The best bridal shop in the suburbs with the nicest people too. I went dress shopping with my sister who is getting married and Simply Luxe was head and shoulders over the rest. Best selections, best atmosphere and consultants that actually care. Amazing!

Simply Luxe was AMAZING! I worked with Val and she was such a great help in finding my dream dress! The salon is beautiful and they only service a few brides at a time so you have your stylist’s full attention. Working with them was a perfect experience and I would recommend them to everyone!

Simply Lux was the most perfect place to find a wedding dress. The staff is so attentive and helpful when listening to the needs and wants of the bride! I went with my friends and family and it was a day to remember!! Margaret was so sweet and helped with every question that I had and gave her true opinion. We had such an incredible experience picking out my wedding dress. It was a day I will remember forever. Val was super helpful and knew exactly what dresses to grab for me to try on based on my taste and style of what I was looking for. The entire experience was a blast and stress free and I felt like a princess! I loved my dress so much and for wearing it for 18+ hours it was surprisingly comfortable!

I scheduled an appointment at Simply Luxe Algonquin because it had been recommended by a friend, and they had a wide selection of dresses in my price range by designers that I liked. I had scheduled 6 dress salon appointments over the course of 3 days while my sister/MOH was home from college for her fall break. This was somewhat stressful, and Simply Luxe was my appointment on the third morning. From the second we walked into the salon, they made my sisters, mom, and me feel like queens. We worked with Lizz who was an absolute pleasure, and she helped me find a dress that looked amazing and was actually below my budget!! The staff was super helpful and very reasonable with price ranges, they never pressured me to spend more. I ended up buying my veil the same day, and my bridesmaids came back to the salon to pick out some of their dresses. I would highly recommend this salon and especially Lizz!

Simply Luxe was my first and only bridal boutique! I am so blessed that I found THE dress there, along with my veil. The dress was beautiful and the overall experience was very personal. Their shop is gorgeous, cute, and simple.

Initially, I chose to go to Simply Luxe because they carried two of the designers I liked but from the moment I walked in at my first appointment, the experience was exactly what I was hoping for while dress shopping, one I did not get anywhere else I went. They made me feel extremely welcomed, comfortable and special. My mom, MOH and I had our own space to relax and discuss dresses without having others around. We worked with Lizz and I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was! She was attentive, honest and truly heard what I was telling her about what I wanted in my dress. When I was torn between two, she was patient and ultimately helped me decide on my perfect gown. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment at Simply Luxe - they really know how to make a bride feel special and really listen to what she wants in her dream dress!

Simply Luxe was everything I could have asked for! I had such a great time working with Valerie. She was amazing! After figuring out what style dress I wanted to go with, it didn’t take too long until Valerie found me the PERFECT dress! I can’t wait to wear my dress on my wedding day! Simply Luxe was everything I wanted, and more! We were lucky to work with Katie, who was SO amazing. Katie took time to get to know the style I was looking for and recommended several beautiful dresses. After trying a few on, she was able to bring in more dresses based on what was working well. She said she was new to Simply Luxe, but we would have never known. She was so kind, sweet, and helpful. I’m so thankful for Katie for helping me say yes to the dress!

Let me start off with, WOW! This place was incredibly beautiful and blew away all expectations of dress shopping. The night before I came to Simply Luxe, I had the most awful dress shopping experience at BHLDN in Chicago, I was upset and felt completely deflated from that appointment. I wasn't feeling very hopeful after that, until I walked through the doors of Simply Luxe. If you're looking for that magical experience, then Simply Luxe is the place to go! My dress consultant, Emily, was SO helpful and was so knowledgeable with all of the dresses they had there, and what would look best for my body type. I felt like royalty there. Really, if you're looking for the dress you'll be wearing on the most important day of your life, Simply Luxe has got it!

I loved every minute of my time working with Simply Luxe. Emily was amazing the first visit to help pick different styles of dresses to help decide down to that perfect dress! The selection that Simply Luxe has was phenomenal. I never once felt like we weren't going to find something in our budget. All the fittings we had to do were seamless and easy to schedule in. My dress looked amazing the day of and I got so many compliments of how unique and nothing like anyone had seen before. Simply Luxe truly made this an easy process of finding the perfect dress and getting it tailored exactly to me.

I have been having a hard time writing this review because I am not very good at expressing myself in writing, but I know a review is a must in this situation with the experience I had. I was lucky enough to have Emily and honestly lucky isn't even the right word. I was super nervous about dress shopping to begin with since I really hate being the center of attention. But as soon as I walked in the door Emily was there to greet me and was so incredibly friendly. She made every single part of this experience so incredible. I am a huge believer in signs and I believe she was meant to help me find my dress that day. Emily was the one who pulled the dress and told me to keep an open mind. When she put me in the dress I was so surprised at how comfortable I felt in the dress, but this dress became even more special when she was fixing the bottom of the dress and was showing me the underneath layers. She pulled out one of the layers which was completely lace and it was the pattern of roses. I knew then this dress was it. She then put me back in past favorites and told me not to look in the mirror until we got out and as I was trying on past dresses my mind kept thinking about the dress with the rose pattern. As she put me back in my dress I started to cry, I told her this dress means so much more to me since she showed me those roses because I felt like I will have my mother with me. Emily then started to cry with me which meant more then she couldn't possibly know. She brought me out one last time and when I looked in the mirror, I just knew. Emily then told me that this dress had just arrived to their store the night before and they just unpacked it, so I was the first & only one to try it on. So I know there are probably hundreds of dresses with the rose pattern on them, but this was just different in every single way. And if all that wasn't a sign from my mother then I don't know what is! I felt my mother with me every step of the way on this special day, which is so amazing knowing I have been dreading this day knowing she wouldn't be with me. I couldn't be more grateful for Emily and everything she did for me and helping me find a piece of my mother in my dress. So ladies if you are looking for a dress and just want an incredible experience from start to finish Emily is definitely your girl! Plus the shop itself is so beautiful inside! I also came home today to a note in the mail, which completely surprised me and it was from Emily. I cried all over again with all the kind words she wrote me! I absolutely loved my experience at Simply Luxe Bridal. I found them here on the Knot and called them on a whim after feeling like my options at David’s Bridal weren’t quite what I wanted. I’m so happy I made that call and didn’t settle for less than the best. I was a little worried about the price range (my budget was $500-1000) because I saw online that the starting prices were around $1200, but when I spoke to the manager on the phone, she made it clear they would be able to work within my budget*. Not only was she extremely pleasant to speak with, but she was able to get me in for an appointment the same day. As soon as we walked in, my entourage and I were warmly welcomed and Emily offered us water and champagne. The atmosphere in the Algonquin store is lovely - just what you picture for a “Say Yes to the Dress” experience. I had four ladies with me and we were all able to wait comfortably for my stylist; browsing dresses, looking through a book of designs, viewing a slideshow, etc. When my stylist Emily took us back to the try on area, she was very sweet and did a fantastic job listening to my vision and budget without being judgmental or pushy. We had a nice, private viewing area (very different than the busy, exposed feeling at David’s Bridal), and it was complete with comfy couches, chairs, a floor length mirror to view the dress, a small pedestal to stand on, etc.. I tried on the dresses and the 4th one was THE one. When she brought it back, she told me it was slightly different than what I had originally described, but encouraged me to give it a chance. As soon as it was on, I loved it, and it showed me that Emily was able to read my style/body type/likes/dislikes well and pull something absolutely beautiful which I might not have otherwise picked for myself. One of the best parts is that it was at the bottom of my price range! Even better than the average costs of the dresses I had tried at David’s Bridal! Obviously buying a dress off the rack means you’ll probably need more intensive alterations, but it is worth it when you find the dress you love. It’s also worth mentioning that the two other girls who I saw there during my appointment also found their dresses with Simply Luxe, so that’s saying something for their variety, the quality, and the service they provide. I highly recommend this treasure. The overall experience is worth the trip and your time, and it will give you a day to remember. And maybe even your dream dress. *When I came in, they were having a sample sale - so you buy the dress off the rack and take it home with you right away. They keep their dresses in beautiful condition, so this isn’t a problem. However, I’m not sure if they usually have lower prices like the ones I saw. I would definitely suggest you ask about it if you call to set up an appointment.

I worked with Chloe at the Highland Park location to find my wedding dress and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Last year I came to Simply Luxe looking for a dress for my wedding this past June with little hope after visiting 10 other bridal salons with no luck. I had gone to countless shops looking for the right dress and often felt pressured into making a purchase that I wasn't sure about. My experience at Simply Luxe was so pleasant; the store was pristine and beautiful and had a great selection of dresses, accessories and jewelry. Chloe and the staff made me and my MOH feel so welcome and comfortable. Chloe asked me a series of questions and pulled less than 5 dresses for me to try on. I knew as soon as I put on the second dress that it was the one. I felt absolutely no pressure to make a decision or purchase the dress at the time but I was happy and relieved to have found the one. My dress ended up coming in even earlier than they had promised. Thank you Simply Luxe for helping me find the dress of my dreams!

I had a great experience with Simply Luxe! Valerie, my consultant, was fantastic. She was so nice and easy to work with! My dress came early, as did my bridesmaid dresses, which also came from the store. I don't even live in Illinois - I was not having good luck in Milwaukee and found Simply Luxe through the designer of my dress and went for a trunk show. Definitely recommend!

Susan and the team at Simply Lux in Algonquin really take the whole Wedding Dress experience to another level. I found my dress for my July 2018 wedding at Simply Lux. Valerie was our consult at the dress appointment. She was great listening to what I envisioned my wedding dress to be while also working in the comments and thoughts my mother and grandmother gave during the appointment. The end result – finding my dream wedding dress! I also used Simply Lux to do the alterations for my wedding gown. There was an incident that occurred and caused me to doubt if using the services was really the right decision I had made. But, Susan and the team did not take my concern lightly and acted quickly and professionally to turn the situation around and make the experience an overall positive. They dissolved my nerves and worries. My dress came out flawless – fitting me amazing and finished perfectly. I am so happy I did my alterations with them. I cannot thank them enough and recommend them!

While Simply Luxe has beautiful dresses, I would not recommend them to other Brides. The initial trying process on was great, staff was friendly and I found the perfect dress. But that is about all that went well. The dress shipped a month later than I was told and I was strapped for time to get it altered. It was ordered 2 sizes too big, and of course, I had to pay an absurd amount of money for alterations. I got there for my first fitting and the bride before me was having issues with the alterations process. After 2 fittings, I showed up for my final where I was told I'd go home with it. The dress had not been altered since my 1st fitting and was nowhere near ready for me to take home. I got to pick up my dress 2 days before leaving for my wedding. While the staff is incredibly friendly it did not make up for the stress caused by not knowing if I was going to have a dress that fit or even at all. The process was painful and I would caution brides.

Simply Luxe was PERFECT! I had originally booked my appointment with the Highland Park location but was contacted by an employee to see if I could come to Algonquin since they had a trunk show with the designers going on (and some exclusive sneak peaks of dresses!). Needless to say, it was the best decision I had made. I found the dress of my dreams AND the girls helping me made sure to stay in my budget range. I had gone to 4+ other salons and had walked out of every single one feeling somewhat disappointed. The moment you walk into Simply Luxe, the staff is looking to make sure you enjoy your experience. I have never been happier than when I found the dress of my dreams!!

I didn't end up purchasing my dress from Simply Luxe, but I had a good experience looking for dresses there. The store is very nice and decorated very cute. The consultant that I worked with was nice and accommodating, but I am only giving 4-stars because I was disappointed that I was asked to try on multiple dresses that were outside of my budget (though, they were 10% off if purchased that day, but still outside of my budget). I also was disappointed when I tried on a cheaper gown and the consultant made a comment along the lines of "see, this is the difference between a lower and higher price point." No one should feel bad about the budget that they have to work with. I ended up purchasing a dress that was very similar to one that I liked at Simply Luxe, but was within my budget.

Where do I begin?! I read reviews and did a ton of research before settling with Simply Luxe and making an appointment and let me just say how ECSTATIC I am that I did! They asked that I send them my Pinterest board so that they could make sure they could match dresses to my expectations. I brought 4 people with me and from the moment we opened the door, we were in awe. The boutique is stunning and it makes the wedding seem very real. I was greeted almost immediately by Valerie and she had such an approach that made me feel at ease and excited. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and yet incredibly special. She gave everyone a glass of champagne and had us all sit down and introduced herself to everyone and really involved everyone in the process. She was SO respectful of what my budget was and what I was looking for that after 3 dress try ons (which I fell in love with each one and had even asked "How many dresses is a bride allowed to have?"), I knew instantly after seeing the 4th dress that it was the one. I never understood how you can "just know" but someone compared it to the feeling of how I met my fiance, "you just know that he's the one. It just clicks" and sure enough that's how I felt with the dress. One of my bridesman actually said he didn't like it, but Val went and grabbed an accessory, he started to feel a bit better about it. She grabbed a tulle train that I've always wanted and put that on and he teared up and ran over and started fluffing up my dress and making me look as special as I was feeling. Valerie was AMAZING at getting everyone to feel what I was feeling and as a bride, this was so important and she made it seem effortless. She is BEYOND INCREDIBLE! What's even better was, since we had so much time left, we started talking about bridesmaids dresses and suddenly my daughter had her dress, my matron of honor had her dress and even my mother in law! Everyone, minus my bridesman that was there was all set! Simply Luxe, you've done a phenomenal job with your style, your layout, your brand and your staff. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience. I really can't thank you enough. Brides - do your research on this boutique's style and provide a lot of pictures on what you do like and they will make your dress shopping a breeze. To find the right boutique is hard because your style has to match their style so communication is key but I promise you that this boutique will do everything they can to make you feel special and even respect your budget so you leave feeling great. My only regret was I found the dress too fast and wasn't able to try on other dresses just to try on all their fabulous dresses!

I ordered my wedding dress at Simply Luxe and it arrived exactly as ordered. My only complaint is that I was told it would arrive the first week of February, and it did not arrive until the middle of April, and my wedding was 5/19/18. The store did not handle the delay very well. They were never able to give an exact shipping date, and never called to tell me shipment was delayed. I always had to call them, and every time I was given one excuse after another on why shipping was behind schedule. The veil I was given also did not match the color of my dress. Thankfully, the seamstress who did my alterations was able to make me a new one that matched perfectly.

So happy I found Simply Luxe Bridal! I worked with Emily who was absolutely amazing and fun! I felt like she really understood what I was looking for, in fact I ended up picking the first dress I tried on. She was extremely accommodating and relatable. I did not feel pressured at all to get a dress. Overall the store was gorgeous and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Love love love by dress, thank you!

I had such a wonderful experience at Simply Luxe Bridal! I had been to 5 other bridal salons prior to going there, all of which I felt pressured to buy a dress that I did not love. Valerie, on the other hand, was very friendly and did not make me feel pressured at all. She took her time with me and gave me very helpful tips for my wedding. She even had a dress sent over that I had my eye on at other stores from their other location and gave me a better deal than the other stores. It was the best bridal experience I have ever had and am very grateful for Valerie. Thanks for your kindness!

Beautiful store! I am getting married in January of next year and stumbled upon this gorgeous little shop on the knot. I had been looking for a very specific look (no lace, long sleeves, somewhat conservative but classic...) I emailed around to multiple shops trying to find a few specific dresses and the ladies at Simply Lux were super helpful and offered the exact dresses they had that would match my style. Upon my arrival, they had the dresses I wanted set aside for me and gave me the option to look through their inventory and see if I wanted to try anything else on. I worked with Chloe and she was absolutely wonderful! Super sweet and really heard my wants. She put a few unique styles together to make the picture in my mind a reality. I ended up with a few favorites including a custom dress from one of their designers. I was super grateful for the time she put into my appointment and all her input. She was honest and really listened. Unfortunately, I went a different route and found my dress somewhere else, but if it wasn’t for her, I would have left feeling super discouraged. I am a plus sized bride, so none of the dresses really fit me. Other shops I had gone to were similar but Chloe did an excellent job and making that a non issue. I am so grateful for the help Chloe gave me and I hope to be back to shop accessories!

Simply Luxe was my first stop for wedding dress shopping and my only stop. I knew I wanted a pronovias dress andI was in a time crunch, luckily I found my dream dress. Words cannot explain how thankful and happy I was to have Emily as my dress consultant. She was truthful and fun. This dress shop was everything I wanted and more. Emily deserves a raise! After walking in a few minutes late, flustered by my morning and telling her how I had a terrible experience at a previous salon that morning, Emily made me feel at ease and genuinely showed concern and care, even offering my entourage and I champagne. I arrived to the salon discouraged and not optimistic that I would find "the one." However, Emily was thoughtful and really listened to my vision. When I told her I didn't get to try on any variety of dresses at the previous salon I went to, she brought out ballgowns, lace dress, fit-and-flares...everything to make me feel like I was going through every option, which was important for me. Afterward, my maid of honor who came with told her future sister-in-law to make an appointment with Simply Luxe. That sister-in-law ended up purchasing her dress there as well, even though she had several salon appointments that month! I ended up purchasing the same dress I tried on at the previous salon, only it fit me completely differently because this salon does a great job taking care of their gowns, which made all the difference. I cannot wait for my dress to come in!

I found my dress at Simply Luxe. This was my first time shopping at a bridal boutique and it was a great experience. I worked with Valerie who was wonderful. She helped me figure out what style I liked and felt most comfortable in and provided me with a lot of options to style the perfect dress. Simply Luxe is the best bridal shop I’ve been to! I was impressed the moment we walked in the door. The decor is adorable and the staff was so friendly and attentive. We were offered champagne and water right when we arrived. Valerie was a pleasure to work with. She made me feel special and was so helpful and patient. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and she was able to figure out my style without a problem. She made the whole process fun and enjoyable for all. I would absolutely recommend going to Simply Luxe to buy a wedding gown.

Simply Luxe is a beautiful bridal salon. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff is kind and attentive. They are by appointment only, so you are able to get one on one attention. There are only two places for brides to try on dresses, so the salon is a quiet and relaxing place to find a dress. They are good about sticking to your budget and the style you are looking for. Their dresses start around $1200 and they also have veils and accessories to purchase. It would be difficult for me to go to another salon to look for a dress after being at Simply Luxe.

I had a wonderful experience at Simply Luxe and would recommend anyone to dress shop here. Compared to other stores, it was so relaxed- with only 1 other bride shopping at the same time and this was on a weekend. They had lots of options and I ended up purchasing my gown here.

Valerie has been amazing! Simply Luxe was my third stop. I loved the first dress I ever tried on, (and didn’t expect to love,) at my first stop. After not finding anything more interesting at stop two, I researched to find Simply Luxe had the designer I loved. Valerie knew just the dress, and after being sorry she didn’t have it there, took the time to dig through boxes that had just arrived to give me more options. She also found the dress, and I got to have my happy moment. Above and beyond, always made me feel special in such a real way. Thank you!

Words cannot describe the AMAZING experience I had at Simply Luxe Bridal. I had read reviews before I went and they were great so I expected nothing less! Chloe greeted me and my entourage at the door and immediately made us feel at home and comfortable! We got champagne right away and the mood was set to have a great time! The store is beautiful, clean and modern. We had our own little side of the store, and my bridesmaids and mom were very comfortable waiting as I tried on dresses. This was the second bridal salon I had visited and was hoping to find my dress, but wasn't getting my hopes up. Chloe found dresses for me and was so so helpful and knowledgeable on the dresses. I wasn't finding EXACTLY what I wanted so I figured I would be settling on something that I didn't love. That was until Chloe brought me MY DREAM DRESS. It is perfect...all I could have imagined and more. The best experience I could have ever asked for and I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Susan, the owner was so wonderful too! I had questions the next day and she called me back right away. The day was perfect!

I cannot say enough good things about Simply Luxe! From the moment I walked in, to the moment I took my dress from the store, they made me feel like an absolute princess. I was so hesitant about dress shopping, but they hit it out of the park with the selections they brought me, and accommodated everything I wanted in a dress. They kept my dress in store until I could come in with my godmothers to have a special viewing with them - it was amazing. Not only did I find my dress there, but I found my shoes, veil, and belt there as well. Everything was beautiful, and I HIGHLY recommend this boutique to any bride!

People are still shocked to hear that I only went to 1 bridal shop to find the perfect one dress! I came in not completely sure what style I was looking for, but our consultant listened to my thoughts and pulled several dresses. After every dress I tried on she asked exactly what I liked and disliked about each dress. She really listened because every dress I tried on got closer and closer until after only 9 dresses I found the one! The boutique is beautiful and they really made me and my guests feel special!

Simply Luxe Bridal was such a great find! It was by far the best boutique of the 4 I visited while in search of my dress. Great decor, a welcoming atmosphere, and a wonderful selection of dresses and designers. As a professional wedding planner, I'm familiar with the downtown bridal stores but many aren't in my budget, so I wanted to explore the suburbs for my own dress. Simply Luxe has beautiful dresses in all price ranges. I worked with Dana who did a great job trying to figure out my style all while staying within budget. She brought a few dresses that I would've never looked at on my own, but we're actually really flattering and pretty. She was very patient, friendly, and personable and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. They aren't strict about trying on "too many" dresses. Deciding on a dress is such a hard and emotional process, and while I didn't end up buying from Simply Luxe, I'm still SO impressed with the store and staff. They have a great selection of bridal accessories, too. I'll definitely be going back for an accessories appointment!

Simply Luxe Bridal is beautiful and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend adding them to the list of places to find your dress. The experience is as wonderful and the salon is adorable. Dana helped me "say yes to the dress" and I couldn't say enough great things about her. I thought I would be looking for my perfect dress for months and ended up buying the very first one I tried on there! Valerie was amazing and so accommodating to my entourage and I. I just got my dress this past weekend and the experience was wonderful. Valerie was great-I explained to her exactly what I was looking for and she got it perfectly. I ended up buying the 4th dress I tried on. I never felt pressured or rushed, and she got me in and out of the dresses very quickly which was nice as well. My experience at Simply Luxe Bridal Boutique was everything that I could have dreamed of and more. The staff were friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was intimate and manageable and I felt like I had many different options to choose from. I went in unsure of what I was looking for and Dana helped me determine confidently what I liked and disliked. This was the first dress shop that I visited and it will be the only one because I was able to find an amazing dress off the rack that I walked home with day-of. I felt nervous about finding a dress but everything about this boutique put me at ease and I thoroughly enjoyed the shopping experience. There was never a moment that I felt rushed or pressured. It was truly about my journey. I would highly recommend you start your dress searching journey here! Could not say enough about my experience here. The salon is absolutely beautiful, it's truly a dream. I was nervous about my first shopping trip and the environment could not have been better. It was relaxed and sophisticated and I felt comfortable enough to just enjoy myself. My mom came with me and we had the pleasure of working with Dana. She 100% understood what I was looking for. She respected my budget completely. We sat and had champagne and and I got to try on beautiful dresses. Simply Luxe was my first and only bridal shopping experience. I said yes to the dress! If you are looking for the best bridal experience, look no further! This is hands down the best place to go and I should know, I went to six different places before I came back to buy my dress here (which was the first one I tried on here weeks earlier). From the time you walk in and get to have a sip of bubbly to the time you leave it's a wonderful experience. My stylist, Chloe, helped me both times I was there and couldn't have been happier. Not only was she great at picking out dresses I would like, but she really stood in my corner when I was trying to figure out what I wanted and didn't let me sway to what others might think. I have no problem saying I am the dreaded indecisive bride, but she made me feel so relaxed and I never felt pressured into going for one dress over another. She would give me her honest opinion, but then she would ask what I thought to really try to get me to identify what I wanted, not what everyone else wanted. And she didn't mind at all when I left the first time and came back weeks later. On top of that, the store honored a trunk show discount that I had previously been told wouldn't be able to apply. From start to finish they made sure things we're easy and I was happy, what more could I ask for? And I bought my dress well within my budget so you CAN find a dress here for a good price. All around the best. I have a ton of friends getting engaged and I am definitely recommending them.

From the moment I first walked into Simply Luxe I knew I was in the right place. The lady at the reception gave me one of the most genuine and inviting greetings I can say I ever had in a retail environment and this really set the tone. The store is beautifully appointed and the selection of dresses is the best of any of the salons I visited. My consultant Susan really listened to what I had to say about the dress I envisioned wearing at my wedding. She was VERY knowledgeable and provided insightful input that highlighted the details of each gown I tried on. Susan was bubbly and fun to work with and was sure to include my group in the appointment (and she was able to tactfully pull the reins in on some of my more vocal guests lol!). When I found my dress, Susan didn't pressure me into a decision. She was open about how long it would take to come in and when I would need to decide and how this would work for my budget and wedding timeline. Super helpful! The staff at Simply Luxe definitely care that you get the dress of your dreams and they seem to value this over just making a sale and I really appreciated that. Finding a shopping experience like this is something that rarely happens and when its for a once in a lifetime purchase like your wedding dress, its something you won't soon forget. Absolutely worth the trip! Five stars isn't enough for Susan and Simply Luxe!

Such great service! I found my wedding dress during a trunk show which was awesome! My consultant Susan was so patient and sweet, helping me find the dress of my dreams! They have an outstanding selection of dresses and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

If you are hoping to have a shopping experience like you see in the movies, this is the place to shop for your wedding dress! Their store is absolutely gorgeous, and you receive the greatest service. I spent hours at other stores without falling in love with anything, but found my dress in about 20 minutes at Simply Luxe. All of the dresses you try on are beautifully made, and there are way more options and styles than the others shops I visited. Susan was so helpful, and took the time to understand what I liked and didn't like, and used her expertise to pick out the perfect dresses for my style and body type. It was one of the most fun and special experiences, I tell every future bride to not waste time anywhere else and go straight to Simply Luxe!

Nowhere else in my planning journey have I felt so special and appreciated. I contacted several salons and even went to a few but ultimately no one else compared to the quality of gowns or the service of Simply Luxe.
