Sip Hip Hooray

First off I want to say I am local Tomball resident and once upon a time took great joy in supporting a local business. However, things turned for the worste. Ordered coozies ~6 weeks out from my event after understanding they would be delivered in the 1-2 week timeframe (based on their website). However after expressing concerns, numerous times, I was ignored and eventually told they could not make my date commitment (2 days before said date). They blamed the production team, which is very disappointing in itself instead of owning up to their lack of control of their sub-suppliers. BE AWARE of the fraudulent claims to meet commitments.

Customer service is an absolute joke. Ordered 150 custom coozies for my wedding. After artwork was approved they told me I’d get an email when they were ready to ship. I was GUARANTEED delivery by 9/29. I never received an email that they were ready to ship. For TWO WEEKS I tried emailing the orders team and the general inquiry email address listed on their website and never heard back. I even tried calling their physical shop in TX and no one answered. I got an email today, the GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE, that the order was “probably left behind at the dock.” After trying to get ahold of them for two whole weeks with no response, they’re going to tell me the order simply didn’t ship? I paid through ShopPay - ShopPay issues a notification as soon as the shipping label is created. I never received a notification. Something doesn’t quite add up. They issued me a refund instead of trying to remedy the issue - so clearly they aren’t interested in your business anyways. Save yourself the time & money.

I ordered custom koozies for my brother and future sister-in-law’s couples shower. Originally, I asked to have them ready by a few weeks before the shower as I wanted to ensure I received them in time. Because they are a custom order I was asked to expedite the approval of the hand drawn sketches in order to receive them the day before the event, rather than weeks before. I understood that it takes time to make custom products so I trusted the company would follow through. I approved the sketch immediately upon receiving the email and received confirmation they sent it over to production. The day before the event, no koozies came. I emailed and called multiple times, finally getting an answer at the storefront. The staff member I spoke with was very kind but unfortunately could not help provide me an answer. She informed me that the owner would be calling me shortly. I never received a call. The event passed with no koozies. The following Monday I received an email apologizing and asking if I wanted the koozies by the wedding date. I responding thanking them for the apology and asking if they could send an additional amount of koozies as there will be more people attending the wedding than there were at the shower. I never received a response to my email - they instead just shipped the koozies with the original amount. I sent them a follow up email expressing my frustration with the lack of communication and lack of resolve for the fact that I paid to have these koozies for my event and they were not there. I have yet to receive any further communication from them. It is disheartening seeing all of the positive reviews and trusting a company only to have them fail to meet basic expectations. I wanted to post this review to forewarn future customers, especially those of you who count on companies to be there for your big day.

Sip Hip opened their store right down the road from where we live and it was perfect for us! We worked closely with Veronica designing and ordering items for our wedding. We got our cups, save the dates, invitations, koozies, and guest book from Sip Hip. Everything we got was beautifully done. I plan to use them for any parties I have in the future!

We did custom wedding koozies as favors and the Sip Hip Hooray team was very easy to work with across the entire process. High quality koozies (which was very important to us!) and a beautiful custom portrait of our dog Bruce for the back. Our guests loved them!

Great customer service! We ordered pet theme cocktail napkins and coozie cups for our spring wedding, and we loved them! They were great quality at a great price and so many of our guests complimented them. 10/10 would order from them again

Our wedding koozies were everything I envisioned them to be, especially when I was allowed to incorporate my sisters personal sketch of my wedding venue. The only knock I had in my experience with them was in getting the koozies, I changed my delivery from at-home delivery to pick up in stores due to rising theft at my apartment complex with packages, which was no problem at all for Sip Hip Hooray. HOWEVER, when I was informed I’d get an email when they were delivered to the store I did not and when I was finally notified I could pick them up in stores they couldn’t locate the koozies as they relocated the night before for an event. The owner offered to drive them personally to our apartment once they were located for which we were appreciative of the offer; however, I felt that situation was completely avoidable and the stress was unnecessary for any bride to deal with a week before her wedding.

The koozies I received look nothing like the pictures on their website. They are quite blurry and hard to read. When I sent the company a picture of the koozies they informed me there was a mistake in printing an assured me they would reprint them. Over the past month I have sent multiple emails and never heard anything back. I had read several reviews that mentioned the company’s poor customer service, but I figured I was ordering with enough extra time that it would not be an issue. I am so bummed because the artist did a great job drawing the venue. I hope the company can figure out to fix this situation. I would not recommend ordering from Sip Hip Hooray.

I used Sip Hip Hooray for my wedding koozies, cocktail napkins, and frosted cups! They were really easy to work with - I had a specific vision in mind, and they were super flexible will all of the changes I requested and also made sure I was aware of turnaround time and when the order needed to be finalized to ensure we got everything on time! You do need to have a design in mind if you're creating your own design, but they allow you to make unlimited changes and will work with you to make sure everything is perfect before placing the order. I would 10/10 recommend!

I ordered Syros, Frosted Cups, Crawfish Bibs and guest towels. Only the guest towels came in the correct color and the bibs did not even the crawfish design printed on them as ordered. I have called so many times and finally they told me that everything was printed correctly. Heather in design tried to help but the production team basically told me not their problem. I spent close to $900 and the only thing that I can use is the guest towels. The print quality on the styros is horrible, the ink rubs off. If Sip Hip Horray can call me and fix this issue I will happily write a new review.

We ordered koozies for wedding favors after 2 of our married friends did the same and recommended them. They are the best. They have an awesome support and design team to make your vision come to life. We are in NC and it took maybe 2 weeks for our koozies to arrive. They are GORGEOUS!

We ordered koozies as our favors for the wedding. We did the koozie with our name on one side and a drawing of our venue on the other!! They came out so perfect and everyone loved them and thought it was a great touch! We have extra and I am so happy we do because it is such a great memory of our wedding! Thank you Sip Sip Hooray!

We ordered koozies for our wedding and they came back great! In creating a proof the representative made a recommendation to change the font color we chose and it showed how personal the ordering process is. Everyone loved them and we also kept some because they are so cute and remind us of our amazing wedding day!

We ordered our koozies/can coolers from Sip Hip Hooray and it all worked out fantastic! We ordered both skinny and standard can coolers and they were wonderful! We appreciated being able to see an example prior to them being printed. Will definitely order from them again for any other future can cooler needs!

I ordered on April 6th for a wedding on May 29th. I requested an arrival date of May 14th to have them two weeks before. The stated processing time was 1-2 weeks. I didn’t get the proof until April 20th. After making one small change, I approved them for production on the morning of April 22nd, and they supposedly were moved into the product phase on April 23rd. On this timeline, they should have been shipped at the latest by May 7th with an on-time arrival by May 14th. On May 13th, I still had received no update on my order. I reached out to ask when it would be shipped and received a vague response about delays due to COVID limitations (at this point, COVID has been a known issue for over a year, so these delays should not be a surprise). I was told that they were trying to get orders delivered by the event date, but was given absolutely no status update on my particular order or any shipping date estimate. It was extremely stressful to have no concrete information about my order when my wedding was only two weeks away. Furthermore, I was frustrated that the company was aware of these possible delays and did not communicate them to me until I had to reach out one day before my requested delivery date. I checked in again on May 18th with a more direct message that I wanted an expected shipping date. At this time, I was told that my absolute latest delivery date of May 27th would be communicated to the production department (even though the original date of May 14th should have already been communicated when I originally placed my order). The order finally shipped on May 21st and was delivered on May 25th. This was one week and four days after my requested delivery time and only two days before the latest possible delivery date. This timeline caused a lot of anxiety for me during an already stressful time leading up to my wedding. The products turned out nicely, but I expected better in terms of shipping and delivery.

Unfortunately, I had to send back the first order as they were terribly made. Even worse, my second order was WORSE than the first order. The quality of the matchboxes are subpar at best. I upgraded to the paper box and the paper is adhered to the box terribly. The sides don't match up and there is clearly glue all over them. The monogram looks painted on and is not precise at all. The letters are not supposed to be touching and they are. The lines are not crisp or clean as they are blurred. I am very disappointed with the quality and was unable to use the matches at my wedding. We gave our candles as escort "cards" and unfortunately did not use the matches as the quality was not to our standard.

This company should be taken off of The Knot website. I ordered cups, napkins and koozies over a month ago for our wedding, and 4 days before our wedding (2 days before our items were due to arrive) they told us they still had no update on the status of our items and there was no way we'd have them in time. Absolutely terrible of a company! I've read multiple reviews with the same story as mine. They are impossible to get in touch with and get any updates on either.

While Sip Hip Hooray has very cute designs and options, what's the point if you don't receive your order? I placed my order a month and a half in advance for product that supposedly had a production time of 1-2 weeks. Even with the added time needed for a custom pet portrait I was well within the supposed production time frame. I was told I would have my koozies in hand by a specific date. When that date came and went with no shipping update or contact from Meagan, I reached out. She told me that they were experiencing delays due to Covid and would try their best to have my product to me by my wedding. It is now the week of my wedding and I have finally received a tracking number, but we are cutting it very close. I'm so disappointed to have to leave this review, but the company was not honest at the get-go regarding delays they were experiencing.

Do not use!!!! They completely “forgot” to ship my order and did not even notify me that the order was going to be delayed and not arrive in time for my event. They also completely stopped responding and I have not received any updates or responses for a refund to my last four emails - stay away!!

I've placed hundreds of orders with Meagan both for myself and my clients. Her work is exceptional every time!!! Good communication, beautiful designs and on time delivery!

SipSip Hooray's koozie were a great addition to our wedding favors. Communication took a little bit longer at times, but luckily we got all koozies in time for the wedding. She offers a great variety of product and customization options.

Since Etsy won't let me review or report this vendor, I'll leave a review here. I placed an order for 25 custom cups with this shop for my dear friend's bachelorette party a little over two weeks in advance. When I ordered, I thought I was good to go, since the date by which I needed the cups fell within the window provided by Etsy. When I simply asked to confirm I could receive the cups by a certain date, I was told I'd have to pay $25 additional for a "rush order." I honestly cannot see how two weeks in advance qualifies as a "rush order," and I told the seller that I was frustrated but would pay the extra amount. The next day, she CANCELLED my order, after representing to Etsy that she and I agreed to cancellation, which is patently untrue. If I wanted to cancel my order, don't you think I would've done so after learning of the ridiculous "rush" upcharge? I was then told I was not a "good fit" for her shop, simply because I expressed disappointment with the "rush order" fee I had to pay on the back end after already placing and paying for my order. I'm now in a bind, because I have to find an alternate vendor. I guess her tactics are a good way to avoid negative reviews on Etsy, though...I'd have only good reviews, too, if I cancelled orders and silenced customers who expressed any level of dissatisfaction with me. I'd recommend you think twice before using this company.

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! Disaster! Ordered cups, coasters, & coolers, paid hundreds of dollars, plus extra RUSH fees, and NEVER received a single proof! NO replies to multiple messages for FIVE DAYS STRAIGHT. Had to find another RELIABLE vendor to create our wedding weekend supplies. STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE AND FULL REFUND. OH MY GOODNESS THEY WERE SO PERFECT!!!!!! I can not thank Sip Hip enough for everything they helped me accomplish during the most stressful time for me. The customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! Any changes I needed, it was not a problem. Meagan took her time to make sure everything I ordered was perfect. Once I received the items, I couldn’t believe it. The quality was great and I can’t thank y’all enough for making my special day just that much better!!! I highly recommend!!!!!!

Super helpful and quick! The selection of designs is enormous, and if you don't see one you like, they customize it completely! And the turnaround time is quick, too! I am in love with the frosted cups for our engagement party! The quality of the print is great! I plan on ordering more stuff for the rehearsal dinner and wedding day, too! They work side-by-side with you to make sure your order is exactly what you want it to be -- I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Order # 2193 - Koozies, Napkins and Coasters for my daughters wedding. The coasters were off center and had scuff marks on them. You couldn't read the ink on the koozies because it was so faint. I called to try and get it resolved and Luke told me that I was just nit picking the work and he'd just rather not do business with people like me. I expected to get what I paid for not defective product. They rarely responded to emails and I didn't know until days before my daughters if I'd get the correct product or not. If you want to avoid unneeded stress during your wedding planning don't use this company.

We got so many compliments on the custom koozies and napkins we got from Sip Hip Hooray! They looked at beautiful and were good quality. Quick turnaround! Love that they cater to Texas A&M Aggies and have some maroon ones with "Whoop!" on it, huge hit!

I ordered my koozies from Megan at sip sip hooray a month and a half ago. 200 custom koozies. I sent her my art work and she sent me proofs and I approved them. This whole process was very pleasant. They were scheduled to be shipped by July 20th. When they did not ship I had to contact Megan and ask her what was going on (in my opinion that should have been her responsibility) she told me that there was a one day delay in getting the blush koozies but they would guarantee delivery by August 15th (three days before my wedding). When August 14th got here and I still had no shipping info I contacted her AGAIN, she told me AGAIN there was a one day delay but would upgrade me to neoprene and they would for sure be here by the 16th. Yesterday was the 16th, still no koozies, and now she’s stopped replying to my Etsy messages. I have opened a case with Etsy to try to get my money back. At this point I’m extremely disappointed my guests won’t be leaving with koozies. It was one of the main things I wanted to have on my big day. And now Megan has ruined any and all chances of that for me. Brides, beware!!

We ordered custom cups for our wedding and loved them so much we decided to get koozies too. The colors and designs were just as described and a proof was sent before the order went through just to make sure everything was correct. Both the cups and the koozies arrived much quicker than expected.

After I provided the below review on Etsy, Meagan then cancelled my order two days before my wedding and sent me this message: "I just recieved your review, and I have to say that I don't feel that was fair to me. I do not take well to defamation of my business when I did in fact let you know of the Blush issue and have worked very hard to get this resolved. I have cancelled and refunded your order in full and will not be shipping these koozies out as I have the right to refuse business to anyone on Etsy." This put me in tears as it was 2 days before my wedding and she cancelled my order after I posted an honest review. The best thing that came out of this was that I got my refund back. Please do yourself a favor and order from another vendor on Etsy. My Etsy Review: Very disappointed with my first and only experience with this shop. Initially, the owner was very responsive and polite. After over 10 business days, I didn't receive my shipping notification and tracking number for my order (200 can koozies for my wedding). I reached out to Meagan and didn't hear from her for two days, which was 5 days out from my wedding. She CLAIMED that she messaged me (to which I supposedly never responded to said message, making it seem like it was my fault) telling me that the blush pink koozie option was out of stock and that I had to pick a different color: First of all, how did they not know this right when I put in my order? And second, she never sent me a message. They ended up having to overnight my shipment, which I'll wait to see if they actually get here by tomorrow... So upsetting and stressful!

We ordered Koozies in four different colors. Being able to choose a good variety allowed us to incorporate all of our wedding colors and to make sure there were a good mix of choices for people to choose from.
