Leading up to our day weekend we’re under a hurricane warning. We had no clue what to expect we had 3 vendors cancel. Bethany and her team showed up and performed in the middle of a post tropical cyclone and wowed everyone.

sh I wasn’t so nervous and full of butterflies so I could’ve tasted it better. Lol. The only bad thing I have to say about her (which is why I gave 4 stars), is that she didn’t treat her staff very well. While I didn’t see this firsthand amongst all the wedding activities, my brother and sister in law, who were the wedding coordinators and directors for the day, saw a lot of it and I never appreciate people being rude to those around them, especially those who are trying to help and work with them. So, while her food is incredible and she works very well with food preferences and your budget, I would recommend her more highly, if she treated her staff with as much respect and consideration as she does her clients, but maybe that’s just me.

ey were concerned with not understanding what they should be doing. I do admit to one moment of frustration when I had been told we loaded cloth napkins but upon arrival and set up they had not (it was table clothes) and we had to go to a local dollar general and I was stern about the fact we had billed for an item we didn’t have. This is what was replied by Charis on our Facebook page … Maybe my brother and sister in law blew things out of proportion when they explained things to Patrick and I. We still loved having you there and your food was incredible. I can’t fully say anything since I didn’t see anything first hand. We still loved working with you 😊 I want to explain a little more in depth. I have 6 visa workers from Bulgaria several of who have very limited English. They want very clear and concise instructions and when speaking very “matter of factly” it can definitely sound harsher that it’s intended. Thankfully we have now had many weeks of weddings and several formal trainings so much of there job is now engrained and doesn’t require instruction and when they don’t understand they are much more comfortable asking where as before there was some embarrassment in saying so which led to frustration with me over having to explain things multiple times. Charis and Patrick are an amazing loving and spiritual couple who both appear to come from faith based families. They are the types that you’d be surprised to hear ever speak in anger. Me using direct tones and language would certainly seem harsh to their mild tones and I do understand that and now with more training we work much more like a well oiled machine and everyone understands the tasks

ustom menu of Middle Eastern appetizers and passed items (the picture of the display is actually used on here for promotional purposes) everything was so wonderful we couldn't select items and decided we wanted them ALL. Most of our items with vegan and gluten free by design but they were marvelous so we kept it that way to make sure everyone had options. Bethany created us our own platters to eat while getting ready so we wouldn't be hungry during the event as she warned us everyone wants to talk to you and its hard to eat (SHE WAS SO RIGHT). Bethany was both a delight to work with and and professional but she also was caring and beyond willing to create exactly what we wanted.

had a wait list of hours to get a table. After talking to Bethany, we were more than confident she was the right choice. Being an attorney and holding our wedding at one of the more exclusive locations in Provincetown, I could feel, that other vendors looked at us as a blank check. Bethany assured us from the start that she would not sell us more than we needed as that was both a poor practice and more work on her (after having her food we might have wanted to have much more however). Our guests to this day still rave about the food. I have never in my live had wedding food that I remembered after the event. Sadly, I did not have it the day of mine as in all the whirlwind I never sat still long enough that day to eat anything. Knowing I was sad about that especially after guests talk about it for months my husband contacted Bethany the following year, rented us a private cabin on the resort we were married at and had Bethany recreate the entire meal for us on our first anniversary.

ny helped us create a totally custom, cohesive menu out of our eclectic, mixed interests (combining Latin America, Eastern European, Cape Cod, and Vegan cuisines). From the hors d’oeuvres, to the dinner, to the bar, everything was exactly as we dreamed and absolutely delicious, especially the vegan foods. Seriously, that acorn squash was a talking point!

d tomatoes and small amounts of onions, corn, meat, cheese, bread, poultry and pasta. He's allergic to most vegetables and all seafood. He can eat most basic seasonings and sauces” Guests might have thought the food boring but working within those guidelines is no small feat. We were also very concerned with being cost effective and sustainable. Bethany was the only caterer that hadn’t tacked on COVID fees and she found adorable palm leaf and bamboo place settings so we could have disposable items that didn’t harm the planet. We gave Bethany a budget and a tiny list and she fully made it work.

In 1998, I went to culinary school in Pittsburgh and I have never looked back, I have been a chef for 25+ years. Catering is my passion. During COVID I added my nutritionist cerrification. As a chef I have learned to love that my niche was organically created in my love of knowing the science behind food and not just how to cook. That has allowed me to excel at creating custom menus and not merely offering but understanding strict dietary needs. Working for myself for the past 5 years has allowed me to be more personal with my clientele and I appreciate that fully.
