I have one word to describe my experience with shopping at Sincerely Yours…INCREDIBLE!!! I came in with a vision, and my consultant, Melanie was on point!! She made my shopping experience one of a kind, fun, comfortable, and something I’ll always remember!! From one bride to another, I would recommend this place to ANYONE!!

My favorite place for everything bridal! My older sister got her wedding dress and her bridesmaids dresses here, so it was an easy choice for me to get my wedding dress here. Melanie remembered our family and truly made us feel like family. She was so helpful with picking out dresses to try on since I was unsure of the style I wanted. She recommended veils that complimented my dress beautifully! I had the most fun coming here to find my dream dress

This place and it's owner are a complete SCAM!!!
I went in here in February & thought Melanie was so nice and I had found the dress of my dreams.
The sample dress I tried on was many sizes too big so Melanie measured me & sent the measurements somewhere for the dress to be made.
After waiting 6 MONTHS to get my dream dress, I finally received the dress & it was NOT the same as the sample dress I tried on and loved.
I was measured completely wrong by Melanie.
The cups did not fit in the bust & the back would not close because the measurements were so off. The material was not the same, the bust detail was a mess and the boning made my chest look like pointy cones like I was starring in a 1980s Madonna video.
I cried for 2 days straight. I was absolutely devastated.
It was only 60 days away from my wedding at this point & 6 months had been wasted away when I could have been finding another dress.
Melanie told me I had to go get professionally measured to see if there was any difference in the measurements she took in February & the new ones the seamstress I found took in August.
Now mind you, I am the same size all the time. I never gain or lose weight.
So when the new seamstress did my measurements & I sent them to Melanie, Melanie contacted me & said I "must have been working out my back in the gym too much" as if she had any clue on if I even worked out in the gym or not.
She never took responsibility for ANYTHING.
Not only that, but Melanie contacted my new seamstress by phone & tried to convince my seamstress that I must have been "bulking up" for my wedding.......AS IF ANY BRIDE BULKS UP FOR HER WEDDING!!
My seamstress was very irritated by Melanie and knew she was just trying to save face and get her on her side, so she ended up hanging up on Melanie and telling me all about that phone call.
At this point, I've already paid for the dress in full and alterations for the terrible dress to try to be fixed or the sample dress to be altered down to my size were $1000.
So now because Melanie measured me wrong and I lost 6 months' worth of time, my dress was now going to cost me another $1000 on top of the full price I paid for the dress, plus shipping.
My now-husband and I spoke to Melanie and she admitted she outsources her dresses to a factory in China to be made so there is NO guarantee that the dress you try on in the store will be the dress you end up receiving for your wedding.
And not only that, if there's any issues, Melanie will not take any responsibility.
I ended up demanding to get the larger sample dress from the boutique in exchange for the terrible dress. My seamstress looked at the terrible dress up and down, inside and out and on my body and said there was just no way she could fix it to fit me properly.
She agreed with me that I should get the sample dress from the boutique and she could alter it to fit my body.
I didn't trust Melanie at this point so we sent the dresses to each other at the same time on the same day.
Melanie told me on the phone that when she received the dress from me that she would have someone professionally measure it and if the measurements were indeed off (which everyone knew they were) then she would see about helping with some type of compensation or something monetarily to go towards the $1000 in alterations because my costs on this now are basically like me buying 2 wedding dresses!
Low and behold, I never heard from Melanie again.
I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Make your appointment RIGHT NOW, don't even finish reading the rest of the reviews. Melanie and her entire staff are the best people you could ever ask for when you're searching for a dress. I had been to 8 different bridal shops before going to Sincerely Yours with a friend of mine who was dress shopping. Melanie was so incredible that I called and made an appointment for myself the next day. She listed to everything and pulled dresses that truly fit my personality and made me feel confident, she never once made me feel rushed, and she knew exactly when to offer up suggestions to make me feel more comfortable. I honestly could write a book on how amazing her and her whole team are, but you just have to go and experience it for yourself!

The entire staff was amazing, and incredibly helpful and supportive in my search for a wedding dress. I ended up picking a strapless style, not at all what I had originally been looking for, and Melanie made it even better by suggesting some sleeve add-ons that matched perfectly. The seamstresses did a fantastic job, and at both my second try-on and my final fitting, the dress fit like a glove and needed no additional alterations. Melanie had the gown steamed for me so that I didn't need to worry about it on the day of my wedding. I cannot recommend this boutique enough, it made a process I had truly dreaded into a treasured memory.

I LOVED my wedding dress that I purchased from Sincerely Yours. I made an appointment and told Melanie some things I wanted for my dress. At the appointment, Melanie already had several dresses ready for me plus I walked around and looked at several other dresses. The dress selection was amazing and I had several dresses I liked, but decided on one. Two months after I ordered my dress, I found out I had cancer and would have to get a port for my chemo treatments. I called Melanie in tears because I was worried about my port showing in my spaghetti strap dress. She ordered lace to match the dress and the seamstress added the lace to the straps. The dress looked amazing and I loved it even more with the lace. Melanie was so helpful and I would highly recommend Sincerely Yours Bridal Boutique.

Wonderful bridal salon. I worked with Melanie the whole time. She is attentive, kind, funny, everything you want when you're dealing with your wedding dress. She was open and honest. The whole experience with choosing the dress and alterations has been pleasant. I would recommend this salon to any bride or mother of the bride. (I have no experience with bridesmaid dresses here)

I loved shopping for dresses at this shop! My mom and I had a great time browsing the dresses, and I got to try on a wide variety of styles. I was very impressed by how many there were to choose from, and had fun trying some fun and unique styles. I didn't end up buying from here, but had a great time regardless.

If you want the best wedding dress shopping experience, Sincerely Yours is the the place to go. Melanie is an absolute dream to work with! She is patient and kind, and so knowledgeable about dresses and the wedding dress industry. It only took me trying on a few dresses for her to get the feedback she needed to help me find my perfect dress. She pulled the dress I chose and I could not love it more. It is everything I wanted and I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. She only works with the very best companies so you can be sure to find a perfect and high quality dress. We purchased all our bridesmaid and flower girl dresses here as well. Every experience with Melanie was wonderful and I could not recommend her and her shop enough!

Walked in to this cute little boutique expecting to try on a few dresses just to get an idea, wasn’t expecting to find “the one”. I ended up finding my perfect dress that same moment! Staff is really friendly, prices are fair, and they offer alterations for a great price as well. The brands they carry are big names.

I had a great appointment at Sincerely Yours. I believe I worked with Melanie, she was so sweet to my mom, grandma, and I. She really went above and beyond to show me every option and was perfectly attentive without making me feel pressured. Since I'm a painfully indecisive person, I'm waiting until a smidge closer to my wedding date to choose a dress-- but the one I loved the most at SYBB lives in my head rent-free lol

I went to six different bridal salons and Sincerely Yours, along with Melanie and the rest of the staff, blew all the other salons away! I was not entirely sure what I wanted for my wedding dress, and she gave me so many different options. I landed up designing my own dress through one of their designers and Melanie helped me every step of the way. She made me feel so comfortable and was so easy to contact throughout the whole process. Sincerely Yours Bridal was everything a bride needs and more when searching for your dream dress. When I came to try dresses on for the first time, they were not pushy or insistent on buying a dress. They treated me and my 2 guests like we were the only people in the world that mattered right that moment. They ensured we were comfortable, could spend time looking and trying on dresses, and extremely friendly and personable. I was eager to buy my dress simply because the staff was amazing! My mom ended up purchasing her Mother of the Bride dress from here, because we had such a great experience. The styles of dresses that they carried were unique, well-made, stunning, and affordable. I have so many good things to say about Sincerely Yours Bridal!!! From the first experience of trying on dresses to picking up my dress, this bridal shop was the best. Melanie was super helpful through everything, especially with COVID restrictions. Melanie was so kind, and always willing to answer questions. The whole bridal experience was beautiful. I noticed Sincerely Yours Bridal years before my daughter was engaged because of all the beautiful dresses displayed in the windows. Needless to say I was excited when my daughter and I went Sincerely Yours to shop for her wedding dress. Melanie and staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and always go the extra mile for their customers which they consider to be family. They have a large selection of all types of dresses and really listen to what their customers want so they can guide you to your perfect dress. Sincerely Yours Bridal provided me with the best bridal experience I could have ever asked for. Melanie Salzman is the owner of the store and goes above and beyond to make sure every bride who enters her store feels special and celebrated. I was unfortunate that my wedding took place during the 2020 COVID Pandemic. Melanie called me with weekly reports on my dress, my mother's dress, and my bridesmaid dresses. Every time I spoke with her I felt happier. She truly loves what she does and has been my cheerleader through getting married during such a difficult time. I went here to try on dresses and ended up picking my wedding dress. The whole shopping experience was great. All of the employees, especially Melanie, were very helpful and listened to what you wanted/needed. They also work with and recommend seamstresses that will come to their store which saved a lot of time and stress! They also were willing to hold my dress until the day before my wedding which was great as I had no where to store it myself. And they steamed my dress at no additional cost!! They really worked to make sure you always felt comfortable and excited about your experience/purchase. Would definitely recommend!

I went here to try on dresses and was not very impressed. First, their site was misleading on what dresses they had in store. The dresses that I was wanting to try on by the designers they had were not there which was discouraging. Second, we were never asked our price point. Third, I told my consultant what I liked and did not like but she did not listen. When my mom told her again her reply was “Well she didn’t tell me that” which was not the case. Very nice place overall but I was not impressed with the selection, website, or the feeling that they truly cared about helping me find my dream dress.

I LOVE Melanie and her beautiful shop, Sincerely Yours. I recently purchased my wedding dress from Melanie and every time I came in I had her undecided attention and support. I felt like the only bride that every existed while in the shop and I didn't get that feeling at any other shops I visited. It was a stress free experience and in fact all of my bridesmaids also ordered their dresses from her. Melanie is part of my wedding and I couldn't recommend working with her enough. You will fall in love with Sincerely Yours and its owner, Melanie. She attentive and thoughtful, even going as far to call me on her cell phone to let us know the shop would be closed due to snow on a day we originally had an appointment. She remembers everyone by name and makes you feel special the whole time while helping you find your dream dress! I had visited 2 other shops and tried on probably 20-25 dresses by the time I made it here. Melanie's care and warmth set the experience apart by a long shot. And the dresses are as affordable as they are beautiful! I always felt like I was a priority every time I was there trying on dresses or in for a fitting. I would recommend doing alterations through them too. I worked with Barb for alterations, who did fantastic work on my dress. My wedding dress turned out beautifully and I could not thank the ladies at Sincerely Yours enough!

Words cannot describe how fantastic this boutique is. Melanie and her team are absolutely amazing. I honestly cannot imagine a better place to have gotten my wedding dress. Not only did Melanie make me feel like her long lost sister, she picked dresses to my taste and helped me feel beautiful and confident in my choice. Plus, my mom and grandmother both got their dresses for my wedding at Sincerely Yours, and Melanie treated them just the same as me. Through fittings, try-ons, and everything in-between, you feel like a member of Melanie's family, who's looking to make you shine and feel incredible. Plus, with me living in Chicago, Melanie was able to make everything work with my trips home to St. Louis. She was always reachable and ready to answer whatever questions I had. Our dresses were all reasonably priced, and fittings went off without a hitch. I can't recommend them enough. I wish I could keep going back for more wedding dresses! If you're in or around the St. Louis area and you aren't shopping for your wedding gown or family's dresses, you're making a mistake. Definitely stop by and enjoy the warmth and passion of this shop.

Fortunately, it seems as though my experience was not the majority of brides that have gone to this store. I had my appointment today and left feeling awful. This was my first ever time trying on wedding gowns, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. To put it mildly, this was not what I had in mind. The consultant that assisted me, Kelly, was not welcoming or warm. She seemed completely disinterested in the appointment and my family who was with me. Every dress I tried on was a smaller size than I am (which I didn’t have an issue with seeing as though stores usually only carry certain sizes), but her reply before I even stepped out of the dressing room was “well it just doesn’t fit you”. I was quite aware of that fact, but it was difficult trying to feel beautiful with such a negative attitude. She pulled hardly any dresses for me and they were all the complete opposite of what I said I wanted. She did not ask my budget or any details about the wedding. The only shred of emotion she showed the entire appointment was after she told my sister I couldn’t try on one more dress because my time was up and upset her. She profusely apologized, but the damage was already done before that even happened. I found dresses I liked at the store, but I would never go back into that environment. The store itself was beautiful on the inside. However, I would never recommend anyone. At the very least, ask for a consultant who can at least act like they care about you and your big day. I’m not sure if she was new or was having a bad day, but I expected more. Thankfully, I had another appointment later in the day at another store and found my dream dress with consultants who were engaging and positive. A complete change of pace from this store.
Nice local bridal shop with great dresses at great prices. There are seamstresses in house who do a great job of fitting the dress perfectly.

I ended up falling in love with a dress from a different shop, but had such a good time trying on dresses at Sincerely Yours that I still wanted to leave a review. The shopping experience was so pleasant - I really liked going through the racks myself and there was just the right number of dresses to provide a variety but not be totally overwhelming. The shop itself is beautiful and obviously lovingly maintained. I would definitely recommend Sincerely Yours to any STL bride looking for a fun, relaxed, pressure-free shopping experience.

I can't say enough amazing things about this shop or Melanie. I was an out of state bride and had 1 weekend to find a dress before flying back across the country. I found a dress I felt great in (off the rack, by the way, because I only had 4 months until the wedding!), but then 3 weeks later had a total meltdown because I knew it wasn't "The Dress". I called in a panic, and Melanie was so accommodating. She told me that her job was to make sure I felt beautiful, and that it was not a problem at all since they hadn't started alternations. I booked another flight for the next month (now down to 2.5 months out!) and she personally held my appointment and helped me find the dress I ultimately loved and wore on my wedding day. My one caveat would be to shop around for wedding alterations if you have the time. The in-house seamstress did a fantastic job, but was slightly pricier than I anticipated based on some research, but because I was on such a time crunch I didn't mind as much as someone else who has the a few more months built into their timeline!

Sincerely Yours Bridal was awesome! I worked with Becca, Melanie, and Joann who all helped me find my dream gown. The dress had a great price and was great quality. Each one of them made me feel very comfortable when trying on dresses, and they were all very knowledgable about wedding dresses and alterations, though they don't alter dresses at the store. They had a huge selection, and as a plus size bride, that was awesome as they had numerous dresses sizes 16 and greater! I can't wait for my special day, and it was so nice working with them!

Melanie is the best!!!! She has a great selection of gorgeous gowns in the cutest little shop. It feels so welcoming and down-to-earth, which is really helpful for when you're overwhelmed with everything wedding. We also found my mother's dress which was perfect. I had the best time with Taylor yesterday! She truly helped me create the wedding dress of my dreams! I was having trouble settling on one dress so the entire staff helped me combine 3 dresses into one and I can’t wait to see the finished product! I recommend this place to any soon to be bride that wants to look gorgeous on their wedding day! They have an outstanding selection and were so incredibly thoughtful, helpful, and kind throughout the whole process!
This is the best bridal shop ever!! I went here first in my dress search and Melanie made me feel right at home as a future bride. The first time I went in, she found me the most incredible perfect gown and veil. A friend told me to go to Sincerely Yours Bridal first, before any other stores, including a big chain store, and I was so glad she did. I went with 3 of my bridesmaids, and we felt so welcomed and happy about the choice.
The vibe in the store is friendly, stylish, and the store is just the right size to feel like you have a stylist's full attention, but not so small that if there are two brides it feels too crowded. Seriously, go to this lovely, amazing store (and go there first before anywhere else)!!

Hands down one of my favorite vendors we worked with throughout the whole planning process! Melanie and her team are outstanding. The experience in the salon is lovely, with the dresses out on racks for you and your girls to pull out and look at. You will get very personal attention in trying on the dresses, and you will also get guidance as to what other styles might fit. There is also a wonderful in-house tailor who did a great job with my alterations. When I had questions early on about the supply chain for a dress designer I was considering, Melanie reached out to them and got an answer for me, and when I was having trouble deciding on a particular dress, Melanie surprised me by finding that dress in the exact color I was considering! My most profound part of the whole experience came when Melanie could tell I was getting overwhelmed by all the choices and opinions from my girls (I brought five of them with me, which I would highly advise you not to do). She helped me feel at ease, asking me what I loved about my fiance and helping me remember why we were there in the first place. Melanie doesn't sell dresses. She does so much more than that, and she is a godsend for it. Stop looking, and contact Sincerely Yours to set up an appointment right now. You will be so glad you did.
Where to start!!
I had a gown I was dieing to try on. Melanie at Sincerely Yours was the only one who offered to get the gown in for me to try on.
I called every store in the area who offered the brand of the same dress and no one else was willing to do the same.
I also had a couple of other visions I was attempting to try to obtain and communicated a lot through email before even meeting Melanie. She was incredibly helpful and tried in every way to help me find my gown!
Upon arriving for my appointment Melanie was super accommodating for our group.
We tried on several gorgeous gowns but wouldn’t you know it the one Melanie offered to order for me was THE ONE!
Melanie remembers details too! Not only about my dress but about other aspects of my life! It was so much more meaningful to work with her and the other staff and know that they care enough to remember everything!
We ordered our bridesmaids dresses through Melanie as well and everything was a breeze. We went to another large bridal store and checked out some gowns and the entire experience was so different and off putting.
Melanie was super helpful during the dress process before the wedding as well as after the wedding! I will be using a service they provide to clean and preserve my gown at a super reasonable price!

Sincerely Yours Bridal made wedding dress shopping my favorite part of the wedding planning! The staff (Melanie, JoAnn, and Barb) went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and 100% happy with my decision. They took the time to listen to my opinions and I trusted their expert advice. They made my vision become reality by adding some lace to the top of my dress (and finding the perfect match to do so!) They made me feel like a princess and my confidence shown through on my wedding day. I got countless compliments on my beautiful wedding gown. I highly recommend Sincerely Yours Bridal!
I would give 6 stars if I could. Melanie was amazing and made the experience so great. I was an out of town bride and she was so accommodating with all my appointments including my fittings. I went to many salons all around St. Louis and Philadelphia area and none of them compared to Sincerely Yours. Sincerely Yours was the last place I went and by far the best. I was able to look at the dresses myself which helped me look at more compared to other places. Melanie was so great at finding ones that matched my style. She made the experience fun and was so patient. I was a slow decision maker and she kept the shop open late and told me not to rush. I highly recommend Sincerely Yours!

Sincerely Yours was amazing to work with. I got my dress here, as well as most of the bridesmaids dresses. The store itself is smaller in nature with a beautiful selection of gowns. The staff is very accommodating, and truly makes you feel special and like you're the only one in the store. They remembered my name and my dress each time I came in, and were always so nice and complimentary. Melanie in particular has such a passion for her job and makes you feel like an old friend! Due to my bridesmaids being in different states, we ended up having to send measurements and order out of the store from a distance for their dresses, and Melanie made the process so easy for all of us!

The prices here are wonderful, the staff is so friendly, and the dresses are all beautiful! As a bride with a hectic work schedule, Melanie worked very patiently with me to reschedule fitting appointments several times. If you want to buy your dress from a place with an intimate feel without cookie-cutter dresses, this is the place to visit.

The customer service is impeccable here. They aren’t trying to just “sell” you a dress. Melanie was so sweet, hard working, and all around personable. I enjoyed spending time with her discussing my dream wedding and vision. She let me try on any dress I wanted and even told me when new ones arrived. I would highly recommend coming here because all of the other stores were pushing me to try on dresses that just weren’t me... they were over the top. I bought my dress here and it is stunning! Cannot wait until my boo sees me! :)

Melanie and Joann will make finding your perfect dress a breeze! I didn't know what style I really wanted and they worked with me to try a few different ones they thought I would look great in. Their knowledge of the business is incredible! I knew I didn't have to worry about anything after I ordered my dress. The seamstresses they have in house did a wonderful job and my dress fit perfect! I loved my experience with Sincerely Yours Bridal! I had a Saturday morning appointment and we almost had the whole shop to ourselves. A few other brides came in for fittings, no biggie. I really loved that I was the only bride trying on dresses and I had the area to myself and just my family/friends helping me make the decision. I believe Joanne helped me pull dresses. She took my Pinterest board and pulled the exact styles I wanted within my price range. She was wonderful! The whole staff that I worked was just perfect!

The staff at Sincerely Yours was always so helpful and kind. I worked with Melanie, the owner, to try on dresses for the first time, and she made me feel like a princess! I cannot recommend Sincerely Yours Bridal enough! In the "About Us" section of their website, they describe their philosophy of treating every customer like family. I truly felt this throughout the entire process from picking the dress out with my parents and bridesmaids, to alterations, and finally picking up the dress for the big day. Each time I came into the store after my initial visit, I was excited to see Joann and Melanie as they radiate positivity and made me feel that they were truly invested in helping me make my wedding special. I received so many compliments from guests and will always be thankful for their help in choosing an absolutely beautiful dress for the big day!

Melanie was so wonderful. I had such a great time picking my wedding dresses with my friends at Sincerely Yours. She was excited and caring throughout my multiple fittings. I loved that this was a relatively smaller shop than other bridal shops. It felt like a more personal, one-in-a-lifetime experience. I found Sincerely Yours Bridal Shop on a whim and I am so glad I did! After looking through the website, I just had a good feeling and going into the shop did not disappoint. Previously, I had gone to a couple other stores, but I brought my bridesmaids for this one. Melanie said she knew the dress for me instantly, but first we tried on the piles my bridesmaids and I picked. While the other dresses were nice, Melanie's pick blew us all away! It was so different than I ever imagined but it was definitely THE dress. From there, I got to know Melanie and JoAnn through my fittings and just adore them as people and for the service they provide. It is a great bonus that you can get the alternations done in- house. At my wedding, I received countless compliments on my dress and just wish I had an occasion to wear it again because I love it so much. :) I would definitely recommend Sincerely Yours!

The people were great but the selection was so-so. I felt like everything that was even close to my size was not my style at all. The associate was very attentive, personable, and helpful though. I also appreciated that they were understanding that this was only the second place I had looked and there were a couple of other designers I wanted to see.

Absolutely amazing customer service! You cannot go wrong shopping at Sincerely Yours. They have a fantastic selection and you will not find a better team to work with. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses here and Melanie was amazing throughout the whole process. She always remembered me every time I called, and she helped make sure all my girls got their orders in correctly. Not to mention, we had a MAJOR crisis the day before my wedding when one of the girl's dresses was destroyed and Melanie truly went above and beyond to help us get another dress that would work at the absolute last minute. She even helped us to get it hemmed overnight so it was ready to go first thing for the wedding. I cannot say enough about how awesome this place is. Thank you so much!

If you are looking for the perfect bridal experience, go to Sincerely Yours! Melanie is the most supportive person you will meet throughout your wedding planning process and puts no pressure on you. She immediately picked out my perfect dress when I showed her a picture of one I really liked. I thought I should go try on other dresses, but I ended up back at Sincerely Yours. I stopped in a few other times for mother of the bride dresses and bridesmaid dresses, and I always felt welcomed, never felt like I was intruding. I am going to recommend Sincerely Yours to everyone I know because they are the BEST there! Better than "Say Yes to the Dress" and actually genuine.

BEST PLACE EVER!
After meeting with my DJ (bang for your buck mobile dj) for my wedding and she recommended coming to Sincerely Yours Bridal Boutique. We had a long day planned and with me being a USA Olympian I had to head to practice.
When we walked into the building I was greeted with great smiles, an amazing consultant Joann, and lovely owner Melanie!
Joann and Melanie asked me what I was looking for in a wedding dress. I was convinced I would want a lace/ ballgown/sweetheart neckline. Joann looked over at Melanie and said get the NEW DRESS. She helped me over to my section to pick a couple other dresses out (which each were gorgeous and high quality)! BONUS they had lots of dresses in my SIZE!
Melanie brought over the NEW DRESS from the back and asked what I thought and on the hanger I wasn't so sure...it was a plunging neckline/ A-line/ sparkly dress. Joann could see my facial reaction and said "I've been doing this a long time and with your body type you are going to love this dress." I laughed and was up for anything at this point because these ladies laid all my insecurities and worries to rest.
My mother and I have been to several different locations trying on dresses and she was always the one to help me in and out of them, but Joann turned to my mother and told her to have a seat. She said to my mother "This moment was for her to try on and for you to get that exciting feeling when you see your daughter come out of the room in the Perfect dress :) My mother and I was very impressed!
Joann while in the dressing room with me had me try on the NEW DRESS first! As she helped me into the dress my heart started beating faster and faster. With every movement of her bringing the dress up the excitement was building. Then, when finally finished she put on the vail to tie it together and turned me to the mirror. I CRIED INSTANTLY! This was MY DRESS! I hurried up and dried up my tears so I can present the dress to my mom to see what she thought. I exited the room grinning ear to ear and immediately my mother began to cry! All the other dresses I tried on my mother never cried and this was the confirmation that I knew it was the ONE!!
I did try on the other dresses which all were amazingly made with high quality and beautiful on, but in my mind everything paled in comparison to the NEW DRESS in the back!
Without the recommendation from my DJ and the expertise of Joann and Melanie I would have never found THIS DRESS! It was so unique and different from all others that I have ever seen!

I tell every bride I know to go to Sincerely Yours. I had the best experience here. I had already been to a handful of salons and tried on tens of dresses. I found my dream dress at Sincerely Yours, and - bonus - it was a discontinued sample dress in pristine condition in my size! Joann was in-between appointments on the Saturday when I found my gown, and she was so kind to assist me even though I didn't have an appointment. I decided to get my alterations completed there as well, and it was the best decision I could make. Barbara did a beautiful job and made sure the dress fit like a glove and stayed up all night despite being strapless. I felt stunning! Barbara even helped my mom with the Mother-of-the-Bride dress she sewed herself. Melanie was so genuinely warm, remembering me, my Mom, and Mom-in-Law each time we came in. I am so thankful we found Sincerely Yours!

I can not express how amazing my experience at Sincerely Yours has been! From the moment I saw this dress in the window driving down Manchester road ( Could hardly see it of course) I knew I had to check this place out! Ever since I stepped in this wonderful Salon I knew this place was where I wanted to make my dress purchase. First off, the day I met Melanie she spoke with me for a few mintues to get an idea of what kind of dress I wanted. She immediately said she had a dress in mind, and then proceeded to walk to the dress in the window I saw! Without ever knowing I saw it driving down Manchester. Long story short- that dress I saw in the window, is the dress I ended up purchasing for my big day in just 3 short months!
I will miss getting to visit Melanie and her awesome stafff once my alterations are complete!

I can't say enough about how great the entire staff is at Sincerely Yours Bridal! I was working with a short timeline leading up to my wedding and had a specific vision for what I wanted with a budget. Melanie found the perfect dress for me in the back that was within my budget, only needed hemmed, and was EXACTLY what I wanted! It was the first dress I tried on and the dress I went with. I had the most amazing experience at Sincerely Yours Bridal. I had visited two other bridal salons previously and they did not compare! I was able to say yes to the most amazing wedding dress at Sincerely Yours and I felt confident in doing so!

I have only positive things to say about Sincerely Yours. It was my second stop with my mom after a really poor first experience at another boutique, and I had such a wonderful experience. Melanie was so helpful and kind. She stayed open past her regular hours in order to let us try on dresses but never made us feel pressure to get through the dresses we had picked out and even spent time showing us more options. I left feeling excited about all of my beautiful options. Can't wait to keep working with Melanie.

The staff is so kind and helpful. They have an amazing dress selection. You won't have to scarfice style and quality for your budget at this store.

I had the best experience at Sincerely Yours! Joann was amazing and knew what would work for me better than I did. The atmosphere was so laid back and there was never any pressure put on me. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I can't say enough good things about this bridal boutique. Melanie is absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, kind and truly made me feel like I was the only girl getting married. The dresses are beautiful, such a wonderful selection. I highly recommend Sincerely Yours, you will not find nicer, more helpful people to assist you with finding your perfect dress.

They are simply amazing to work with! Store owner is the sweetest and most caring person. She has been helpful in every way from making sure I am completely happy with my dress to helping bridesmaids and my mom find dresses even though her store does not carry them, to giving me great recommendations for other wedding needs (all of which have been fabulous).

BEST salon ever! Melanie and Joann are AMAZING! Beautiful boutique. Gorgeous quality designer gowns... AND what dedicated, wonderful people they are! Melanie and her team go above and beyond and instantly make you feel comfortable and like family. I feel like a princess every time I go in there. I wanted classic modern sophisticated vintage. Lace keyhole back cap sleeves. No sweetheart. Ended up humoring Melanie and tried on a strapless sweetheart full of tulle and lace and I cried instantly. She knew my dress before I did. And I couldn't imagine finding it anywhere else. She is gifted. I got the perfect veils to match and even the headband and earrings. Then we got my mother of the bride dress and are renting my FH tie from there. I can't say anything negative about SYB... It's a mgical experience and I still get to go back for fittings. But my dress and veils and headband were ordered and got there in a week! Melanie is so gracious and not pushy at all. I hate pushy sales people. And as a plus size girl I was terrified to have this experience and she made it effortless! I really feel like a friend when I go in there each time and trust me I have many more visits before my wedding in Feb! I've already tried my dress on 3 different times. And I will again and again. By far the best experience I've had during my bridal journey. And it's just the cutest bridal salon I have ever seen! Absolutely beautiful when you walk in! Hardwood floors. Huge mirror with pedestals. So elegant. And the friendliest staff! Again I can't say enough about Melanie and her salon... She is the best! Sincerely Yours Bridal is the best hands down!!!!!!!

Everything about Sincerely Yours is phenomenal! I have enjoyed each step in the Bridal gown process and I couldn't be more thankful to have been taken care of by Joann and Melanie! At Sincerely Yours they know you, and remember your name, and NEVER have to look you up in the system! This whole experience has been wonderful and I couldn't be more thankful! If you're looking for a bridal shop that knows how to take care of their customers, then you've found where you want to go!

My experience shopping for my bridal gown was absolutely wonderful and stressfree. I am very tall (over six feet) and some other shops left me feeling less than confident about their ability to accommodate me. Melanie and her seamstress were great and ensured me that it would not be a problem to get a gown to fit me perfectly and meet my short deadline. She was right! I had plenty of selection and found a dress that I loved. I needed a lot of alterations to get it perfect but in the end it was exactly how I imagined it! Melanie was always able to accommodate my hectic work schedule and was quick to respond to phone calls. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience!

The best experience I could have asked for! When we walked in the door, we were greeted by a very friendly staff. Joann helped me and I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and helpful person. She made the day so special! She truly listened to what style of dress I wanted and after trying on 4 dresses, I found my dress! I can not say enough good things about Sincerely Yours. And did I mention the dresses start in the mid hundreds????
