Kate Anderson of Simply Sapphire Events was a CRUCIAL and amazing asset to our wedding day. She was so helpful, responsive, and had great insight and advice for any questions I had. She made wedding planning a breeze and really took any stress away! I would not hesitate to book her for all of your planning needs. As someone who had a destination wedding RUN to book her services. She has close relationships with the vendors and where it would take you a month for a reply she gets one in a few days if not same day. Especially if you haven't been to the resort, she has been to most several times and really understands the layout, knows the staff/vendors, how things run etc. We paid to also have her on site for the wedding and it was worth every penny. On your wedding day you there is so much going on so to have her there fielding questions, dealing with vendors, etc. made my day run so smoothly and allowed me to be in the moment. I was guilty of underestimating things at times "oh that won't be too hard, oh I can handle that" and quickly realized that was not the case. So having her there was imperative to my day running smoothly. And even if it was something I could have handled why not have someone there to take away the work and let you relax and enjoy the day? (Side note- during hair/makeup she would take pictures and show the girls and ensure they really liked their looks. If she could tell you were just being nice or were too shy to say anything she ensured the staff got it right! I loved that and so did my bridesmaids!) Multiple bridesmaids and guests asked about her services at my wedding because they saw in real time how organized, professional, and on the ball she was. Truly the best money we spent on our wedding! If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner why have yourself spread thin and be stressed on the most important day of your life? Book her asap!!

I cannot stress this enough.... If you want a successful event you NEED Kate! Just to give a small back story I work in the same if not very similar industry as Kate. This means that I knew what to expect and what I wanted and I stated that to Kate very clearly. Not only was she on top of everything at every second she always made sure me and my husband were good. I have never been so happy with someone before and I will be recommending Kate to all of my friends who just so happen to be getting married now. Kate is organized, always answered her phone, and simply just the best person I could have ever hired. I told my husband that for the entire weekend of my event which included a welcome party and my wedding I didn't stress for a minute. I highly recommend Kate and her crew! She helped us plan a wedding in 7 weeks which is a definite challenge. The whole time, Kate had a positive "we got this" attitude which really helped us stay calm. Kate is an excellent negotiator! Her skills in this area will likely save you much more than her fee. She will pay close attention to your budget and get the best deals. Also, I appreciated her direct and clear communication style. Kate also went out of her way to help us when we were in a jam by making last minute runs that she was not obligated to do. You will be in good hands with Kate!

I cannot recommend Simply Sapphire Events more. Kate was absolutely incredible from start to finish with my wedding! She is creative, responsive, organized, and a great listener. She was honestly my rock throughout the whole process (thank you kate). She sourced every single vendor i had, found the best pricing and would go above and beyond by making everything so organized for me. I had been warned by so many people about how stressful planning a wedding is...that was simply not my experience at all with Kate in charge. She's so great at her job everyone can see that, she kept the wedding running on time (and within budget), and she made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The day of the wedding all of my family members were commenting on how amazing Kate was at seamlessly keeping things on track all with a huge smile on her face. She is by far the best in the business and hiring her was the best decision i made in the whole process besides marrying my husband! She provided the most helpful planning tools and was my main source of calm the day of. She is professional but friendly - and knows how to connect with all types of vendors. Look no further!! Words cannot describe how amazing Kate is & was leading up to and on our wedding day! We hired her as our Day of Coordinator, but she did so much more than that. She helps with vendor recommendations and helps to keep you organized leading up to your wedding. Let me first say I put A LOT of pressure on Kate. We had family fly in for a surprise visit from out of the country so we planned my wedding in about a month, (STRESS) and honestly, without Kate, my wedding would not have happened. She CRUSHED it!! We hired her as our day of coordinator and honestly, if I had to do it again, I would hire her without a doubt. Her attention to detail is incredible and she truly was such an asset. She answered all my questions leading up to the day and not once made me feel like I was bothering her. (Believe me, I had a TON of questions so it was so nice to have her to bounce ideas off and for support.) Thank you got everything Kate! You’re the BEST!! (She brought an assistant with her for the day of as well (Erin) and she was as helpful and supportive as Kate.) Honestly, hire them! You will not be disappointed!!

Kate is an absolutely amazing wedding planner!!!
