Had THE BEST experience today at Simply Stunning by Divas! I would absolutely recommend to anyone to come to this bridal boutique for their wedding dresses, MOB dresses, or any wedding day accessories. Such a warm, welcoming, and positive environment!

My daughter is engaged and we went to Simply Stunning for her dress and a mother of the bride dress. Our experience was nothing but positive from the time we set up the appointment! Kathleen and Michelle were so kind and patient, and gave us so much valuable information and feedback. Ww both found perfect dresses that needed alterations. I was concerned about that in the beginning but I had no need to be. Kathleen’s team explained everything in detail and everything turned out perfect. I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. If we had to do it again there was nothing either of us would change. Thank you you making this such an incredible experience for us! If you are a bride and haven’t found your dress I highly recommend Simply Stunning!

My friend is getting married so I brought her here to look at dresses and it was such an amazing experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and there was a perfect selection of gowns. Overall a lovely experience and would highly recommend!

You get what you pay for! Simply Stunning's owner and store manager has been in the retail industry for many years and are true professionals in bridal/formal wear. They have a great selection of styles and can coordinate your bridal party, mother-of-the-bride, etc. all in one store....including accessories! You should make an appointment well in advance in order to receive the best shopping experience. The store is beautiful and a comfortable place to shop for the gown of your dreams. I've referred numerous clients of my own to them and everyone of them loved their Simply Stunning experience.

In response to the misunderstanding on the price of the mother of the bride dress post from yesterday Hmmmm…there was no misunderstanding. I was quite clear telling the owner that the dress was selling everywhere else for $750 and the owner was quite clear that she was aware of that but she had “invested a lot of money in dresses and since she had them in stock they were like gold so she could charge more”. Almost her exact words.

I’m the mother of the bride. I found a mother of the bride dress at a bridal salon in Charlotte. I tried to order it but the salon told me that they did not think I would have it in time for the wedding if they had to order my size and color. I called Simply Stunning and they had it in stock. The dress sells for $750 everywhere - at the local salon and online. I was going to buy the dress at Simply Stunning until the owner told me that their price was $1025. I can understand charging a little bit more, but $325 more? I asked the owner why it was so much more and she said basically said that dresses were like gold and they had a lot in stock so they could. Seriously? Even if she thought that, she probably shouldn’t have said that out loud. Talk about price gouging! Needless to say I didn’t buy the dress there. I found it at another bridal salon for $750. I willing to pay a fair price but I do not want to feel like I’m being taken advantage of.

I had a great experience at Simply Stunnings by Diva. They took the extra time and effort to find the perfect dress for me. Their experience and knowledge of their inventory as well as their ability to listen to what I had in mind was excellent. Super fun time finding my perfect dress here. Would definitely recommend.

I was extremely nervous to go wedding-dress shopping during the pandemic, but Simply Stunning was amazing! I was the only appointment that day and we all wore masks the whole time, making me feel really comfortable. Michelle was so helpful in helping me find dresses based on my budget and style, with so many dresses to pick from! She patiently helped me try on dress after dress and she even picked out the winning dress for me, based on the styles I liked. Since I loved so many dresses and had a hard time narrowing my list of favorites, I especially appreciated that she gave honest feedback about what dress styles looked best on me. I really appreciate all the time Michelle dedicated to help me find the dress that I chose for my wedding day! I highly recommend this shop for a great selection, staff, and beautiful showroom! I used the seamstress through Simply Stunning and she was wonderful and did a fabulous job. However, what I thought were simple alterations to my dress (e.g., shortening straps and length of dress) cost > $550, which was way more than any other friend who was getting dress alterations in the North Carolina. If you are trying to be careful with spending money during wedding planning, I recommend checking out other seamstresses in the area.

I had the best experience at Simply Stunning by Divas! Michelle was so patient with me and listened to my likes and dislikes. She ended up pulling the perfect dress for me! Everyone in the store was so nice and helpful!

We had a wonderful experience at Simply Stunning and got the undivided attention of THREE associates. We had just left another store feeling down because we had not found anything. I called Simply Stunning and they said that they could see me that same day. We arrived and I immediately found several beautiful dressed to try. The dressing room was spacious and furnished for a comfortable experience with chairs and plenty of racks. The staff shared their sincere opinions and offered great suggestions. I left feeling like I had finally found the one dress. Would definitely recommend to friends and family in the future.

My mom and I really enjoyed our experience at Simply Stunning! I went in not being really sure about what I wanted, and throughout the course of my appointment, Kathleen, Michelle, Katie, and Molly helped me figure it out. Their gentle coaching and encouragement helped me identify what I was really looking for and land on the perfect dress. They were kind and patient with me, offered beautiful ideas, and provided helpful and honest feedback that let me know I could trust them to guide me through the process. It feels great to have accomplished such an important part of my wedding planning with such ease and efficiency--and while having fun!

My experience at Simply Stunning was amazing! With the pandemic quickly starting to shut things down, I contacted them and they set me up with an appointment the same day to get me in there before they were forced to close. They stayed after hours to assist me in finding the dress of my dreams! Once myself, my mother, and future mother in law got there, all of the attention was just on me. They suggested dresses I never thought I would have liked (and may have even picked one of those)! I can't thank them enough for all of their help. My mom and future mother in law will also be returning to get their dresses there! It was truly the best experience and I can't wait to see my dress! Thank you ladies!!

I only have 5 months to my wedding and due to COVID19, everything is shut down. I contacted them in hopes to figure something out. They set up a virtual appt for me. I was really scared at first that I was not going to find my dress, especially over computer. They collected dresses that they thought I would love based off what I have told them. They were super patient with me and showed the dresses off perfectly. They even had a model try the dresses on, so I was able to see what it would look like on a body. They described each dress, showed me the fabric, and even called the manufactures to make sure if I did choose this dress, it would be here on time. They never gave up. They had put a dress on the model that I didn’t even choose, and I absolutely fell inlove. They knew I would love it, and they were right. I could not stop starring at it. They even put the veil on the model and let her walk, so I could see what it would look like. I knew right then that was my dress and I was right!! They took their time with me, made sure they knew what I loved, and even made sure every dress was in my budget. If I could rate them 100000 stars I would. They hold a special place in my heart, forever. Due to me still in school, I have not been able to plan as much as I wanted too, and out of my whole planning process, who knew finding my dress would be the most simple and it was all because of simply stunning by Divas!!! If you’re debating, seriously message them. They never once pressured me, and they made sure to keep me updated on what is going on. Because of them I found my dream dress and the most perfect veil. Simply Stunning by Divas was the absolute best! As soon as you walk through the doors you already feel welcome. Kathleen (owner), Michelle (manager), and Veronica (alterations) were amazing and very helpful when it came to picking a dress that was affordable and well, simply stunning. With the virus going around, there was worry about getting my dress in time but these ladies reassured me that everything was going to be okay. They were on the phones everyday making sure they knew where my dress was and an expected arrival. Within 2 weeks they received my dress and had me in the boutique for alterations, and not even 2 weeks later they were able to fit me in for my last alteration so I could have my dream wedding dress! They exceeded my expectations and I am very thankful for these lovely ladies!

Simply Stunning was great from start to finish! I was able to bring a group of 5 to my appointment and felt like I had all the help and attention I needed from the staff. I tried on all sorts of dresses and didn’t feel rushed as your appointment has no end time. I needed a little alterations done and they were done SO quickly and my dress now fits like a glove. The Simply Stunning by Divas name says it all! Last weekend my mother and I had the most amazing wedding dress purchasing experience. Simply Stunning catered to our every need. Their professional, knowledgeable and caring staff welcomed us with open arms and helped us through the process every step of the way. They were beyond accommodating and understanding. We shopped around the Triad, and by far Simply Stunning by Divas provided one of the best wedding shopping experiences a girl could ask for. For curvier brides, sample size availability is limited, however the Simply Stunning by Divas' staff is willing to work with you. For my mother, they are willing to bring in some samples in her size so she can properly and confidently purchase a dress for the big day. We were so touched by their generosity, sincerity and kindness. My mother lost her mother when she was young and never got to experience purchasing a wedding gown with her mom. Simply Stunning provided my mother a dream come true, and gave me a fabulous experience with my mother as well...an experience we will cherish forever. This is an honest and honorable business, If you're in the market for a wedding dress or formal attire, Simply Stunning by Divas is definitely a place to check out! I had the best experience at Simply Stunning finding my wedding gown. The staff was so welcoming and was truly there to help you feel your best without pressuring you. I felt special and comfortable the entire time I was there. There was a great selection and the stylist worked to help me narrow down my style preference and was grabbing extra gowns as we went that helped me to figure out what I did and did not like. It was a perfect day. First shop I went to, first time I tried dresses on, and I left that day with my dream dress!

I never imagined I would find my dress on the very first day of my search. But they put the dress on me and even as an older bride, I felt glamorous and beautiful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Simply Stunning by Divas. From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted with friendly faces, eager to help me find my dream wedding dress. Michelle always greets you by name each time you come in and makes you feel important. Our consultant was Ernestine and she was amazing. Initially I was little overwhelmed with all of the beautiful gowns around me (they have a huge inventory which is GREAT), but Ernestine had a system to make it a little less stressful. I went into the wedding dress appointment thinking I wanted one style of dress (and tried several of those styles on), but ended up falling in love with something completely different... and I have Ernestine to thank for that. She picked out my dress! When it came time to do the alterations, Veronica was equally amazing. She is so sweet and talented!!! I had to have several alterations done to my dress because of my petite size and Veronica pulled it all off. I never wanted to take off my dress after she tailor made it to fit me! If you're looking for a place that has tons of incredibly beautiful dresses, as well as staff that really do care about you as a bride look no further. Michelle, Ernestine, and Veronica made this the best experience for me... so much so that I'm sad I will no longer be coming into the store now that our wedding is over! Not to mention their new location is GORGEOUS! Thank you so much!!!

I loved this place! My mother , aunt and I came in searching for my wedding dress. Everyone was so friendly. Pam was fabulous and so patient with me. She allowed me to pick out my favorites and also suggested styles of dresses that I may like. And one of her suggestions was the dress I actually purchased for my wedding day! Awesome atmosphere :)

Today I accompanied my niece , her mom and her bridesmaids in search of her wedding dress. Our first stop was Simply Stunning. The bridal shop is gorgeous. Amanda one of the bridal consultants helped us pull dresses. My niece wasn’t sure which style of dress she wanted. My niece tried on dress after to dress. Nothing with the wow factor so Amanda kept bringing more gowns. The very last wedding gone that my niece tried on was it. When the curtain was pulled back we all had the same expression tears of joy. My niece was beaming and looked like a princess. We looked no further she said yes to the dress. The ladies in the shop even helped us take group photos to mark this special occasion. Very professional, very knowledgeable and just plain nice. The shop has price ranges to suit any bride to be can work with. Today I had the honor of taking my daughter to look for the wedding dress of her dreams at Simply Stunning by Divas, and I knew as soon as we walked in the door that this was a Class A wedding boutique. The facility itself is so nice and the ladies who own/work there are beyond awesome! The entire experience was better than I could have dreamed of and by the time we left there (after saying YES TO THE DRESS ❤️), we felt like we had made lifetime friends in Kathleen, Michelle, and especially Amanda, who worked tirelessly to find Jaimie the perfect dress. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything, ladies! You girls rock 😘

This place is run by Divas. In a bad way. I must be living in an alternative reality since most of these reviews look great, but my experience here was horrible. I flew in from MI this past Fall to go wedding dress shopping with my mom and two bridesmaids. When we arrived for our appointment, we were greeted by a lady at the front desk who then proceeded to complain loudly to us and to anyone who would listen about a lot of extremely personal events in her life (death in the family, illness, etc.). That's a real bummer but was also was not a very professional way to start and set a weird tone for our visit. I could hear her complaining to other customers throughout our whole visit. We had an attendant assigned to us, and the first question she asked was how much we were planning on spending. A reasonable request, although a little forward. However, the attendant was visibly disgusted by our budget of $3-4K. She moved us from the fitting area with a couch, because that was reserved for "other customers," although none were in sight. Ok, maybe someone else reserved it. She then suddenly had "another engagement" and left us with a novice attendant. There were no other customers. Although it felt like we were being handed off, the new attendant was very sweet. Unfortunately she seemed to be brand new, and could not answer any questions about any dresses, and was too timid (or had been told not to) to ask another attendant about our questions. We looked around at dresses on the rack, and the support staff was helpful in moving dresses I liked back to the dressing room. When it came time to try them on, I realized all the wedding dresses were a size 18 or up, so I was swimming in all of them. The attendant had no idea how to pin the dresses back so that they fit. All of them were literally falling off and I had to hold them up when I went out to show my mom and bridesmaids. I tried on a few dresses, but because I couldn't see how anything would fit, they all looked awful. After trying on a few I decided it would be best if we went somewhere else. Our attendant was sweet and tried to write down the designer names of some of the dresses I had liked, but then completely disappeared. We waited for 10 minutes, not knowing what was going on, until she finally came back and said that she could not give us the names and, if we liked a dress, we would have to come back. Needless to say, we bought a wonderful dress somewhere else. Some rude and judgmental staff, other sweet but completely untrained staff, a complete waste of our time and the whole experience honestly felt horrible.

Had the best experience shopping at Simply Stunning by Divas they have the best selection of gorgeous gowns, the staff is so sweet, very friendly, the work with you on whatever budget you would like to stay in, they made finding that perfect wedding dress so easy, I said Yes to my Dress at Simply Stunning by Divas!!!

We went in, spur of the moment, on Black Friday and they were so kind and courteous to us even though we had no appointment. Claire helped me find dresses to try when none of them were quite what I liked, she pulled some for me and they were wonderful even though I never would have pulled them myself. She was so patient and complimentary. I even had my heart set on a dress that was discontinued just 2 weeks prior and they searched for ways to get it for me. When that dress didn't work out I was so disheartened and ready to leave but decided to try some more just because Claire and the other workers were so kind that I wanted to get my dress there. Again, I didn't feel like trying anything else but Claire kept pulling more for me so I kept trying. Finally, the very last dress I was willing to try before going home empty handed turned out to be the dress that I will wear down the aisle, and I never would have found it if it weren't for the persistence and gentle encouragement from the staff!

I would HIGHLY recommend Divas to anyone when wedding dress shopping. My consultant Claire was so helpful the entire day with everything that we needed. Her and the other consultants were pulling gowns for me that they thought would look great on me (which I found helpful because many of these gowns were items I would have probably never chosen for myself, however, they ended up being some of my favorites). All the consultants were so sweet and helpful throughout the entire process. The day can be overwhelming so it was nice to have a team there to help you along that way. It is so hard for me to make a big decision and they were so patient with me the whole time and very helpful in the decision making process. They also have such a great selection with a variety of designers and styles to choose from. Loved my experience with them!

Shopping at Divas was an amazing experience! Michelle was my bridal consultant and was very helpful as well as knowledgeable on each of the dresses and their manufacturers. All of the bridal consultants were very sweet and helpful guiding me to make the best decision on which styles to try on. They were patient with me and made the experience very positive! I purchased my gown, my mothers gown and all five of my bridesmaids gowns from Diva’s! They have a great selection of all different styles of wedding gowns and I highly recommend shopping with them for your big day!

I flew in from Atlanta this past week to search for dresses. I was supposed to go to David's Bridal before I went to Divas so I could figure out what style best fit my body type and make it easier to find something at Divas. Because of the snow, David's Bridal canceled my appointment, so Divas was my first appoinment. When I got to Divas they asked me if this was my first time looking at dresses. I explained what had happed with David's and they were SO accomodating. Michelle looked through some of the pictures I had saved and then took me through a tour of the store. They had so many gowns and so many different styles, all organized throughout the store. When we finally figured out the style that looks best on me, Michelle found amazing dresses in my price range without any problem. I even picked out a dress out of my price range and she immediately knew it would break my budget and let me know before we even brought the dress into the dressing room. And they honored their bridal package discount for us so we could look at another store. After not finding anything at another store, we went back to Divas and tried on my two favorite dresses and ultimately purchased my DREAM dress!! Go to Divas! Everyone we ran into was amazing and so helpful!

Michelle was super helpful in helping me find my wedding dress. I am a very petite girl and she worked to make sure I could envision what the dresses would look like on my frame. The salon is clean and beautiful on the inside. You would have never guessed how nice it was from the outside. For most of my appointment I was the only one inside so I felt that I was being helped and waited on hand and foot. I went in not knowing what I wanted and once I started trying on dresses Michelle started pulling ones she thought would look good on me and really paid attention to what I liked and didn't like. I had a wonderful experience at Divas and would recommend it to any bride to be!

I had a great experience at Diva’s Boutique! My fiancé and I set our wedding date only 6 months away from our engagement so I needed a dress that I could take off the floor without having to order one. In spite of this, they had a big selection of dresses for me to try on! I was able to find my perfect wedding dress on my first trip! I also liked the layout and atmosphere of the boutique. It feels like a special place and allows brides to get the attention they deserve. The staff is also very nice and helpful. I would recommend checking out the dresses this boutique has to offer!

They have an amazing staff. They knew exactly what I was looking for when trying to top the dress I thought was “THE DRESS” I was proved wrong and they helped me every step of the way when trying to figure out what it was I really wanted in my dress. I truly enjoyed my experience shopping at Divas. I ended up purchasing a gown that is stunning. My bridal attendant, Ms. Earnestine, was a true delight and knew what she was doing. I recommend that you request her when going to select a dress. However, the other attendants were not friendly or warm. Near the end of my session, one attendant tried to rush my party. I understand that this is a select boutique, but some of the attendants need to develop better public relation skills. Overall, I love my dress and the attendant I was assigned. Maybe it was just an off day.

From the first inquiry phone call I made, to my final fitting, the ladies at Divas were so wonderful to work with. I had been ALL OVER the place looking for a simple, plain, clean, elegant dress, and Michelle who took my first phone call patiently went through my model number list with me to let me know what she had in stock/what she could order. They had one of my dresses on my top 10 list, so I made the 3.5 hour drive from New Bern to Greensboro to try on the dress. The beautiful shop, and everyone on the super sweet and patient and helpful staff were so welcoming to me, and I ended up with a gorgeous Enzoani dress that I LOVED, and that my (now) husband was blown away by. The ladies at Diva's even went above and beyond by addressing my specific concern about not wanting to have the "ivory" dress make me look washed out amidst a sea of US Navy officers in their dress white uniforms, and the shop owner brought in her son's uniform to compare it to the dress. Michelle and Veronica helped me through as many fittings as it took to get the dress just perfect, and even when I hit a snag and couldn't get to them (given the distance and an injury) the week before my wedding to do an emergency fitting (because of weight loss and other issues), they talked my friend through what needed to be done to fix the issue, and the dress was perfect in the end. They also helped me make the most perfect accessory choices . The result was an absolutely stunning overall look that perfectly captured my vision. Since our wedding, his new pet name for me is "princess" because that's what I looked and felt like thanks to Divas.

I had a wonderful experience with Divas. I had an appointment, but was the only one in the store most of the time. The ladies were all very friendly and helped me pick out dresses to try on. The boutique itself is very cute, with plenty of comfortable chairs. My dress was one of the first I tried on and it was perfect. I tried a few others, but knew I found my dress as soon as I tried it on a second time. The ladies were very professional and when they commented on a dress, I felt it was genuine. I did not feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. I decided to buy the dress that day and scheduled the fitting. They were very accommodating to my schedule and the alterations went very well. She was very busy the day I came, but handled it really well. She did a great job and the dress fit me perfectly on my second fitting. The cost of alterations was reasonable, although I didn't need a lot done to it. I loved that I was able to keep the dress at the boutique and that they steamed it to remove the wrinkles. I would definitely recommend this boutique to any bride to be.

There are so many stunning gowns here it is unbelievable! The staff is so sweet and Michelle is on top it! I not only said yes to my dress here but my bridesmaids did too! I always felt special each time I was there. Veronica's alterations were perfect as well! Go, you will not be disappointed!

Just recently got my dress at Divas, this was my second time trying on dresses and I definitely went there with the mindset of I'm not leaving with a dress but I was SO wrong! I had an AMAZING experience with the ladies here especially Ernestine who made me feel so comfortable and helped me find my perfect dress. I went to Diva's to get my wedding dress altered. They were completely flexible and accommodating - especially since I didn't even purchase my dress with them. The seamstress was patient and detail-oriented. In the end, my dress fit like a glove and I was very pleased. I would highly recommend them for alterations, but even just to purchase your dress. My dress was hanging by the dressing room when I walked in for my fitting appointment - I could have gone to them in the first place.
