SCE helped me through every step of the way with their full planning package. From venue tours, picking vendors, and ensuring every part of the vision we had for our special day was brought to life, Jenn was patient, informative, and so loving and encouraging! The month of and week of our wedding went as smooth as possible, and the entire Sincerely Chic team went above and beyond to ensure that our timeline was communicated, understood, and followed closely by our many vendors. We could relax and enjoy our wedding day with our loved ones without worrying about anything at all. I recommend Jenn and the SCE team to all of my friends and family in NC and even further for a seamless planning experience. We can’t thank y’all enough!
I had such a great experience being an SCE bride! Anne constantly calmed my nerves and helped me through the whole process. The SCE team made sure my big day went exactly how I wanted it and I am so happy I went with them!
Jenn and Anne are AMAZING! They went above and beyond tenfold to connect us with vendors, make things happen, and help in any way they could. And that was all before the wedding, which also flowed seamlessly thanks to Anne and her team. They worked SO HARD to bring my gothic fantasy to life, and remained cool calm and collected when I started to spazz over makeup running late (they always do). My only “note” was that sometimes communication lines went a little dead in the 2 weeks before the wedding—I would have appreciated being given the heads up if replies weren’t as speedily incoming as usual, especially in the homestretch—but it was a very small thing and doesn’t represent the overall experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Sincerely Chic for your event and hope. To work with them again myself.

Jenn helped plan and coordinate our night before event and our wedding day. I don't think that people realize the relief that Jenn had taken off of my shoulders on my wedding day. Knowing that she was there, having her handle every little detail, being the main point of contact for vendors prior to the wedding day and on our wedding day allowed my husband and I to enjoy our special day!
One important thing to note about our wedding day was that our ceremony was at a separate location from the reception. Because of that, Jack and I had no idea what we were walking into when we arrived to the reception where all our guests were already at because there were SO many moving parts of the day with about 7 different vendors. I already trusted Jenn from the relationship that we had built during the planning process, but cannot put into words how relaxed I felt upon arriving. She ensured that everyone was where they were supposed to be and everything was PERFECT upon arrival. She, along with Madison, was attentive to me during the entire night. My husband and I were able to simply spend the wedding day together from start to finish without another thought thanks to these two girls!
Sincerely Chic Events provided day of coordinator services for my wedding. Overall the day went as planned, but there were still some issues that made me feel like I did not get what I paid for.
Communication was hit or miss leading up to the wedding with me having to e-mail multiple times and reach out to other staff members to get a response, especially when it came to getting the final timeline. A detailed timeline was supposed to be given to us and the vendors a week before the wedding, but we did not receive it until two days prior and after multiple attempts that week to get in touch with Sydney. Part of what I paid for was peace of mind trusting that someone else had everything under control, but I spent most of the week leading up to my wedding extremely stressed and feeling like it wasn’t.
My contract was for two coordinators, however Sydney was my only point of contact leading up to the wedding and the only one present (to my knowledge) the day of, but I had paid the venue for two vendor meals to cover both of them. She also arrived late, so the vendors and I arrived without her there to facilitate or assist me in unloading what I needed to bring in to finish getting ready. The venue would only allow us to arrive no more than an hour before the ceremony and my photographer was on a tight schedule for the shots she wanted to get, so every minute before the ceremony was extremely precious. Thankfully Sydney was the only one of my vendors that did not have prior experience with the venue, my photographer seemed to know more about how the day should unfold and where I needed to be than she did.
The guest seating for the ceremony was embarrassing for us and frustrating to our guests since there was no one directing the family to the correct sides in the reserved seats. This was not noticed until the beginning of the ceremony when the officiant arrived up front and realized our families weren’t sitting where they were supposed to. They had to get up and rearrange themselves (one of which was in a wheelchair).
While getting ready for our intros, my bridal party and I were not even thinking about my bustle, so when we went from intros into our first dance, my MOH and a couple of other guests were scrambling unsuccessfully to get it fastened while we were waiting on the dance floor with everyone watching. We were running short on time so we wound up having to dance with me kicking my train out of the way the whole time. I feel like that should have been on the coordinator’s radar while we were lining up for our intros.
I was also told from someone that asked her that she had only been doing this for a “little over a year”. Since this is third-hand information, I can’t confirm this, however it would explain the issues we had. She may have been more successful in meeting expectations with the help of someone more seasoned partnered with her. I paid for and expected two coordinators to support me, but only got one. Sydney probably did the best she could with her level of experience between making sure my needs were taken care of that day at the expense of some of the other logistics.
Overall Sydney was extremely professional, caring, and helpful; however I would have liked someone with more experience there with her, more responsiveness from her beforehand, and for her to meet deadlines and arrive to the venue on time (especially with only an hour on-site with a tight schedule before the start of the ceremony.)
Love Sincerely Chic and their whole team! They helped us organize our whole wedding party in March of this year and everything went flawlessly. They were super communicative and organized, allowing me (the bride) to be as relaxed as possible during the planning of the event and also the day of. The team also remained in contact in the days after the event to make sure everything went perfectly and we got all of the things we wanted. Thanks to Jenn and the lovely team here!
Anne and Jen were our wedding planners and I couldn’t have asked for a better duo! They made the process so easy and helped us along with everything! They helped us when it got a bit crazy and hectic and were always there for us. I sincerely can’t thank them enough (pun intended) :) I would definitely recommend them for your wedding planning needs! :)
Sincerely chic was the planner for our wedding, and we had an amazing experience with them! Anne was a fantastic support throughout our wedding day and the entire planning process. She frequently checked in to make sure I was not overwhelmed and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. She was extremely dedicated to making sure our big day ran seamlessly and make me feel like she genuinely cared for me and my husband. Everything ran very smoothly on the day of our wedding, and it allowed me to be able to fully enjoy and savor every moment! We cannot thank this team enough for all day did for us!!
Anne is AMAZING! Throughout our wedding planning process, she was very thoughtful, detail-oriented, and communicative, but also very calming and patient with us as we made decisions. On the day of, she brought that same thoughtfulness and patience and made it the day of our dreams. We would recommend her again and again!
Anne and Casey were amazing on our wedding day, I cannot thank them enough. I reached out to Anne about ten months before our wedding, and I am so glad I did. Anne is organized, thoughtful, and kind. Anne frequently checked in with me throughout the wedding planning process and provided me with so many helpful resources (detailed planning checklist, vendor recommendations, etc.). On the day of, I was so relaxed and enjoyed every moment of the day thanks to Anne and Casey. They thought of everything and were there to not only coordinate all vendor communication/set-up, but made sure our ceremony site look perfect, held up my dress for me while I prepared to walk down the aisle, poured champagne glasses for a champagne toast immediately following our ceremony, and even bustled my dress at the reception. They truly went above and beyond for us and we could not have asked for a better team. Thank you both again so much for making our day flawless, you are amazing!
We got married this spring and were so lucky to work with Jenn! From start of planning to wedding day, I can't tell you how many times I told her I was so glad we had her! She knew all the right questions to ask, was attentive, responsive and took away any and every worry I had. She was exactly what I needed in my corner during this busy time! ❤️ I cannot recommend Jenn and the entire SCE team enough!!
We worked with Anne for our October 2021 wedding. I booked the month of package and was so pleased with our services. She was always available to response to emails or questions that I had during the process. I used their packet of vendor suggestions and planning checklist to stay on track of my planning and it was so helpful. In the weeks leading up to the wedding I was so happy I chose month of coordination to take over final details with vendors, manage the day of timeline, and keep me sane!! I am so thankful for their team's help.
If you are a Latino wedding group looking for Spanish-speaking coordinators, look no further!! Anne was a dream to work with! Not only did she make me feel like I wasn’t losing my mind, but she handled everything with ease. I looked for weeks for someone to help me plan with Spanish speaking vendors and I couldn’t of been more happy with my choice. A HUGE thanks to Anne and Sophia for being the best out there! Their attention to detail and attention to my dream was beyond anything I could of asked for! My wedding was everything I dreamt of and you guys helped make it possible! I had the recent pleasure working with Anne and her dedicated and talented team at a recent wedding as the couple’s photographer. I have been in the industry for over a decade and I have worked with many planners and vendors a like. Anne really stood out as such a thoughtful, kind and very organized professional in her field. Her vision and creativity excels and her organization is completely amazing. All things you’d wish for in your wedding coordinator. I would completely recommend her and her business to any one of my brides in the future.
Jenn and Ann (and Caitlin!) were an absolute DREAM to work with!!! Planning a wedding during a pandemic was nothing short of stressful, but these wonderful ladies made everything easy and as stress-free as possible. They stayed in touch frequently, helped me and my MOH keep our to-do list up-to-date, and kept the process fun. You can tell that these ladies LOVE what they do. From the first time we met via Zoom, to the day of my wedding, I felt like I was in the perfect hands. I gave them all of our decor just before the wedding, and they set everything up to look exactly how I had imagined it. They even danced the night away with some of our goofiest guests. :) 12/10 would recommend hiring Sincerely Chic!!!!
Jenn and Anne of Sincerely Chic Events were absolutely AMAZING to work with! As an original 2020 bride turned 2021 bride (thanks COVID), planning a rescheduled wedding had the potential to be pure chaos. Jenn and Anne did not let that happen though. They were our constant source of reassurance. They were professional, personable, took charge when necessary, and were so helpful when it came to making decisions. These ladies truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the most special day! I would recommend them to any couple looking for top notch organization and planning for their flawless wedding day!
Jenn and Anne were fantastic from beginning to end! They were always accommodating when it came to meeting times and locations, they were very responsive to texts, emails, and phone calls, gave great recommendations for other vendors, made our wedding day run perfectly smooth, and were always so sweet! I absolutely suggesting using their services if you are planning a wedding in NC!
Wow where do I start with Sincerely Chic - well to start with the back story, my husband and I were supposed to get married at a venue on June 5th, 2020 (right in the middle of the Covid chaos). We had spent close to a year with Sincerely Chic looking at venues and planning. They were amazing throughout the process. Hooked us up with amazing vendors and helped me specifically with decisions that I wasn't aware I was even going to have to make. 2 weeks before our big day the mandates in NC held no sign of letting up so we decided we wanted to scale back (A LOT) and Sincerely Chic jumped right into action. And when I say scale back - different venue, different menu, different EVERYTHING. They never once let us see any panic or grief on their end and we were able to pull off not the wedding we had planned but a special and beautiful day all in all. I cannot thank them enough for their patience with the back and forth (10/10 do NOT recommend trying to get married during an unknown pandemic). If you're looking for wedding planners to take their time and get to know you, care about your wants/needs and make you feel like you're planning your wedding with good friends, these are your ladies. Not to mention they are just super fun to be around!

I cannot express how much I am grateful for Jenn and Anne! From our initial meeting to now, where we are in the middle of a pandemic, Jenn and Anne have been nothing short of amazing. We are having a traditional Coptic Orthodox Wedding Ceremony, which is very different from typical Western ceremonies. Midway through our engagement, I knew hiring Jenn and Anne was the best decision I have made. We sat down with myself, my fiance, my mother, and the SC team. After learning about the Egyptian culture, researching the crowning ceremony, and learning about our wedding day, I could tell that these ladies had thought of everything to the smallest detail. I knew I hired the right team for our wedding day and I had no worries about anything!
We are currently in the middle of a pandemic. My wedding hasn't happened yet, and I am not sure if it will on the date we planned. I am writing this review because these ladies have been super supportive by reaching out to all of my vendors, looking through our contracts, and making me feel sane as much as possible. They both have been through their own weddings before and have bent over backwards to make sure I am feeling okay during this difficult time. I know whatever we decide to do, Jenn and Anne will make sure it is beautiful and perfect for my fiance and I. You will NOT regret hiring these amazing ladies!

My wedding did end up happening on May 23rd! Throughout the planning and coordinating with our families, Jenn and Anne were SUPER helpful with communication with our vendors and giving suggestions for our Corona Wedding. We had a small ceremony at our church and then did a little after party in our home. With it being in the midst of COVID, Jenn and Anne made sure to make our wedding day to feel as normal as possible. They came very early to help with decorating, food arrangements, and making sure we were on schedule. They made sure everyone was where they were suppose to be and had everything set up and scheduled perfectly. I can't thank these ladies enough for making my wedding day stress free and absolutely beautiful! While this day was not what I originally imagined, I am glad it happened and I couldn't have done it without these ladies as my planning team!
Amazing!!! Hired them last minute for our small wedding. Thought I could coordinate a wedding on my own the day of, but I have no clue what I would have done without Jenn and Anne! They are so pleasant, and flexible, calm, collected, but make sure everything runs as planned without being overbearing.
If you are looking for wedding coordination or any type of event planning, you have found it!! Jenn and Anne are absolutely amazing and when I say that I truly could not imagine my wedding day without them, I mean it. The month leading up to my wedding they were always there to answer any question I had in an extremely timely manner, checking in on how I was doing, ensuring that every small detail had been thought about (so many small things I would have never thought about) and they were always on top of it. Multiple other vendors including my DJ, photographer and wedding venue commented on how communicative and detail-oriented my coordinators were.
On the day of my wedding, I felt completely at ease knowing that Jenn and Anne would take care of any issues/timeline snags/vendor questions. They checked in with me/my bridesmaids/mom to ensure that no one was stressed out and we were just able to enjoy every moment of the day. Anytime I had a question one of them was right there ready with an answer. Having them as a team of 2 is an added bonus because they can literally be in 2 places at once! Ultimately, my wedding day went SO smoothly and honestly if anything went wrong, I had no idea!
On top of being wonderful at their jobs, Anne and Jenn are just great people to be around. You spend so much time chatting with your coordinators, you want it to be someone you enjoy. I cannot recommend this team enough!!
