Even though we were out of state, she made the effort to set up a virtual meet & greet so we could get to know each other and ask all our questions. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, relaxed, and incredibly easy to talk to—we instantly clicked. Her rates were very affordable, and we honestly felt like we got so much more value than what we paid for. Even though we officially hired her as a "day of" coordinator, Sam consistently went above and beyond. She checked in with us monthly—just a quick email to make sure we weren’t running into any issues or feeling overwhelmed. While I didn’t end up facing too many major planning problems, having that consistent support was so reassuring. I think it is worth noting though that she offers a variety of planning packages. If you think you might need more hands-on support throughout the planning process, she absolutely deserves to be compensated accordingly—her time, expertise, and care are worth every penny. If I had needed more help, I wouldn’t have hesitated to hire her for a more involved package. One of the things we appreciated most was how genuinely supportive she was—especially when we made decisions that weren’t necessarily popular with our families. Sam was a calming, affirming voice who reminded us that our wedding was for us, and that we deserved to have the day reflect our values and vision. (Our families did come around eventually!) Her communication was excellent, and she truly reduced my stress levels throughout the entire process. She brought calm and confident organization to every step-- from meetings to our rehearsal to executing my vision for the decor perfectly (and I did quite a bit of DIY!) During the actual wedding, she handled any mishaps seamlessly without coming to me or my husband about them. We were simply able to enjoy our wedding! Overall, we'd recommend hiring Sam 100%, without hesitation. If you’re considering hiring her—just do it. You will not regret it. She will help make your wedding perfect and will lower your stress levels throughout the process.

We had previously planned a destination wedding out of the country and had to cancel it, and then scramble to plan a stateside wedding. Sam answered my 10 thousand questions with kindness, patience, and sincerity. She coordinated vendors, made sure the wedding party was where they needed to be, set up the decorations, made sure our rings were stored safely, and even helped me find last minute eyelash glue for a pre- aisle walk mishap. Rehearsal was very organized, and the wedding day went extremely smooth thanks to Sam keeping on top of everything and fixing issues before we even knew about them!
