Words can not express how much I love Diana and her team - but I will try.
Planning a wedding is, I found out, a ton of work. So many details swirling around at all times and it's a rough job seeing the forest through the trees sometimes. We hired Diana's team for the month leading up to our wedding and the day-of. WOW. Single-handedly the best decision we ever made. Diana's team is worth every penny and then some! She was proactive in jumping into the planning to see where things were at and she guided me through questions that either weren't yet answered or I didn't even know to ask. She made me feel like I was in good hands in the first 5 minutes of our first official planning call.
You always hear stories about stressed out brides in the weeks leading up to their wedding, but I wasn't stressed AT ALL. Everything was handled well before the big day, and whatever needed to be worked out on the day-of? They handled everything. I got to relax and enjoy the moment. And that was highest quality service we got to experience. Can't thank Diana and her team enough. We're still riding high on cloud nine, weeks after.

Worth every penny and would highly recommend! Diana and her team did a great job to ensure our day went smoothly and I can’t recommend her enough! Once our wedding started, we didn’t worry about a thing. Diana also stepped in to sort out some last minute vendor questions/SNAFUs a couple days before the event without even looping us in so we weren’t stressed.

Disappointed is best way to capture my sentiment on hiring Diana and her team. She was the vendor I was hoping would shine the day of and she failed to deliver. My daughter and her fiance wanted a vibe for their wedding and not a “show”. We hired Diana for the month of coordination and I guess because we didn't fit into her Instagram worthy event we received subpar service.
As a female small business owner I love supporting self made women and their teams. I dislike leaving bad reviews but I don't want others to experience what I did for my only daughter.
Working with Diana, it seemed as if we were always low priority. My niece was an event planner in LA and did red carpet and big events, and her comment after Diana and her helper failed to remind my daughter to grab her wedding bouquet to walk down the aisle.…..How does that happen? Exactly, I can let many small things go, but when you fail to remind my daughter to get her bouquet….WTF?
You were supposed to handle the details the day of, and you did not as you were too busy thinking and planning for your Instagram events.
My husband mentioned we needed drink restocking and you said we were fine; No we were not. We ran out of drinks and found 40 percent of them in our second fridge.
Calling the buses to come up to transport guests to reception….I had to do that along with another family member.
The fails are many. My family thought I bought the discount planner….not true at all. I hired the one who shouldn't have taken us on as we did not seem to fit her “Brand style or Instagram Style”.
I would not recommend Diana and her team if you want service that is five stars. You get one star for showing up, D for assistance the month and F for execution and delivery the day of.
All our vendors were great, except our month of wedding coordinator.

Transparency is a priority for me, and I would like to provide some context, as this review doesn’t entirely reflect the experience or feedback we received from your daughter and her fiance on their wedding day. The event was filled with positive interactions, a well-coordinated timeline, and careful attention to detail. Most importantly, our bride and groom expressed their happiness with how their special day unfolded.
I worked closely with your daughter and her fiance throughout the planning process, including regular meetings and a lovely site visit with you as well. I understand that weddings can be intense and complex events, with each family bringing its own perspective, and I strive to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Our goal is always to deliver excellence, and my team and I take pride in our clients’ joy and satisfaction.
Which leads me to my own disappointment in hearing about your experience - the frustrations that were shared are disheartening and not reflective of our mission to always prioritize our clients’ needs first. As is standard protocol, I made an effort to check in throughout the day and ensure everything was running smoothly. If there were issues that were causing distress, they weren’t communicated or made known to me or my assistant on the day of. I wish we could have alleviated any stress you were experiencing or concerns you may have had at your daughter’s wedding so that your day could have been stress-free and more enjoyable.
We can admit and take responsibility for any mistakes, and it was an oversight that our bride’s bouquet was left behind. Although my assistant noticed the bouquet was not with the bride before the processional started, in the heat of the moment, our bride started her processional before it could be retrieved. However, she had her bouquet in hand by the end of the ceremony.
Regarding the restocking of drinks, our role as coordinators typically does not include bartending services. While we did assist with initial welcome drink setup when a designated family member didn’t cover this duty as planned — ensuring water and canned champagne were fully stocked at the ceremony location — our focus had to shift to other critical tasks. I departed to a separate reception venue to arrange all the decor, while my assistant stayed behind to help bustle the bride’s dress, which required significant time and attention. We regret that we couldn't manage restocking during this transition, but our priorities were aligned with taking care of the couple’s immediate needs, ensuring the overall flow of the event, and preparing the reception space as planned, where there was a full bar and catering staff that took care of drinks for guests for the rest of the evening.
Regarding the bus transportation, I want to clarify that I maintained clear and consistent communication with the shuttle service throughout the event. I provided detailed instructions for the buses to be ready at the house by 4:30 PM and to arrive at the venue at 5 PM, and I stayed in direct contact with the drivers to ensure everything went according to plan. I have documented these communications, and while I do not typically involve the couple in these logistics to minimize their stress, this does not mean communication was lacking. I understand that this may not have been evident, but rest assured, the transportation details were managed with care.
We deeply understand the significance of every detail on such an important day, and we always welcome constructive feedback that can help improve our services. Again, Josie, we are sorry to hear that your experience did not align with the standards we hold ourselves to, and we have taken this experience as a learning opportunity for our team.

They made us feel at ease as our wedding approached, making the necessary connections, and ensuring everything went smoothly including: detailed timelines, floor plan, and rehearsal obviously in addition to day of management. Diana and her team came on board in May to help us plan our September wedding at the Legion of Honor in San Francisco. They were a dream to work with, and my only regret is that I didn't bring Simply Elegant on earlier in the planning process! Diana is organized, calm, and gracious. Throughout, she advocated for my vision and kept everything on track! I'd recommend her to anyone looking for someone flexible, understanding, and hardworking as their partner during an emotionally-charged, exhilarating, once-in-a-lifetime process. Thank you, Diana!!

Diana was INCREDIBLE to work with throughout my wedding planning journey. I opted for the full planner package and highly recommend it. We had numerous video chats and in-person meetings to refine the vision and coordinate with vendors, bringing the event to life. Diana's insightful questions and extensive experience guided me every step of the way, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Where Diana truly shined was during the month leading up to the wedding. With a lot on my plate, both personally and professionally, she took charge of final vendor communications and ensured every detail was in place. Diana helped plan two key events: the welcome party (rehearsal dinner) and the wedding day itself. For day-of coordination, her team handled the welcome party, while Diana personally oversaw the wedding. The wedding day went smoothly but a few unforeseen issues arose during the welcome party—like delays in dinner service, sound system mishaps, and situational challenges. These were mainly due to unfortunate circumstances rather than any fault of Diana's team, but there was a brief scramble, with guests stepping in to help. My tip is to discuss potential challenges and contingency plans in advance, so you can arrange for extra support to assist with tasks like moving chairs and tables if needed.
The wedding day was MAGICAL, and Diana and her team excelled in managing any hiccups, ensuring everything ran smoothly. SO many guests commented on how much fun they had, and much of that credit goes to Diana's work to bring my vision to life and execute things so wonderfully. THANK YOU!

I hired Diana and team for month of coordinator for our wedding and was blown away by her work! I was skeptical on hiring a coordinator in the first place and Diana exceeded all my expectations: she was friendly and helpful, she organized vendors and timelines detailed and timely, night of she made sure everything in my vision was on point. My only regret is not hiring her for a longer period because she made everything so easy for me!

I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without Diana and Helen coordinating our wedding day! Diana took all of our visions and brought them to life while Helen and Kattia executed them all the day of. Diana provided all of the resources and knowledge to plan the entire day perfectly. Helen and Kattia allowed my family, friends, and I to enjoy the wedding without having to do any work! Helen was even sweet enough to help take care of our dog/furbaby during the wedding which was truly invaluable. Words truly can’t express how amazing the whole team is!

Diana, Anai, and Helen were absolutely phenomenal in preparing me for my wedding day. I signed up for the 1 month wedding planning package, and I’m so glad I did. They all helped me with phone calls and coordinating all the small details I hadn’t even thought of. They helped fill in all the gaps and it made for a seamless wedding. Everyone was proactive, friendly, and professional. These ladies are worth every penny!

I booked Diana and her team for month of coordination and they really helped keep me calm in the final stretch! Diana met with me and my vendors to work on and refine the wedding timeline, she helped me with the seating chart, and made sure all the vendors had what they needed. Helen and Kattia were there for the day of and they were equally fantastic! They helped us get everything prepped at the venue, and I didn't receive any questions from my vendors on the day of, that's how I knew that they had everything going like a well-oiled machine. Their hard work allowed me to enjoy every minute of my wedding!

Our wedding day would not have been possible without Diana and team. For 12 weeks she provided us with plenty of resources and follow-up, making sure we connected with all our vendors and all our stars were aligned. And then for the rehearsal and day of, everything went great without a hitch. Highly recommended.

I contacted Diana for a month of coordination service. I really appreciated that the team was so organized and easy to communicate with. Her and her team checked in with me even prior to the month beginning just to make sure on the day that services started that they would be fully onboarded and ready to help.
Diana then had weekly meetings with me and helped settle our final timeline and our final layout. They communicated with all the vendors and sent a full plan that was extremely detailed. I honestly didn't have to worry about one thing on the day of.
The team was extremely professional, kind, easy to talk to, and did so many little things that I didn't even notice until later!
I really appreciate all their help and support throughout the process and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else planning a wedding in the bay area.
My ONLY regret is not hiring them for the entire process :D I'm sure it would have all gone swimmingly if we had!

I contacted Diana after speaking with a few different wedding planners and it only took a few minutes to know she was the one. Diana and her team were absolute perfection from Day 1. There's no way I would have been able to pull off the wedding without her. She took the time to explain things step by step and answered all my questions with kindness along the way. Diana handled my now Husband like a pro (he can be difficult!). She also gave outstanding recommendations for vendors and coordinated every detail with them directly. I was blown away with the entire process, wedding day and event wrap up. I can't thank Diana and her team enough. We 1000% recommend Diana for all your wedding needs. We hired Simply Elegant by Diana for month-of coordination for our wedding at the Brazil Room in Berkeley and they did an incredible job. Our weekly meetings with Diana leading up to the wedding were super helpful. She was extremely thorough, organized, and reassuring. She was especially helpful with finalizing our timeline, choosing decor, and putting us at ease!
Our fantastic coordinator for the day of was Helen Wu. Due to Helen’s seamless coordination, we felt like we could be mentally present and enjoy our wedding day! She was so kind and reassuring. She set up the decor beautifully. She was an expert at running our rehearsal and getting the wedding party set up for the ceremony. During the reception, she kept everything moving along at an appropriate pace. I felt like she always made sure that my wife and I were in the right place at the right time.
I would highly recommend Simply Elegant by Diana for wedding planning/coordination!

Diana and her team--Anai, Helen, and Nalee--were incredibly easy to work with and let us fully enjoy our wedding day. We met virtually weekly in the month leading up to the wedding, and they were very communicative both in person and async. While their professionalism was top notch, what really struck me was when I met them in person and their genuine excitement for us were palpable. It's clear that they're truly passionate about their job and love to help their couples. Couldn't recommend Diana and the Simply Elegant team more!

I reached out to Diana after my caterer highly recommended that we work with her, and I'm so glad that we did! Diana was our wedding coordinator for 1 month leading up to our wedding. She is an extremely sweet, kind, and caring person to work with. She is always professional, and you know you're in good hands working with someone with so much knowledge and experience in the wedding industry. Diana and team were so great. Not sure how we could have pulled off our wedding without them as we don't live in Las Vegas. She really took charge when our venue gave us no direction and helped us find vendors like (Piano player and Hair & Makeup). Would 1000% recommend her and her team to anyone getting married in the Las Vegas area.

My son and his fiance selected Simply Elegant by Diana less than a year from the anticipated wedding. She carefully worked with them to identify the type of venue that would meet their needs and then helped them select Yin Ranch. She kept them on task giving them wonderful guidance, suggestions and introducing them to fantastic vendors such as Blooms by Sirce, Blurred Line Photography and Jacqueline Banuelos (make up and hair) the DJ, who I only know as Chris was also over the top keeping everyone on the dance floor to the last minute! Finally, the big day came, May 6, 2023 and I cannot tell you how perfectly everything went. Diana was on point beginning with the rehearsal, set up, the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception...She and her excellent team kept everything going even when 2 hired servers did not show up. We, including the bride and groom, had no idea! Diana and her fabulous team kept things going without a glitch. AMAZING does not really say enough. Diana made planning a wedding from Seattle, WA that took place in Vacaville, CA seem easy peasy. Every vendor she identified and ultimately was selected were professional, caring, fun, lovely people who made the day extraordinary. I would highly, highly recommend Diana and her team!

Diana, Helen, and Nalee did a wonderful job planning and coordinating our wedding. We booked the "month of" services from them, and they helped us coordinate all of the different vendors for finalizing the last minute details. They had some great suggestions and gave helpful responses to our questions, showing how experienced and well-versed they are. The timeline that they helped us create was very well organized and covered everything we (and the vendors) needed to know to make the day run smoothly.
On the day of, Helen and Nalee helped organize all of our decor, making sure everything was set up in the correct place. They helped with queueing the various audio/visual elements like our processional/recessional songs, cocktail hour playlist, and slideshow during dinner. At the end of the night, they helped us break down the decor and put it all together where we could pack it into our vehicles.
Having their help really took a lot of stress and anxiety away from our wedding day. Knowing that they were going to handle any issues that came up was a great relief, and it allowed us to focus on enjoying our day with friends and family.

I had the best team coordinate our wedding ! Diana was amazing she created our timeline, great communication and put our lead coordinator Helen up to date. The process they have works ! Questionnaires, Files to input your visions, site visits and zoom calls :) The day of we had three coordinators Helen,Nalee and Yvonne. Loved them all they went above and beyond to make our day special. Helen she was amazing! checked in when she arrived and was on top of the whole night along with team. I was skeptical about hiring a party planner but after I saw Diana and team at my friends wedding I was like I need them. Diana and her team were more than party planners. They held my hand and guided me through the process every step of the way, and helped lessen the anxiety of the whole thing. I'm a busy working mom, with little experience planning anything but small birthday parties, plus I suffer from social anxiety sometimes and am kind of ADD. Despite all of that with the help of Diana and her team I had a spectacular event that my family is still raving about. What's more their services pay for themselves. What do I mean? The vendors list they provide offer their services at below market price, so I saved big money on everyone from the photographer, to the choreographer, to DJ! So you might as well hire them, otherwise you will end up spending more on your event without them.

What to say about Diana and the team at Simply Elegant that has not been said before?
She took care of coordinating schedules with two sets of families, all the vendors (all.of.them.), as well as mine and my husband's.
RIght from the start, Diana set us at ease. She made us laugh and laughed with us. Diana is so warm and so kind. She listened to my concerns and helped me navigate through them. Diana genuinely cares about people.
Our wedding day ran so smoothly with her and her team there that day. All we cared about on our wedding day was that our guests had a good time. Our guests and vendors all left smiling.

She came on board a month before wedding planning and she was just the right Coordinator I needed. She was always ready to troubleshoot any issues or problems that came along the way.
I’m a very detailed and particular person and I wanted my wedding to be as perfect as possible and I am happy to say that it was! I really enjoyed my wedding day. I had no worries and I was completely calm. I knew everything was under control.

Diana could change her business name to “Simply Excellent” because that is what she is! She is prompt, professional, organized, and clearly just an expert at what she does. She was our month-of coordinator, and she was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. After many months of handling our own planning, trusting her to take over vendor communication, put together our timeline, and answer our last minute detail questions was wonderful.
Our wedding day went smoothly and if there were any problems, I didn’t know about them—and that’s how it should be! She was great at wrangling everyone, discreetly checked with us when there were speech requests from guests, and . Our guests all had a fantastic time and we got so many compliments on how smoothly the event went, how high the production value was, and how much fun they had. Weeks after the wedding, we still are getting messages about it and what a great time it was! We highly recommend Diana and her team!

Hiring Diana as our wedding planner was the best decision my husband and I decided to do!
I knew I wanted a wedding planner since the get-go. I would consider myself organized and a great party planner. If you are considering hiring a wedding planner, hire Diana and her team! We decided on the 4 weeks of Wedding Management package. I researched our venue and saw that she had planned several weddings at our specific venue, that was instrumental. I wanted to be sure to find someone that had an idea of all the logistical issues that could arise. I contacted her and we set up a meeting. During our official meeting I knew she was the one for me. Her outgoing personality just gave me the reassurance I needed that I was going to be supported by a confident professional, she knows all things wedding. Every question that arose she had an answer or she would get back to me with one, in a timely manner. Her and her team provided me with many resources from vendor recommendations, spreadsheets and checklist. We did not hear about one problem during our wedding, not one. That’s HUGE! Diana and her assistant collaborated with all vendors. She created a detailed wedding day timeline and floorplan that was sensational, we were so impressed. Unfortunately, my lead staff did not show up on our big day. Diana stepped in and assisted which was not part of her scope of work. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She solved problems and made proper adjustments through the wedding planning process. She made sure that my husband, wedding party, wedding guest and I had the best time and she succeeded. Thank you Diana!

I am in awe if the sensational job Diana was able to pull off in such a short amount of time, we came to her the end of July and gave her the event date for October 2022, she was so patient with me and my husband, answering questions, keeping us in the loop of the process and reassuring me when we thought our ideas were too crazy.(which was often :))
The venders also delivered nothing short from magnificent, it was an honor working with every single person from the flowers, cake, photos, videos, makeup, set up, and set down, invitations, venue.
Diana is awesome at her job but she seriously is such a beautiful person, loved working with her and we will definitely be renewing our vows with her <3

Diana is truly an expert in her field. The moment we connected via email and initial phone call, I knew that I had the support I needed to plan my wedding day. She sent templates and checklist to guide me every step of the way. She was on board two months before the day of but she was always responsive to my questions when I was in doubt, even before our contracted date. She created a wedding timeline and venue layout which made planning easier. She took the reigns from me in coordinating with my vendors to be sure everyone is on the same page. My husband and I see the value of having Diana the day of the wedding. No couple can manage their wedding day even if they're super organized. Diana is helpful, pleasant to work with and professional. Thank you Diana and team!

Diana and Helen and team - I love them! They made our whole wedding experience wonderful! We had Diana for 2 months and right away she organized and got all our vendors together and on the same page. During the wedding, the team got everything set up perfectly and made sure we didn't leave anything behind at the end of the night. They were also so flexible and helpful when we ended up having last minute changes to our timelines. I highly recommend having Diana and her team for your wedding - they are awesome!

Diana and her team were AWESOME! They made the month leading up to ur wedding so smooth and stress free. Diana had so many great ideas for us and helped behind the scenes making things easy for us. Our wedding day was everything we imagined and we could not have done it without Diana. I know she was coordinating lots of little details so we did not have to worry about them. My husband and myself had been in the search for a wedding coordinator for weeks to make sure we enjoyed our wedding day stress free and were able to spend as much time as we could celebrating with our guests. Since the very first phone call meeting we had with Diana no matter our connection issues and the call dropping a few times we automatically felt her genuine vibe as well we her charming personality and we knew she was the perfect fit for us to help us execute our special day to perfection. Working with Diana one month prior to our wedding day was incredible she was on top of everything reaching out to our event vendors and making sure the program was going to run smoothly taking a lot of task off our plate. Her great skills in making sure everything was organized made sure our big day was definitely a dream come true. On the event day Diana and Anaí were extremely helpful and very professional from the start helping organize our court to making sure they had their bouquet and boutonnières prior to the ceremony. Throughout the event day we had a couple of last minute inevitable changes due to the strong winds and they both made sure the event kept running smoothly with no disruptions making sure me and my husband were well taking care of and not stressed about anything our cake even fell due to the winds fault and it was saved and when it was time for cutting if it wasn’t for Diana informing us we would of never known. I really appreciate Diana and Anaí for all their dedication and great work that day making sure there were no delays in the time line and that we danced all night until our feet hurt. I highly recommend Diana and her staff if you want to enjoy your special moments and make sure everything turns out even better than planned.

Diana and her team were so wonderful to work with! From the first day I spoke with her, her warm and friendly personality was evident through just a phone call, and based on other great reviews, we knew she would be the perfect coordinator for us to execute our special day. We are a detail oriented couple who love a project, so we wanted to plan our wedding but needed the guidance from a professional who knows the industry, especially since we really only gave ourselves a 5 month timeline to plan! We wanted more than just the one-month coordination to feel at ease, so Diana worked with us and met us in the middle to provide a two-month service. She provided checklists to ensure we were on track with planning and she had great communication and was responsive. It felt like she was always available and our questions/concerns were being addressed promptly throughout the whole process. Once the two-month mark hit, she was super organized and provided complimentary feedback without compromising our vision. We knew what we wanted, and she helped execute it. She helped us meet with our vendors to iron out the final details and made sure they were all aligned for our wedding day. Everything fell into place once we were finally able to have our site visit with Diana and the venue director. There was always some voice in the back of our minds that we were missing something, but Diana was our peace of mind throughout the process.
Come wedding weekend, Diana's colleague, Helen, ran our ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding and it went smoothly - quickly, actually! Everyone knew where they were supposed to be, and Helen checked in with my then-fiance and me to make sure everything was as we envisioned. Since the ceremony was outdoors and at the coast, she gave us tips on the procession with the aisle width and terrain in mind that were really helpful. The wedding day itself was super calm, with the windy coastline being the only issue we had on our minds. Diana checked in with my Matron of Honor and husband on the wind and even sent a video of what it looked like. Diana checked in often to make sure we were good and quickly helped troubleshoot the wind, it ended up not being much of a concern. Diana also made sure we ate, kind of like a loving strict mom in a way (haha <3), but we loved that since we have heard from friends and family that you have to remember to eat!
All in all, Diana was responsive, organized, executed our vision, kept the day running smoothly from start to finish, had competitive pricing for high value service, and did it all with a positive attitude. We had SO MUCH fun on our wedding day. Still dreaming about our wedding two weeks ago, we want to do it all again and would work with Diana and her team again in a heartbeat! Maybe an anniversary down the road eventually, maybe... ;) Diana, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! <3

Diana was amazing!!!! I had a previous nightmare coordinator experience for my son's wedding and I was super nervous about this wedding. Diana guaranteed me that I would be able to relax and that she would take care of everything so that we could enjoy the experience and be present for everything. That was exactly what happened! The wedding was organized, ran on time, not delays, no worries and I was in the moment and present without any worries!!!!!! And she was professional, warm, always smiling and I never felt that I was being too particular. My daughter and new son-in-law were so happy and they got the wedding of their dreams!!!! I would recommend Diana for all events!

If you are looking at reviews to research for the perfect wedding planner, please stop and read this! Like you, we found Diana's company searching the internet for a planner on our special day in May 2022 and she obliged to take on the role. We actually found her in Sept. 2020 and had been working with her the last 2 years. We have nothing but great things to say about her!
She is attentive in our details, very organized, communicates well, fairly quick to respond to questions, friendly, timely and goes above and beyond! She has this down to a science and you can easily trust her methods to planning your special day.
We went over our initial theme and idea for our wedding and had scheduled meetings with higher frequency as time drew closer to the wedding. This provided great communication and we developed a good relationship with her while going over her 3 step plan, which I would recommend you follow. If you have a vision, Diana will work with you to help make it come true within your budget.
Obviously during wedding day, there are plenty of unforeseen hiccups. Diana and her team beautifully managed them and did not concern us with any problems that they could solve on their own. For any of the other issues that required our confirmation, she presented the problem to us and also provided solutions to them. This created quick execution without the knowledge of our guests realizing anything was wrong/incorrect.
I give her 5 stars for all of the above and so much more that she has done for my now wife and I. She's definitely someone who you want in your corner, to have grace under pressure, to be the coolest cucumber in the room, during the chaos of wedding day. Our wedding day went perfectly as planned and it is all owed to her!

Diana is the absolute best. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing she is as both a wedding planner & a person! She is calm, cool, collected and the ultimate problem solver. My fiancé and I live in Ohio and had never been to California but decided to branch out and have our destination wedding somewhere we’d never been. The only opinion I had was to be near cliffs, have a water view, and clear chairs & Diana far exceeded my expectations. We had to change our venue 4 months before our wedding & I never once felt like we couldn’t figure it out, there’s literally nothing Diana can’t do. She is worth every single penny & more. Our entire family (even my new mother in law!!) was raving about Diana and our florist Sirce for weeks after the wedding. She is professional, she is kind, and she gets stuff DONE! My fiancé regularly said Diana is a saint! I wish I could get married again just to have another reason to talk to Diana all the time. My wedding was absolutely incredible and I gave her almost full creative control & she killed it. If you’re thinking about hiring Diana and her team- DO IT!!

Our wedding would not have been such an amazing event were it not for Diana! First, it was super easy to learn about her packages and figure out which would be the best package for my fiance and I - we ended choosing the partial package. In hindsight, I kinda wish we did the full package because with the partial package, she does not begin working with us until we've booked the major vendors (ie venue, etc) ourselves, which is pretty stressful especially with covid! Once we booked the major vendors, she came onboard and helped to book the remaining vendors like transportation and lighting. She made awesome recommendations for my hair/makeup stylist, which I may not have found were it not for her. I also really appreciated the vendor pricing/discounts that she extends for things like Minted, and with vendors that she's worked with in the past.
I also absolutely LOVED Diana's planning materials - the timeline and vision board were absolutely necessary for my mental health the last few stressful months of planning :) She chose our linens and other decor with very little direction on our part, by design - she can be as little (or as much) involved in choosing decor as you need. We really appreciated her flexibility and time spent collaborating and communicating with us, and bringing our vision to reality.
She also ran interference and completely managed communications and logistics with our vendors, which was amazing and so needed, especially during the final weeks leading up to the wedding.
Where Diana absolutely SHINES is the day of the wedding: our wedding day literally went flawlessly (at least from my husband and my perspective :) - we literally did not worry about a thing the day of because she was so on top of everything the whole day - from the start of the day to the end of the day - which I am eternally grateful for!
The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because we did run into some hiccups/miscommunications with Diana during planning, but even with these Diana was quick to resolve/address right away.

Diana was a godsend for us during our wedding planning process over the last 2.5 years. She truly was such a calming force during our wedding weekend and in the weeks leading up to our big day. We utilized Diana as our day-of coordinator but she was so much more than this, I knew I could email her at any point before our big day and quickly get a response and a thoughtful one at that. When it came time to hand over all of our details of our wedding weekend to her, she took everything and ran with it in the most organized and detail-oriented way. SO grateful for her and her team!!

Diana is beyond amazing to have by your side when planning a wedding! Two months prior to our wedding, I had to have surgery and my husband and I knew that we could not tie up all loose ends and handle final details while I attempt to heal and he runs his business. So, we sought out a wedding planner and finally found the perfect, able to execute any vision, detail oriented and kindest woman that we knew we needed! She took over for us and made the process seamless. Any questions we had with planning and timelines, she had the answer or she would get back to us with an answer. For rehearsal and the day of, Diana and her assistant Sirce were there with us from start to finish and we were able to enjoy our big day completely stress free because they had everything perfectly timed and organized. Diana handled all vendors or situations (including crazy relatives) that may have been a huge hiccup/stressor for any bride and groom trying to relax and get ready. When we say that she is absolutely worth every penny, we mean it! Our family and friends have not stopped talking about how amazing our wedding was and it was because we had her help and guidance. Thank you, Diana, for making our day so memorable and perfect!

Diana was our coordinator for our wedding in August 2021. We had the pleasure of getting to know and work with her for the past two years (2019-2021). We first heard about Diana through the recommended coordinators list for our reception venue. I was impressed with the services she offered and knew she would be easy and great to work with after just one phone call. She is very sweet, kind, and such a wonderful person to talk to and be around! Diana knows the wedding industry inside and out and my husband and I feel very fortunate to have hired her.
We initially hired Diana for the four weeks prior to our original wedding date in October 2020, but months after postponing we decided to hire her full time. This was honestly the best decision we made and it was worth every penny. Diana made sure everything was handled, kept us accountable and organized, and always made herself available to review anything we were working on and answer questions. She is not afraid to give honest feedback which is something we really appreciated and needed. We also appreciated her preexisting relationships with our other vendors (caterer, coordinators for both our ceremony and reception venues, etc.) which attests to her experience and credibility.
The wedding went smoothly and we had a lot of fun! Most importantly, we were not stressed at all and we have Diana to thank for that! She expertly coordinated with our wedding party and vendors throughout the entire day and made sure we were having a great time at all times. It was amazing to see everything come together from the timeline to the decor and desserts. Thank you so much Diana!

Months into our wedding planning process, we realized we needed a coordinator for our wedding day. Our venue recommended Diana and we booked her for month-of wedding coordination. She was such a gem throughout the process. We had to reschedule our wedding twice due to COVID and even though we hadn't officially started working with her, Diana was always our go-to person for logistical tips and questions about vendors. She is so professional, organized, and easy to work with. She was very supportive even as our wedding vision changed a bit due to unexpected circumstances. Throughout our final month of planning Diana was there to guide us - she really helped us think through the little details like who would cut the cake, the order of dances, etc. On our big day, her team took care of setting up our decor and making sure our ceremony and reception went smoothly! I would definitely recommend her for your next special day.
