She worked with all of my vendors and created a timeline for us, which as far as I know, we stuck to. I didn’t have to do anything on my wedding day except enjoy the moments. Kate was extremely supportive throughout the night with little things too like having some socks for me since I forgot them for my change of shoes and fixing my bustle when it got messed up. She also stayed at the venue after we left to make sure all of our decor was gathered for us to get the next day. In my opinion, Kate went above and beyond for us and I highly recommend her for your event!

 Because of Kate, we were able to fully soak in our ceremony, enjoy our reception, and truly remain present. She removed all the extra stress and allowed us to simply celebrate. We are SO grateful and would recommend Kate to any couple looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and exceptional day-of coordinator. Kate helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect.

As someone who had a destination wedding RUN to book her services. She has close relationships with the vendors and where it would take you a month for a reply she gets one in a few days if not same day. Especially if you haven't been to the resort, she has been to most several times and really understands the layout, knows the staff/vendors, how things run etc. We paid to also have her on site for the wedding and it was worth every penny. On your wedding day you there is so much going on so to have her there fielding questions, dealing with vendors, etc. made my day run so smoothly and allowed me to be in the moment. I was guilty of underestimating things at times "oh that won't be too hard, oh I can handle that" and quickly realized that was not the case. So having her there was imperative to my day running smoothly. And even if it was something I could have handled why not have someone there to take away the work and let you relax and enjoy the day? (Side note- during hair/makeup she would take pictures and show the girls and ensure they really liked their looks. If she could tell you were just being nice or were too shy to say anything she ensured the staff got it right! I loved that and so did my bridesmaids!) Multiple bridesmaids and guests asked about her services at my wedding because they saw in real time how organized, professional, and on the ball she was. Truly the best money we spent on our wedding! If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner why have yourself spread thin and be stressed on the most important day of your life?
