hit the ground running and helped us finalize all the details (big and small); including managing 20+ vendors and being on-site every minute of our weekend long event. Throughout the planning process, Sam and Phil were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had and were able to offer helpful suggestions and solutions to any issues that arose. They also accommodated our West Coast time zone despite being on Eastern time, as well as the short timeline we had until our wedding (six weeks). This was above and beyond what we expected, and we are immensely grateful for the hours spent on the phone powering through planning details well into the evenings. The commitment and time spent making sure our day was magic, was felt both personally and professionally. We hired SUO for on-site planning for multiple days but we got so much more than that. Sam was the first person there in the morning and the last person there at night; running things smoothly all the hours in between. To put in perspective the work done, SUO managed all the vendor coordination, vendor set up and deliveries, design, lighting, and orchestration of three days of events including the full execution of the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and Sunday brunch. All at Apple Blossom Resort in New Buffalo, MI (gorgeous also highly recommend); but everything for our wedding had to be brought in. This was a level of complexity (and cost) we didn’t consider when choosing a venue. SUO helped us work through these details by providing market knowledge, recommendations, and resources. On the day of the wedding, Sam made sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day. The day was absolutely beautiful and there is no better feeling than marrying your soulmate surrounded by the family and friends you love the most. Being able to be in that moment and know that SUO had things handled, no matter what came up, that alone was worth the price of their services. Phil also did a fantastic job making sure I was taken care of, cracking jokes to make me smile, and adding small surprises that made the day feel that much more special. I highly recommend Simply Unforgettable Occasions to anyone in need of a professional, reliable, and passionate wedding planner. They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend perfect and we are forever grateful to have had them by our side. They are wonderful people, who go the extra mile, and you won’t regret having them on your team for your wedding. not 100% sure if I needed a day of coordinator and if I could go back in time I would of hired them the day I got engaged! Samantha and Phillip are the nicest people ever their main priority is what YOU want, and they will do whatever they can to make your day the way you want it. They made everything go so smoothly, the only thing my husband and I had to worry about was having the best day of our lives. They can do anything and everything, I was not the most organized bride and Samantha jumped right in and helped me get everything together, she knew I was extremely overwhelmed with all the last minute details that are needed and she helped me complete everything one task at a time. They are with you every step of the way and that was exactly what i needed. The second I met them I knew I could completely trust them and everything would be absolutely perfect, they come fully prepared on your wedding day if you need anything I can guarantee they'll have it. Hiring Simply Unforgettable Occasions was definetly the best wedding decision I made throughout the whole wedding planning process! (well maybe expect for the cake lol) Samantha and Phillip and everyone at Simply Unforgettable Occasions made my wedding day the most perfect day of my life they took what I wanted and made it even better than i could of imagine.

eption looked beautiful when we got there. She made sure the vendors knew where to go and helped them set up. Samantha answered whatever questions I had and calmed me when I was at my worst. My day wouldn’t have ran as smoothly without her and her husband. I am forever grateful for her! ❤️
