever! Kaci and her assistant Amy were everywhere, solving all the little glitches that are bound to pop up. I can honestly say that we were able to truly enjoy our daughter's wedding without a care in the world.

Kaci was such a crucial part of our wonderful wedding and we are so grateful to her. She was the glue that held it all together through our many Covid postponements and she kept us calm all while handling stressful details for us. She was always genuine and helpful and so easy to work with - everything you want in a planner! Amy and Lisa helped on our wedding day and they were wonderful and sweet as well. Kaci is the best and will guide you to your perfect day.

Going into the wedding process as a frugal/ financially responsible (cheap) groom there were a lot of things I wanted to cut. Thankfully the venue where we got married required us to hire a Day of Coordinator and thankfully my wife hired Simple Soiree. Leading up to the big day they helped us coordinate the timeline that WE wanted and made sure to help us accommodate any needs big or small. They were also extremely prompt on returning emails. (You will learn quickly that other vendors are not) Then as you get closer they begin to coordinate with all of your vendors and get them on the same page so the day of there are no issues. Now for the big day. I cannot put into words how stress free our day was with them running the show. Every single penny spent on them was worth it before my wife even walked down the aisle. They just took care of shit that came up, and as I'm sure you were warned, shit comes up. With their help we were able to really enjoy the day. At the end of the day we spent a lot of money to have a wedding, but nothing returned higher dividends than having Simple Soiree as our Coordinator. The next morning people really liked the food, the entertainment was great as well, but I kid you not people talked about how smoothly the day went and even random aunts and uncles mentioned how great Kaci was....Like how does that happen!!! PS- On the drive home my cheap ass told my wife that I wanted to give them more money because they were worth so much more for helping us have the greatest weekend of our lives.

I wish I could give Kaci and her team more than 5 stars. They are simply AMAZING! We had a long engagement, and we booked Simple Soiree pretty early on, but Kaci was there every step of the way. Even my family raved about her after the wedding! And although Kaci was my "day of coordinator", she was really there for me throughout the entire process - from the major decisions and moments, to the smallest questions. When I had concerns about COVID, she was there. When I had questions about how to address invites, she was there. When I needed to get out of a contract with an unresponsive vendor, she was there. She also took care of coordinating and talking with all of my vendors, and attended all meetings and walkthroughs with the venue. On the day of the wedding, a server spilled red wine on my wedding dress, but Kaci immediately jumped in (with Tide stick in hand) and saved the day. I could never thank her enough for giving my fiance and I the most wonderful wedding day, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat to ANYONE! Thank you SO much, Kaci and Simple Soiree!!!

Kaci and her team were life savers on our wedding day! It rained and of course we did not have a backup plan. Kaci made adjustments and made sure that I felt completely comfortable and not stressed throughout the day! She handled everything with ease and truly made the day go seamlessly for us; even with downpouring ceremony! I can honestly say that our day would not have been as amazing as it was without their amazing work! I would recommend them to anyone asking for a coordinator or event planner!

We were lucky enough to work with Kaci as our wedding planner for our microwedding at Lauxmont Farms. I reached out to Simple Soiree because of our venue location and I was hoping to find someone familiar with the area as well as other vendors in the area- I could not have found someone more perfect for that role than Kaci. From the beginning she was always available to answer any of my questions and also help give us direction in areas where we were unsure of how the wedding should flow or what would be best for our guests. Kaci was so attentive to our needs and after we had our "one month to go" meeting, I had full faith and trust in her for our big day (not that I didn't already!) When it came time for the big day, Kaci even showed up early to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible for us and went above and beyond our expectations. Our wedding went off without a hitch and I fully attribute that to Kaci and her professionalism, as well as our other vendors. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us and for helping give us the most perfect wedding day.

Being a 2020 couple my husband and I decided to still get married last year surrounded by our family and then have a big celebration with all our family and friends this past October. I had to re-plan my wedding and switch venues with less than 6 months to plan. I wanted some support the month of the wedding and the wedding day. Simple Soiree was recommended to me. After speaking with the owner, Kaci, I knew her team was right for me. My planner was Amy and she was amazing. She was supportive, helpful, and super nice. She listened to me, was a friend to me, and helped me finalize my wedding day. I don't know what I would've done the day of the wedding without her! She took my vision and made it come to life. My daughter's wedding could not have gone more perfect thanks to Simple Soiree and our planner, Amy. There are so many compliments I would like to share but there is only so much room. I will highlight a few of them. Simple Soiree and Amy were very organized from my initial contact all the way to the wedding day. They followed through on all their promises, appointments and phone calls. When we needed a last minute bartending service or our caterer was being unacceptable, Amy made great recommendations and handled all of our problems. My only regret was that we did not call them before we searched and hired most of our vendors. The recommendations they made were top notch and it would have saved us a lot of time. Most importantly Amy and Courtney handled every single detail perfectly the day of the wedding. I did not have one thing to worry about or do that day other than have a great time celebrating with family and friends. Thank you AMY you are ONE IN A MILLION!

Kaci at Simple Soiree was the first vendor we booked after we selected our venue and we could not have been more grateful to have her throughout our entire planning process, than we were. We immediately clicked with her and she loved our vision. We knew we would be in great hands with her and her company. She even was right on board with all of our unique ideas. The wedding planning software she lets all of her couples use, was a breeze to use and honestly helped keep all of our planning incredibly organized. We were one of the first weddings to happen in the shutdown due to covid. Kaci went above and beyond to make sure all of our vendors were contacted and that we didn’t have to stress more than we already were. She was so comforting about it too. Not only did she do all of that once, but she did it all three times we had to postpone. When our big day finally rolled around, Kaci and her team worked like a well oiled machine. They were so organized and kept us ahead of schedule the entire day so that we had more time to dance and socialize at our reception. All of our family and friends adored her just as much as we did. In a way, we were happy to have to wait another year for our wedding because it gave us even more time to get to know her. We could not recommend her or her company enough. They all pay so much attention to every little detail and go above and beyond to give you the day of your dreams without having to stress about anything.
