Simply Wed

Simply Wed is a wedding planning company that partners with a florist for weddings. We hired Simply Wed for both a wedding coordinator and florist for our wedding. The florist did a wonderful job of recreating the pictures I showed her of what I wanted for centerpieces, my bouquet, the bridesmaids' bouquets, the boutonnieres, and some simple chair decorations for the ceremony. She also made helpful recommendations for matching the flowers and keeping the colors consistent throughout. It was a little pricey in my opinion, but then again I don't know much about flowers and maybe all flowers are just expensive. My mom would have liked some more elaborate altar decorations and such, but after getting a quote we decided to scale back on those floral decorations. We also only hired Simply Wed a few weeks before our wedding, so for the time constraints they did a wonderful job of making sure everything came together quickly! Kirstie Warren was our wedding coordinator with Simply Wed and did a wonderful job of making helpful suggestions and ensuring that everything we wanted to happen that day was carried through. She and her assistant ensured that the cakes were delivered, the ceremony location was decorated, all of the decorations from the ceremony were brought to the reception venue and re-used there as well, set up favors, table numbers, and lanterns at the reception venue, and they made sure to track down all of our guests during the reception and make sure they signed little cards for our guest book and took polaroid pictures of them! I don't know how my wedding day would have turned out without them (I'm sure everything would have gotten done that needed to be done), but I am certain that because they were involved I did not have to worry about a single thing that day, instead I was just along for the ride and they took care of all of the behind the scenes stuff that I know made my day come together seamlessly.

If you are in need of a day of coordinator in the greater Seattle area then stop right here! Kirstie, Shauna and the Simply Wed team are a godsend. My husband and I hired SW as our day-of-coordinator for our wedding last weekend and I am telling you, they MADE the day. Right from the get-go Kirstie put us at ease and made us 100% confident that not only would our wedding day be a complete success, but also that they were there to help us every step of the way. Kirstie recommended the majority of vendors we used and we were overly satisfied with each and every one. Throughout the entire planning process, SW was extremely communicative, helpful, and provided just the right amount of guidance to help us plan our day as we wanted it. As for day of services, I honestly don't know what we would have done without them. We held our wedding at my in-law's home - which meant we needed to bring in EVERYTHING. Not only did SW recommend rental items and equipment, but negotiated savings with other vendors to help save us additional $$ - score. AND, they took care of all the set up and take down - even stepping in to set up our ceremony space themselves. The amount of "extras" we received through them was beyond our wildest dreams. I don't know what we would have done without them and I cannot recommend SW more highly!

I used Simply Wed for my recent wedding and had a great experience. My husband and I hired Kirstie for day-of services and for extra help with the venue search. The day-of help was incredible! Our wedding would have been completely different without Kirstie! She made sure everything was delivered, decorated, set up, and on time without myself, my mother, or my maid of honor doing a thing. She was organized and on top of things without being pushy or overbearing. The only reason we're giving four stars instead of five is because there were times when we felt communication lagged. We had lots of help at the beginning and the end, but at times we felt left to our own devices. However, our wedding day was fantastic and that's partly thanks to Simply Wed!
