I had my invite design already established and done through a template I purchased on Etsy but had no idea where I wanted to have them professionally printed. They made it so easy getting a quote, were quick to respond, turn around on the actual printed product was extremely quick, plus they shipped it right to me so I didn't have to pick anything up. The whole process was seamless and I would definitely go to them for any other printing needs I may have!

I began the design process during covid, and even amid the chaos of rescheduled weddings and events, Susan made me feel like her only client. Susan was responsive, professional, and fast-acting. She may have been the only printer I contacted who responded to my questions and quote request as quickly as she did (HUGE when you're on a deadline like I was). She overnighted me a package of various invitations she'd previously printed to help give me some direction on printing types, paper, color, etc., and was respectful of my budget concerns throughout the process. The end result was BEAUTIFUL and well-executed. I've received several compliments on my invitations. For reference, I had a custom design, single-color, thermography printed invite. It was double-sided, unusual for thermography, and printed on linen. The envelope had a cute quote on the flap and had guest/return addressing in a flat finish.

Susan is extremely knowledgeable and ready to help you make your vision a reality. She's very patient and organized which makes her a pleasure to work with. The process in choosing invitations was smooth and simple. I recommend her 100%!!

A wedding invitation is the first impression guests receive of your wedding (how formal it will be, the colors, etc.) and Simply Personal helped me create the most perfect "first impression"! I looked for months for a wedding invitation and was just disappointed with the standard selections available. I was fearful of the cost of creating a custom invitation, but received a referral from a family member saying I should contact Simply Personal and see what they could do within my budget.... and OMG! Susan explained everything to me, she told me what she could create within my budget, she worked with my inability to make a decision (becuase you have so many decisions to make when planning a wedding!) and was so patient and quick to respond. As the groom I never would have thought picking out invitations would be something I would ever enjoy! But when I saw my wife on Simply Personal's website on the design matrix I thought it was pretty cool that we could create our own invitations online. We ended up picking our invitation through the design matrix and then adding some custom elements to it and it turned out awesome! Susan is great! However, I did the "week of" but its really a month of deal. We couldn't coordinate a time to meet until the monday before the wedding and I had 6 or 7 emails from vendors and susan when i got off work everyday with questions. Things i had already taken care of and Susan was changing because she thought they would be better another way. In the end it all worked out and they did a great job coordinating my busses for the guests.

Susan was the perfect coordinator....she had a vision for my daughter's wedding and with the ideas the bride gave her, she did an awesome job..The WOW factor was incredible and Susan helped us with every detail...This was an out of town wedding for Susan and she was almost always available and best of all stayed on budget....We had a wonderful experience...

I can't believe how amazing of a job Simply Personal did! Courtney did all the paper work for our wedding and it turned out better than I imagined. I gave her ideas and colors I wanted to use and she put them together better than I could have. She knew exactly what I wanted. She had great and creative ideas for decorating everything from our invitations to the tables at our wedding. She provided us with many different options and was very easy to get a hold of. Courtney was very professional the entire time we worked with her. Even though I have moved out of the state, I will continue to use Simply Personal for everything from Christmas cards to baby announcements.

I used Simply Personal to create my invitations. It was a very simple project because I already had the main part of the invitation designed. They still charged an exorbinate amount, however, I decided to use them because of all the good things they heard. I learned after my invitations went out, that there was a major error (the RSVP date was drafted with the wrong year). Although I understand mistakes happen and I did of course review the proof, when I emailed them to let them go, all I got was a brief insincere apology email. I expected more. When it is the most important day of life, you want vendors that are proactive in correcting their mistakes.

They worked with us and customized each piece of stationary to fit our personality. Simply Personal was easy to work with and responded quickly to emails or questions. We started working with Susan Strauss and Simply Personal in December, 2010, and enjoyed top notch service and quality for the several months leading up to our wedding ceremony. Susan and her business both find their foundation in the Lord, and for us that was a huge plus. Knowing that Susan shared our values made it easy for us to align on our vision for our wedding day. Susan personally put together our wedding plan - she is highly organized and went through all the details with us, giving us options to consider as we looked at our budget. We had a fairly generous budget to work with which helped, but even so we had some decisions to make in terms of cost. As we went through all of the months leading up to the wedding, Susan kept us on track, on budget, and was always there to manage the details for us. Although we'll probably never know exactly how much she did behind the scenes, I think the proof was in a wedding day that truly went off without a hitch. I came across simply personal after looking at a pool of online sample invitation letters for our wedding this past August. During our consult, Courtney was very helpful and her artistic vision and professionalism came through in all the suggestions she made. I didn't have any specific design in mind but with my Iranian background I knew I somehow wanted to incorporate Persian Calligraphy & Poetry in our invitations. Courtney worked with me to incorporate all I had in mind and came up with a beautiful design for our invitation. Our wedding was in San Francisco; She even researched the wedding site to be able to recommend design elements in our card that would flow well with the whole theme of our wedding. With her background in graphical design, Courtney went way out of her way to perfect the look and design of the Persian Calligraphy I provided her for our invitations and she was very quick to respond to any request that I had. Not only did we have unique and beautiful invitation cards, Courtney helped me stay well in our budget.Our guests kept complimenting us on our invitation cards and we are very happy with the outcome. When I said I wanted cupcakes instead of a cake, Susan immediately recommended a bakery and made arrangements to have the cupcakes delivered. Representatives went to our tasting and helped us determine food and beverage selections, without them we would have overspent. They were on hand bright and early on the wedding day to handle everything, which allowed me relax and enjoy being a "bride to be". When I panicked because we were over our limit at the reception, Susan added another table to make it work. Afterwards she sent us a copy of everything related to our wedding programs, menus, party favors, things we will cherish forever. I can't say enough good things about Simply Personal. When we thought we would have to change our location at the last minute, they went to bat for us and saved the day. Also, they are Christians, so they understood that we wanted our wedding to be spiritual and Christ centered, so we could party at the reception. I would highly recommend Simply Personal as a wedding or event planner. We were over the moon with their services and so were our guests!!!!

When I started planning my wedding I had so much on my plate yet I wanted my dream wedding. Susan and Simply Personal gave me my dream wedding and I was able to have no stress. Communication & follow up could use improvement, but overall, Simply Personal helped make our wedding such a special experience. From the first meeting, filled with ideas, creativity and a beautiful portfolio, to the administrative parts like a realistic budget and creative ideas on how to save money, SP was right on! I had the wedding of my dreams, but could never have pulled it off without Simply Personal! Special Note: for those of you who are blessed to have a father paying for your wedding, but one who wants to know the "bottom line" before signing any contracts, Simply Personal understood my dad's initial concerns, talked him through all the numbers, and assured him that they could stay within the budget presented...he LOVED this and never worried beyond that point about the budget. He had complete confidence in the proposal SP put together for him. So, Simply Personal doesn't just cater to the bride and groom, they're also great at catering to dads, too!

a good place to contact for wedding coordination. i liked how they were professional, organized, and understood what needed to be done. they were helpful to all my questions and quick to respond. there were some few items that did not go as planned. the boutinneres that i ordered were not pinned onto the people i had listed. also the programs my bridal party and i diligently made were not all handed out to the guests properly (about half of them were still in perfect condition inside the box). i had a catholic wedding and so for some reason the muscian did not have the responsorial psalm verses; he completely left out the verses and sang the chorus over and over again. it would have been better if the coordinator was familiar with the catholic ceremony as to ensure all parts of the ceremony were covered. as for the reception, everything went beautifully. we had a shuttle bus for our guests and they made sure everyone was shuttled to the appropriate places on time without leaving anyone behind. they were very good at making sure things were on schedule.

Simply Personal was great to work with. Susan had great recommendations of vendors that fit within our budget and style. She and Lindsey were so easy-going yet thorough and professional at the same time. They were so flexible when we ended up changing our venue mid-stream. They went to great lengths to get the job done....even climbing over fences when our reception site couldn't get the lock on the gates open! They were great at giving advice on where to cut things when necessary to stay on budget without sacrificing style. I can't imagine not having them there on my wedding day. It was such a relaxing and stress free day for me because I knew that they had everything under control at the church and reception site.
