d our vendors, friends, and family with genuine care and was a natural extension of us that day—navigating dress breaks, manual wheelchair ramps, large group transitions and more with a fun, easy demeanor. We relied on Becky in the months leading up to the wedding for vendor recommendations and timeline support. We're sharing both of our perspectives below in case you're on the fence! From the Grooms's perspective: To be honest, at first I didn't understand the value of a day of coordinator and why it was necessary for us to have one for our big day. That was until we started working with Becky in the months leading up to our wedding. She kept us on schedule for the mountain of tasks we needed to do before our wedding day. As the day got closer, Becky helped us navigate the pace of the day, and helped facilitate our somewhat unconventional ideas. On our wedding day, Becky was a friendly face who knew the ins and outs and helped keep us calm in moments of stress. Becky also blew me away with and how great she was with family members and friends. Becky is extremely prepared, for example she has a multilevel tackle box that she used to quickly sew and repair my wife's wedding dress multiple times. All in all, Becky was an excellent fit for us and an integral part of our wedding day. From the Bride's perspective: Despite my husband's initial hesitation ;), I knew we needed a day of coordinator to help facilitate our wedding day and take pressure off of us as a couple. When talking with coordinators, we looked for someone who was professional, kind and experienced—all of which Becky fit to a T. We built a custom package with Becky to meet monthly leading up to the wedding. Our calls were relaxed and fun, but important for us to stay on task and have a sounding board for our ideas. In the final month of planning, Becky took over communication with our vendor team which allowed us to focus on the finishing details. She was prompt and didn't let a single detail slip. On the big day, Becky was a familiar face to help us navigate the inevitable speed bumps of a large group event. She allowed us to focus on the important things—our marriage, our friends and family—while being ready at a moment's notice for unexpected surprises. We trusted Becky wholeheartedly to run the day and be the go-to for our vendor team and family members in needed of assistance. The best part: Becky had become such a natural part of our wedding team that it was a joy to see her face in the crowd and spend the day with her.

e wedding process thinking I could do it all or most of it by myself and I couldn’t have been more wrong. (Becky saved us!) In all things we spent money on for our wedding, Becky was the most valuable of all. She kept us organized, she helped us checking the million and half boxes that there are are for a wedding, and honestly she kept us both from losing our mind during the wedding planning process. Becky easily understood our ‘wedding vision’ and just ‘got us’ as a couple. She was able to use that to give us helpful ideas and suggestions during wedding planning meetings but to also make quick decisions for us on the day of wedding. Becky is organized, she has an answer or a solution for your questions (or she will find it!) and her process of helping you plan your event is seamless. Finally and I think most importantly, Becky is so kind, so passionate about her job, and truly excited for her clients. It was clear from day one of meeting Becky until our wedding day that Becky was invested in making our wedding beautiful and stress-free and she could not have done a better job.

decisions like venue, DJ, etc. but seeing as we had to think of and execute all of the nitty gritty details an event space would typically manage on our behalf, our wedding required a significant amount of foresight and detail management. Becky was there every step of the way to make sure no details were missed and we had everything we needed to have the day of our dreams! She is a calming presence, communicative and has a solution for everything. For example, on the day of, we had storms and the entire backyard was wet and muddy, so on top of your typical wedding management, Becky hustled to lay out mats to cover the mud and make our guests as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend her for your wedding needs!

The fact that we didn't even know anything had gone wrong speaks volumes to her professionalism and calm demeanor. The day was perfect, and we owe it in large part to Becky. Becky is kind, funny, and has an incredibly calming presence. I'm a normally high-strung person, and, as a bride, that was only amplified. I have a hard time relinquishing control of anything. Becky is the only person I would have trusted with wedding details, and I'm glad I did. Becky was easily the best money we spent on our wedding. If we did it all over again, she is the first call we would make. 5 stars. 2 thumbs up. 10/10. All the good things.

She created a day of itinerary that was left in a shared google drop box so that any changes were easily added and communicated. As much as we left room for error or delay in our timeline, everything went to smoothly that it almost wasn’t necessary. On the day of the wedding, Becky checked in on me to see if I needed anything and reminded me to enjoy my day. I was able to enjoy the day to the fullest due to her preparation and execution. I was extremely stubborn about using a wedding planner and insisted I could plan everything, but was totally kidding myself. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a Becky, my only regret was not hiring her sooner in my planning process.

Throughout that time, she assisted with anything I needed, including not only finding vendors for floral, linens, photobooth, and the cake, among others, but contacting them on my behalf, collecting quotes, and coordinating meetings that worked with my schedule. Becky remained in constant communication, provided substantial and genuine feedback, and brought a sense of creativity that I could not have brought myself in connection with my wedding. There was no ask too big or too small that she did not handle with the utmost professionalism. She even made the cakestand we used! As for the day the wedding, Becky did not disappoint. She managed to keep the entire wedding day right on track, and, even more impressive, she was able to get us back on schedule when we fell behind in a way that did not interrupt the natural flow of the day. All the while, Becky managed all deliveries, pick ups, drop-offs, and outside vendors. I was able to wake up the day after the wedding, pick up the items we needed to from the venue, and jump on a plane for my honeymoon with zero worries or follow-up from any vendors. I encourage anyone to hire Simplicitee for the full-service package, but insist that the day-of coordination is an absolute necessity!
