We are a detail oriented couple who love a project, so we wanted to plan our wedding but needed the guidance from a professional who knows the industry, especially since we really only gave ourselves a 5 month timeline to plan! We wanted more than just the one-month coordination to feel at ease, so Diana worked with us and met us in the middle to provide a two-month service. She provided checklists to ensure we were on track with planning and she had great communication and was responsive. It felt like she was always available and our questions/concerns were being addressed promptly throughout the whole process. Once the two-month mark hit, she was super organized and provided complimentary feedback without compromising our vision. We knew what we wanted, and she helped execute it. She helped us meet with our vendors to iron out the final details and made sure they were all aligned for our wedding day. Everything fell into place once we were finally able to have our site visit with Diana and the venue director. There was always some voice in the back of our minds that we were missing something, but Diana was our peace of mind throughout the process.
Come wedding weekend, Diana's colleague, Helen, ran our ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding and it went smoothly - quickly, actually! Everyone knew where they were supposed to be, and Helen checked in with my then-fiance and me to make sure everything was as we envisioned. Since the ceremony was outdoors and at the coast, she gave us tips on the procession with the aisle width and terrain in mind that were really helpful. The wedding day itself was super calm, with the windy coastline being the only issue we had on our minds. Diana checked in with my Matron of Honor and husband on the wind and even sent a video of what it looked like. Diana checked in often to make sure we were good and quickly helped troubleshoot the wind, it ended up not being much of a concern. Diana also made sure we ate, kind of like a loving strict mom in a way (haha <3), but we loved that since we have heard from friends and family that you have to remember to eat!
All in all, Diana was responsive, organized, executed our vision, kept the day running smoothly from start to finish, had competitive pricing for high value service, and did it all with a positive attitude. We had SO MUCH fun on our wedding day. Still dreaming about our wedding two weeks ago, we want to do it all again and would work with Diana and her team again in a heartbeat! Maybe an anniversary down the road eventually, maybe... ;) Diana, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! <3
