Simply Sapphire Events

less and easy and no point where we stressed out overwhelmed or upset and we truly got to enjoy your engagement while Kate took care of all of the stressful things that comes along with a destination wedding she followed up was caring and did not stop any hurdle that came our way

he is with that. Kate and I had regular communication leading up to the wedding and she provided helpful resources that helped guide my next steps along the way. She worked with all of my vendors and created a timeline for us, which as far as I know, we stuck to. I didn’t have to do anything on my wedding day except enjoy the moments. Kate was extremely supportive throughout the night with little things too like having some socks for me since I forgot them for my change of shoes and fixing my bustle when it got messed up. She also stayed at the venue after we left to make sure all of our decor was gathered for us to get the next day. In my opinion, Kate went above and beyond for us and I highly recommend her for your event!

e the entire process feel seamless. On my wedding day, she brought such a sense of calm and confidence—any time someone had a question for me, I felt completely at ease saying, “Ask Kate.” I trusted her fully, and she delivered beyond expectations. Leading up to the wedding, Kate was a true pleasure to work with: prompt, organized, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. She genuinely cared about our vision and made sure every aspect was carried out beautifully. Even if your venue provides a “day-of coordinator,” I can’t recommend hiring someone like Kate enough. She already knew our preferences, had built relationships with our vendors, and was completely focused on our experience and our families’ needs. Anyone would be lucky to work with her. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our day perfect.

n, calm, and professionalism that truly allowed me to enjoy every moment of our day. My only regret is not hiring her sooner in the planning process.
Leading up to the wedding, Kate was responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in understanding our vision. She reviewed our timelines, vendor list, and all our contracts. We had several planning meetings leading up to our wedding day. During our meetings, Kate brought so many things to my attention that I would have never considered on my own. She was able to fine tune all our event details in a way only someone with exceptional experience and talent can do.
On our wedding day, Kate handled everything seamlessly. From managing vendors to troubleshooting any and all issues, Kate ensured the entire event flowed effortlessly. She kept us perfectly on schedule without making us feel rushed, and somehow managed to be everywhere at once while still remaining warm and supportive. Our other vendors, families, and wedding party even commented on how amazing Kate was to work with throughout the night.
Because of Kate, we were able to fully soak in our ceremony, enjoy our reception, and truly remain present. She removed all the extra stress and allowed us to simply celebrate. We are SO grateful and would recommend Kate to any couple looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and exceptional day-of coordinator. Kate helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect.

fore our wedding to having her present on our actual wedding day, I truly don't think I could have done it without her! Planning a destination wedding sounded so stressful and I had no clue where to even begin. Kate guided me through every single step along the way, relieving most of the wedding planning stress a bride may feel! We had monthly planning or check-in meetings and she was always available to answer any and all questions I had. The best decision I made was flying her down for the wedding for a few days. She was there to help with EVERYTHING and went the extra mile to make sure myself and my guests were happy and accommodated-  I cannot thank her enough! She was so amazing and made sure the entire day ran smoothly by coordinating with the resort staff and all of my guests. Kate was so professional, transparent, honest, helpful and compassionate at every single meeting we had via video call or in-person. I will recommend her to any person that wants to plan a destination wedding. She is filled so much knowledge and has a lot of experience with destination weddings at so many different locations! You can sense her passion in helping brides plan their dream wedding day and I am so happy she was part of our special day!

nning process, always there with guidance, insight, even when I needed a moment to recollect myself in the craziness, she was there to help and keep me grounded. We got married this past September, and I genuinely do not know how we would have gotten through it all without her. She held our timeline with precision, ensuring both me and my husband were stress free and able to enjoy our day. She handled any questions/obstacles that came up (if any, I wouldn’t even know since she was on top of EVERYTHING) and ensured the seamless transition of the day. We don’t have enough words to tell Kate how thankful we are for her expertise! Any bride looking for the perfect planner/coordinator,  no need to look any further. me along the way even though I only hired her as a day of coordinator. She listened to all my thoughts, hiccups, and everything in between. Day of she definitely helped keep a move on things based on the timeline we built and helped my vision come to light. I cannot recommend Kate enough!

e our wedding incredible. She worked with our busy schedules and was a friendly voice and support throughout the entire process. her profession. Kate was an immense help every step of the way. She communicated directly with several members of the Sandals wedding staff, which were located in two different countries (St. Lucia and Jamaica) and made sure that accurate thorough information was being received by all Sandals staff involved. She was extremely receptive and encouraging when receiving feedback from my wife and I. Kate’s extensive experience was clearly displayed throughout the entire planning phase. She also provided valuable insight into the nuances of weddings that we would have over looked. Kate traveled to St. Lucia with us and was an absolute god send to have on the day of the wedding. She streamlined communication across the board and ensured that all aspects of the day (and days leading up) ran smoothly. Kate provided us with detailed check lists, deadlines, and itinerary through each step of the process. Kate has an extremely personable, charismatic, friendly, and professional demeanor and was an absolute joy to be around. Kate will have my wife and I’d glowing endorsement forever and we couldn’t be happier that we decided to utilize her services for our wedding.

e of allllll the things, that I never once felt stressed as a bride. She cared so much about the special details and was so patient with my entire family through all the planning. I can't imagine planning a wedding without Kate. She made my big day so special and I'll forever be grateful for her 💜

times. Would highly recommend her!

me for meetings, and always going over every single detail with nothing forgotten. Not only did she stay on task with wedding to-dos but often checked in on me and how I was feeling along the journey knowing that it can be stressful and I really appreciated that. I would hire her again and again and again, she’s the best!

uly the best decision I could have made!!

nd always kept me on track. She was also very organized and supportive throughout the entire process! Even after the wedding she continued to follow up which I really appreciate.

to start and I would be freaking out the whole time but Kate I didn't I didn't stress at all actually She made it very easy for me She was great I highly recommend her to everyone

. She made wedding planning a breeze and really took any stress away! I would not hesitate to book her for all of your planning needs. As someone who had a destination wedding RUN to book her services. She has close relationships with the vendors and where it would take you a month for a reply she gets one in a few days if not same day. Especially if you haven't been to the resort, she has been to most several times and really understands the layout, knows the staff/vendors, how things run etc. We paid to also have her on site for the wedding and it was worth every penny. On your wedding day you there is so much going on so to have her there fielding questions, dealing with vendors, etc. made my day run so smoothly and allowed me to be in the moment. I was guilty of underestimating things at times "oh that won't be too hard, oh I can handle that" and quickly realized that was not the case. So having her there was imperative to my day running smoothly. And even if it was something I could have handled why not have someone there to take away the work and let you relax and enjoy the day? (Side note- during hair/makeup she would take pictures and show the girls and ensure they really liked their looks. If she could tell you were just being nice or were too shy to say anything she ensured the staff got it right! I loved that and so did my bridesmaids!) Multiple bridesmaids and guests asked about her services at my wedding because they saw in real time how organized, professional, and on the ball she was. Truly the best money we spent on our wedding! If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner why have yourself spread thin and be stressed on the most important day of your life? Book her asap!!
