Our wedding probably wasn’t the easiest to plan, but she handled challenges with grace and compassion and always put us as a couple first. We had a number of changes, including budget, guest list (multiple times- starting at over 350 guests), date (luckily only once) on top of some strong and differing opinions from us and our families. She didn’t miss a beat, navigating it all with a positive attitude and great attention to detail to make sure nothing got missed. Kayla was our #1 advocate- working through challenging conversations with vendors, flexible with our changing needs, while never compromising our vision. She was immensely helpful during every part of the planning process, from providing personalized vendor recommendations based on budget and style, to pulling together different design ideas and vision boards, and just keeping us on track while we balanced wedding planning with work and grad school on top of being in a long distance relationship for most of our engagement. When it came to the week of the wedding and wedding day- Kayla and the team executed flawlessly. Kayla made sure we were as stress-free as we could possibly be so we could enjoy the celebrations to the max. We had a number of guest cancellations due to the latest wave of Covid but she managed all the last minute changes and we didn’t worry about a thing. The day of the wedding, they made sure everyone, including our large wedding party, family, and vendors, knew their roles and when & where to be so it all flowed smoothly. I knew we were in good hands and had complete trust in Kayla to execute so we were able to just let go and enjoy the celebrations to the fullest. Thanks to Kayla we were able to plan and enjoy the wedding of our dreams!!! And a message from the groom- Erica and I had a tremendously positive experience with Kayla as our wedding planner. Especially with the ongoing pandemic and all the changes that we had to experience, she did a fantastic job making adjustments and keeping us in the loop throughout the process. Kayla also did very well with setting up calls and meetings with cool vendors to give us different options and pricing for everything. We were extremely pleased with the final result as our wedding was a very special night packed with a lot of fun and memorable moments. Everything was organized properly and the entire event from ceremony to reception ran smoothly so we were very happy. ot married on 3-5-22. She was with us through the ups and downs of planning during a pandemic, so many postponements and an unexpected venue change at the very end. I don't know what we would have done without her through all of this. She is so kind, responsive, efficient, and her attention to detail is second to none. And I forgot to mention-that we are from out of town and our wedding was a destination wedding. Wedding planning can be stressful enough but to plan it during a pandemic and postpone it twice... let's just say my husband and I could not have survived without Kayla. She is such a bright, positive human, so organized, proactive and supportive. Kayla is worth at LEAST ten times what she charges. Plus, getting all the beautiful inventory to help decorate the venue and access to her wedding planning platform with all of her to-do lists and contract organization pays for itself. Our wedding day went off with out a HITCH! It was a MAGICAL day and Kayla helped take the stress off of me and my family members. We knew Kayla was our girl the first day we talked to her. She was so warm and welcoming, and immediately made us feel like we were going to be taken care of. ng with Kayla back in 2019 and like most couples in 2020 had to postpone our original wedding date due to Covid. Postponing was an incredibly difficult and stressful process, but Kayla was super patient, supportive and answered our millions of questions. She made it as painless as possible and advocated for us every step of the way, making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. In 2021 when we resumed planning, she helped us back on track and helped us pivot to a more intimate affair without compromising our initial vision from 2019! We only saw a fraction of what Kayla and her team did behind the scenes the weeks leading up to and day of the wedding, but we are so grateful we had a planner as dedicated as Kayla was. numerous cheat sheets and checklists were invaluable to us. So much of our wedding day was already prepped and ready to go because of the many things she provided prior to the Month Of. She handled everything during the wedding day behind the scenes perfectly, not stressing us out whatsoever. When our timeline fell apart due to unforeseen circumstances, she was on the ball, and proactive, helping us with extending the timeline with all the vendors. We had many decorations, and her and her team set them up just as we imagined it and also helped put it all away at the end of the night. She even had many of her own rentals that we used for our wedding, that were much cheaper than other places. She also foresaw the issues with the wind and quickly adjusted to prevent the wind from taking much of our decorations with it. Our COVID wedding came with many last minute changes that she helped us with, and was very understanding and flexible. She had many great ideas on how to adjust for the many different guidelines we had due to COVID. We couldn't have asked for a better Coordinator than Kayla. She was very dependable, and we are glad we put our wedding in her hands. She took away the stress of organizing and handling multiple vendors the day of our wedding. You will not be disappointed with Kayla!

all events sending us into a tail spin within 4 weeks of the planned wedding at Scripps. I am a very involved and detail focused Father and, to relief my daughter and her fiancé of stress, I communicated with Kayla on many of the ancillary details regarding new venue in Malibu and all the subsequent vendor changes. Kayla immediately took my Excel spreadsheet and began taking control and communicated with all the new & existing vendors regarding location, timing, etc. We did a rehearsal run through with her on Thursday and she had an entire plan prepared. As a result of her communication and planning skills, this wedding was literally a "Fairy Tale" type of wedding. Absolutely NOTHING went awry and it was hailed as the best wedding many guests had ever attended. Kayla was amazing and trust me, when I tell you that I am a detail oriented man, she was a great partner. She was invisible, during the ceremony & afterwards YET flawlessly orchestrated all of the vendors (Chef, Servers, Bartenders, DJ, Floral arrangements, furniture rental, Wedding Presider, etc.) and ensured we had a PERFECT wedding for my beautiful daughter and her wonderfully handsome fiancé. We'd hire Kayla again in a heartbeat.

And Kayla did just that! I had initially booked Kayla pre-COVID so everything about my wedding plans changed. From the date, venue, timeline, etc, she was very kind and worked with me throughout all the changes. I did have to pay a bit extra due to all the work associated with planning two weddings. While I was upset about this at first, in the end I thought it was well deserved. Kayla did an awesome job the day of the wedding. I literally could not have dreamt of anything more perfect. We ended up leaving our seating chart to the day of just to realize we were short two seats. If I didn’t have Kayla, I definitely would have freaked. But she was able to find a backup solution to solve for everything. I could go on and on about how great she is but I’ll end with this: If you’re thinking of booking her. DO IT! I promise you, you won’t regret it.

dding of two of my best friends I had extra high standards. From the rehearsal to the flawlessness of the big day, Kayla exceeded all of my expectations. Her communication was clear, easy to understand and everyone understood her. This might seem repetitive, but this wedding was different in that half of the wedding party and guests were from the Netherlands so there was a language and culture barrier. With different traditions and cultures at play, Kayla was easily able to make sure that everyone knew their role and had a great time. The big day flowed smoothly and if there were any issues, I certainly didn't notice and neither did the bride or the groom. Whenever we saw Kayla, which was only when we needed her, she had a wonderful attitude and was always able to solve a problem. The groom spilled on his white shirt, she had stain remover. Another bridesmaid and I needed to refresh, she had deodorant and perfume. The brides dress tore (so much dancing!) and she had pins to fix it. This was probably one of my favorite weddings ever, I am so glad Kayla was there to make sure my friends had the best day of their lives!

We loved how she expressed in interest in not only our wedding plans, but also asked about how we met and how my husband proposed. ne. Once we signed the contract she sent the CUTEST box of goodies to us with some wedding things - seriously SO thoughtful. She is very personable but also blunt and not afraid to take charge which was huge. On our wedding day, it rained (except for the ceremony - she is 100% on non raining cermonies!) and she killed it. Made sure everything ran smooth and when my dress ripped RIGHT before the ceremony, she sewed it and make everything ok. My favorite part had to be when we were on the phone finalizing everything and we walked through every single part of the day and she input where she thought cute details could be added and honestly when walking through the venue day of, it was so perfect. When we had to do things like pictures or cake cutting, she was there to move it right along and made it so seamless. I only wish that I would have met her earlier in the process as she was so great and I could have utilized her more! Her input is sincere and she really gets and understands visions. Thank you so much Kayla, we were so glad to be your last wedding of the decade!

On our wedding day I did not have to worry about a single thing. Im going to miss our planning meetings with her! We had many issues happen with our photo/video and the day before we did not think they were going to show as we had not heard from them in weeks. Kayla explained to me if they did not show on our wedding day she had already reached out to another photographer and already had someone ready to come take photos for our wedding. Our issues with the photographer/videographer continued months after the wedding and even though our wedding was over Kayla was still helping me in every way with the situation at hand. I cannot thank Kayla and her team enough for all they did and dealing with the difficult situations that occurred. Wedding planning can be stressful but Kayla always had a smile on her face and was always positive throughout the entire process. Kayla, I cant thank you enough for all your did for us. We literally could not have done this without you!

ortant to us that we could be fully present with the people we love the week of the wedding. Because of that, we booked the month-of service, but even so, felt Kayla's support from day one. We chose to access her Aisle Planner website, which was probably the most helpful planning tool of our whole wedding. She also reviewed all our contracts, providing us peace of mind for an area not within our expertise. Finally, the week of the wedding itself was indescribably perfect. In our final call, we hung up the phone feeling like we had just handed off all of the stress and to-do items to Kayla. We weren't impacted or distracted by the tiny, inevitable things that went wrong, and were honestly astonished at how much we just felt we didn't have to worry about a thing all week. She even set up the chapel, reception area and tables to make the whole event look, feel, and flow beautifully. We can't imagine having to do this without her. Thank you, Kayla!
