m "fix" my bridal bouquet because once I got it back it was falling apart. Not only were my flowers smashed and broken, however, the flowers were not arranged well. To top it off, half my boutonnières were broken.... I wish I would have taken pics... By the time they fixed my bouquet it was time to leave to the church. It sucks to know that I spent almost a grand into something that did not come out how I wanted to. Also, she almost had my flowers delivered to the WRONG place. I’m so thankful she called to ask for the location again because if not they would have been delivered to the hall... I have already made a review on Yelp; however several of my guests advised to share my review on other platforms too especially because Mariah tried to place the blame on me when it had nothing to do with me or my guests. Update: When she returned my bouquet after "fixing it" the driver had to take it apart once again because the flowers were not arranged well. So technically the picture she took before it arrived to my house is not the bouquet I received. I didn't point out the flowers to anyone, however, my makeup artist, mother-in-law, and bridesmaid noticed how bad the condition of my flowers were....

r point during our time working with you. We do remember telling you everything we wanted/needed from Simply Flowers without a price in mind. So, your argument about what our “budget would allow” is inaccurate. We fully intended for it to be a very simple no frills wedding because that’s what we wanted, not because we had a budget to work around. We did not appreciate the “free upgrades”. We requested simple eucalyptus boutonnieres/corsages for the rest of the wedding party because that was exactly what we wanted. It was simple and we love the idea. My husband and I wanted to be the only ones with white roses because it was symbolic to us. The only reason we allowed people to still wear them is because my mother in law paid for your services as a gift to us and I didn’t want her money to go to waste or hurt her feelings. Same goes for the bridesmaids bouquets. We wanted them to be exactly like the picture we had shown, otherwise we would have asked you to make them much smaller. We did not want fuller DIY centerpieces. Our coordinator set up our centerpieces using the same inspiration picture I showed you and your team and she was not at all confused, nor did she assume it was okay to do more or less than what was asked of her without discussing it with us first. Had the bridesmaids bouquets and boutonnieres/corsages been correct, only then would your free upgrades and extras be appreciated, but we cannot appreciate free upgrades and extras when the foundation of what we wanted was incorrect and disappointing. We are not blinded by “other free details” so we don’t appreciate your attempt to deflect by bringing up other unnecessary items we did not ask for. Your email dated January 13, 2018 implied labeling the boutonnieres/corsages. I sent the list of names in this email thread to which you later responded to. At some point you had to have seen the list of names and you did not correct me if I misunderstood what you meant by “…if you could tell me who the boutonnieres/corsages are for we’ll be able to label them for you.” As for the hair comb, I’m confused when you say several options were available for me to choose from. I chose to upgrade to a metal comb, which was one of the several options I had to choose from, correct? The comb was in fact clipped down underneath my bun with extra bobby pins and it still failed me. Much like the rest of this issue in its entirety, I’m confused by your argument here. There would have been nothing you could have done to make us feel better. It should have been correct the first time. It was too late for you to “make things right.” When I arrived at the venue around 2:15 I noticed the bouquets & boutonnieres/corsages. The wedding party was scheduled to take pictures at 2:30pm. We already had to add ½ hour to our contracted time with our photographer & videographer to make this happen so it’s not something we could have postponed while we waited for things to be fixed. I doubt you would have had everything completely fixed in less than 15 minutes that way everything could make it into the pictures and video. On our wedding day we shouldn’t have to pull your team in to have them correct things that were laid out clearly from the start. Working with Simply Flowers ended up being stressful and frustrating.
