She prepared the day-of schedule and made sure all vendors were on the same page. She ran a tight ship and made sure the wedding ran smoothly, all without us ever having to feel the stress of timing, logistics, etc. All we had to think about was getting married and having fun. That's a priceless feeling. Possibly the most useful and beneficial service she provided was making sure the design, feel, and vibe of ALL the components of the wedding came together beautifully. She solved problems during the planning months and on the day of, and she instilled in us a faith that if something came up she would find a solution. The day of, there were only minor hiccups with vendors and she solved them all without us even knowing they occurred. In the months leading up to the wedding we had a few problems with other vendors, but just left it in Latoria's hands to solve and she did. In addition to being incredibly capable, she also projects an air of calm and confidence--a sort of "I got this" attitude. It's settling and really helped calm our nerves. I believe this helped both of us for when we got together. A month before our wedding, we met with Latoria to go over all the details regarding the wedding. At this point in the wedding planning process, I was ready to hand everything over to her and to have her help. To say I was relieved after meeting Latoria is an understatement. I was so appreciative of her help even leading up to the wedding day! On the day of the wedding, I was able to enjoy myself and to enjoy the moment. The day went by in the blink of an eye but I can say that I am still able to reflect on every minute of the day because Latoria and her team took care of everything!
