From coordinating with vendors to creating a detailed timeline, she left no detail overlooked or unplanned. Before we were even confronted with any last-minute questions or concerns from family and friends, something we stressed about as the weekend approached, Kaitlyn had already provided her cellphone number to the wedding party and immediate family, drafted (and printed) an itinerary and instructions for those that were unable to make the ceremony rehearsal, and scheduled a lengthy facetime meeting with my in-laws. Beyond logistics, her imagination and attention to detail also helped to create the most beautiful ambiance for us and our guests. Overall, Kaitlyn and SYE went above and beyond to make every aspect of our wedding flawless, allowing us to fully immerse in the joy of the moment, and we couldn't be more grateful. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect--from answering her phone immediately whenever I had a question or concern, to giving her phone number to one of my bridesmaids so that I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day. And the moment I stepped out of the party bus after the wedding ceremony, she met me and Will at the entrance of our venue with our signature drinks and even made sure we had appetizers and MORE drinks in our "getting ready" room. She was so attentive and has such a calming demeanor; she truly provided an atmosphere in which I was able to let loose and enjoy my wedding day. It was the best day of my life, and I cannot thank her enough for all she did for me!

I had one of those gut feelings- immediate trust and comfort with her and knew I had to book her as my full time wedding planner. Over the next two years(just got married in May 2023), Emily became more than a planner- she became a great friend and confidant and helped with every single aspect of our wedding weekend - from the rehearsal, welcome party and wedding day details. We had many logistics to figure out with different trollies for all of the weekend events which Emily planned seamlessly. The vendors she helped source were top notch and made our day absolutely perfect(I would have never found our amazing photographer Holly Felts without Emily!!!) Emily was available any time day or night to text or call and calm my nerves in the planning process, answered any question no matter how small and handled all of the logistical details with vendors so I could just focus on the fun things like design :) . Clare assisted Emily on our wedding day and they both flawlessly handled an issue with our band being a bit late from a flat tire. They thought quickly to have the string trio from ceremony and cocktail play during the first half of dinner while the band set up. (Also huge shout out to Clare for getting my second look from the groomsmen cottage during our dinner) We have lost track of the amount of times we were told “this was by far the best wedding we have ever been to” by family and friends. I know this would not have been possible without Emily’s work on the design, details and organization. On the day of the wedding she and Clare seemed to be every where at once. I don’t think they sat down once the entire 12 hour++ day. Emily’s hustle and love for her brides is unmatched. We all (wedding party, parents, now husband) keep saying “could you imagine trying to have done this without Emily???” She packed and delivered welcome bags, suggested a final venue walk through the week off, and pinned my dress so I could do first dances with my heels off. I am beyond grateful to have had Emily plan our wedding from start to finish and become such a close friend in the process. She made the day more perfect and magical than I ever dreamed of. Truly the best weekend of our lives!! I cannot recommend her enough. I’ll also be forever grateful to her for pushing me to get a videographer and supporting me source that on my own since I had such a hard time deciding on my video vibe.
