We had two separate events (ceremony and reception) on different dates and different locations. Carolyn was our coordinator for both. She is absolutely fantastic to work with. She was so helpful in keeping us on track and organized. She was on time, professional, and accommodating. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on either day! I highly recommend Simply Events and Carolyn.
I can’t say enough about how much I loved having Judy as my coordinator for my wedding day. As soon as I booked her I immediately felt more at ease as she was informative, knowledgeable, and professional! My wedding day was absolutely perfect and Judy was there from start to finish. I learned throughout the night and the next day all of the little hiccups during the day that I knew NOTHING about as Judy took care of it all. I would have never known anything wasn’t going perfectly according to plan. Even my now husband was glad to have her because he was able to focus on the day and if his groomsmen had any questions, he could say ‘go ask Judy’ and she would have the answer. My family was impressed with her skills as well! I was pleased with every single interaction I had with Judy and the Simply Events staff. I don’t think my wedding would have been quite as perfect and stress free her there. Absolutely worth every penny to have such a calming, commanding, joyous, pleasant, experienced, person helping make sure our day went off without a hitch. Other than getting hitched. Kayla Resh was AMAZING as our day-of planner! Don't let the job title mislead you --- her work began nearly a year in advance, and she was there with us through the whole long process leading up to our wedding day. Checking in with us. Asking all the questions we never thought to ask. Guiding us in the right direction. And then, on our big day, making sure that everything went as planned. She's detail-oriented, experienced, she knew our venue, the other vendors, and she took charge so that we didn't have to. The result: On our wedding day, everything went smoothly and we had an unforgettable ceremony and reception.
Amanda did a wonderful job making our day go smoothly! She made a timeline for our wedding day and helped us stick to it. I didn’t have to feel worried about anything on my wedding day because Amanda made me so comfortable. One of my bridesmaids told me it was the smoothest wedding she’d ever been to!
I was originally against the idea of a wedding planner. My mom was the one who really pushed and ultimately booked Tori, and it was probably the best decision made during our wedding planning process. Tori was absolutely incredible. She listened, was never judgmental, and went all in on whatever we wanted for our day. We had more than a handful of hiccups, and incredible doesn’t even start to describe how Tori handled them all. She took such great care of us and dealt with all of the unhappy and issues so we didn’t have to. I heard a rumor we were her last wedding, which is sad if true. Still, I can’t recommend her or Simply Events enough. If you don’t think you need a planner…you do.
Simply Events was the preferred coordinator for our venue (The Star Barn), so without looking further, we selected them for their Day-of-Coordinator services. More specifically we worked with Kayla Resh, and would HIGHLY recommend Kayla for any Star Barn wedding. We only worked with Kayla for one month prior to the wedding date, and she truly was a pleasure to work with. She fully understood our vision and wedding day needs in such a short amount of time. She had many great suggestions for our timeline and flow of events based on her experience at the venue, which answered and eased our questions and concerns. I had full trust in Kayla on our wedding day and she handled everything so seamlessly - I didn't have to think about a single thing.
Overall, we were extremely pleased to work with Kayla from Simply Events, and would recommend her services to others!
Simply Events helped create my wedding day amd it was more perfect than I could have ever dreamed. Ask for Judy Deemer, she’s an angel. We hired simply events as a recommendation from our venue, and let me tell you how thankful I am for that! We had Carolyn as our day of coordinator. She was simply amazing, to say the least. Her communication was perfect she helped me make decisions when I was totally sure but never pushed always making sure it was truly what I wanted! Which is so important because I can tend to settle to make things easy and I loved that she made sure it was actually what I wanted! If you are in the fence let me tell you just do it! It was so nice knowing she was keeping everyone organized while I was in hair and makeup and at the end of the night she was there so we could just get on the bus! Wow - we are so grateful to have had Simply Events by our side as we tackled wedding planning this fall. First off, if you're reading this and questioning whether or not you really need it, you will not regret it. It will allow you to be so present on your wedding day, which is something everyone deserves. Furthermore, Simply Events is undoubtedly the way to go, with a company who truly invests in their clients and cares that they have the wedding day that they have dreamed of. We first met directly with Deb who helped obtain an idea of exactly what we were looking for and needed for our wedding day, and excitedly celebrated with us and subsequently paired us with Judy for our day-of-coordination. Judy is an absolute gem of a human being, and we could not have been more grateful she was there for us, and for our families as our day-of wedding coordinator. We did get to meet with her a couple of times via telephone/Zoom prior to wedding day, so she was aware of our preferences and needs. There were several times throughout these meetings where she offered to help with something that was definitely outside of her scope of responsibilities, and suggested ways to take things off our plate. It truly made such a difference in ensuring that she was in the loop and able to best assist us at all times, as well as do everything she could to make everyone's jobs easier on the day of, so that our wedding day was the day of our dreams! I did have a specific vision and a lot of things already organized prior to even meeting with her. She was so receptive and patient with this, while also being so kind and respectful in offering feedback from her own experiences. The day of, our wedding day felt seamless and unproblematic in any way. Interestingly, I found out several weeks later (always a good sign) that our water goblets didn't make it to the venue, and she arranged for her own husband to go to the warehouse and get them picked up without us even realizing the issue. I was still in the loop with decisions made that day, but clearly not stressed about anything. Our vendors also couldn't speak more as to how seamless the day flowed when I checked in with them later on, and I feel that can largely be attributed to Judy checking in with them well before wedding day, and ensuring everyone was on the same page once there that day. Outside of her job responsibilities, she genuinely cares and was excited to celebrate with us. She's thoughtful, kind and demonstrates a Servant's heart. As a bit of a Type A personality and perfectionist, it was a bit hard to relinquish control, but she undoubtedly ensured our visions were achieved, and that my husband and I, as well as our parents in particular had one of the calmest, most relaxing days of our lives on a day that could easily have been one of the most stressful or chaotic.
It’s mind blowing this company has all 5 star reviews, which is one of the reasons I chose the full service package. They definitely need a more accurate portrayal of their morals and work ethic. Detailed review coming soon!
Our wedding day could not have been executed as I had envisioned without the help of Amanda Gante! We had Amanda as our Day of Coordinator and I am extremely THANKFUL for her. From the day we we met Amanda to the day of the wedding she was nothing but patience, understanding, kind, and reliable. Planning a wedding is already stressful - but having Amanda's kindness, suggestions, and input made it less stressful. She had patience and understanding when I had any request to change the seating chart or decor layout/arrangement. Lastly, she was there by our side during our 30 day consultation and wedding rehersal to ensure everything will come together the day of!
Amanda kept her word, that the big day will come together! I am glad and happy that I entrusted Amanda to coordinate and make any adjustments she felt was best. Being able to do that allowed me to enjoy the wedding that took so much energy to plan.

Liz Thomas from Simply Events is absolutely amazing!!!! She felt like a friend of our families. I would recommend Liz to everyone who is getting married. We had Liz as our Day of wedding coordinator and she took all the stress and worries away. As the Mom of the bride Liz being there allowed me to take in every moment of one of the most important days of my life!
We cannot say enough good things about Simply Events!! From our very first call, we knew they were the perfect fit for us. We had an Indian/American fusion wedding with a lot of moving pieces and almost 400 guests, but the day truly could not have gone more smoothly. Kayla was our main coordinator and she was a lifesaver in every way possible! We had regular check-ins with her to make sure we weren't missing anything and any time we had a question, Kayla was always so responsive and helpful. There were several times throughout planning where she proactively offered to help with something or suggested ways to take things off our plate and it made such a difference. Weekend of, Kayla made sure all our vendors were coordinated, checked in on us frequently, orchestrated everything without any hiccups. It's hard for a wedding of this size and detail to go off so perfectly, but Kayla and Simply Events made it happen!
We hired Simply Events as our Day of Coordinator and It was definitely one of the best choices we ever made for our wedding! We first met with Judy who was so kind and did a wonderful job at explaining everything to us and filling us in on all different options Simply has to offer. After we booked with Simply we then got paired with our Day of Coordinator Sara. Sara has been absolutely AMAZING and we are so beyond thankful and blessed that she was our coordinator. From saving the day when we almost didn't have plates to picking up food, setting up decor, making sure everything is running smoothly/on time and everything else in between. We can't say enough good things about Sara and I couldn't imagine my wedding without her. ❤️
We had a phenomenal experience with Simply Events for our wedding on 5/5/23! Our day-of planner and coordinator, Dave Burge, went ABOVE and BEYOND to do absolutely anything and everything in his power to make our day run smoothly. Dave’s responsiveness, communication, organization, flexibility, attention to detail, professionalism, and positivity are just some of the things that make Dave so good at what he does. I was a nervous bride, but every time I was in Dave’s presence that day I felt calmer and because of this I was able to stay in the moment and enjoy myself. Our wedding was so beautiful, everyone had a wonderful time, and I will never forget everything Simply Events did to help make it happen.

Simply Events as a whole helped make our wedding happen, even when we didn’t connect with our first assigned planner they were quick to respond and reassign us to someone more suited to our needs. We had Judy as our planner and she was so caring on a personal level. We had some very difficult vendors and she was able to coordinate and work with them as best as was possible!
If I was able to give more than 5 stars I would! If you are looking for a company to help plan your event whether that is a wedding or a corporate event, stop looking and book Simply Events. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Deb, Judy, and Heather for our wedding day. We chose the day of package with Simply Events but I must say Deb and her team provided so much more than that. When I originally was looking for a Day of Coordinator, I wanted to work with someone that truly cared about our vision for our wedding and everything that goes into one of the most important days of your life. Deb right away made me feel heard, and showed genuine excitement for us and our day. After interviewing with many event companies, we knew Simply Events hands down was the company we wanted to work with (and we are SO glad we did). Leading up to our wedding and on the day of, Deb and her team were always right by our side, going above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Simply Events.
I am the mother of the groom, so I was not in charge of planning my son's wedding, nor did my daughter-in-law hire Simply Events as her wedding planner. She worked with a planner that was on the required list of her venue. HOWEVER, I am writing a review anyway because I KNOW Simply Events has fabulous customer service. While I was checking out the venue for the rehearsal dinner I was hosting, a Simply Events wedding planner was setting up for a wedding in the ballroom of the same event space. The planner was very friendly and knowledgeable, gave me her card (though she knew we were not using her company for our wedding), and a few weeks later when I needed some advice about the locale in Lancaster County, vendors, and some assistance, I decided to contact Simply Events. I ended up speaking to Judy Deemer. Wow. The conscientiousness, customer service, and "above and beyond" she displayed was phenomenal... again, knowing she only had a portion of our overall event business. If the service is that good when you are only a "fractional" customer, I can only imagine what "full service" attention would have been like. I highly recommend this company. I love their intimate knowledge of the Lancaster area.
Simply Events is a must if you are planning a wedding! Andrew and I were blessed to have Tori and let us tell you she did NOT disappoint. In addition to her admirable personality, she was an absolute rockstar at everything she did and both of our families, and numerous guests raved about all the help and assistance she was able to provide to ensure that our day carried out smoothly. Hire them! you will not regret it.
I am truly so happy we went with Simply Events to assist in day-off coordination! Amanda communicated productively before our day to make sure every detail was accounted for (even those I didn't think of!) Amanda and Taylor went above and beyond day-of to make our day flow without any hiccups. My husband and I were able to enjoy our day with our family and friends knowing they would do a fantastic job! WOW! I can't give enough compliments about this company I hired for the day-of-coordination. It was a necessity for my wedding and Tori exceeded my expectations. She handled everything perfectly, communicated seamlessly and she just made all the details look perfect. I was in the loop, yet not stressed about anything! She made sure to never worry me and she always had everything under control. Tori is super personable and just the ideal person you want helping you out on your wedding day. I truly don't know what I would have done without her that day. I can assure you my wedding wouldn't have been the dream wedding I had without her. I am so happy we hired Simply Events for our wedding! We got to actually ENJOY our wedding day! Honestly, I do not know if there even were any issues the day of because Amanda, our coordinator, and her team took care of everything. Everything was set up beautifully! And then to come off the dance floor at the end of the night to have all the decor packed and in a car ready to go was amazing! That to me was worth every penny. They helped me think through so many details that you don’t initially think of, and that helps you save time the day of! We were kept on track with our day and got everything done we wanted! IT WAS SO WORTH IT!
I can’t say enough good things about Festive Board Catering. Hire them now!!! We had a 300 person wedding at a private, outdoor venue and they impressed us start to finish. They were available to help us with planning, offered suggestions throughout, and had a detailed meeting beforehand to make sure everything would go accordingly to plan. On the day of, they were all so friendly and prepared. They handled set up, helped decorate, provided everything that they said they would and the food was DELICIOUS! All of our guests would not stop complimenting the organization, staff, and food. We were worried about having a large wedding with so many moving parts but Festive Board made it look easy. We would highly recommend them.
I worked with Tori from Simply Events and she was absolutely amazing and so sweet. She was so organized and even with the last minute change of ceremony location (due to weather) everything went so smooth and perfect. I would highly recommended Simply Events (and Tori)!
We used Simply Events for our day-of coordinator, and we would be lost without them! Dave was our coordinator, and his attention to detail was extraordinary. He was with us every step of the way and he truly made the day all about us. Having this team was a huge relief and made the big day seamless.
We hired this company for day-of coordination and we’re assigned Tori. Second to our band (Central City Orchestra) this was the best wedding decision we made in the two years (pandemic) we were planning for the big day. As a bride (with a background in international corporate event planning) I didn’t think I’d need a day-of coordinator because I’d been so meticulous and overly communicative. I was wrong. Tori was nothing short of a life saver. Not just “stand here, walk there, be here at this time” coordination… really understanding who we are (in a short time) and adapting to all the changing needs of the wedding weekend. We truly felt like Tori cared not just about things running smoothly, but in our happiness. And that’s not easy to come by. She was so efficient, so calm, and so fun to be around. As a bride that cared a lot (probably too much) about guests and their experience from start (hotel check in) to finish (after party), I was so very appreciative of Tori taking control of details I wasn’t even aware of. And I really thought I had it all covered! There was one semi-major snafu during my reception that directly involved my photographer, live band, and mother of the bride (aka tensions were high) and Tori handled it exactly as you need as a bride: with the perfect amount of efficiency, clear communication, important (expert) feedback, and willingness to do anything to make you happy. Plus, she made my husband (who doesn’t trust vendors easily and doesn’t like fluff) feel confident, at ease, and very grateful we spent the ‘last minute’ money to hire a day-of coordinator. Thank you, Tori! We feel very grateful that you had a hand in making our day feel perfect for us.
Tori was assigned to us as our day of coordinator and I could not be happier with the service we received. Tori was the nicest person ever and you can tell she is very good at what she does. It was a HUGE relief to know that I wouldn't have to worry about anything on the day of my wedding. The few things that did go awry, Tori handled exceptionally and we are truly grateful for that. Our wedding could not have been possible without Dave at Simply Events! He was there for us in every part of planning and brought everything together to make our day a success. Dave did an excellent job in all the planning, communication and execution. We were able to enjoy the day while Dave took care of every detail and will forever be grateful to know that he was a part of our day!
As a vendor working in a new venue Tori with Simply Events was a godsend. She communicated often and helped keep thing on tract as needed. I cant stress enough how well the event went off due to her professionalism and attention to detail and to top it off she was genuinely nice!
We hired Tori as our day-of coordinator, and I cannot overstate what a huge help she was on our big day. She really helped us stay organized, and was invaluable when weather challenges called for some quick decision changes. Whether it was helping to fill vases and decorate tables or coordinating an unforgettable first look, Tori was always checking in and making sure that our day was going just the way we dreamed. It was such a burden off of our shoulders to have her help for anything we needed. She was so friendly and helpful, and I am so thankful we had her on our team.
I wish I could give more stars than 5! Simply Events did an amazing job! Kayla, Tori, and Jordyn all outdid themselves especially Kayla who helped me since Day 1. When I first started planning my wedding I didn't think I wanted to spend money on getting a day-of coordinator, but it was totally worth it! They helped me set up a timeline for the whole day, they finalize every detail from the time I got to the venue until clean up, and they also took care of setting and cleaning up everything. It took the stress off of my husband and I and even our families the day of the wedding so we could enjoy our beautiful day! I would highly recommended using Simply Events for your wedding!
I cannot thank Simply Events, specifically Jordyn, enough for making our day so special. If you are a bride debating on hiring a day of coordinate, DO IT and hire Jordyn! I am telling you it will be a life savor. Jordyn exceeded our expectations and helped us with everything along the way. Especially during Covid, it was very stressful planning a wedding that we were not sure was even going to be able to happen, but Jordyn made the process so easy. She was so organized, communicative, and so friendly. She did so much like making our day of schedule, contacting all of our vendors to made sure everyone was on the same page, cleaning up and putting all of our items in our cars, and simply making sure the day went perfectly. She even helped rinse my dress of in the sink when it got muddy. I cannot thank her and Simply Events enough for making this entire process easy and for making our day so perfect!!
If you’re bride who's questioning whether you need a day of coordinator just stop hesitating right now and hire Simply Events! With our everchanging plans due to Covid I wanted to give up on being a bride but Jordyn provided us support every step of the way and eased all my worries. From taking the time to get to know us & our vision to planning our big city wedding to our backyard micro wedding she is incredibly knowledgeable, organized, friendly & was just so on top of every single little detail.
I can’t tell you how many vendors reached out to me to comment on how appreciative they were of her professional communication especially during the final weeks leading up to our big day. Our wedding had multiple moving parts, and it ended up being perfect thanks to her accommodations. She was there to make sure it went smoothly, and came through with many last minute things I had forgotten. I still wonder how she managed to pull some things off! Truly a wonderful person to work with from start to finish and I highly recommend her! P.S. Simply Events is totally reasonably priced for EVERYTHING they offer!
It all started with the initial call to Simply Events by me, Mother of the Bride. I could tell immediately that they were experienced, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. Kayla was our coordinator and I simply cannot say enough about how wonderful she was throughout the whole process. She helped us get all of the details nailed down so come wedding day, everything went smoothly. Both personally and professionally, I cannot figure out one thing she could have done better! Thank you so much Kayla and Simply Events!
We had Liz and she was awesome for my daughters wedding. I can not say enough on how wonderful she was, and I could not have done the wedding without her. She took care of everything so I could enjoy the day with my daughter. I will hire her again when my next daughter gets married.
We had an absolutely AMAZING experience with Deb and her team! To be quite honest, I was not sure why our venue was requiring that we add a planner, and was concerned it would be wasted money since I am very type A and consider myself fairly organized. I assumed I could handle it myself. Well let me tell you how deeply wrong I was, and how 100% right our venue was to have us add Simply Events. Wow did they prove me wrong. Deb was hired to be our day-of coordinator, but she was much more than that to me. Weeks prior to the wedding she came to the final walk through with me at the venue and was an absolute joy. I could tell she was taking thorough notes and felt no worries in the world. For the next several weeks leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly responsive and always had an answer for me. She handled everything that I threw at her, and did it with grace and a big smile. She took away so much of my stress leading up to the day, including confirming all details with all of my vendors for me and making sure she had each and every detail straight. The day before the wedding she not only came to the rehearsal, but partially lead the rehearsal for me, making sure every person involved in the ceremony knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing. She even offered to keep an array of items in her car overnight for me to bring with her to the venue since I could not drop them off at the venue early (and also picked up food for the bridal party on her way to the venue!). Day of, there were so many last minute things that came up that I certainly didn't anticipate, but that I also didn't even hear. She kept me in a beautiful blissful bubble, and put out every fire without my even knowing. No one in the bridal party was wanting for anything the entire day, and every detail was perfect. At the end of cocktail hour I had red wine spilled on the back of my dress, and she was there in seconds pulling me into a back room and applying cleaning solutions to it that she keeps in her emergency kit. It was simply unbelievable how seamless Deb and her team made that day, and I could not be more grateful. You will NOT regret booking Simply Events!

Wow, I could not thank David and his team at Simply Events enough. Our wedding day went so smoothly and it was all thanks to them. Dave is so organized and managed to keep all of our wedding party on time and in the right place at the right time. He organized everything with our vendors the day of. He was so great to work with leading up to our wedding, meeting with us twice which was amazing. When we first started planning our wedding we were in Louisiana and Dave accommodated meeting with me, and after we moved to North Carolina he accommodated meeting with both myself and my husband. Dave was incredible, his assistant was amazing - and our whole day turned out perfect with so much credit to them for coordinated so much!
We used simply events at the barn at Silverstone and it was wonderful! Lizz was our coordinator and she was a great calming force on the day of the wedding keeping us moving on schedule without being overbearing! She definitly made it feel like a team environment! She even picked up our cake and lunch for us on the day of the wedding
We don't have enough nice words to use for Nicole. She was our day of coordinator and she was amazing. A lot of friends have gotten married recently and their coordinators were rude and pushy. That is complete opposite of Nicole. She is kind, knowledgeable, professional and really cares that your day is perfect. She goes above and beyond and your day will be better than you ever expected. We would recommend her to everyone!! Thanks, Nicole. :)
Kayla & Liz at Simply Events made our wedding day run SO smoothly. *If* there was a problem......I knew nothing about it! Our day was simply magical!!! Kayla was very involved throughout my whole wedding planning (about a year and a half) and she made sure everything was perfect. My husband and I had some unique decorations and she and Liz made sure they were exactly how we wanted them placed! I received many compliments from my other vendors about Kayla and her thoroughness and coordination. I would highly HIGHLY recommend Simply Events!!!!
I worked with Kayla from Simply Events for my wedding this past weekend and she was amazing. She was such a help throughout the entire planning process, giving me referrals for vendors, making sure I was on track time-wise, and reviewing all day-of details. All of that work paid off because our wedding day could not have been more perfect! I am type A and can be controlling, but I did not have to worry about a thing and was just able to enjoy the special day, knowing Kayla had it all under control!
David was beyond perfect for our day-of wedding coordinator. He was so accommodating and helpful. I had no worries about the logistics at all because we knew he would be taking great care of us. The wedding was so smooth thanks to him and Simply Events! I couldn't recommend them more!
Kayla and her team were amazing! Kayla answered all of our endless questions and was very prompt! She was very supportive and always made us feel like we had someone we could bounce ideas off of. On our wedding day, Kayla and her team were wonderful making sure that we had no worries! We were able to walk into the venue and see all of our dreams set up before our eyes all without lifting a finger! Throughout the night, the team made sure everything went smoothly and that everyone was in the right place at the right time. At the end of the night, Kayla and her team had cleaned up and packed all of our items into our cars before we could even think to. We are so incredibly thankful to Simply Events for all of their hard work and for making our day so special :).
Our day-of coordinator Dave, and his assistant Lizz made our day absolutely stress free and perfect. They took everything out of my hands that day and all I had to do was show up. I don't know if there were any problems at the wedding but that's how I know they both did a great job. They were so patient and on top of everything, and really just an awesome team to work with. My husband and I got married in June and Amy was our day-of coordinator. If I could, I’d give Amy 100 stars. As my husband and I like to say, Amy was “the real MVP” on our wedding day. She was kind and helpful during our initial phone call and she provided super helpful vendor tips that helped my husband and I stay in budget on our wedding day.
As the wedding got closer, we did our venue walk through and I can’t say enough wonderful things about how creative, patient, and fun she is! We had some last minute changes with our guest book and Amy saved the day with her creativity and kindness. During our last walk through she went over everything with us and we could feel that she was excited for us. We were sooo glad to have her as our coordinator. She even helped us come up with a cake- cutting song last minute (we forgot)! She created a timeline and communicated with our other vendors. Her help leading up to the big day was above and beyond what we could have imagined.
The day of the wedding, Amy and Tori helped everything go smoothly. There was a slight difficulty with one of our other vendors and Amy handled it beautifully. We were amazed at her ability to work with the vendors. Amy and Tori were so much fun and we loved spending time with them on our wedding day.
We really felt like we’d gotten to know them and felt like we had known them for years after working with them. I feel so so lucky to have had Amy help us with our planning and coordinating. I would recommend her and Tori to anybody!
Kayla Resh our coordinator was AMAZING! Her assistant Tori was awesome as well. My husband and I were very pleased with all the hard work they put in to make our day special and care free. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking for a coordinator for their special day.
This company was amazing to work with! I was paired with Nicole Amspacher and she was amazing! My family and I really enjoyed her laid back personality, but also the way that she put the needs of the bride and groom first! She was very professional but also easy to build a relationship with! I hired Simply Events for my wedding. I worked with Nicole leading up tp the event, she was very helpful and responsive.I liked her from the moment we spoke on the phone, and I knew it would be a great working relationship from the start!
Where I couldn't have asked for more was the weekend of, and day of my wedding. Nicole is professional, patient, caring, thoughtful, and was cool, calm, and collected on my day. She kept me informed when necessary, and took control of things that didn't need my attention (thank God, 1 less thing to think about!). She went above and beyond her job description, and really showed that she cared about me as a bride and our day. I appreciated her attention to detail and can-do attitude. My mother commented that Nicole took care of my wedding as if it was her own, and I couldn't agree more! I would recommend Nicole anyday to anyone... and I have!

Nicole Amspacher at Simply Events was truly the best person in the world to have as a planner! She made our wedding run seamlessly and made it the most memorable day of our lives. From the beginning, Nicole had a super warm and welcoming energy, she clearly understood our vision for the day, she sent us vendor suggestions, followed up carefully, and met with us in person early on to make sure we were all on the same page. During the months and weeks leading up to our wedding, Nicole kept us organized and contacted vendors, organized the day perfectly, sent detailed timelines, and thought about all the details. She communicated with our family members, offered help during the wedding rehearsal, and stayed to help with set up and clean up both the day before and the day of the wedding. I truly cannot recommend her highly enough (and her assistant Amanda), and I hope I get to work with Nicole on other big events in the future. I was very glad that I hired simply events for my day of coordination. Amy was very open to answering any questions I had in my process leading up to the day. She was also able to minimize the questions I needed to address the day of our wedding. I did get a bit nervous the week of my wedding as I got my day of timeline only a day or two before the wedding and there were changes that needed to be made but it all worked out. They had a final checklist to fill in which was immensely helpful in answering questions that I never thought of.
It's been nearly 2 months since my wedding, and I'm still so happy I hired Simply Events.
From my first phone call with Nicole to my wedding day, she was nothing short of wonderful. Her positive attitude and kind demeanor put me at ease instantly, even as the wedding stress started really setting in! She answered every email speedily, and always went above and beyond to help me, even if she didn't immediately have answers for me.
Nicole kept me on track and asked me all of the right questions. She made sure I considered things well ahead of time that I would have never thought of on my own! Nicole was patient with me as I took my time making up my mind on things, and didn't bat an eye when I changed my mind again. Nicole was fabulous! We hired her as a "week of" planner to help us with our vendors and set up for our at home wedding. She was amazing, reaching out to vendors beforehand to confirm details, being on-site as things were getting set up that week, and ensuring that our day was executed flawlessly, just as we wanted it to be. She was the sweetest person and went with the flow of exactly what we wanted, even if it was a bit offbeat! From the first meeting about a year before the wedding, I knew she would be great. She worked with my busy work schedule and was super flexible in planning calls. Essentially, she went above and beyond in every way. I'll never forget that the day of the wedding as I was rushing to get things done, she completed a DIY thing that I'd saved until the last minute and couldn't get done. Anyway, she and her assistant saved the day in so many ways. They answered questions big and small and assuaged my nerves. I can't thank them enough and would hire them again in a heartbeat! Totally worth every penny.

David was a true lifesaver at my daughter's wedding - I honestly don't think the experience would have been the same without him. He was there every step of the way and I think went above and beyond what was expected of him. I still have guests talking about him, and some of the vendors told me he was the best wedding planner they have ever worked with. Whenever any one asks me what is what like having an "a la cart" wedding - I tell them I couldn't have done it without David!
Simply Events is amazing. More specifically, NICOLE IS AMAZING. I could not have done this entire wedding planning process without her. We hired Nicole as our day of coordinator but she gave us so much more than that. She would text or email to check in and always encourage me. She is truly the sweetest, so selfless, and so giving. Nicole was such an amazing Day of Coordinator, she really made my day so much less stressful and she took care of absolutely anything and everything I could have possibly needed. We hired Simply Events as our "day of" wedding coordinator but Dave assisted us for several months leading up to our wedding day. He was invaluable!! Dave accommodated our schedules to ensure that we were able to meet in person to discuss not only our wedding ideas/thoughts but he also wanted to learn about our relationship as a couple. It was evident from our first meeting that Dave is passionate about what he does and goes above and beyond to ensure his clients have the most perfect day. And we certainly did! Dave was able to wrangle our large bridal party, families, and guests and effectively communicated with all of our vendors leading up to the wedding. He is amazing! He answered any/all questions we had and worked with us to think about the overall flow of the day. On our wedding day, his assistant Kayla was with him and she was equally as wonderful! Deb and Peyton were wedding coordinators at our daughter's wedding at Excelsior in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. From the rehearsal the day before to the final walk to our car after the wedding, Deb was there sweetly directing, helping, organizing, answering our questions, problem-solving, working diligently to make sure everything was running on time and smoothly, smiling, carefully checking the lists, etc. What my husband and I did was have fun with our guests, focus on our daughter, relax, smile, dance, and enjoy every moment of that special day without worrying about those many details that Deb was overseeing. It was a stress-free and fun-filled day for us, and we are so very thankful that we hired her to be our wedding coordinator. What a great service Simply Events provide! I highly recommend them.

Deb and her team at Simply Events are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them and their services. We had a few significant challenges throughout the wedding planning process, and Deb was there every step of the way. She and her team made themselves available to help leading up to our wedding, and seamlessly executed day-of. They made our day perfect.
We worked with Amy for day of coordination, and if there was a way I could award her the Medal of Freedom, I would. She's the most amazing person. She not only worked with our venue to sort out some double booking issues, but she somehow managed to keep my calm on my wedding day. She quickly picked up on what was causing me stress and ran interference when necessary. Even afterwards, when we had some follow up questions, she happily helped us out. As my husband said, Amy saved our wedding, because I'm pretty sure without her I would have ended up curled up in a ball the whole weekend. If you're on the fence about if you need a DoC, get off of it and hire Simply Events and Amy IMMEDIATELY.
Using Simply Events was the single best decision I made while planning my wedding reception. Deb was spectacular and nothing short of thoughtful, thorough and supportive. My wedding reception was held in a unique venue that was truly not made for weddings (it was an old water filtration building, no longer in use). We had to hire several vendors, bring absolutely everything in, and transform the space entirely. With that said, it was a very involved process, requiring a lot of detail, and I would not have been able to do it, without Deb's help. She took it upon herself to work directly with all of our vendors, coordinated vendor schedules/itineraries for days leading up to the wedding, as well as, the day of the wedding. She was at the venue helping to set up the day before the wedding, the morning of the wedding, throughout the day, and even stayed after we left, to help clean up. She took care of everything to ensure that my husband and I could enjoy our day. Her dedication and hard work blew me away. Throughout the entire process, she comforted me when I needed to be comforted and understood me when I needed to be understood. I can not encourage all brides to use her and her team at Simply Events, enough!!!

There are really not enough kind words to say about Nicole at Simply Events.
Since our first meeting, at a wedding open house, she put me at ease and I knew I wanted to book with Simply Events. We connected again at our first meeting and hit it off right away.
Nicole is kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable and attentive to details.
She is excellent with communication, always gets back right away, and is so patient with all of a bride’s million questions.
Nicole took time to attend a venue walk though and was SO attentive to all of the details, suggesting great ideas and doing everything she could to make the plan for the day seamless. She attended our rehearsal dinner and kindly wrangled all of our friends and family into a quick and easy ceremony rehearsal.
Then on the day of!! Nicole is the FAIRY GODMOTHER of Wedding planners. I did not stress once or worry about anything. She was there throughout the day, working insanely hard to make everything beyond perfect. We were expecting 100% rain for the full week and night before the wedding, but Nicole knew our dream was for an outdoor cocktail hour and ceremony. We had set up for the rain locations the night before but only a few hours before our wedding Nicole coordinated moving EVERYTHING to the outdoor location. The amount of work she quietly and generously did were outstanding. I didn’t raise a finger to clean up after the reception, which in itself was amazing, but it was mostly the feeling of knowing that she was in my corner, wanting only the best and most beautiful for us that put me so at ease. Everyone in my wedding party and family loved her and I consider her a friend.
If you are getting married, choose Simply Events and the package that is right for you, and Nicole if you can!, but I am sure all of the planners there are amazing. You will not regret it!
I can't begin to imagine how our wedding day would have gone if we didn't have Nicole there! She was so helpful and responsive with any question I had and I didn't have to worry about a thing on our day. Everything I asked her to make sure happened throughout the day, got done! Besides marrying my fiance, booking Simply Events (specifically Amy) was the best decision that we could have ever made. Amy and her assistant were attentive to our needs, firm with the vendors/venue and were an overall calming presence at our wedding. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and they even stayed late to help us pack. Would HIGHLY recommend working with Amy from Simply Events. We hired her as our day of coordinator for our May 2018 wedding at The Farm at Eagles Ridge in Lancaster, PA. She was super helpful, sweet, and knowledgeable the whole way through the process - we booked them almost a year in advanced and she was always available to answer any questions. When it came down to the timeline the couple weeks before she had everything organized and the day off Weng’s off without a hitch! Even more perfect of a day than I could have imagined!
Deb and her team are just incredible. I was so calm throughout the whole day and the weeks leading up to the wedding because I knew Deb had everything handled. We actually had a gas fire on site (before any guests arrived) and it started raining right as our ceremony ended. There were a lot of hurdles throughout the day but Deb and her team handled them all flawlessly to make sure our day was absolutely perfect. I would recommend Simply Events without hesitation.
We used Simply Events for our wedding day of coordination at Excelsior. In reality, we were able to email with Amy for months leading up to the wedding, and met with her twice before. They were an excellent help through the planning process and on the wedding day!
Words cannot even begin to describe how life changing it was to work with Amy & Simply Events. Amy was there EVERY step of the way. My (now husband) and I live in South Florida, so planning a wedding in PA, was going to be rough (so we thought). Amy was always checking in on us, calming my nerves down. She is seriously an ANGEL. I was worried about everything "coming together" on the day of the wedding. When I arrived at venue to get ready, Amy was there to greet me with a smile. She put the whole thing together that day, without me having to worry about anything. Numerous guests of ours stated that we had the best wedding planner ever, and they saw her running all around the day of, making sure nothing fell to the wayside. Kevin and I are forever grateful for Simply Events & Amy. I do not know what we would've done without them!!
