Hiring Laura was easily the best decision we made for our wedding day! She was extremely professional, kind, and thorough. When recapping the wedding with my mom and husband there were so many things that were taken care of thanks to the team that most of us didn't even know about, like when Laura had to glue together my husband's boutonniere minutes before the ceremony. They kept us on schedule and coordinated with all of the vendors so that we got to enjoy our day. I cannot thank them enough!

I have too many great and wonderful things to say about Simply Events and Laura Gall. First off, if you're a bride that doesn't want to be a big ball of stress the day of and/or the weeks leading up to your special day then HIRE LAURA. She schedules vendor meetings, attends them, reminds you and rereminds you of the decisions you have to make all with a calm tone and a smile on her face. Nothing can fall through the cracks while Laura is around because she is a rockstar. For example, our florist was one boutonniere short. Panic? Not with Laura around. She literally created a boutonniere on the spot. Can I tell which one she made in our pictures? Absolutely not. Simply put, Laura and Simply Events will make your life significantly better during the final planning and coordination and her calming presence is a must for day of. Laura is the best.

Working with Laura was an incredible experience from start to finish! She has an amazing eye for detail and made sure everything was beautiful. I'm a nervous person to begin with lol and she made everything flow smoothly. She even caught a mistake I had made that could've resulted in a big mishap! Our wedding day was perfect and that was in big part thanks to Laura. Hands down one of the best wedding decisions we made!

I had the best experience working with Laura and Kaitlyn from Simply Events!! I hired them for day-of-coordination and I can't explain how at ease they made me feel the day of our wedding. Any issue that came up were handled quickly and professionally, and I always felt that they had mine and my husband's best interest/preference in mind. Laura was extremely organized and provided me with a ton of info to help in planning our wedding before her team took over. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, they helped to schedule meetings with all of our vendors and ensure that what we wanted was what was being provided. They even read through and kept copies of our contracts with our vendors. In addition to helping us coordinate the whole wedding day, they also helped to orchestrate our rehearsal, and made sure that all of our unique elements were executed perfectly (including mixing paint for us for our unity ceremony!!) Overall, I don't think our wedding would have gone as smoothly without Laura, Kaitlyn, and their team. I cannot thank them enough, and believe that they should be so proud of the work that they do. Would absolutely recommend!!!

Our wedding truly wouldn't have been possible without Laura and her Simply Events team! We hired Laura about a year before the wedding for full service planning and I knew it was worth it from our very first meeting. She saved us so much time and money. We wouldn't have known half the questions to ask vendors on our own. She truly thinks of every detail and flawlessly guided us through the process. You can tell she cares about her couples! If that wasn't enough, our Green Acres wedding day was absolute perfection. Laura and her team handled all the details and logistics from behind the scenes so we could enjoy every moment with our friends and family. If you need a logistics queen who knows all the questions to ask that you don't, hire Laura!!

Laura was the best investment we made when planning our wedding. We hired her to come on two months before our wedding but she was valuable even before then with vendor recommendations and other add on services like creating our timeline. The weeks leading up to our wedding were stress free while Laura communicated with all of our vendors and made suggestions about ways to make our day run more smoothly. On the day of, things went perfectly and we wouldn’t have changed a thing. Laura did so much behind the scenes to make sure everything looked how we envisioned and also helped us keep on time so we never felt rushed and could just enjoy our day. We can’t recommend Laura and her team enough.

Simply Events & Laura are worth every. freaking. penny! Simply Events provided the day of coordination for our wedding reception and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made. With Simply Events' day of package, you get SO much more than what you would think of as a "day of" coordinator. Laura provided support to us throughout our entire planning process - which was extended for an additional year thanks to COVID. When we were making the difficult decision to postpone our 2020 wedding, Laura talked us through everything and made the decision significantly less painful. In the months leading up to our wedding, Laura provided SO much support. She helped us look over contracts and make decisions about vendors. We did a backyard reception at my grandma's house so it was A LOT of management, and it 100% would have been a disaster without Laura there to guide the way. She made sure we had everything we needed to pull the event off including review the insane number of lists I made, and on top of that made sure we were getting the most bang for our buck on everything. On the day of, Laura and her team executed our vision for the day perfectly - our tent set up honestly looked like it was straight off of Pinterest despite being 85% DIY (which I now understand is far, far, far too much DIY). Not only did Laura provide excellent logistical support, she also provided a TON of emotional support - basically she became my wedding therapist. She is kind, thoughtful, supportive, super communicative, and there for you 100% throughout the process which is exactly what everyone needs in a coordinator. Laura is the person who will get a bee out of your veil before you walk down the aisle (seriously, this happened) and help you bustle your dress at the end of the night, all while managing your event flawlessly. Hire Laura & Simply Events - you will not be disappointed!

Simply Events provided an amazing service to us for our wedding. Laura was our full service wedding planner, and she always went above and beyond our expectations. We worked together for a little over a year while we lived in St. Louis. Laura was so accommodating of our schedules and let me be hands on when I wanted to be. I was the first one to get married in my family, and Laura helped with all of the modern wedding etiquette, and timing of when things needed to be booked and scheduled. It was so helpful for us as a couple, but are families were just as grateful for her help! Laura took care of so many things for us behind the scenes, the week out of the wedding I had no stress I really got to enjoy all of the fun events we had planned. Everything went so smoothly the day of our wedding. We had a smaller, intimate wedding with a lot of little details. Laura and her team had everything set up so perfectly. She made our vision come a reality. We were so happy with all of the vendors Laura helped us pick out. She worked so well with everyone and really helped us have a perfect day. Laura was an amazing wedding planner and could not recommend her enough.

Completely worth it! We got the day of planning package and worked with Laura and Kaitlyn. They were the best! They confirmed everything with our vendors ahead of time and created a day of timeline to keep us all on track. On our wedding day, they were calm and super sweet, which kept me calm knowing they had everything under control! I couldn’t recommend them enough, my wedding day would not have been as perfect without them!

Laura was absolutely invaluable during our wedding planning process. We hired her for full planning (right after we booked our venue but I know she can help with that too) and she was with us through every step of the way. She was knowledgable about local vendors and brings a wealth of information about what works best from her previous weddings. Additionally her and her day of staff are the absolute sweetest and kept us on track all day. I couldn't recommend her enough!

Out of all the decisions I made for my wedding, hiring Laura was the best one. I honestly don't know how I would have survived wedding planning (honestly I probably wouldn't have) if it wasn't for Laura. From the first conversation I had with Laura, I knew she would be a perfect fit. She was easy going and really took charge, which was perfect for my husband and I who wanted minimal decisions. Laura was also very flexible with the packages she offered to ensure that we only paid for the services we absolutely needed. My favorite part about working with Laura was the budget and month-by-month (and even day-by-day as it got closer to the wedding) checklist she created for us. It helped keep us in check on what needed to be done each month leading up to the wedding and also ensured we stayed within a reasonable budget. Laura made herself available all the time for the millions of questions we had especially as we got closer to the wedding. And to top it all off, wedding day went off without a hitch. It was seriously the best day of my life and the least stressful day ever with Laura by my side. Nothing...and I mean nothing...went wrong on wedding day. And I owe it all to Laura. I would absolutely recommend Laura to anyone else and would work with her again if I needed to plan another major event.

One of the best choices we made was hiring Laura! She truly is amazing at what she does. When we postponed our wedding she was so accommodating! Laura had great relationships with many of my vendors. As soon as I told them we were working with Laura they all were excited because they knew everything would be organized and perfect! Laura makes wedding planning stress free and fun!

Even before I was engaged, I knew I wanted a day-of coordinator to help my wedding go as smoothly as possible. The day of our reception went so well and it was great knowing that I could find Laura, and she would handle anything that I asked of her. The best part of having Laura there was actually the morning after. My husband and I woke up and both said we didn't have any of our cake/desserts and really wished we had some. We went downstairs and Laura had packed us TWO dessert boxes! It was honestly the icing on the cake and I am so happy that we decided to use her services. I cannot recommend her enough!

Laura at Simply Events quickly became one of my FAVORITE people during my wedding planning process. I knew I wanted a wedding coordinator to help primarily with coordinating the last 2 months of planning so I hired Simply Events early in my planning. As such, I also got the advantage of Laura's expertise throughout the planning process by utilizing consultation hours - She talked me off the ledge of wedding planning more than once and always solved any problem like it was nothing! She was a critical and trusted partner those last 2 months getting all the details together and our wedding would not have come together so beautifully and smoothly without her. Her day-of timeline was amazing and got so many compliments! Laura and Kathy helped our day go so smoothly (and ahead of schedule), solving numerous mini-crises (wardrobe malfunctions, sick family members who had to be replaced for readings, and probably things I don't even know!) And they helped our reception space come together so beautifully! I was in AWE! With Laura and her team by your side, you and your partner - and your people (parents, MOH, best man, etc) - will get to simply enjoy the day and not sweat the details! I cannot recommend Simply Events enough: Laura makes magic happen!! 

I reached out to Laura about 6 weeks before my wedding, and by some miracle, she and her team had our date available. We were coming down to the final stages of planning and there was a lot of confusion and decisions that still needed to be made, and Laura was a life saver! Not only did she become the main point of contact between me and all of my vendors, but after our initial phone call she had already put together a perfectly crafted timeline for the day. It was such a relief to know that she was on top of everything and she even offered her advice and guidance if I was unsure of something. On the day of the wedding, she took photos to confirm that the decor and setup was exactly what I wanted, and checked on me throughout the day to make sure everything was going smoothly. On my wedding day I did not have a worry in the world because I knew Laura was on top of it. If you are hesitant as to whether a planner is worth it or not, I can assure you that it is, 100%. I can't put into words how appreciative I am of Laura and her team!

Yes, yes, yes - You need a day of coordinator! Laura was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made the month leading up to the wedding and wedding day stress free! She worked the timeline, ran final meetings, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth day. Would highly recommend!

Laura is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her company to anyone who wants help taking off some wedding stress! As a bride who was not super on top of dates and contacting vendors, she took that role head on and set up / contacted all my vendors to make sure the day went smoothly! I was so happy that on the day of the wedding I could be in the moment and myself or my family did not have to worry about details, set up, vendors, etc. She was also extremely reasonable in her pricing; we found out our venue provided a service that we originally had planned on Laura doing and she actively tried to reduce unnecessary expenses which I appreciate as well!

My review echos all of the amazing reviews! Laura was a necessity on our wedding day. She helped me feel at ease and worked so well with all of the other vendors to help the entire day go off without a hitch. For the two months leading up to the wedding, her expertise was clear as she continued to bring up details I hadn't thought of. Laura was an intricate part of the final coordination with all of our vendors, we could not have done it without her!

What a great find!  As the ceremony musician, I worked with Laura on the behind-the-scenes logistics.  She was very communicative, friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with throughout the process.  At the rehearsal, when the officiant did not attend unexpectedly, Laura seamlessly took charge of a relatively complicated rehearsal process (Catholic mass), making everyone feel at ease for the special day to come.  Laura coordinated efforts with me, the couple, the on-site wedding coordinator, and others, finalizing the details unflappably, positively, and collaboratively.  Her professionalism continued at the reception, as she went out of her way to engage with guests, making everyone feel welcome as she continued to manage the progress of events.  Laura's calming influence on a joyous event with lots of moving parts (!) helped everyone feel relaxed, and I would enjoy the opportunity to work with her again in the future.

We signed up for their two-month out plan with Laura Neeb being our coordinator. Laura was highly recommended by a family friend whose daughter just got married. My now-husband and I met with her and we instantly knew she was the perfect person to help us plan our big day. Laura didn't officially start her job with us until two months out but she went above and beyond before that by giving us vendor recommendations. She not only listed vendors but also gave average pricing and details that were extremely helpful. When she did start officially working with us she was extremely thorough. She had many amazing ideas to make our day even better than we could have imagined. Laura was there to answer questions at any hour. I felt extremely supported by her. She coordinated with all vendors and created a great timeline and did a lot more. She focused a lot on the logistics of the day which helped us focus more on the fun things that happen close to a wedding. She also was extremely responsive to any changes we wanted to make. We really felt like she was always in our corner. On the day of she had her team working on setting up and it all went so smoothly. They also took pictures of the details of the wedding and made a very sweet blog post about our day. It was so nice to see all the details put into place!! If you get the opportunity to work with Laura take it!!! We are so grateful for all of her hard work!

Laura was THE best! Hiring Laura to help as a wedding coordinator was the best money I spent during this entire process. She is so incredibly organized, punctual, kind, and creative! She responded to emails, texts, and phone calls quickly. She gave me ideas for decorating when I was stuck. She executed my vision on my special day and I couldn’t have done it without her!

I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful Laura is. I planned my wedding myself and put so much time, effort and love into making it represent us as best as possible. I realized I needed someone to execute my plan and bring my vision to life the day of so I hired Laura to do this. After speaking with her the first time I knew she was the person for the job. She began working with me closely 2 months before the wedding and ensured that everything ran smoothly with all my vendors. She attended the final walk through, helped me make my seating chart and think through things I had no experience planning. Throughout the planning process I found myself quite disappointed with other vendors' response time and even lack of effort but NEVER with Laura. She always responded immediately and was diligent with every task. I am a person who is a natural planner and find it hard to let go and let someone else take the wheel but can honestly say I felt 100% confident in Laura and never worried about delegating tasks to her. I felt so much more relaxed knowing that she was in charge of coming up with a day of timeline and making sure everyone was where they needed to be. My makeup artist got a bit lost trying to find me and I didn't even have to know because Laura was in contact with her and helped her get to me on time the day of my wedding. I could go on and on. Hiring her was the best money I spent on our wedding and I wish I could afford to pay her even more because she absolutely deserves it. If you are looking for a coordinator that will listen to you, is experienced/knowledge and dependable look no further! Hire Simply Events, I promise you that you will not regret it.

Hiring Laura and her team for our wedding was the best decision ever. Laura helped us every step of the way, always making sure everything was being done on time (or ahead of schedule) and on budget. From our engagement all the way up until the morning after our wedding, Laura was there making sure everything was running smoothly. Her organization and communication skills go above and beyond. Our wedding was in Columbus and even though she is based out of Cincinnati, she was always willing to make the trips up for any meetings. Our daughter had the most perfect, beautiful wedding in June 22 with the excellent help of Laura and her team. We couldn’t have pulled it off without them. Not only did they ensure everything went like clock work, they were virtually invisible and non-intrusive to the celebration. They gracefully swooped in to take care if things when necessary, then behind the scenes. The planning process was also amazing. Laura kept us on track and in budget with the least amount of stress possible. I would highly recommend Laura and get team. Oh, BTW, I found Laura through our Son’s wedding which was fabulous as well!

Laura and her team are fantastic! I would recommend them to everyone. I interned for Laura many years ago and when the time came around to when I got engaged, I knew exactly who I wanted to call to make sure my day went smoothly. Being familiar with the industry I knew that, at the very least, a day of coordinator was essential. Simply Events is perfect because even if you do day of only, they still get involved months prior to make sure they have all the details they need and communicate with the vendors so everything goes smoothly. Before the big day, Laura had every detail accounted for, was very quick to reply and make adjustments when necessary, knew every angle to look at, was very available for communication, knew almost all of my vendors from previous experience, and handled everything I needed and more. I know she saved me, my mom, my husband, and everyone else involved a lot of headache by making sure everything was well organized. We used her and her team for day of set up and coordination. They were there from the reception prep starting at 11am through dinner until 7pm. It was the perfect amount of time for us because I was confident they could get everything set beautifully, which they did at both the reception and the ceremony, and still coordinate the entire timeline of the bridal party and vendors before passing it off to our capable DJ. The day of, Laura checked in with us throughout the day to make sure everything was running smoothly, she grabbed items for me that accidentally got left in the bridal suite that needed to get to the ceremony, she handled the final payments and tips for all of our vendors so my MOH or myself didn't have to worry about it, she corralled a very rambunctious bridal party when it was time to enter the reception, and check in with me and my husband when they were getting ready to head out in case there was anything else we needed. She was there to make sure everything went according to plan. And if it didn't, I had no idea! Just like it should be for the bride on her big day. Laura and her team are fantastic and you would be doing yourself a big favor by adding them to your vendor team for your big day.

Laura from Simply Events did an outstanding job not only in coordination support for my my daughter's recent wedding, she was also very familiar with many popular vendorS, and helped us save money across the board. Laura is extremely professional and detail oriented....the big day was perfect and went very smoothly, freeing us to enjoy the day. Laura was fantastic – professional, experienced, organized, and a pleasure to work with throughout! I was an out-of-town mother of the bride and starting to feel a little overwhelmed. We hired Laura and her team for our daughter’s wedding as the day of coordinator. Laura pulled everything together. She met with us and performed walk throughs, offered great suggestions (based on her prior experiences), conducted numerous conference calls with us and our vendors, executed all our ideas and set up to perfection, handled multiple final details, coordinated all vendors, worked with photographer and videographer to pull off our surprise mascots’ visit – making the presentation phenomenal. In every aspect Laura was the best wedding decision we made.

Laura and her team are absolutely fabulous! Initially, I didn't think a wedding coordinator was necessary for our relatively small wedding, however, I could not have been more wrong! This was the best money spent on our entire wedding! Laura was so great at coordinating all vendor logistics and helping with a last minute time error with one vendor. She even worked behind the scenes with my mom to pull off a few big surprises for us - we had no clue and were delightfully surprised. Thank you so much, Laura!

Laura is EXCELLENT. I would highly recommend her to anyone. As a budget conscious bride, I was cutting costs at every corner and I was very against a wedding planner in the beginning, naively thinking I could handle those details myself. Our wedding was unique - we were having a small ceremony out in a field with just family and then a larger reception elsewhere on the same property. Booking Laura was the absolute best thing we ever did - worth it and then some. She has so much knowledge and experience. There are so many things that you don't consider with planning a wedding, especially a backyard wedding and Laura thought of everything, offered advice, and kept things organized and on track. She offered advice but allowed us to make all of the decisions and really make our wedding our own. Our outdoor wedding actually ended up raining all day due to a hurricane and Laura stuck through it with a smile on her face. She did not panic with the terrible weather and helped keep the bride and groom calm. She did so much to make the evening run smoothly. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and honestly and truly, we could not have gotten through the mess of the weather and chaos of a backyard wedding without her.

I cannot recommend Laura and her team highly enough - they were fantastic! Laura was amazing throughout the planning process and still managed to exceed my expectations come our wedding day. I appreciated her calm demeanor and advice throughout the planning process, and her professionalism on our wedding day. Hiring Simply Events was literally the best choice we made for our wedding. Laura was incredibly on top of everything and was available to answer any question I had about the wedding. When attending our final vendor meetings, she always took care of details that I never would have thought of. Examples: are we using our own cake server or does the caterer need to provide one? Black tablecloths are better for the DJ because it hides their cables, etc. I wasn’t very particular about the way my décor was set up in the venue, so I left her with all the supplies and she setup the entire venue on the day of while I was enjoying hair and makeup with my girls. She and her team set up all 32 tablecloths and centerpieces, the cake table, all of the signage, and all of the other little details for the décor and it turned out so beautifully. If I listed everything she did for us in the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the actual day, this review would be pages and pages long. The best part of hiring Simply Events was the peace of mind. The weeks before the wedding, I wasn’t stressed at all because I trusted that Laura had thought of everything that needed to be confirmed and taken care of. I was actually able to enjoy the last few weeks of my engagement which was invaluable. On the day of, I could focus on my husband and all my family and friends because I knew Simply Events had everything under control. Overall, I could not recommend Simply Events more highly and I am definitely telling all of my engaged friends to hire them!

I was one of those brides that really didn't think I needed a planner/coordinator until about 2 weeks before the wedding. I had 90% of everything finalized but was worrying out about all the different moving parts on the actual day and confirming all the vendors I'd already booked. I called MANY Cincinnati Wedding planners that were downright rude and said I should have reached out months ago and that they would not adjust their huge fee even though I basically had everything done. Enter Laura. She did not dismiss me or make me feel like I was crazy. She said she was more than happy to provide a day of coordination for an hourly price and that she would call and confirm all my vendors. She sat down with me and confirmed my timeline and venue details and offered some helpful tips (like already plated salads). She was KIND and told me every wedding is different and its okay not to need a lot of planning just some coordination because they customized their services to each bride. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate her and what she did. She lowered my anxiety the week before my wedding exponentially and made sure the day went seamlessly. Thank you for everything Laura, we are so appreciative!

I can not recommend Simply Events enough! Laura and her team took care of every last detail—even things I didn’t even think of! I could tell that Laura really cared about the success of my event, and wanted everything to go smoothly so my family and I could enjoy the wedding weekend. I used Simply Events for day of coordination services, and my wedding day went actually went perfectly! I felt so secure knowing Laura and Danielle were there with us or just a call away to take care of any unforeseen issues. It's a cliche, but I truly cannot say enough great things about Laura and the Simply Events team! From contract negotiation and planning, throughout and even after the big day, Laura was always accessible, knowledgable, professional, and more than helpful. Though my husband and I had their most basic package (which was very reasonable), we always felt like we were her first priority. Laura kept us organized throughout the process of contracting vendors, timeline planning, decorating, and celebrating. She thought of details that would never have occurred to us and made all necessary adjustments when we encountered unforeseen and last minute changes (coordinating all the vendors when we ran behind schedule and helping my parents load our decor at the end of the night). Thanks to Simply Events, my venue was decorated more beautifully than I could have imagined. I even received some photos that Laura and her team took of details our guests and photographers never got the chance to capture. Laura truly looks after every detail and will go out of her way to ensure that you have a beautiful, stress-free wedding day. I had complete peace of mind that everything would go off without a hitch and every one of my guests would have a great time--and thanks to Laura and all of our other wonderful vendors--they did!

We used Laura Gall as our "day of" wedding planner and was it ever worth it!! She made the day a breeze by her suburb organization skills the month or so the event. On the wedding day, neither the bride nor the MOB were stressed over any details because Laura made the entire event easy and allowed us to just enjoy! Highly, highly recommend!

Laura is an absolutely incredible wedding planner. I highly recommend using her fully service planning if you can spring it. Her full service planning made wedding planning from Texas a breeze and was worth every last penny. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, I knew that I could trust her vision, method, and decision making. I felt more organized than I ever have, because Laura is very detail oriented and kept me on schedule. Since we planned our wedding from out of state, Laura was happy to stand in for me at various vendor calls and visits which allowed us to make the most of our planning trips to Ohio and enjoy the parts of the planning process for which we truly cared. Her vendor recommendations were spot on, and everyone at my wedding gushed about the photographer, catering, floral, band, and desserts. Second only to making my wedding dreams a beautiful reality, was her ability to keep us on budget throughout the whole process without feeling like we were giving up anything. My husband appreciated this, and he was also very impressed with how smoothly the wedding weekend flowed because of her attention to detail. I just received my sneek peak photos from the wedding, and I love seeing how happy everyone is, including my husband and myself, which I truly think is a reflection of how beautiful, fun and flawless the day was under Laura's care. I am truly going to miss her!

Laura did an EXCELLENT job at keeping everyone on task and making sure everything went off without a hitch. My sister and I were married 5 weeks apart and Laura was able to keep us ALL on track with both weddings. In fact, I think I can say that my sister and I are two of the only brides I know who's weddings went PERFECTLY. there is not one detail that was missed and I have Laura and her team to thank for that! 10/10 would recommend :)

Laura (owner) was amazing to work with! We used her “day of” services for the wedding. Neither of us are from Cincinnati and wanted our families to enjoy the day and not have coordinate anything. Laura is so organized, attentive, and extremely helpful. From start to finish Laura made herself available and was such a pleasure to work with. Laura goes above and beyond through the entire process. I had a couple small signs that needed to be made leading up to the day and she was so quick to offer and took that task right out of my hands. Not only did she take care of helping finish these details, they were executed more beautifully than anything I could have bought or done myself. Living in Chicago and planning a wedding in Cincinnati the calls Laura organized with each vendor gave me the peace of mind every bride needs. Laura asked each vendor questions that I had written down before I even had to mention them, and additional questions I never thought of that helped make sure the day went by flawlessly. She made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and more importantly made sure it was exactly what I dreamed of on the day of. She knows her stuff and truly makes sure the day is executed perfectly. I can’t stop raving about Simply Events and find myself constantly saying that the week leading up to my wedding was the least stressful week all year and that was all due to Laura and her team!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Laura. I hired her to help me with my daughters' wedding day and she went over and beyond my expectations. She was always accessible prior to the wedding day to answer questions in a timely manner. She contacted my vendors and made sure they had all the information I had given her. She had us all organized and my vendors even commented on how organized she was. I am so glad I hired her and highly recommend her services.

Laura is SO good at what she does! From start to finish, she was amazing and exceeded all of our expectations for a wedding planner. My husband and I had a very small ceremony in North Carolina, and then had a huge outdoor reception back here in Cincinnati at a home residence. This means we had to select and bring in all of the vendors and make sure everything coordinated. Laura took on all of this responsibility and managed everything for us. Her expansive knowledge and expertise was crucial in choosing appropriate vendors and ordering appropriate items. She was quick to reach out to vendors on my behalf to get things taken care of. She was continuously confirming and reconfirming times/details/orders with all of the vendors to ensure that everything was in order. She worked hard to understand my "vision" and all my ideas for how I wanted everything to look and feel. She spent so much time creating decor boards, tent layouts, floral orders, and so much more to pull everything together. She came to every planning meeting with me and even came to my DIY session at FlowerMan (which was EIGHT HOURS LONG!)! She should be a florist in her second career -- she's amazing at that, too! Laura even helped transport all of the buckets of "extra" florals and greenery from the DIY session and brought it to the reception the next day! So awesome. And always eager to help in any way (and every way!). Laura also came out to the home residence several times -- for planning meetings, details meetings, tent delivery, chair/table delivery, etc. She even took all my cloth napkins home with her once they were delivered and she folded them in her spare time -- in every aspect of the planning process, she went above and beyond. On the day of the event, she and her team arrived at the home residence very early (11am!) to set everything up. She decided to come even a little earlier than planned because she wanted to make some additional greenery garlands (out of the extra greenery) for our sweetheart table -- this was completely her idea, but fit my theme and "vision" so perfectly and I'm so glad she was willing and motivated to do things like this. She and her team were so professional and hard working throughout the entire day. They worked so hard to make all of my Pinterest ideas and visions come to life :) They also handled all of the vendors arriving and setting up (DJ, bartender, floral delivery, cake delivery, late night pizza truck, etc.). I would have been swarmed with questions, arrivals, and "to-do"s if Laura and her team hadn't been there to take care of everything. She handled any "hiccups" throughout the night without disturbing my family or my husband and I. I cannot say enough about how amazing Laura is! She is so professional, punctual, flexible, knowledgeable, experienced, hard working, responsive, and so much more! She went above and beyond and exceeded all of our expectations. Wow, I really could not have had a better experience with a wedding planner. We booked the Royal Treatment package and worked with Laura for a year leading up to our wedding. It was the smoothest, easiest, and most stress-free process. Laura is communicative, kind, poised, and has an eye for detail. In addition to helping with the planning, contacting vendors, managing payments and timelines (and much more), she also designed and printed our menus, programs, and place cards, and they couldn't have looked better!
