Simply Weddings Las Vegas

om us during planning, leading up to the wedding, and on the wedding day itself. She absolutely made our wedding a dream come true. My wife and I gave her our vision and she ran with it. I really appreciate Lexi‘s warmth and kindness with us during our wedding. I felt as though it alleviated a lot of stress. I cannot recommend her and her team enough. Thank you so much, Lexi.

with us was top notch. There aren't enough words to convey how much we appreciate her. We opted to do the part-time wedding coordinator package, and even then, Lexi maintained communication with us throughout the ~10-month long planning process. She listened to our ideas while making great suggestions that stayed within our budget. Let me tell you, I was not at all nervous about what our wedding would look like or how it would play out because I trusted her completely. I also trusted our vendors wholeheartedly because they had worked with Simply Weddings before. Lexi was present during our wedding rehearsal and on the day of. She was so wonderful with our family and guests! Many told us how nice and amazing she was! In fact, during our reception, two guests approached me to say, "YOUR WEDDING COORDINATOR IS THE BEST!". They explained that one of them had ripped the back of their dress during the cocktail hour and Lexi immediately came to the rescue with an emergency sewing kit. To take care of our guests is to take care of us, and we felt cared for. My husband and I truly feel that Lexi and Simply Weddings were a blessing. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, please use them!!

but it quickly became overwhelming. Hiring Cristina was honestly the best decision we made! From the start, she made the whole process so much simpler and far less stressful. We told her exactly what we wanted and she delivered everything we’d hoped for and more. Even though our wedding was small and intimate, nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her. On the day itself everything ran perfectly. My partner and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing, Cristina and her team had everything completely under control, which meant we could just relax and enjoy the day. We can’t recommend Cristina enough for anyone planning a wedding in Vegas, especially if you’re coming from abroad and want a stress free, beautifully organised experience!

ion of how we wanted the day to feel. Cristina took that tiny spark and, with the support of the Simply Weddings team, turned it into something more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. She offered creative guidance, thoughtful suggestions, and an incredible list of trusted vendors when we didn’t have our own. Every step of the way, she made the planning process feel easy and completely stress-free. Cristina checked in constantly without ever being overwhelming, and she always made us feel heard, supported, and excited. But where she and the Simply Weddings team truly shined was on the wedding day. They were beyond kind, calm, and organized, and because of them we were able to relax and actually enjoy every single moment. You always hear couples talk about how their wedding day was a blur or how they spent the whole day putting out fires, ours was the complete opposite. I never once felt stressed or rushed. Not for a single second. Simply Weddings handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes so we could be fully present. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are. Cristina and Simply Weddings didn’t just execute a plan, they made the entire experience feel special, personal, and genuinely joyful. If you’re a bride looking for someone who will bring your vision to life and let you soak in every moment of your day, Simply Weddings is the team you want by your side. We recommend them whole heartedly!

t the whole day of wedding on time and allowed for the bride’s wedding party and family just to be able to relax and enjoy the day! I would highly recommend Lexi to anyone!

e to make the day of go smoothly, she helped with both set up and clean up, she was so knowledgeable when I did have questions. She checked on us multiple times to make sure we were feeling calm and to see if we needed anything. I would recommend Lexi to anybody in a heartbeat! I can't say enough good things!!

ng such a huge part of creating a stress free beautiful wedding! Highly recommend!

n everything and her attention to detail was remarkable. The day of our wedding was completely stress free. Everyone member of our wedding was complimentary on how professional her and her team were and how seamless they organized everything. We can't thank Simply Weddings enough for making our wedding the most special. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

it was perfect!

taken care of. I could not recommend their services enough. Had to give her a hug – She did so well!

y our reception venue, The Nomad Library. Within a few minutes of making initial contact and speaking with Cristina, I knew that she would be the person up to the task of turning my exceedingly particular and detailed vision into a reality. It was clear that we were on the same page when it came to the level of execution that I was demanding. This wasn't going to be a casual affair. As a busy professional, I am used to timelines and deliverables, and Cristina was up to the challenge of producing our wedding with a high level of precision. However, a wedding isn't a business. It was going to be the single most important and loving day of our relationship. So, in addition to it being a perfectly executed event for our guests, we wanted every moment to be filled with our love for each other, and beauty, and warmth, and care, and family. And it was. The major advantage of using Cristina was that I was only required to make final decisions based upon the pre-selected and researched options she provided. She recommended the best of the best creative partners so that, along with her personal experience of using these vendors, we would not have to cross our fingers and hope for the best final result. It was clear that the individuals she recommended were of her same caliber and would provide their services to my exacting standard. When the Wedding Day finally came, it was calm. Beyond calm. Cristina and her team left no stone unturned. They were present at each venue and at every turn to ensure every detail was executed perfectly and every contingency was in place so that my husband and I could switch off and focus on the monumental occasion of our marriage. She held my hand, quite literally, from getting ready to the ceremony to the reception, and also ensured that our family members and guests felt supported and important. As they say, the day goes so fast! And we wish we could live it over and over again. It was the single best day of our lives, by a landslide. Not only did I get to marry the love of my life in the most glorious way, but our guests kept and still keep commenting about how happy my husband and I were. We both got to enjoy the moment and we have too many memories to mention, but that is because Cristina and her team seamlessly handled the innumerable details and the problems that no-doubt arose, without us having the slightest idea. Our families and guests won't stop saying that it was the best wedding that they have ever, and will ever, attend. That's because the weekend was not only over-flowing with our love, but it was unique, filled with personal touches and we made the guests feel like royalty. That's because of Cristina. Thank you, thank you, thank you Cristina, for turning my vision into your vision. The final product was beyond our wildest dreams. We would live it over and over again, if we could. The only solution is to renew our vows in 10 years ;)

etails of the wedding process and not once did I feel stressed or out of depth in what I needed to happen. If we needed to adjust for budget she was helpful in providing alternative options. I had a (from my perspective as the bride) a no fuss wedding that went off without a hitch and I have beautiful memories from the event as well as non stop compliments about my wedding as well. I highly recommend Cristina and her team.

it was all beautiful, made sure we were taken care of the entire day as bride and groom and didn’t have to lift a finger, coordinated everything that needed to be done day of with all other vendors and truly just took all the stress away for me. Having her there was a breath of fresh air because I KNEW she was going to take care of everything and I didn’t need to worry at all. I would absolutely recommend Lexi and Simply weddings to anybody!!! Thank you Lexi so so much!

ed were so special. You really have such talent!

ould recommend them to anyone.

eded all my expectations. If you have a dream wedding or you simply don't have a vision yet...call Cristina at Simply Weddings!!

relationships with vendors, a fantastic eye for design, and is the most detail-oriented person we have ever met. Everyone kept asking me if I was nervous about my wedding day, and I could say "no" because I knew Cristina was there to handle it all. I didn't have to worry about anything besides looking and feeling my best on my big day. Our venue and decor were gorgeous, and Cristina was by my side the whole night in case I needed anything. We couldn't be happier with her and how our wedding turned out.

blessed enough to find Christina who guided us through the planning process efficiently, providing options based on our requests at every step. She was on the ground in Las Vegas allowing us to enjoy the planning for our wedding with a minimum of stress and aggravation. When the weekend arrived and we began the celebration Christina and her team lived up to our trust. The ceremony was beautiful and well designed, exactly what we imagined. The dinner afterwards was stunning and provided the perfect venue for us and our family to visit in an elegant space. All the transportation and prepatory work was handled seamlessly so that we did not have to stress or worry. I would highly recommend Christine as a wedding planner as she made our event perfect.

g in Las Vegas quite difficult. I found Simply Weddings on Instagram reached out to Cristina and the team to help us plan our dinner reception, we hired Simply Weddings to do just that as well as help with vendor selection and day of coordination. Throughout the planning process Cristina shared her ideas, listened to ours and made great recommendations on location, flowers, our photographer and more. As an end result created a more beautiful dinner reception then we have envisioned. Throughout day coordination, the Simply Weddings team were exceptional helping with things we didn't know we would need ...from a last minute veil purchase, ensuring the Groom and Bride didn't accidentally spot each other on route to the venue, collecting our dinner flowers and transferring them back to our hotel to be used in our suite after and handing out personalised drinks to guests after our ceremony! One thing we must mention which was both unexpected and most appreciated by us was Cristina helping look after our son during our dinner reception. Having an 18 month old we rarely focus on eachother during dinner but as Bride and Groom we were able to be present in that moment and enjoy dinner together as Cristina held our son! Thank you very much Simply Weddings team, we couldn't have done it without you!

our family and kept everything running smoothly Thanks so much Lexie Diane and Bill Maxwell

d wanted to both have Catholic & Jewish ceremonies. After our phone consultation and spent countless hours online perusing reviews, Cristina was our top choice by a mile & hired her for the partial planning service. Her fee is reasonable, her professionalism is top notch and her reputation precedes her. Cristina is such a joy to work with. She always has a smile on her face. She was prompt in responding to our texts & emails (sometimes both, and we exchanged tons!) throughout the entire process. She has creative ideas and has excellent taste when it comes to her design proposals while being cognizant of our budget. She’s both flexible and accommodating while planning (and revising) our timeline. Furthermore, she has excellent rapport with her peers and is highly regarded and much loved by local vendors/creative partners. Cristina has a calm demeanor. She was the steady presence that helped me find my Zen amidst the stress and whenever I felt overwhelmed especially weeks leading up to the event (trust me, that day will come and when it does, you’ll be so glad that you have her by your side). Cristina was truly indispensable on our wedding day. Having her there made us worry less and made my husband & I cherish and enjoy our wedding day knowing that she’s overseeing everything; much like a conductor of a well-run orchestra. Thank you so very much Cristina for making our wedding so memorable and help turn my vision into a beautiful reality!

e so sweet and understanding & definitely love what they do! You will not be disappointed with them!

ighly recommend her services!!!

edible recommendations for vendors, innovative ideas for personalizing you and your guests experience, and always made sure that my husband and I were truly happy with every decision we made. There are sincerely not enough words for how thankful we are to Crisitina and her team at Simply Wedding for creating not only an amazing wedding day but amazing experience in planning the whole event. She is professional, organized and personal. I would recommend Simply Wedding to everyone I know and if you decide to connect with this company just know you will be getting an amazing experience.

dn't know what to expect and didn't think I needed anyone to help me on our wedding day, but she was amazing to have and I highly recommend having Simply Weddings the day of your wedding to help with all the little things that go on through the day. (trust me, it is more chaotic than you can imagine) I didn't realize how fast the day moved and Lexi made sure my husband and I had everything we needed before we even thought about it and we just focused on enjoying each other and had the most beautiful day. Hands down, if you are getting married in Las Vegas, use Simply Weddings for your wedding day!

new after our first meeting that she was the perfect fit to help plan our daughter’s wedding. She answered all our questions, asked many of her own and got right to work. She and I worked very closely throughout the entire planning process and her integrity, professionalism, creativity, attention to detail, organization, and willingness to always go above and beyond made the experience truly amazing. She has relationships with some of the best vendors in the business and recommends the ones that will best fit your vision. On the day of the wedding, we didn’t have to worry about one thing, Cristina and her team handled it ALL. Anissa & Travis had a true fairytale wedding because of Cristina, we will remember their special day forever.

hired Christina for the “day of wedding” package, and I am so glad I did. She helped SO much more than I expected- she had detailed timelines and all important numbers ready days before the wedding so there was no confusion on what to expect. She helped with custom gifts for our guests (at the very last minute!) and helped plan the perfect surprises for my husband. I was able to actually enjoy my wedding day because Christina was behind the scenes making sure everybody and everything was in place and on time. She put my mind at ease not just on the wedding day, but throughout the entire process once I hired her. She helped with everything from applying for our marriage license to bringing food to my house the day of my wedding. Both Christina and Lexi were so professional and so sweet and so helpful I cannot recommend them enough!!!

ether to look fantastic. We loved how the decoration of our wedding ceremony and reception turned out. She also managed to include last minute decoration enhancements that made the room look gorgeous, and she totally saved us when the company in charge or making our menus messed up -- she found a way to make the correction and get it printed out elsewhere on the day before the wedding! She is that cool! So we highly recommend her to other brides and grooms out there, and if I ever have to put another big thing together, I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

, punctuality, guidance, vendor connections, calming energy, and most importantly vision made our experience seamless! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding. She even helped us plan a welcome event for our wedding weekend. The day of the wedding everything went so smooth as her and her team managed all the action behind the scenes. Leading up to the event she worked so closely with us to help us plan every detail, pull together a mood board, work through event rentals, organize the most beautiful florals ever, the list honestly goes on and on. We miss her already, Cristina you're part of our extended family now! If you're ever in Miami please let us know!

oking immaculate on the day, and was very responsive and communicative in the weeks leading up to the party. On top of that, she was extremely nice and so easy to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I felt comfortable and relaxed on what normally could be a hectic day. I highly recommend Cristina at Simply Weddings Las Vegas!

d about others and created an event that our friends are STILL raving about 2 weeks later. To make it even harder, I am a live event producer and at least 1/3rd of the guests were producers as well, and if you don't think they weren't looking at everything with a professional, critical eye you are crazy. They notice EVERYTHING. And it was a resounding success. She took very little direction from me, especially as I refused to do any sort of Pinterest page, and created the wedding of my dreams. I am not kidding, I did not even know what the flowers were going to look like until she handed me my bouquet. She was on it...from the decorations, the guest swag, the room blocks, to heating, to music, to the cake, to the flowers, to the invites. She had it all COVERED. She even helped with arranging for my best friend who lives in France to be able to perform the ceremony. And she made sure I had a drink in my hand BEFORE the ceremony which I think was the most important thing she could have done the whole night :-) . She made my husband and me feel very cared for during the whole process. She and her assistant Jennifer even battled high winds standing on a ladder trying to stop the chuppah from blowing away. Beyond the call of duty! So all this to say, and take it from an event professional, she is an absolute rock star and I would recommend her to anyone...and not just for weddings. I would hire her for any party event that I was throwing if she was willing to do it!!!

!

o happy and stress free! Simply wedding made that possible .. thank you ladies!

any way possible. We had to postpone because of COVID but as soon as we met up again she didn’t skip a beat! She made the whole night go so smoothly. I am so grateful to her and Tiffany!! They were absolutely phenomenal!!

was a true game day manager! She was there to assist at every turn, to include bustling the bride's dress prior to the grand entry. In addition, she shuffled belongings to the wedding suite ensuring everything was in place, to include rose pedals and champagne which provided a lovely closing to a perfect closing to a wonderful day.

g about every little detail. Who was going to take the trash out, does everyone have a drink, what event is next up in the night, is the music ok? My fiance convinced me to look into Simply Weddings, the girl who cuts our hair recommended them. I got in touch with them and they made me feel comforted and confident that my event would run smoothly. I knew I needed them and let me tell you, I cannot imagine our wedding running as smoothly as it did without Lexi from Simply Weddings. She placed name tags for the seating assignments, she folded napkins for each place setting, she answered guests questions about parking, she answered guest questions about anything! She checked up on me throughout the night, making sure I had enough water or food. She reminded me of the time and that "first dance" was coming up. Lexi made our night run without a single hiccup. It was flawless. I'm so grateful for Lexi and the Simply Weddings team. If you are thinking about getting a coordinator or planner, just do it. It's money well spent to be able to enjoy every moment of your big day.

obstacles we worked through after the pandemic through a wrench in our original plan. Cristina was responsive, resourceful, professional, and empathetic throughout the entire wedding planning process - start to finish. As a same gender couple, it was important to us to work with someone who listened to our vision and had a strong ability to think outside the box. Cristina took a fresh, innovative approach to planning our celebration down to the last detail. We could not be happier!

attentive. Leading up to our wedding, Lexi continuously checked in and helped coordinate the day-of production timeline with all the vendors behind the scenes, which took all the stress off of us! The timeline worked very well – we didn’t run into a single issue day-of. During the reception, Lexi was attentive and made sure that my husband & I were well taken care of. We greatly appreciate all of her help making our day extra special!

lans. We decided to have it in Mexico. Even though it was an intimate celebration, Cristina made sure no detail was overseen: from the ceremony's floral arch, my bouquet, the guest table floral and rentals and the menu. She even helped us with the photographer, cake and a virtual Zoom toast. She was attentive and helpful even from afar, accompanying us every step of the way. Without a doubt she made this celebration meaningful and allowed us to virtually celebrate with our family and friends that otherwise would have been impossible to celebrate 40 years of unconditional love!

nized and execute everything the day of making my wedding a dream come true! I’m so thankful I had simply weddings there to make everything stress free and I was able to enjoy my wedding!

she captured all the details. We are so grateful to have had such a great day of wedding coordinator. She has an amazing team and helped ensure our day was as perfect as can be. Thank you for the beautiful room set up and ensuring we were all taken care of. ❤

one, we relied on the experience of expertise of the JW Marriott, Las Vegas and the vendors they have relationships with. Christina Gonzales, Simply Weddings Las Vegas provided our day of coordination services as well as much insight and assistance before we arrived. She was always responsive and able to answer my many questions, offer ideas and solutions. She was so organized providing a written schedule of the timing of things, showing up early, checking in with us and was ahead of everything to be put into place. She did an amazing job and spent a lot of time after our wedding ceremony while we were taking pictures. No stress, just fun with a lot of laughs. I would highly recommend her and all the staff at the JW Marriott, Las Vegas.

was a real and lengthy conversation where she truly got to know us. When I was unsure of something as simple as the unity candle to choose she helped me with her honest opinion and professional eye. I could never be prepared for how smoothly everything came into place. From our first conversation to the last minutes of our wedding night dinner at the Famous Picasso restaurant where she got us the table where Julia Roberts and George Clooney had their famous scene in Oceans Eleven. Every detail, every emergency that I thought of last minute on our wedding day, she was there with a solution and a truly glorious smile. Without Cristina I could never hope to have half the wedding event that she orchestrated. Nothing was left out or forgotten. I reality, she also incorporated small surprises all through our wedding stay. From ensuring we were created with my favorite bottle of Champagne 🥂 for a toast immediately after our wedding, to the reservations and secret surprises she helped my fiancé organize to romance me all weekend and not just our wedding day. I cannot say enough, there are not enough words in the English language to convey the depth of my happiness, gratitude, and relief that her guidance and support afforded me on a destination elopement. There is no one better, that is one thing that I can be completely positive about emphatically. I hope you are lucky enough that she is available for your event or wedding in the future. She will be your greatest assets and hidden treasure that will make your wildest dreams seem simple compared to what she will accomplish for you. Thank you Cristina from the bottom of my heart. My wedding day would not have been the same without all your hard work and attention to detail.

e and beyond in every way possible to make my day just enjoyable and stress free. Cristina thought of things I would never have thought of until it was a problem the day of. My guests, wedding party, even my dad (who isnt the most observant) complemented Cristina and her team and how they made everything go without a hitch. Cristina was always easily reachable-even checking in with us before the wedding when covid was threatening the date and stressing us out. Cannot recommend Cristina and her team enough. USE THEM! It will be the best decision you make for your wedding day.

able to enjoy the day and every moment. She even hung out and taught my guests line dances during the reception. My family and friends complimented me on how amazing she was! I would recommend Lexi and Simply Weddings to everyone!!! <3
