As the mother of the bride to be, I loved the dresses that my daughter tried on. The young lady that helped us, was top notch. I’m rating your business with 2 stars, for I don’t want to be very cruel. In entering your bridal shop, I was disappointed in the little day-care you have a long with vert dirty & stained chairs & carpet. I then was very disturbed with a child of one of the women that works there, using a walker with no one attending to the child, he ran over the train of the dress my daughter was trying on, as she stood in the dressing room. I know that I will not giving money to a bridal shop that has unattended & dis-behaved children in the shop. Sham on you, for the area you have your shop in, has a sophisticated reputation & you have disrespected what a bridal shop should be. People should also know that your bathroom stunk of garbage, garbage can was full & bathroom should have been cleaner.

I will start off by saying my wedding dress and bridesmaid's dresses were stunning, however, we were told they would take 8-12 weeks to be made and then would ship promptly after. (We ordered in beginning of April - FYI, wedding date was 9/04.) 5 months later, after ordering, we received the bridesmaid dresses, 1 week before our wedding!!! We would call 2-3x per week to check on the dresses status' and every time they would lie to us, when they should have been calling us for starters. After waiting 5+ months for my MOH's dress, they advised us less than 2 weeks before the wedding, the dress was stuck in China customs! They did try their best to find a dress but they had NO options in store. We were forced to purchase the FLOOR MODEL dress for my MOH and they only offered her a 10% discount even though she had to wear a dress that 100+ people had tried on prior and they would not even clean it for us!! COVID shipping delays are inevitable, I work in Logistics and know, the way they handled their customer service was unacceptable. Very stressful to deal with them and I do not recommend using them...

This store is the BEST! I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but being open to trying anything. It was amazing being the only customer in the store at the time. My consultant was amazing, and she was so helpful in picking out the most perfect dresses to try on so I could narrow down my options. We were able to find the dress in one appointment and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend this store!

They were so helpful in finding my dream gown & connecting me with someone to do the best alterations! They did such a great job! Would recommend to anyone!

I purchased my dress from Simply Yours, and they were wonderful! During my appointment, they found exactly what I was looking for by asking me the right questions and really getting my vision. I felt so comfortable the entire time. I was out of state, and they communicated so well and made it a breeze to ship the dress to me.

Loved my experience here and found my favorite dress here! They really give you the bride experience you see in movies rather than the big shop where you’re one of many. Each time I went in, they made me feel so special. They have a great, modern, gorgeous wedding dress selection as well as bridal party!
