Nicole is the #1 reason my wedding went as perfectly as it did. I am beyond thankful and grateful for her and her expertise. She executed all “expectations” of a day of planner but what sets Nicole apart is how she so thoughtfully takes care of you. She took both me and my mom into the reception room before our guests arrived so we could see the space untouched. It was a moment I will never forget. She took me aside and gave me the perfect advice about staying with my groom on our special day. My mom needed a little help visualizing where to go and where to stand: Nicole took her by the arm and walked with her down the aisle during the walk through to make sure she felt comfortable and confident. She makes you feel loved and important and special; it is an intangible aspect of her services that makes all the difference. At our initial meeting, we went through my vision for the wedding, the “puzzle pieces” such as the gift book/card table/etc. , and the logistics of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Even as a type A bride who has attended numerous weddings, she brought up so many important details I had not considered. Her years in the wedding industry was immediately apparent and I was so thankful to have her by my side. She attended the final walk through at our venue and once again I was SO THANKFUL she was a part of my wedding team. Our venue coordinator was wonderful but Nicole took control and elevated what would have been an ok set up to an exceptional one. The flow of cocktail hour, placement of tables/bars, was greatly improved. We discussed the entrance into the reception area: where to stand, how to enter, etc. My mom said at the end of the walk through “Thank God for Nicole. She really knows what she is doing!” The week of the wedding she finalized a production schedule of the vendors and ensured they knew how to enter our venue (which was daunting due to the high level of security.) She checked in with me to make sure I felt taken care of and was happy and excited. The day before the wedding she coordinated the rehearsal. THANK GOODNESS SHE WAS THERE. Our rehearsal would not have happened without her. She lined up the bridesmaids and groomsmen, helped direct the parents of the bride and groom, and discuss timing of the music and entrances and exits. She is the only reason we were organized and people knew where to go and what to do. The day of she assisted the florist in setting up the cocktail hour and reception. It was so beautifully executed with the signage, photos, signs, card table, guest book, etc. set up just perfectly in the perfect place. She ensured all the vendors arrived and had what they needed. She passed out the tips to all the vendors. She cued is entering into the ceremony and reception. She helped with our cake cutting: showing us where to cut and how to cut. She ensured I was bustled and that I ate dinner. I was taken care of and my day proceeded smoothly because of her. My wedding had many moving pieces and initially I believed that just having the coordinator at our venue would be enough. I could not have been more wrong. Nicole is the reason my wedding was beautifully executed and went as smoothly as it did. She is beyond excellent. Your wedding will run smoothly and beautifully with her by your side.
